Hi there! I'm looking for a fellow young professional to share my quiet little 2 bedroom apartment with. The move in date is negotiable as sometime in July - as I'm looking for the right person rather than the first person :) The room available is medium sized; can fit a double bed and desk and comes with a mirrored built-in wardrobe. At some point the owners decided to give one of the walls a vibrant pink feature wall - and the room also has flyscreen windows and neighbourhood view over the apartment carpark + trees beyond. Our place is 7 mins from the Hurlstone Park train station, 10 mins from the light rail, 3 min from the bus, and close to great cafes and restaurants in Dulwich Hill. It's a little bit awkward for walking distance to groceries - there's an IGA about fifteen minutes walk away but prior to having a vehicle I either had food delivered or grabbed my shopping on the way home as the walk from the station is so close. The apartment is bright and open with a sunny balcony that comes off the dining/lounge area. There is one bathroom shared between the two bedrooms; the hot water tank is small but I manage to have 10-minute-wash-my-hair-every-other-day showers with no issues. There is a separate laundry adjacent to the kitchen. There's a parking spot behind the apartment block that can be available (I have a motorbike so we can share the space easily) but the street is also nice and wide and super easy for visitor parking. Whilst I am currently on a rolling lease, the real estate have offered the opportunity for us to sign a new six month or one year lease - which bodes well for the madness of the current property market - so if you are keen to go on the lease with me you will need to have a solid rental history! I love living in this apartment, have been here for almost two years and my outgoing flatmate (moving in with partner) has been here for 5. Our neighbors have all been here for years - its a safe spot that's quiet, light filled and open and amazingly priced for what it is. I'm looking for a flatmate of a similar age who wants to stay somewhere for a while and make this place their home. Bills are generally $150 per person per quarter for electricity; there's no gas. I have cable internet at the moment which is kind of expensive - but super fast - and reliable; apparently we're getting the NBN here in the next month or so; so I'm very open to looking into plans and choosing one together.
I have one big unfurnish room. The house is 8 minutes walk to Hurlstone park station. The house has three rooms, very spacious kitchen, laundry with dryer, two bathrooms, a very nice living room with a huge TV with nextflix/stan, large space for cars, gym and huge garage. This neighbourhood is very quiet and secure, so fits to someone who likes peace and not the crowd of the city centre. Also city is 25 minutes by train. We are two girls in their 20's and 30's, quiet, respectful and very nice to live with. So we are looking for someone the same way and clean as we are. The rent includes electricity, water, free wiffi and other facilities. Please contact Sabrina for any enquires.
I am a friendly person I am easy to get along with and I love talking with people. At times I love my own space to relax and read. I am considerate towards the needs of others. It is located in beautiful and peaceful surroundings with water views. It backs onto a large reserve and river with walking tracks and cycle ways, etc at your door. It is a 5 minute walk to the train station (20 minutes to the Sydney CBD) & buses. 10 mins to Leichhardt, Petersham and Newtown. Woolworths and Aldi 5 mins walk and several cafes and shops nearby. Looking for mature, professional worker (or student) who is responsible and respectful, house trained, clean and tidy, who believes communication and respect are the key to successful house mates. Hey, I'm a 32 y/o Sydney native, looking to start a new flat-share with a friendly flatmate. I work as a support worker in mental health four days a week, and then I like to enjoy my down time. I'm interested in literature, music, culture and writing poetry in my free time. I'm pretty quiet and like to have a calm place to live, but also like to share a drink/a meal with my flatmate and develop a good relationship so it's easy sailing and positive vibes. I am a pretty conscientious person and appreciate living with others who are as well. I'll bring your clothes in off the line when it's raining and I won't steal the last tim-tam. I'll rock-paper-scissors you for it :) I currently live in Canterbury close to the Cooks River, and love to go walking there, so would love to stay close by it (eg. Dulwich Hill, Hurlstone Park), but am also open to other suburbs in the Inner West. My partner stays over sometimes, and I'll be staying at his sometimes, so then you'll get the place to yourself. I have furniture for our common areas. I don't have a date I have to move by, I'm currently on a rolling lease and will give notice on my current place when I find the right flat (and flat mate!). If you're interested in finding a flat to live in together, please get in touch, it would be great to meet up and get to know each other a bit! Cheers.

I am a social, respectful and friendly person. Looking for someone who's like minded and respects privacy and space but at the same time happy share a nice glass of red or a meal every now and then. I value a clean and tidy place. Not looking for a party house, just a home I can call my serenity. I enjoy having a friend over every now and then to enjoy a good conversation. I am a primary teacher and samba dancer so that keeps me busy most nights. I enjoy eating out and going to watch a gig. School nights I'm generally a little bit of a grandma ;) I had a great relationship with my flat mate but being the owner of the place she has now decided to sell the property.
