Hey, I'm Morgan, 32. Part-time social worker, part-time student, and full-time respectful, kind, and easy-going housemate. I enjoy yoga, swimming, and going for bush walks. I'm have an easy going disposition and would like to live with people that are ultimately my friends. I'm after a room with a built-ins, and some communal storage space would be perfect. Looking forward to meeting you. (:
Hi, I'm a mature-age teacher doing temporary and casual blocks at a number of schools. I have a well house-trained, 10yr old cat, Gary. We are looking for a home with a view to travelling to the UK to teach either in September or at the end of the year. I am very independent and I love my privacy and respect that of others. Nevertheless, I enjoy a chat and a coffee if offered. I enjoy reading, movies, theatre, choral singing, mainly classical and early music, meditation, swing-dancing and Gary. Gary loves to go on walks and to love and be loved.
Looking for a quiet, clean and tidy, pet friendly place. I'm a mature, employed, single male, house trained, social drinker, outdoor smoker. I Love my footy (Rugby League). I'm a Saints supporter (St.George illawara Dragons), and in soccer I'm a die hard Liverpool fan (EPL). I work hard during the week and on the weekends I like to chill out with my dog 'Buddy', on the beach or at the dog park. 'Buddy' is a three years old 'Jug' - Jack Russell Cross Pug - He's super friendly and very cheeky. He's trained, vaccinated, wormed, and desexed. BTW 'Buddy' is an outdoor dog .ie. He sleeps and plays in the backyard. He's a champion dog, with a small dog Syndrome, although he only weighs 8 kgms on the scale, he thinks he's a Great Dane or an American Staffie... ... Bless his heart ...
I'm a healthcare professional, working full-time in western Sydney. I enjoy reading, music, and podcasts. I generally like to relax at home on weeknights, and hang out with friends on the weekend. I've lived in a number of sharehouses so I'm well house-trained..! I'm looking to live with people who have similar left-leaning / progressive values.
Spacious, well-lit 3.3 x 3.1 metre bedroom available for one person in a 2 bedroom flat located immediately next to the strain and bus stops of Hurlstone Park, and just an 8-minute walk to the Dulwich Hill Light Rail Station. Hurlstone Park is immediately next to Dulwich Hill, Summer Hill and Canterbury. It is 18 mins from Hurlstone Park to Central. The room can be furnished with one double bed or not. There is one free-standing wardrobe in place, and other furniture can be made available if required. The flat has everything you would need: a shared lounging space, a great kitchen, bathroom upstairs, a spare bathroom downstairs, laundry, and a large, gated outdoor parking area. You will be sharing with one professional male. This can be available full time or part time. Reduced rent would be available for a FIFO or someone who only needs to be part-time in Sydney. This would suit a conscientious student or another professional whose party days are very much over. This is an LGBTIQ friendly household and a non-party household. The flat isn’t overly noisy, but it is located near a train station so this would not suit a light sleeper. Rent does not include bills. Bills are $80 per month for NBN and around $10 per week for electricity (unless you want to blast the air con in summer). There are no other bills. Please note that on two, short evenings per week, some private teaching is done from home which is easy to work around and has never been a problem.

Hi there, My name is Renato and I'm 26 years old. I work full-time in advertising in the city and study part-time at UTS at nights. Between uni and sports commitments, I'm busy most nights. With the little spare time I have, I like to hang out friends, have a drink and play board games. I'd like to say that I'm generally a happy, easy-going dude; and clean and tidy. Hi! I am looking for a friendly environment to live. I'm a HR consultant and a business man who is a friendly, considerate, clean and tidy person. I enjoy my profession and currently living with my family, but I am looking for a change. I am quite flexible on location for my living, as I drive almost anywhere. If there is any garage or street parking or paid parking that would be great as I have a BMW X5 SUV for which I would need parking. I have a good sense of humour. I am an easy going and a no drama kind of guy who loves life. I enjoy staying in good health, playing Squash, tennis, hip hop dance, walking, eating healthy and leading an active lifestyle. Occasionally, I like going to clubs with dance floor playing hip-hop music. I am very flexible with my work hours and can choose my own hours. I normally try to keep my office hours between 9-5 (Mon-Fri) and on weekends I love catching up with friends, family and getting outside. I love Sydney and always try discovering new things to do in Sydney that I haven’t done before. I have lived here last 22 years. I’m always considerate about my flat mates, happy to share a meal or a few drinks every now and then but will also respect your space. I enjoy eating out at good restaurants, cafes and bistros which I enjoy more when I can share with friendly and good hearted people. I would feel great if I see that my flatmate(s) think of the apartment to make it feel like a home. I do not have any problem to welcome your friends as visitors. If you don't mind maintaining a home that is tidy with friendly environment we are on the same page. I find living comfortable with people who are able to talk about any issues that arise. I'm looking to stay with like-minded people who are considerate, respectful and friendly that like a drama free home. I think it is important to respect each other’s privacy and have a warm friendship in the home. See you soon. Biplob
