Hi everyone I am putting feelers out to see if there is anyone seeking to live in Geelong, I will be looking for 2-3 people to join me in a four-bedroom house in Wandana Heights Geelong. Rent is $410 a week to be divide between all occupants and includes a gardener, this would be divided evenly between everyone, as will all other bills. Phone/Internet is already connected and is $99 a month unlimited download. The house will be mostly unfurnished as current house mates own the majority of it, happy to work out picking up furniture online, in store or second-hand. I own a ute and can help transport when moving in. :) Each room is spacious, master bedroom has en-suite and walk in wardrobe, perfect for a couple. The other two bedrooms have built in wardrobes while third does not. Open plan living area as well as a second living room. Dishwasher included. Single car garage and shed out the back provide plenty of storage space, with space under the house also available. Large back yard and patio for entertaining. Pets negotiable. The house is a five-minute drive from local shops and major shopping centre, plenty of places to go out to eat close by. Nearest train stations are about 5-8 min drive, while there is a bus stop 5 min walk away. Deakin University is also only a 5 min drive. Close to the ring road, Melbourne is around a 50 min drive. I am open to interest from people of all ages and genders, couples or singles, I can provide references for myself and would ask the same from you. Also happy to provide some photos of the house to serious enquires. All applications would have to be approved by the real estate.

Hey I really hate these self describe sections so this will be short and brief. I'm Joiner by trade, which if you have no idea what that is that's cool surprisingly not many do. I'm a clean individual who always pays his bills on time and more than happy to do my fair share of house chores. On the social side big fan of heading out an grabbing a drink at the local pub and chilling not overly keen on the night club scene Well that's me in a snap shot
Hey, I'm Grace - a full time student at Melb Uni and working part time in Geelong. I tend to keep fairly busy but would love a house mate/s who I could chill with in the evenings. I'm easy going and have lived by myself the past two years up in Melbourne (this is the part where you're impressed I can pay rent, cook and clean for myself). Ideally I'd like to start up a house with one or two others, and I've got a fair bit of furniture which I'm happy for everyone to use. I'd dig a place with a garden so I can get a legendary veggie patch going, but happy to compromise :)
My name is Ben. I'm aged 25 and work full time in the public service. I'm looking for a relaxed house with mature minded housemates who are outgoing. I enjoy cooking, exercise, N64 and cats. I'm laid back and enjoy the occasional social event. I am very interested in meeting like minded people who would rent a house as a group. Looking forward to hearing from you.
