Hey guys! I'm a Queenslander who has found work in the big smoke in Sydney, looking for a place where I can work comfortably at home after hours as I do occasional freelance work as well. I start my new work on the 14th of May, but I am looking for a place ASAP. A few things about me: ✔️ Keen to travel ✔️ Love sport ✔️ Keep to myself ✔️ Deadpan sense of humour with a dark twist ✔️ Serial TV Binger We'll get along great if you are fairly laid back and don't have a party type personality.
Our 2 bedroom apartment (plus study) has a house-like layout which opens to an enormous outdoor space. We love this apartment because of the open plan living/dining which opens up to the backyard with BBQ facilities, a large kitchen and internal laundry facilities. The available room is spacious and opens up onto the expansive backyard which makes it feel even bigger. It also comes with a built in wardrobe. Kitchen cookware and appliances are available to use but you are welcome to add to the collection. The additional benefits of the apartment complex that we live in is the resort facilities including tennis courts, pool and gym. The complex is also surrounded by parkland and bush walks. We are in a great location with a bus stop out the front, express to the city and not far from the Huntlys Point ferry. There is also easy access to great supermarkets and restaurants up the road in Glaidesville. We do not have a garage available however, there is plenty of street parking and there are visitor spots available.
The property is an excellent two bedroom , two bathroom accommodation. You will have : *One decent sized Furnished room with : *Double bed along with new mattress and pillows. *Built In- Wardrobe *Own personal Bathroom *Access to our Washing Machine *Ducted Air Conditioning 15 Min drive or 25 min Bus ride to Sydney CBD. Very close to the vibrant Victoria Road shopping strip and Gladesville cafes, restaurants and easy access to Sydney City, Western Sydney bus services and Parramatta River. Bus Stop and Ferry terminal are 5min walk away from home. It's a quiet and private apartment with lift available for easy access. Built in wardrobes, open plan living/ dining, ducted air conditioning, modern kitchen with gas and internal laundry are open to use. Plenty of on-street parking is also available. I am an overseas qualified lawyer currently cross qualifying in Sydney. I am looking for a place to live while I pursue my very costly dreams. I am an enthusiastic traveler and love to swim and keep active. I am a bubbly and friendly person.
Currently I share an apartment in Lane Cove (for 3 years), which we keep neat and tidy. My flatmate needs the room for his son. Therefore I am on the move. About me: Male, currently single, easy going, non smoker. Worked as a professional and now run my own business. I keep fit, watch some Netflix and little TV, play tennis, catch up with friends and family, and travel for pleasure. Enjoy space and nature. Like to eat interesting food and seek out interesting places. Parking: It is important that I can get consistent parking daily e.g. street parking or on site. I use my car for work and often come home late. If the environment is high density street parking, then by the time I come home there is not any left. Storage: I have some working tools in storage boxes (like having a bicyle and some diving kit) that I use sometimes and need to store close by. It takes about 1m x 2.5m floospace. Currently I store it on the balcony. It can be stored on balcony in a large room, under cover in a shed or lock up space. Thanks Jack
24 yo male working full time, have lived with people before, looking for a couple of people to team up with and start a new share house, or a room in an established house with some nice housemates. Can cook - but only with frozen food and a microwave. Also have a decent amount of kitchen stuff that capable cooks might actually use. Capable of basic home maintenance and repair. I keep my mess to myself and common areas tidy. Generally happy to keep in my own company but comfortable being social with people too.
I work away and am only here for weekends mostly. I'm respectful, polite, hygienic and clean up after myself. I am a supervisor for a landscaping company and work full time and have my personal vehicle and a dual cab work ute. I'm not particularly fussy with the location especially if the room is nice and has an ensuite but ensuite not essential. Team ups are very welcome. I'm looking for a place that has internet and bills included in the rent and is quiet and clean. No drugs As I work away mostly I can only view properties on weekends unless I'm in town. I look forward to hearing from you
Hey I am currently working as a fire fighter out in Richmond, looking for a place inbetween there and city. I am looking for a place to call home and to enjoy the people I am living with
Hi there! I am a very easy going girl - family oriented, love spending time with friends and sharing good food and good times. I'm quiet, I enjoy reading, love a good Netflix sesh, conversation and good tunes. Looking to make friends in my future flat mates :)
Hey, Tim here. I have a full time job in north Sydney and a pretty active social life, so I’m generally not home. Looking more for a place to sleep and chill out in, not one to have people over that often. Pretty neat and tidy and have respect for personal space and boundaries. I’m currently living out in castle hill and ideally looking for a place closer to work and the city. The commute is killing me atm!
