Laid back professional photographer who enjoys quiet nights in as well as socialising with friends at various bars, cafes, diners, live music venues, art events, gym, outdoors when not working. My week various - I'm a freelancer who is either working from home or out shooting on location most of the time. I've lived in Sydney all my life but spent the past 12 months abroad volunteering in Nepal then working in Bangkok so I have minimal furniture but plan to purchase whatever is necessary (so ok with a furnished / unfurnished room). I return back to Sydney this Thursday (27th April) and can view and move in straight away. I clean up after myself, is social enough to hold a conversation with you and your guests when we see each other around the house but know when to respect your privacy. I'm housetrained :) and is happy to share the chores / bills for common household items. I LOVE animals though have no pets of my own but if you do I'd be more than happy to help with walking or feeding said furry creature when you are too busy etc. If there is space for gardening I'd love to maintain / contribute so we can always have fresh herbs and veggies. In regards to rent / bills, after the initial bond and 1 month rent, I am willing (indeed would prefer) to pay monthly in advance. In terms of contract, I am hoping to settle into my new home for more than 12 months if we are all a good fit. Ideally, it would be great to get along with my flatmates outside of the share housing situation. In the past I've had flatmates who became friends / regularly gone out together in social situations.

Hi I am 30 yo I work fulltime the classic 9-5 monday to friday. I love relaxing on weekends or maybe going on adventures and visiting new places when the weather is nice
G'day! My name is Chris Hobbs and I'm a 24-year-old electrical apprentice and part-time university student. I think I am great to live with as I have lived in share accommodation before and from the first-hand experience I have learned what makes and breaks the whole share house experience. I am looking for a place to sign up for a year's lease with some like minded cats. Working full-time and studying part-time means that my Monday to Friday week is pretty busy and quiet as I'm up early of a morning and attend university late of a night. In saying that it's not all business with me.... I am always up for a beer or two and a chat, but during the week I like to keep it fairly tame. However, of a Friday night or weekend, I don't mind if there is a bit of noise and commotion being made in the house as long as I am a part of it! I am happy to share all my household goods and furniture with my roommates as long as it is reciprocated. I've lived in houses where you help yourself to others people stuff and leave yours to be helped to, I've also lived in houses where you only touch after asking. Either way I am cool as long as an agreement between housemates has been made. So if you are looking for a laid back, clean and respectable housemate I would love for you to hit me up. Cheers!
An oasis in the heart of the Inner West! This two bedroom two storey townhouse has polished floorboards throughout; air-conditioning downstairs, ceiling fans upstairs. Front and back garden/courtyard. The set of townhouses also has a communal pool which is maintained once a week by strata. The room: medium sized room with built in wardrobes (mirrored), wooden Venetian blinds and ceiling fan. This room gets the most sunlight and has a view onto the courtyard below. There is a second toilet downstairs and shared bathroom upstairs with separate shower and bath. Electric cooking and a dishwasher in the kitchen and kitchen/dining room combined downstairs.
My name is Haseena. I am in my mid 30's. I am a working in the Media industry. My working hours are Mon - Fri and I have weekend offs. I can be busy but when I am free, I need a little 'ME' time and usually enjoy spending time at home watching TV, curling up with a book, or cooking a nice meal. I am looking for a place walking distance to the train station. I also have my own bed, tallboy and buffet table.
Hi all :-) I am working full-time (as a doctor), and am looking to for a new home from around the end of April. I am keen to find some friendly people to live with who are respectful of the need to sleep after a long shift, but don't mind sharing a conversation or movie every so often!!! I am quiet, clean, and will be busy working as an intern. Bonus points if you have a dog - especially if it's a Border Collie or a Kelpie, but I'll settle for any breed, as long as it is friendly and can go for walks!!! Thanks :-)
I am moving from India to Australia. I keep to myself and mind my own business, so like to live in a quite place that reciprocates my way of living. I have worked in IT for more than 15 years. Plan to find an employment in similar field in Australia; but also inclined to change my career. Have plans to take up uber driving, until I find a steady job. I am looking for a studio or a one bed apartment. It should be self-contained, in the sense; have a private bathroom and kitchen. Washer / dryer for the cloths is also required.
I'm 25, I currently manage a cafe in marrickville, and I'm a qualified chef. I'm very laid back, friendly, social, neat and tidy and respectful. Looking for a home rather than a house. I'm easy to get along with, and I can whip up a meal. I'm looking to move closer to work and cut out the commute and hopefully make a mate or two in my new surroundings. In my spare time, like watching sport, 90's hip hop, having the occasional beer, and I can definitely get around a good coffee.

