Large pool and lovely gardens. Plenty of nice walking tracks near by. Central location- 10 mins drive to hospital, uni, city. Onsite management. Hi I’m Danielle, 29 year old female, Im work and fitness orientated. Easy to get along with. Happy to converse with others but also like my own space. Very neat and tidy, non smoker. I have a miniature dachshund which comes as a package with me but she’s small and cute and gets along well with all dogs and cats :)
Engineer, single 28yo working roster in the mines down south. Easy going, love to socialise, however appreciate my own space now and again as I'm also studying. More than happy to help out with house up keep 😊
Hey everyone! I'll be moving to Townsville to start full-time work as a graduate radiographer in early January and am keen to move into a share house/apartment. I have lived in Brisbane during my university years and want a lifestyle change in far north QLD! I’m easy-going, clean and respectful having lived in a share house for the last 2 years. I am pretty social and enjoy spending time with others but I'm also happy with everyone doing their own thing. I enjoy traveling, photography, cooking, bike riding, tennis and any other outdoor activities!
Looking for short term accommodation in Townsville for a 6 week work contract (may be extended but will discuss this with you). Will need a furnished room. I'm a 24 year old female, work full-time and am very friendly and respectful. I've lived in share houses since I was 18 so I know what makes a good housemate! I'm very neat and tidy and not into drinking or partying. If you have something suitable or want to know more about me, please let me know 😊
I have 1 rooms available to rent in a 4 bedroom house in Idalia from mid October. It’s a quiet area and we have plenty of local shops nearby and public transportation. The room is unfurnished and you will only be sharing a bathroom with one other person (female). Included in the $150 weekly rent is room rent and unlimited Internet plus Netflix. Electricity will be split 3 ways between the housemates. Lawns and gardens are maintained by myself unless you like to garden, then you're more than welcome to lend a hand. Ideally, I’m looking for a tidy, friendly and outgoing person (male or female). Non smokers only please. If this sounds like it might suit you, don't hesitate contact me. Thanks :)
Im Alannah, I work full time and enjoy adventuring and catching up with friends in my free time. I have a cute little dog called Jardi, she is a chihuahua x daschund who is very well behaved and loves a cuddle. My lease is finishing up on the 20th December, so I am either looking for a couple of people to move in to current place and renew the lease ($265p/w for whole property) or to team up and find a new home or to find a room in a share house 😊
Gated complex, secure underground parking, pool and dog park within. Air conditioned 2 bedroom unit completely furnished bedsides the bedroom. Wifi and foxtel will be discussed on arrival and seperate bathroom and shower/bath. I have a 7 month old husky who is super friendly and house trained.
Ex-chef (can cook) now completing PhD (on ethical investing) looking for a quiet place to study, work and chill out. I am a relaxed person, clean, quiet, extremely respectful of others and easy to get along with. Would like privacy so own room is a must and own bathroom is preferred. Social and love to meet new people, but also like my own time, especially when I have to work on my PhD. I need to study at home but will also be out of the house at least 5 days per week with part time work at Fairfield Central. Also go to my sister's house a lot, love spending time with my nephews. They live on Springbrook Pde in Idalia, so anywhere close to there would be amazing! Enjoy the occasional glass of wine, non-smoker and healthy living. I have borrowed a bed and side tables but happy to return if the room is furnished. I like to live in clean spaces and kitchen hygiene is particularly important to me. I clean up after myself and would expect the same but happy for our home to be "lived in". I have a bicycle that I use often so having that in easy access is important to me. Would prefer rent and bills inclusive up to $150. Looking at moving in around the 17th Dec and leaving in Jan or Feb latest. So, these are the things that would make me very happy to live with you. For you, I would be a responsible, respectful, trustworthy housemate. My income of part-time work and a scholarship are more than enough to cover rent and bills (I'm sharing so that I can save up for a business that I am developing). I'm a good listener and have a caring nature so would make for good company. If you feel we would be a good fit, or if there is anything else you would like to know, please send me a message!
Hi all. I'll be moving to Townsville to start up full-time work as a graduate engineer in mid to late January and am keen to move into a share house/apartment. I have lived in Brisbane during my uni years but originally come from Cairns and sort of know my way around Townsville. I play soccer and will be looking to join a team once arriving in Townsville. I try to stay fairly active and like spending time outdoors but also enjoy quiet days of pretty much not doing anything. I like to keep things clean and tidy and am fairly easy going. Recently graduated as a Radiation Therapist and moving to Townsville for a full-time job. Looking for a room to rent and to meet new people! I consider myself as an easy going and social person, who is tidy and respectful. Having lived out of home for 3 years already, I understand the importance of cleaning up after yourself, especially in common areas. I love a movie night in just as much as drinks and a night out. Looking for like-minded people that want to hang out but also like to have their own space. :)
My name is Natalie, I'm 29 years old and have just moved back to townsville to take a job at my old work the Australian Institute of Marine science. I previously lived here for 3 years but have been away travelling the world for the last 9 Months. I'm down to earth, like to keep fit and cook. I'm very sociable and love a chat but also very happy just doing my own thing.