My name is Magnus and I'm from the cold north, more specifically Denmark. I'm studying Risk and Emergency Management and I'm moving to Sydney in the beginning of November to do an internship at a consultant company in CBD. Therefore, I am looking for a place to stay and perhaps one or two awesome roommates, to share the place with. I am very easy going and social, but I respect one's privacy and do enjoy a clean an (relatively) tidy place 👍 I'm used to having roommates back in Denmark and I will enjoy hanging out, getting a few beers and exploring Sydney and the surroundings. 🕺 In my free time I like to hang with friends (and roommates), doing sports, hanging out in the sun or what ever the day (and nights) bring. 🍻☀️
A Sydney native with a wide range of interests (eg. cooking, comedic politics, podcasts, sci-fi shows/movies), broad sense of humour, chilled, positive, a little nerdy and a bit creative. Love the outdoors (nature, camping, hiking, beach). Am up for drinks but won't make it till the AM anymore! I work full time in digital/marketing, balance a busy, healthy lifestyle and respect other people's space so am looking for the same. I'd like to team up for a 2-bedder with someone who's pretty clean but not OCD and low maintenance like me! I'm looking at places with an easy commute into the city for work. You'll move into a fully furnished place apart from your room furniture (though I'm happy to provide a bed set for the right person). I'm currently viewing properties in Marrickville, Ashfield, Mascot and surrounding areas $450-550pw. Move in date after 9/7 so give me a bell if you'd like to share a place!
Hello, future house mate! I'm friendly, respectful, honest, easy going, non smoker who cares about her health & fitness. Happy to clean regularly as part of a cleaning roster and will treat your home like it's my own. I enjoy cooking, playing football, Campos coffee, and travelling around this beautiful country. I'm flexible with the move in date and will stay long term. No couples, no cats and no night owls please as I work full time and value my beauty sleep :) I love dogs and will happily take your dog for regular walks. I own bedroom furniture, kitchen basics, washing machine (front loader), tv and entertainment unit. I may consider selling them if your home is furnished. Built in wardrobe and gas stove top are a must.
Hey flatmates, Flo and I are about to move to Sydney from Tasmania having completed our farmwork (yay!) We're easy going and like to keep things tidy, and respectful of any house rules and understand that everyone needs their own space, although we're always up for a chat over a cup of tea or at the local pub. If you have any questions about us just send a message
We are a friendly 20 something couple from New Zealand, staying in Parramatta but looking to move closer in to the city. We love to cook together (Aiden is an amazing cook, Geneva is good at doing dishes and chopping ingredients), so we'd like to move somewhere with a nice tidy kitchen! We both work full time, so a respectable, quiet and tidy environment is essential. Geneva works in Public Relations and Aiden works in IT. Our interests include (but are not limited to!) food, cooking, visiting markets, exploring Sydney, reading, 3D Printing, tattoos, retro cars, media, zombies, gardening, avocados and cats.
I'm rarely home, as I research part-time and work full-time. I'm very quiet, and prefer quiet, calm homes, although it is right to say I enjoy chatting with flatmates, when there are moments of shared space (over dinner, occasional TV time). They happen rarely, though. Very much prefer to have own bathroom, quite fine with sharing cleaning and other house duties.
Please read whole advertisement! My name is Charli, female, full time employed, ex hairdresser now working in an office. Work in CBD, currently residing in Wattle Grove. Looking to move into a new already furnished home inclusive FROM the 31st July 2017, need a bigger room, closer to work. CBD or Inner West is preferable. Please only contact me if you are between the ages of 21-30 and looking for a housemate from this date. Im home from a 3 year stint in the UK in March 2015 and I'm looking to do more travel. Ultimately looking for a long term double bed room furnished or unfurnished with lots of light! I'd love to hear from anyone that's like minded. I'm big on Sunday brunches and try to go on a coastal walk every so often. I don't smoke but I love my wines. I don't have a car and don't want one, so will need to be extremely close to a train station or bus stop. Budget is max $300 (bills inc) per week. I'm easy to live with, clean, considerate and am not much of a partier or socialite when I'm back here - saving all my money for travels! I don't party much, I work alot, but im very friendly. I consider myself clean and considerate. Let me know if I suit your household dynamic! Charli
Hullo, I'm Brett. I'm moving to Syd from Wollongong, my home for the past 7 or so years, for an exciting new job in the city. I'm a neat person by nature, I like to keep my space tidy and will clean up after myself pronto. I respect people's personal space, but am open to making new friends and love having a good chat :) I enjoy cooking, and will ask if you want a cuppa when I'm making one. I'm really looking forward to exploring the city - I love discovering new cafes/pubs/beaches/nooks/crannies. I'm a web designer/developer, so you'll often find me staring at screens, but like to live healthily with running/riding/gym/sport activities. I like to laze about the house and watch TV as much as anybody, but also looking forward to going to see a few gigs and such, while I'm enjoying city life.
I have been living in Melbourne for almost 5 years. I am now relocating to Sydney for work. I am not quite sure about a preferred suburb, actually any clean and tidy place with lovely housemates (but not too many) which is about 30-45 minutes by public transport to Sussex Street, Sydney 2000 would do for me. I am easy going but clean and tidy. I am friendly and always up for a chat; however, I do enjoy spending time quietly on my own and respect others' privacy. I love gardening and also join volunteer works during my free-time. I do not like moving around and is looking for a place where I call home, not just a house.
PLEASE READ BEFORE MESSAGING ME. I am 32 and come with a really cute Chinese Crested dog called Vinny. I work at a bar in the city and sing in a little band. Pretty into my fitness. I'm a non-smoker too.
I'm an out-going, open-minded, funny person who enjoys social life - and I WILL CLEAN THE KITCHEN!!! :-D I do not have any weird habits. I'm very easy to be around.
