My cats are a pretty high priority and they are very friendly. Preferably the house I'd like to move into has 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and a low maintenance yard. Thanks!

I’m a quiet, easy going person who cleans up and sticks to himself. I’m always down for a chat, housemate dinner or a movie. I rarely drink, I think the last time I did was New Years 2016/2017. Enjoy a coffee more 😄 If I’m home I’m generally jamming abit of Xbox or working on one of the many sales pitches I’m given. I also have a 2 month old son, but he lives with his mother and I go to see him, he Hardly gets bought to where I am.

I am renewing the lease with whoever fills his spot in February, so by then we should know each other and decide on how long we should renew it for. Rent is 300pw but 150pw split evenly. All other bills are split evenly quarterly and are generally cheap. 3 bedrooms, Undercover yard area and clothes line, roller shutters, Air con, Fast Wifi, locks on bedroom doors.
Hi, My names Cody and I'm looking for a reasonably quiet place to live. I'm currently looking for work in a variety of areas, (so if you know of anything going let me know!) and will be studying Civil Engineering soon. Although not currently employed, i have a stable Centrelink income and am very financially responsible so there will be no trouble paying the rent. I am a pretty quiet guy, spend most my spare time playing video games or reading. I'm not overly fussy on the type of place or people, as long as everyone is friendly. I'd prefer somewhere furnished, I adore animals but have no pets with me so I'm all for pets. My budget is $300ish a fortnight, preferably including bills. Thanks for taking the time to read this, hope to hear from you soon.
I'm tidy and easy to get on with. When I smoke it's always outside. I'm a painter and I'm working on building my business. I'm looking for a house share or one bedroom granny flat for around $185 per week. With off street parking. Cheers

Hi there! My housemate and I are currently looking for someone to move into one of our spare rooms. Perfect for a student studying at Unisa Mawson Lakes Campus or working around the Northern Suburbs. Bus stop right on the door stop, going in one direction to the city (approx 45 mins) and to Tea Tree Plaza (15-30 mins) in the other direction. We have air conditioning, great fireplace, large lounge room and dining room. Whilst there's currently a study, this could be used as a third bedroom in future if we all agree on a fourth housemate. We don't mind smokers as long as it's outside! Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask, We are also both on social media, and are happy for you to contact us that way too! Thanks heaps for your interest, and we look forward to meeting you! :)

Hi all. My name is Steph and I work full time in the city. I am looking for 1 or 2 people to share a house with from mid March with at least a 12 month rental agreement. I am a very reliable person when it comes to paying bills on time and would expect the same. I am a clean and tidy person and when I share a house I would also expect the same in the shared areas of the house. I do not take drugs and would prefer my housemates didn't either. I have a bearded dragon lizard who likes to hang out in the sun in his enclosure and I am open to having other pets at the property as well. I am a quiet person who usually goes about my own business but in saying that it would be great to have a house mate or 2 that is happy to socialise with each other. If you think you would be a potential match with me then please msg me and we can possibly meet up and talk about living together and get to know each other. : )
34yo guy into music/movies, writing, painting and all things pizza. Seeking employment as security contract was not renewed (paying rent is not an issue), I have been volunteering as a dog walker for elderly people to keep myself busy in the meantime. I mostly keep to myself but enjoy a good chat, and hold high value to a good sense of humour!
Ethnically am Indian calling Adelaide home for the past 14 yrs. Engineer by qualification but a restaurateur by passion. Owned by 2 dogs who would probably lick you to death!!!...running a restaurant successfully for the past 10 years in prospect. Looking to downsize due to my divorce. Definitely need a backyard for my outdoor dogs
I'm a hardworking, trustworthy and tidy (but not extremely obsessive) roommate who is looking to team up with a new flatmate in or near Melbourne CBD. I have just been offered a contract to work full time (with potential for permanency) in Melbourne CBD, so prefer to move in as close as possible to my new office. Proven history in paying rent and bills on time, excellent at staying on top of all my finances with a positive credit history. I have two University Degrees under my belt and progressing to finish my Third so you will not be living with someone who dropped out of high school! When I'm not working, I enjoy cooking delicious homemade dishes, studying career related materials, reading books of other interests for personal growth and development, cleaning the apartment (of course), playing/coaching/watching basketball, working out in the gym, going to the sauna, swimming, longboarding/skateboarding/skimboarding at the beach (I would like to try snowboarding one day), I can play the Acoustic Guitar like a semi-pro muso, travelling interstate/overseas, and going to concerts occasionally. I'm outgoing but know when to just chill in my own bedroom and listen to my headphones without disturbing my flatmate. I listen to real hiphop, rap and RnB - so if you like those genres too, we are one step closer to being good friends. I'm just an all-round nice guy who is super easy to live with, good listener, with absolute zero interest in drama or interpersonal conflicts (that you hear and see everyday in typical corporate offices) - you'll see when you meet me. It takes a lot to make me angry so any rude, racist (I'm an Australian Citizen for goodness sake!!), insecure, short-tempered or angry people with small/narrow ideas will have zero chance of getting into a long term "mateship" with me. I am not your typical temperamental that gets angry at anything and everything, I'm too smooth for that. To give you an idea, I prefer mango smoothies over (yukks) ginger Kombuchas. I have a global, international, multicultural way of thinking and prefer watching American and Olympics sports - I definitely DO NOT have a narrow minded, one-nation (do this my way or else) mindset so if you're the latter, don't bother. Having said all that, still interested in teaming up? Happy to meet up for coffee or lunch sometime to see if the match/chemistry is right. My current flatmate is seriously absolute hell to live with, especially during my non work hours! They were a victim of domestic violence/physical abuse/repetitive verbal put-downs in their past and are now showing warning signs of this unacceptable behaviour towards me :`( I have also been forced into an unconsented marriage....Please save me from this torture ASAP! Call or text me for more info thanks.
