I decided to move closer to my work in Mooloolaba and to be closer to my Mum who lives there too. Luke was the best housemate i've lived with and i've lived with a few, including multiple houses in Adelaide and a place in Cooran. He's super chill, respectful and a good laugh. He communicates easily and is very accommodating if, for example, you don't have much stuff (which I didn't). He let me use all his utensils, cutlery and crockery etc. without batting an eyelid. It's going to be sad to leave this place cause it's just so darn perfect, there's even a garbage disposal. And will be sad to leave that cool housemate guy too I guess haha :) It's a lovely house and I don't think it'll be easy to find another one like it.
Hello, I have a room to rent in Nambour Heights. It's a large bedroom with a big wardrobe in an easy going house. Looking for someone who is happy and friendly, picks up after themselves, works full time and likes dogs as my little mate George dominates the house most days but he's pretty cute. The house is 3 bedroom upstairs and a granny flat downstairs. The granny flat is rented to 1x male so you would be sharing up stairs with me, oh and it's a shared bathroom but just with me. The rent is $160 per week plus electricity. Gas, water, internet, Netflix, Stan and yard maintenance is included in your rent. Pets considered.
I have only just bought this place, a big old 4 bedroom brick home with lots of open green space around it, (unfenced, sorry dog lovers) in a quiet neighbourhood, only 0.5 km to the Nambour Hospital. It's not pretty but it's solid and roomy. My adult disabled son stays overnight one night most weekends, otherwise it's a pretty quiet and comfy place with a couple of different living areas and a patio with plenty of space. It's a five minute walk to the bus stop and cafes near the hospital. I have WIFI set up and data is unlimited (sadly still copper from the node). The neighbours are friendly and it's a pretty 'live and let live' neighbourhood.
Beautiful secluded rainforest studio with big sunny deck. Studio has a proper kitchen with stove and oven. Space for washing machine on deck. Small but functional bathroom. Completely self contained living in one of the most scenic and peaceful locations on the coast. It’s currently unfurnished bar a nice wardrobe, I’m willing to help out with furnishings. As for bills, a contribution to power. Will be getting internet connected shortly and would require a contribution to the bill with this too. Other than that, that’s it. Would suit young professional or possibly a couple. Not really a party hangout but I have no problems with music played at reasonable hours and I don’t mind cigarettes smoked outside. No pets unfortunately as fencing doesn’t allow. Currently putting it up for rent for 6 months and will see how things go.
Hi. I'm a quiet living 42 year old female wanting accommodation. I'm easy going, friendly and respect other peoples privacy. I have been living in the same share accommodation for 7 years but it's time to move on. My situation is that I am working part time and on a part pension. I also have my quiet and well behaved 14 year old daughter every 2nd weekend and half school holidays, so would need a room for her that could be used on those weekends. Of course this could be factored into the price. I smoke but only outside . Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or think that I might be a suitable housemate. :) I will be available to move on or after 16th May, 2018.
Clean quite friendly and reliable sunny coaster pls ask for more info
I would consider myself an excellent housemate. I have full time employment and i work a 7 on 7 off roster in a health and safety position in mining. I enjoy my own company and i also enjoy socializing and other company whilst respecting others and their need for quiet time and privacy. By nature i am very clean and tidy in the house and always clean up myself, i enjoy time in the kitchen preparing a meal and i try and eat healthy food all the time. I would like to move in with someone who enjoys being in a home and likes making it a home rather than just a place to sleep. I am in possession of a sound moral compass with a strong set of values and ideally i would like to see myself having a long term future wherever i move into. In my spare time I enjoy taking care of myself in the gym, at the beach, in the ocean or on the track soaking up the Kms. I do enjoy watching something enjoyable on the telly but i am certainly not a couch potato. I am a non judgmental guy who has a very open mind to peoples lifestyle choices and i am very accepting of others and the lives they may lead. I dont smoke or do drugs of any sort, i am of sound mind and excellent character who warms to others easily and i enjoy a social drink when the time is right to talk about the day and life in general. I try and be Eco friendly with the view to taking of the environment as i see the long term future of the planet to be a very important matter. A few things i need to make my life more enjoyable, they are air conditioning in the home and some form of off street parking for my nice vehicle are important to me . Thanks for reading and considering me for your next house mate.
I enjoy getting outside and rollerblading or reading in my free time. I'm generally a late night study mouse, like to eat healthy (most of the time) and on the occasion would like to be able to hang with house mates who have similar interests. I have no pets of my own but if others in the house have a trained cat there'd be no complaints from me. I completely respect the need for privacy and quiet and would expect reciprocation. I am a very clean house mate but don't enjoy shouldering all cleaning duties so would love housemate/s with similar cleaning standards and respect. If I'm not integrating into a current household, I'm searching for another rental hunter (no pets or children). Preferably a female student. I'm looking at 2 bedroom apartments with a price range of $300±10. There would be additional prices (electricity, water, internet) so overall budget max is $180 a week.
We are easy going, clean and considerate. Most people would describe us as friendly, open minded and polite. We both enjoy socialising however equally appreciate our own chill time as well. We are both lovers for animals (Eden is a vet nurse in training), travel and music. Through both of our own life hardships we have adapted to living out of home, renting from a younger age than most. We are often noted for being much more capable, mature and independant for our ages. Eden and I are able to politely integrate ourselves into a new living space with people of all backgrounds. Over the next 6-12 months we are needing a place nearby our local area (Mudjimba) to be able to work, keep active, study and save money to travel.
Well hey there, I'm Brendon **Looking to move in around June, 2018** I'll be on the lookout for a potential house-mate to find an awesome place; or a home-owner who is happy share their home! About me, I'm a full-time student with 2 part-time jobs. Having a busy lifestyle, I tend to be the clean, quiet, respectful and easy going house-mate that hopefully, you're after as well =) I'd love to hear from like-minded, pleasant people who are also on the hunt for a house-mate without any drama or any extra hang-ups. I have references from previous agents and landlords, along with character and professional. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message. Also, I do have a pair of old, lazy cats who will be coming with me. They both come with references as well, and I am more than happy to discuss an added pet-bond, along with the necessary cleaning and bond-cleaning thereafter! Until then, happy searching. Warmest regards, B =)
Looking for granny flat, room or team up for share house. I will be starting uni in July studying Environmental Science and Will be working part time once I move. Looking to move from Mackay around end of May. Flexible on date. Maybe consider a room in an existing property but I have a cat Chevy and not sure how he is with others. I have furniture for a two bed unit I can store anything I won’t need if move into existing. But would be great if here was a room to store. It’s not much stuff. Prefer vego or vegan but someone who is respectful and likes cats. Chev is chill and no trouble. I love to go for driving adventures in spare time or check out markets. Non smoker. Social drinker.
I am pretty cruisy person and easy to get along with. I work full time shift work and play sport most days of the week so am rarely home. I've been living by myself for the past 2 years so want to find some easy going people to live with. I'm newish to the area so don't know too many people around. I'm clean and very reliable on bills etc.
I'm relaxed, fit, young at heart, vegan/vegetarian, spiritual, conscious person. enjoy outdoors, walking, running, cycling; I have a road & mountain bike, ex pro racer ;) I'm interested in teaming up with another/others to start a new share house :) I have a unit size of furniture, could fit easily in a single garage if not needed, or could share things with flatmate :)