Hey I'm Katie. I currently work full time however am going to start studying next year and need a place to live. I'm leaning towards the cheaper end of the spectrum, just the basics, it doesn't need to be fancy, as I'd rather not spend my life savings on rent. I'm a neat and tidy person, and I mostly keep to myself. ✌🏼
Currently looking for a house mate I’m in a 2 bed 2 bath unit in railway estate. You will have your own bathroom. The unit is fully furnished there is a bed in the room but I can take it out if you don’t need it. The complex is gated and there is an inside carpark you will have. There is a pool in the complex. No pets.
The house is a traditional raised Queenslander with plenty of charm and a large block of land. The upstairs and downstairs are separate living quarters, where I live upstairs with the entire downstairs being brand new, as seen in photos, (not quite finished). There is one laundry to share for upstairs and downstairs residents, which has large lockable cupboards, with washer/dryer provided. The bottom floor is for rent, it is a self contained unit with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen and open living area. The kitchen has brand new appliances which includes a dishwasher. There is a kitchen bar that connects to an open area to the front and an area to a rear of the house for undercover outdoor living. There are air conditioning units in the living area and bedrooms as well as fans. There is a double carport where one spot will be reserved for upstairs, with one for downstairs. The house is in a great spot, only an 8 min drive to the city, and about 10 to the university and hospital. The Ross River creek is a 1 min walk away and a great spot for a walk or run.

Quality house & quality fit-out. Gourmet kitchen, bar area, spa bath, massive lounge downstairs, internal staircase, second lounge upstairs, two bathrooms, verandahs etc. Less than 2 min walk to major bus route/Coles. 10min drive to JCU or the hospital. Bond is 4wks but happy to receive it over the 1st month to make it easier, I know how hard it can be with changeover from one bond to the next home.Secure parking. Furnished home

Hey, I'm Laura! I'm currently studying psychology at James Cook Uni and doing casual waitressing during my spare time. I'm a tidy, considerate and easy going flatmate who'll make the rent on time. I currently don't have a car, so any houses handily located near public transport and/or bike tracks with routes to Stocklands Shopping Center and the uni would be ideal. I'd like to be on friendly terms with my flatmates, so I'm always up for a wine and/or meal and a chat! I love to swim, a good book and a home cooked meal :)
We (that's Jack and Anja) are looking for someone to move in with us. Jack has bought the house a couple of years ago and we've been doing lots of renovation on it since, to make it a paradise everyone wants to call home. One bedroom is available starting Mid-November and around Christmas - time our beloved friend will move out so we'll be looking to find someone to move into the second bedroom at that time. The house has got 3 bedrooms in total. The first one we are renting out has a big inbuilt cupboard for all your belongings and a window to let both light and breeze into your room. At the moment there is a queen size bed with a mosquito net set up, but if you are bringing your own bed it can easily be stored underneath the house. The second room which will be available around Christmas (we don't know the exact date yet) and has also got our friends bed and a little cupboard in it. We've recently upgraded this room with a balcony that overlooks our vegetable garden. Right next to this bedroom is the bathroom with a big shower, the toilet and lots of storage room for everyone's belongings. The two front rooms are Jack and my bedroom and a little office. The heart of the house is a big open living space where we like to chill on the couch, listen to music and dance through the kitchen whilst cooking amazing dishes for ourselves and sometimes for friends. From the kitchen/livingroom there are sliding windows facing the big deck and views onto our beloved garden. The deck invites to chill in one of the hammocks, do yoga on, have breakfast/lunch and dinner, be creative , read a book and listen to the birds. Because there really is not much else in our soundscape. We're very lucky to have a quiet neighbourhood. Downstairs there is a big garden, which is ever evolving and growing into a more and more beautiful space for everyone. Jack is a landscaper so he's got the vision, know-how and passion to create wonderful landscape in the back yard. Underneath the house is our storage space, the washing machine and washing line, as well as Jack's workbench. There is still a few projects we have in mind to transform the house and garden even more, but really it is already a homely haven that we both love a lot.
Hi, I'm Bethany, 22, and I'm moving to Townsville in January 2018 to study an MSc in Marine Biology at JCU. Originally from the UK, I'm easy going and sociable and enjoy casual drinking at local bars, watching live music and good old cheese, wine, and Netflix nights. I also love to travel and dive alongside adventuring and hiking in the great outdoors. I am a clean, tidy and respectful housemate who has lived in shared accommodation for the past three years, so I understand the ins and outs of shared living. Happy to live with males or females.
Hi, I am a 20yr old male. work full time for a local company in Townsville, which has me flying here there and everywhere for work. I don't spend a great deal of time in Townsville itself so I'm no bother, love a drink or 10 on my days off, originally from the sunshine coast so the beach is my only love yep, single too so no annoying partners to come over and get in the way. I have a car (land cruiser troopy) would love for it to be sheltered when I'm away if possible, and a Harley and dirt bike which if there isn't room for I can re locate. apart from that I live out of a suitcase...oh and I'm a diesel fitter by trade so if your cars broken I'm sure we can do something about it ;) gym, bikes, camping love to travel, love meeting new people, and a drink.....or 10 haha oh and triple j.....
