The house itself has 4 bedrooms (one is a spare room /study), two separate living rooms and a double lock up garage (car space available too). Equipped with all the necessary kitchenware as well as furnishings and washing appliances no need to bring anything but yourself and personal belongings. Ducted heating and cooling available as well as a security alarm. The house is exceptionally tidy and really comfortable and cozy. Please note this is strictly short term and I can not have tenants past January as I host international exchange students for the rest of the year.
