I love to grow my own herbs and vegetables so a backyard with room for this would be ideal but not a must. I have just started a new career in gardening and landscaping.

During my stay in Australia I plan to get employed part time in some gastronomy or office related job. I've worked at fiscal office before in Poland. I speak fluent English. I am Jing. I am on working holiday visa at this moment and I really like Australia so I decide to apply the student visa and stay here.I like cooking and baking. I am a friendly and tidy.
Respectful, sociable, a little reserved, good humoured, responsible. I'm a mature flat mate who has a steady professional job. I am very sociable but am not looking for a party or busy home. I live a hectic lifestyle and home is a sanctuary for me. I'm also looking for flatmates who I can build trust with - not people who lock themselves in their room but know how to share common space while recognising boundaries. Would be great if friendships form but this isn't a requirement because it's something that only evolves and shouldn't be forced. I have a diverse range of interests and am a very pro-active person. I'm a non-smoker and looking for same.
It’s close to the station (550m), 20 mins train to city. Quiet and safe area. Friendly house. Bright, airy and clean. There’s no restriction except for keeping public places clean. Big balcony. Bills included in rent. The price is 280 aud for 1 person and 320 aud for 2 people. Couples are welcome :)
Hi guys! I am an outgoing all round great gal, love my movie nights or quiet nights to myself but also love the dinner and beer nights or wine and banter nights! I am clean and organised, I am respectful of other people's personal space and time and am a pretty quiet person when it comes to mornings and times when people need their silence or quiet time. I am great for a chat and am an artsy gal who loves her music and all that good stuff. P.s love animals so if you have any that's a huge plus!
Very tidy, independent, social, and understanding person. I am really focused on work so that will take up most of my time. I am considerate of others and their commitments.
I am quiet, friendly and stable, and neat and tidy. I respect your time and space but am also happy to have a chat over a wine/coffee/tea or dinner :). I am out and about a lot and cook simply when home. I am a keen swimmer and go to the beach most days. I am active and also into yoga. I have traveled overseas and have had a variety of roles in my working life so get along with a variety of people. I am looking for a homely environment with interesting mature people. I prefer to share in a female only and pet free household.
I have my shit together :) Probably only be in the place 3 days a week and happy to pay normal rent. Working in the field, but come and go and love Sundays for wine down evenings to chat and hang out. Work full time. Into relaxing, going out, adventures, sports or just hanging out in general. Also independent and have an active lifestyle. Come from a mixed culture, not very religious and can look after myself or a sick house mate with a hot soup :)
I'm David, a 31 year old currently working full-time at a not-for-profit in the CBD. I’m pretty positive and outgoing by nature, though not to the extent of being an insufferable d-bag that doesn't appreciate the need for occasional quiet time. At home I’m fairly laid back, though still careful to keep what needs to be tidy in good order. Am also generally interested in the world and in other people, have travelled a fair bit, and otherwise have a shamefully predictable collection of Inner-West type interests, revolving mainly around food/wine/taking inspired photographs of turmeric lattes (mercifully, that last one is a lie).

With uni and work, my hours are pretty variable, and I'll often work quite early or quite late shifts (early shifts start 6:30am, and late shifts can finish 9-11pm). Hi, I’m a 26 year old working for a non-profit. Originally from England but have lived in Sydney most of my life. I’m easy going and respectful, looking for preferably a sharehouse with max 3 others and prefer no couple but am flexible. I play guitar, like watching shows and films and playing games. I love snorkelling and bushwalking/birdwatching. Enjoy cooking and going out with mates. Ideally I’d have chilled flatmates who are easy going too and enjoy socialising with each other but also respect having alone time too. I’ll probably be buying a projector once I move in so that’s a bonus for movie nights 😛
Hi there, I'm a web designer looking for a room in the inner west or northern suburbs. I'm a chilled, tidy, respectful housemate and I’m happy doing my own thing, but keen to share a beer at the pub or enjoy a Netflix/pizza binge. On a weekend I'm normally trying to get outside for adventures or catching up with friends/family. Looking for a place close to a train station, ideally for less than $300 a week. I am looking to move in June, but flexible with exact dates. If I sound like a good fit, let's arrange a visit! Cheers, Matt
Hey guys, Looking for a place surrounding the CBD. NO SHARE ROOMS pleaseee. I am a 25 year old Journalism student, working at a news website and studying part time. I am VERY tidy, love cooking for people and having a wine, getting stuck in to a hectic netflix series and relaxing while I'm home. I am quite social in the way that I go out to eat and drink often, so would not be home as much as most people. Would love to hear from you if you think I'm right for you :)
Hello there! Looking for a room in the Inner West to rent mid-long term. I’m 27, originally from Perth (moved here about 3 years ago), I have a few years experience in share houses, and work full-time as an occupational therapist in disability employment services. I'm super easy going, very tidy and respectful of peoples privacy. LGBT+ friendly as well. I mostly keep to myself during the week (lots of overtime) but always up for a couple of beers on the weekend, and the occasional roadtrip/trek if people are interested! Looking to move into a new place by about mid June, however can be a bit flexible. Let me know if I seem like a good fit or if you want to have a chat! Thanks, Ross

I love animals, so any pets you may have would be a bonus to me! Pretty easy going, really flexible attitude - sort of an anything is alright kind of guy. I enjoy the occasional drink, and hang out, and am more than sociable if you are as well :)
Hi there, I currently live in Campsie. As I participate in a voluntary work at nights more, I want to have a house with "2 rooms" only. It means that one for me and another for my friends /family visit me from Hong Kong from time to time. The house must be near to City like Marrickville or Dulwich hills. I am a Christian and I used to be a corporate trainer in Macau for almost 20 years. Now I work in a training and development in a college since last August. More importantly, I have granted a 4-year working visa and work full-time. So, paying rent on time is not an issue for me. My habits: 1. I like cooking and sport. So, I prefer my house close to nature like Cook Rivers and the stove need to be a gas cooker or induction cooker. l like reading and listening to classical music but I am a light sleeper and quite sensitive by noise. 2. I don't drink or smoke. I currently commute by bike. So, I am so disciplined. 3. Finding a responsible tenant is really important. I also have my house where I have leased out with the same tenant in Macau for almost 1 year. So, making your house tidy and clean is my first priority. 4. I have been here for less than 9 months but I can provide my current landlord's reference letter which indicated my lease with a good record in 7 months. In a nutshell, I am a healthy, sporty and ordinary man. Look forward to receiving your kind response very soon. Sam
Hi, my name is Ronnie; 29 years old Dutchmen. I work quite some hours, very clean, organised and enjoy to cook. Always in for a chat, but private time is important too! I'll be staying till the end of July, so moving asap is preferable! Looking forward meeting you :)
I am relaxed and sociable but I understand and respect boundaries/personal space. I work full time and enjoy spending spare time exploring hidden gems in the suburbs and seeing friends. I love animals so if you have pets I'm all for it! I'm fun and can teach you some swing dancing which I go to classes for each week. I enjoy cooking and try to make my meals in larger batches and split them up for a couple of days. I'd like to live somewhere in the inner west but open to new locations .
