Hello. I’m Yuna, female from Tokyo, Japan. I’m quiet, clean and tidy. Respect people’s space, love animals. I’ve lived in Sydney since last December, working at Westfield in Hurstville. (I have to move by 7th April, and planning to stay for long term. ) I am looking for a place feel life home not just sharing a place. I get along with everyone, meet and adapt well to any surroundings. I don’t smoke, will work fulltime during normal business hours. I don’t mind to share a cleaning schedule if it fits you. I’m looking forward to hear from you. Thanks. Yuna
We live in a house with two bedrooms. The main bedroom used by current tentants has an Ensuite so the main bathroom will be the private use of the tenant. The bedroom is big enough to fiit a Queen bed and small desk and has built in wardrobes. Its an open plan house. There is a big pool and a double garage, we use this as storage as with too many tenants it is difficult to determine who is in the garage :) . The house is across from the park with a soccer field and basket ball courts in a nice area with good neighbours. We have a BBQ, WIFI, Foxtel in the lounge room (happy to have installed in the bedroom at tentants own cost). The house, excluding the bedroom for lease is fully furnished. $300 for Single. $340 for Couples.
1 unfurnished bedroom with built-in wardrobe available for rent in a just renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit in quiet Oatley. Laundry equipped with washer/dryer combo. Garage is right below the unit for your car and plenty of space for bikes or your other outdoor gear. Unit is a 5 minute walk from the Oatley train station or the Oatley East shops and local IGA. Oatley West and Coles is a 10 minute walk. CBD is a quick 30 min train ride, Hurstville/Westfield 6 min ride.
The place is very quiet, small block of units with good tennants. I have been here 4 yrs. I have foxtel connected, netflix, unlimited internet, fully furnished, Aircon, heating and plenty of offstreet parking. Hey, I’m a young Australian girl looking to move out of home for the first time. I’m currently working on a part time / casual basis. I’m shy & quiet so I’ll mostly keep to myself. I’m honest & tidy.
We are clean and tidy and love to cook! Looking for a place to stay until we travel to Europe next year. We are both really into gaming but are very respectful of everyone around us. Paul is a butcher and I'm a childcare educator looking to change fields. We are very easy going and hope we can meet some new and fun people 😁
We are two people looking for an accommodation that accepts two people in one room or (couple). (Ruth) I am from Philippines and been staying in Sydney for 5 years. Been working in the same company for 5 years. Currently working in a bar too. I'm a temporary resident. I'm always at work and I'm studying full, you'll barely see me at home but when I'm home I prefer to stay in the room to rest or hang out with my friends. I like cooking better than having take away. Might let you taste my cooking if ever. (Shubu) I am from Nepal and been staying in Sydney for almost 8 months. I'm working in a fast food restaurant and doing some housekeeping work. I am studying full time and working most of the time. On my days off I always sit outside or wherever there's an open air or grass to unwind, watch movies on my laptop or talk to people I'm living with. I'm very quiet person though, only talk when needed. We are both private people and want to keep it to ourselves but we're responsible and you can trust us when it's come to cleanliness, privacy and never come to someone else's business. We are fun and outgoing, we usually go out on weekends but never had a friend over (we don't like it and we respect other people in the house). We don't mind staying with people that has kids and pets. We more appreciated kids and pets. It's stress reliever sometimes. Hope we can get along in the future and would like to meet you soon.
I am a 24y old electrical apprentice from Qld working full time in Sydney with the railways. I need a quite place to relax and study. Being a quite type, and over sharing situations, I am looking for self contained accommodation. I also need a secure place to park my car. Convenient access to shops and a railway station would be ideal. I work around different parts of the rail network in Sydney , so I can be flexible regarding locations to live. Im happy to hear from you should you have a suitable place for rent. Regards Patrick
Hey! My name’s Jen. I’ve lived on a farm in a small country town my whole life and am still pretty new to the area. I love animals, cooking, art, the outdoors and am keen to meet some new people and have a bit of fun. I am pretty chill but still keep things pretty tidy. I am currently working at a pub in Ramsgate and studying one day a week.

Hi there, hope this message finds you well. I have recently relocated back to Sydney having spent the last 15 years abroad in mainly China, Switzerland and Thailand. I am employed by The Hyatt Regency Sydney as FO-AM (Hotel Duty Manager) and currently living with my Mum in the Eastern Suburbs. I'm flexible, understanding and responsible. I enjoy basketball, swimming and can speak Mandarin, Cantonese, French and Thai. I'm now learning Nepalese. I'm here to pursue my career, start my own company and I have a busy schedule meaning I'll most likely be using the space for 6 hours a day to shower and rest however, if the time is right and everyone is onboard, I can party like a rock star.

We have just returned from a 3 month trip and looking for a great place to live. I'm from Manchester and returning to my recruitment role in the CBD. Matt is from Sydney and has just finished 6 years in the navy. Both of us tend to be busy in the week and live a healthy lifestyle. We enjoy socialising, cooking and going to the gym. Both open minded, relaxed and conscientious.
I'm a very responsible girl, clean and well organised. I'm friendly but respectful with other's privacy. I work full time and studying 2 days a week. In my free time I like a cold beer, hang out with friends, dancing, outside activities.
I'm from Far North Queensland and I've just recently moved to Sydney a month ago to play Soccer, I transferred and am working for the same company I've been working with for the past three years. I am searching for a share house I can call home. I'm a perfectionist by trait so I like my surroundings neat and tidy. I'm very active so I won't be home alot cause I'll either be at work, sports or exploring Sydney. Im very sociable and out going! I'm a hype man and a big believer in positive vibes and creating a great atmosphere for myself and the people around me! I’m very friendly and willing to be engaging with my house mates if they’re keen for a good laugh and chat! I get along with everyone and know how to relate to people of all social types as long as they aren’t disrespectful! Although I’m very energetic and engaging I am at the same time very strong on respecting people and their privacy. I know my mama raised me well so if you have House rules I am more than happy to follow them. Either way, I'm very adaptive to most living styles and am very respectful to my housemates and their belongings. Mad Love and I hope you consider me :)