Hi I’m Rhiannon, I’m a 27yr old professional currently working full time in jewellery buying. What makes me a great housemate, besides the fact that I can make a mean chicken fajita & I own a guacamole making device? I am tidy & I take pride in a clean home. I am friendly, easy to get along, considerate & don’t slam doors. I enjoy a good chat, a laugh and healthy dose of sarcasm. I have previously lived in Dulwich Hill, Leichhardt & most recently Russell Lea; I have really enjoyed living these areas and am happy to stay around here but at the same time am also open to a location change as I enjoy the North too. I have all my own bedroom furniture so an unfurnished room is highly preferable as well as bit and pieces to add to the household if wanted Any questions, just let me know :) My move date can be quite flexible so please ignore the above date
I am an EXPAT returning to OZ after quite some time away from OZ will be working in Syd and am looking for a great place to stay where i can have some peace after the challenges of the working day Love a chat but am also happy in my own space. I love cats so I'm looking for a cat friendly place. I would ideally like to live with no more than 3-4 people in the house. I have quite a few things so looking for a place that has space for extra storage. I also require flexibility in terms of length of stay....min 1 month. I am looking for a furnished room with a built in robe and be large enought to fit a double bed. I do have a car so parking is a must .
Hey!! My name is Aria and I work and study in Sydney. I'm friendly, considerate of other people and I like to keep things tidy. I'm really into music! I have a semi-recording studio set up in my room at the moment (but i'm never loud because I use headphones). I also cook a lot :)
I'm rarely home, as I research part-time and work full-time. I'm very quiet, and prefer quiet, calm homes, although it is right to say I enjoy chatting with flatmates, when there are moments of shared space (over dinner, occasional TV time). They happen rarely, though.
26 year old guy looking to move within 30-40mins of the CBD. I work full-time in Pyrmont. Love my own space and privacy but also down to chill or have a couple of drinks. Tidy and clean, with plenty of experience of living with roommates.
Always happy to chat but also like having chilled out times reading, listening to music and whatnot. Work in the arts sector so enjoy all things creative, plus beach, tasty foods and wines, walking in the park, chatting with cats and dogs, all that jazz :) Looking for a share house for a month or so while wrapping up work in Sydney before joining my partner in the UK, currently living in Newtown.
Hello, future house mate! Looking for a home, not just a room to rent. I enjoy cooking, football, Campos coffee, and travelling to name a few. I'm interested in living with a like minded individual who takes pride in their home. I'm considering moving from the East to the Inner west and flexible with the move in date. No night owls please as I work full time and value my beauty sleep :) I own bedroom furniture, washing machine (front loader), tv and entertainment unit. I may consider selling them if your home is furnished. Built in wardrobe is preferable.
Heya I'm Michael. Friendly guy here. I'm a shift working Paramedic. Neat and tidy, don't mind cooking. I get on with everyone, easy going. I'm mostly out and about so won't be home too often! Oh, and I'm gay :-)
Hi! My name is Charli, female, full time employed, ex hairdresser now working in an office. Work in CBD, currently residing in Wattle Grove. Looking to move into a new already furnished home inclusive FROM the 1st June 2017 need a bigger room, closer to work. CBD or Inner West is preferable. Im home from a 3 year stint in the UK in March 2015 and I'm looking to do more travel. Ultimately looking for a long term double bed room furnished or unfurnished with lots of light! I'd love to hear from anyone that's like minded. I'm big on Sunday brunches and try to go on a coastal walk every so often. I don't smoke but I love my wines. I don't have a car and don't want one, so will need to be extremely close to a train station or bus stop. Budget is max $300 (bills inc) per week. I'm easy to live with, clean, considerate and am not much of a partier or socialite when I'm back here - saving all my money for travels! I don't party much, I work alot, but im very friendly. I consider myself clean and considerate. Let me know if I suit your household dynamic! Charli
Helloo! I'm a pretty bubbly outgoing kinda gal who loves spending time with my friends and family. I have a strange kind of love for anything that glitters or sparkles, despite being a fully fledged adult. I work full time in Ashfield and I own and rent out an apartment in Perth (I lived there for a few years). I'm a pretty neat and clean person who loovvessss when people put the empty toilet roll and drain hair in the bin and fills the kettle up after it's been used 🙊 I also spend about 45 billion hours in the bathroom so I'm preferably looking for a place where I'll have my own bathroom.
Hey, there! I'm looking for a single room in a place filled with sociable people. About myself: I've been living in Sydney for over a year, work full time in an IT company close to darling harbour. I'm easy going, clean an tidy, love to hang out, but respect others and their own space. I end up staying at work for longer hours during weekdays and on weekends in Bondi lazing around. Would like to find a flat/house, which I could treat as a home rather than just a place.
I'm a young fun uni student that respects privacy but is still willing to make living together a bit of fun!
