WHERE: York, 500m from town centre, 35 km to Northam and 95 km to Perth city centre. The house is at the southern end of town on a dead end street, and is surrounded largely by the old Balladong farm. HOW much: rent plus approx. $10/week in bills. Pets: Pets considered with permission from the realestate agent, and must be able to tolerate the attentions of the dog. The yard is not fully fenced. Plenty of space for chooks though.