Hi I'm a friendly man who is happy to clean up after myself and likes to keep my room fairly tidy. I'm fairly busy doing my own thing but also am pretty social when I'm in the mood. I'm a fairly good cook as I studied to be a chef . I'm working in a French restaurant in Mosman and also selling clothing . I like bbqs and going for walks and to local restaurants and bars . I also have a bicycle and a car. I like reading and watching some tv . I'm not a big party person and fairly quite . Thanks from Jim
Hi! We are Will, Caitie and Roo (a pup) and we're looking for a pet friendly place to call home. Will is working as a carpenter in Gladesville/Hunters Hill and Caitie is working in Hospitality and studying at Macquarie University. Roo has no qualifications or work experience and is a lazy freeloader, but very well house trained and friendly. We are both pretty busy during the week so enjoy coming home to a quiet place to relax. We love to cook up a storm before settling in to a night with Netflix, but also happy to have a chat over a beer any time. We are open to those who like to be social and party so having friends over is no issue and we would like to do the same on occasion. We are both generally tidy, self sufficient people who are looking for likeminded others who are happy to share in the care of the house equally. We like to be responsible for our own food and other household ammenities (but happy to replace basic things if need be). As for our third party member, Roo is a Rhodesian Ridgeback, a breed known for sleeping 23 hours a day and being a generally sooky couch potato. He is however a large dog (and he forgets how large) so we would not be suited to anyone who is uncomfortable around big dogs. However he is very gentle and has a great temperament, not to mention absolutely adorable and loved by everyone he meets. If you need more information, please don't hesitate to shoot us a message!
I'm a super considerate full-time psychology student also working part-time with a stable and steady income. When i'm not working or studying i'm usually going out being active or catching up with friends. I'm definitely not looking for a party house but don't mind being social in the house with my flatmates.
I am a finance professional working for a food manufacturing company. I am currently on a secondment in NZ and will be moving back to Sydney in July. I am a bit of a clean freak : ) and like to keep the space I live in clean, tidy and organised. I have travelled extensively, both for work and for leisure. I love cooking.....and eating! Outside of work, I spend my time training for my black belt and pursuing some kind of recreational activity. Weekends are usually spent at training, going out for lunches/dinners and preparing for the upcoming week. I usually spend my weeknights studying or reading or planning for a trip or activity : ) I'd love to share a flat with someone who also wants to be friends with a flatmate, is clean and tidy and exudes positive vibes : )
Easy going, like a clean house. Will do my own thing most of the time but also happy to spend time together. LGBTQI friendly. I'm working full time and pay on time always. Primarily looking for a new/ near new apartment or house that is already furnished with the private room unfurnished as I have my own king bed. Built in robe, prefer own bathroom or ensuite and would ideally like to live with 1 other person or couple/ 1 other max. Parking would be great also. If this sounds like the room you have on offer, please contact me! I do not have a strict moving date but hoping for somewhere before the end of May. Would like bills included in rent up to $300 max.

Hello Prospective Flattie, I'm Anita, I work full time and am seeking a mature minded (and tidy) but easy going flatmate (preferably female) of a similar mindset. I'm currently based in the Hunter Valley and am looking to relocate back to Sydney (mid June) full time for work. I'm very easy going and love meeting new people. I enjoy good food, having a drink and yarn and enjoying a good ol' laugh. I love music, arts, staying fit & healthy and having long winded discussions about most things. I'm responsible, reliable and a great communicator. I'm a big believer that communication is the key to any successful cohabitation! You may find most weekends I won't be home as I like to get out and about on my days off. I'm very house proud and like to maintain and keep all common areas tidy as well as my room at all times. I'm a bad cook (great at desserts though) but will definitely give it a red hot crack! Always keen to learn new things... I hope we get a chance to meet and I look forward to hearing from any prospective flatties. = )
