I'm 22 and from Adelaide. I'm responsible, clean, work hard and love to have a glass of wine every now and then. I love the being at the beach but the peacefulness of the hills is pure bliss. I work in hospitality, workings casual but full time hours aswell as studying online.
Hey I work full-time mostly 6 days a week. I'm easy to get along with and pretty chilled. I'm fairly reserved and I respect people's privacy and space as I like to have my own space as well. Looking for a room in an existing share house with maximum 2 other people or housemate of similar age to apply for whole properties. I'm looking to live somewhere close to the beach or somewhere nice and green, close to nature. Let me know if your interested. Cheers
Easy going, social, hardworking, self employed business owner, clean and tidy, very accepting, non discriminant, have a car, can store personal furniture and effects off site, love pets, handy man, very resourceful, communal spirit, sharing, caring, enjoys cooking, living a healthy lifestyle and balance.
Hey folks! I'm looking for a sharehouse that's chill, clean and respectful. I'm a vegetarian, bit of a creative, enjoy reading and making music and consider myself an extroverted introvert. I love a biting wit and have a good sense of humour. My cat is part and parcel with me so I hope you like a fluffy, moving heatbag. I work part time in media and will be studying photography and design on the side next year. I originally started out looking for a place for my partner in crime too, however I believe I may find what I'm looking for if I fly solo too! If you think we could live together, get in touch!
I am a friendly, responsible mature aged female considerate if others. Clean & tidy I am happy to ‘pitch in’ to keep living spaces in order. Returning to Adelaide where I have managed properties and been invited to house/pet sit, gaining referrals along the way. Quite sociable, I enjoy what Adelaide has to offer from festivals, internatinal events to live theatre or a coffee with friends.
Beautiful garden in a beautiful & quite suburb. 100 metres from public transport, 5-6min drive to Flinders uni, close to shopping and public parks. Big outdoor entertaining area and a beautiful house / cottage.
- House is only 4 years old! - Fully furnished room (built-in robes, single bed, big desk, chair) - Own toilet and bathroom (including the bath!) - Ducted air-conditioning (cooling and heating) - Lots of natural light, big kitchen, plenty of cupboard/drawer space, and a big fridge. You don't need to have any of your own appliances, utensils, dishes or pots and pans. I have plenty of all, including a juicer, a food processor and a nespresso machine but there is certainly room in the kitchen for your own if you prefer. - can have additional storage space around the house, including in the living room and laundry - A direct bus from the house to Flinders Uni. - 20-25 min drive to the city - 15 min drive to Marion Shopping Centre - 25 min drive to wineries and cherry orchards If you drive, my driveway has space for two cars. The house is located in a gated community of 10 houses, so it's very safe and quiet here. Literally no traffic, except for neighbours leaving the estate for work and back. Privacy inside and outside the house guaranteed. Looking preferably for a female student or full-time professional. I'm happy to help with getting around every now and then if you don't have a car. If you message me first, that would be great.
This house is well located,10 minutes walk to Stirling, which is 20 minutes away from the city by bus and 10 minutes by car. The room available is an unfurnished double bedroom with a wall of built in wardrobes, including some drawers. The house has plenty of space, with a large lounge room, 5 gas burner stove, with electric oven, large deck, front and back gardens, including an established veggie plot and herb garden.Huge windows throughout, look onto the amazing view and there's a fireplace and also reverse cycle a/c. I absolutely love living here and I hope you will too.
I'm looking for a granny flat for myself OR half a house to share with one other person. I do have my own furniture so would need to have a bedroom and study at minimum. I'm happy to halve all bills. I'm tidy, very quiet and respectful of others space. I'm also a non-smoker and have no pets or kids. I'm not really into loud music or party houses - home is more of a sanctuary for me and I have to have my 8-10 hours of sleep or I'm ruined. About me: A fulltime Graphic Designer with my own office on Unley Road. I'm also a former Occupational Therapist. I like designy things, art, travel, reading and yoga/pilates. I'm also mainly vegetarian and happy to avoid bringing any fish or chicken home if you are sensitive :)
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
This is a charming stone home in the foothills at Blackwood, close to Flinders University, city and beach. Could suit international student if wanting meals included, or independent person to share home. Beautiful room with raked ceiling and views to large leafy garden. Large wardrobe, share kitchen, lounge, bathroom. Off street parking if required. 3 minute walk to station for all transport. Shops, fitness centre, walking trails all close. A beautiful suburb to live in.
The home is located in a beautiful green suburb in the foot-hills. There are excellent transport options of two bus services plus the train. A range of parks nearby and a great shopping/cafe district. I am looking for one tenant and am offering a furnished bedroom, own bathroom with shower/bath, toilet plus a sitting room with desk. Shared kitchen. No pets. No smoking. Bus/train transport options. Own food and internet costs. One off-street car space.
Hi, I am a 21 year old uni student. I study part time and play soccer, so I'm generally pretty busy! I love to socialise and hang out with friends, but I'm also very independent. I'm clean, organised and tidy. I am looking for a clean, comfortable place to live with friendly but not too loud housemates. I am currently living in a sharehouse but want somewhere a little quieter and with less people (ideally 3 people in the house). Would love to hear from you!
I'm a very social and outgoing person, however i do very much my own downtown. I like to cook, read, listen to music and hang out with my friends. I'm very tidy and handy around the house doing most jobs that need to be done.
I’m a student studying to be a personal trainer. Working at a cafe about 20 hours a week. I am a positive, energetic person. Very organised, clean and happy to share any house duties.
Studying at Finders. PhD and academic tutor. Female, tidy and considerate ect looking for something self contained with bill inclusions. I spend the first half of each year teaching and the second on my own research, for which I receive a modest scholarship salary. I have two dwarf rabbits which I'd prefer to take with me (hutched, outdoor) but they can stay with my fam if the place/price is ideal. Not big on socialising, hence looking for a granny flat or similar where I have adequate privacy to do my study.
Currently studying early childhood care and education at tafe. Looking to move out between December and March, preferably for 3 to 6 months or possibly longer depending on if I decide to move again mid to late 2018. Friendly, tidy, always looking to meet new people. Feel free to contact me and let's make something happen! :)
I'll start with the difficulties first I need room for a car and 2 motor bikes. I have a digital piano. I'd prefer to find a place with a shed I can use for keeping my vehicles undercover. I have a stable full time job in Urrbrae. So the the plan is to find a place and stay for the foreseeable future. I'm clean and tidy, independant but happy to share the workload of running a place this includes sharing the cooking and shopping. I tend to make lots of meals at once and put them in the freezer. I'm quite social. I spend a lot of time out and about or at work. I love hiking or walks in general. I want to be friends with my housemates and would prefer similar age range; give or take 3 years. I do not have a deadline to move but keen to move asap.
Easy going ex-chef who loves exercise, good healthy (mostly) vegetarian food and a house sharing situation that feels like a home. Having just returned to Ads after working and holidaying overseas, I am studying Masters of Public Health at Flinders and work from time to time consulting to Universities. I love to surf - hence my desire to live down Port Noarlunga way however also grew up in the Hyde Park/ Colonel Light Gardens areas so would like to live there also. If you have animals, it's a bonus as i love them and would happily share the load in terms of looking after them. Oh and also i have my own furniture so a place that can fit furniture would be great, or a place to store furniture if not needed in the house and I would prefer an unfurnished bedroom.
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
