We live on a small little-known acreage, about 3 km to Nambour railway station or 1km to the nearest bus stop, in an older but modern farmhouse. We have dogs, a cat and a bird called Lexie. We are close to bushland, so are often visited by critters. All of our rooms are large and spacious. We have a wood fire for winter and two separate living spaces. There is plenty of room to 'find a place alone' if required. There is parking in the nearby shed if required and lots of open views across the valleys and town of Nambour. The room is spacious, airy and has reverse cycle air conditioning. We have two bathrooms and toilets - one toilet is separate. Electricity and internet are included. Smokers outside please.
It is a lovely room close to everything hospital bus train shops it has a lovely view from the patio and very private and secluded would like someone that will feel it is their home as well and help with a few chores if needed

I'm very quiet and like to stick to myself a lot of the time. I'm not into partying. You wouldn't know i was there as I'm so quiet. Have a few close quiet friends. I Do have 2 older boys, 13 & 18 years old, who live with their dad in Nambour who may visit occasionally. I sometimes go visit them for a few nights. I'm on a disability pension but am able to do everything for myself, I just walk with a walking stick most of the time due to arthritis and back and hip problems. I have no problems paying rent or my bills. I'm very good at sticking to a budget. You honestly wouldn't regret having me as a tenant, as I always pay my rent and bills on time, I'm quiet, very clean and tidy and very friendly, and like to stick to myself. Would prefer a room that has air conditioned as I get migraines and dizziness and the cool air and a dark room help immensely. Would prefer my own bathroom but would consider sharing a bathroom. Hi I'm andy I'm 28 male looking for a room or start a share house I work full time as a manager at nambour golf club Monday to Friday and usually out on weekends I have two girls 6&3 that I have every second weekend I usually stay at my parents with them so really just after somewhere for myself for downtime during a busy week at work I'm a clean healthy person that enjoys his own space but also like the company of others .Enjoy a social drink on weekends and normaly out enjoying my time off so im hardly sitting at home. Very clean tidy person and rent always paid on time.
I'm an easy going person, I'm quiet and I like to keep things neat and tidy. I do have a puppy who is 4 months old, he is a small dog and is getting trained. He is toilet trained 95% of the time, and sleeps in my rom at night, he does not bark a lot and is very well groomed (does not leave fur anywhere). That's where I see my future going one day, making my own games or software/programs/apps, or starting my own business in that field. I enjoy the company of animals and get along great with every pet I've ever met. Also love to go out and visit friends at least once a week, although most of my personal life/spare time is dedicated to achieving my dream. I'm clean, I can cook, and I love to read(used to write but that's past tense, still enjoy a good book though).
