Hi there! We're looking to start a share house are keen to move out ASAP! We are looking for 1 other person to join us and are happy to join an existing house or start a new one! Here are a few things about us: - We are friends and have known each other for over 10 years, we are both 22. - Emma works as a teacher's aid and in admin part time while studying her teaching degree. She loves a night in with a good book, a tub of cookies and cream icecream and cuddles from her pup. - Luke works at Deloitte full time and spends most of his free time playing games, watching sport, bushwalking and bike riding. - We are clean, friendly and easy going. - We are both considerate and respectful of other people's privacy. - Our budget is $200/week each. - Our preferred location is in Queanbeyan or Jerrabomberra but we happy to move into Canberra as long as the house is within 20 minutes of the airport. You should also know that Emma also has a 5-month-old pup named Spencer who will be joining us. He loves all the cuddles and pats you can spare. Also joining us is her rabbit named Stewie, a fluffy bunny full of attitude. So with this in mind we're looking for a pet friendly house. I’m Ellen and I’m 22 years old and I work full time as an office manager for a small cleaning company. I love animals, especially dogs as I have a small Chihuahua cross that lives with me currently. I would love to bring her with me as she is a trained anxiety dog and very well behaved but if that’s too difficult I’m happy to leave her with my family. I work in Queanbeyan Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and tend to keep to myself for about an hour after work to mellow out because I have quite a stressful job. I love to cook and especially love having a glass of wine after a long day and watching movies. I don’t spend much time at home on weekends as my friends and I usually go out to dinner or have movie nights at their places. I’m very clean and respectful of other people’s personal space and time. I’m looking to move in around the middle of May. I have my own bedroom furniture and TV but I don’t mind living in a furnished room.

I like to keep my self and my room tidy, and am happy to help out around the house. I am interested in sports, movies, gaming, eating out, travelling and am looking to travel to the snow to learn to snow board. I will be commuting often back to the Central Coast to see family on some weekends especially my border collie.

Hi, I’m a student from Malaysia looking for a place to stay in Canberra for one month. I’m tidy and easy-going and I also respect your personal space. I go to the gym but also enjoy reading at home or chilling with friends over a cup of coffee or beer.
Easy care house and yard on a quiet street. Gas ducted heating to stay warm in Canberra winter. Short walk to Lanyon Shopping Centre and 300 route buses that go anywhere in Canberra. Nice kitchen with dishwasher, updated bathroom, laundry with washer and dryer. 3 bedroom house shared with one other person. Use of the master bedroom with double wardrobe. Can either be furnished with double bed, bedside and tallboy, or come unfurnished. Rent includes all bills except food. Internet is unlimited. No home phone because no one uses it.
WHO: I'm a full-time worker who is clean and reliable but also very quiet. I am happy for a chat but I do tend to keep to myself, so prospective housemates must be okay with this. I’m vegan, non-drinking and non-smoking (but don’t mind if you’re not), and I am queer-friendly and pet-friendly. Reference from current landlord/housemate available. WHAT: I’m looking for a tidy place that I can come home to after work and on weekends knowing I can relax in peace and quiet (no ad hoc parties!). I have my own furniture and am hoping to fit a single bed, 2 chests of drawers, a bookcase and desk in my room. I also have a small amount of my own cookware for the kitchen, if it can be accommodated. Ideal housemates will be tidy, responsible, and considerate of others. I don’t mind if you drink/smoke/eat meat as long as there’s no smoking indoors or disruptive drunkenness. WHERE: Anywhere in the ACT, so don’t be put off if your suburb isn’t in my preferred list. WHEN: I need to move by June 30, but other than that I'm pretty flexible with moving date. June would be preferable but earlier can be negotiated; I need to be able to give at least 2 weeks notice. HOW: If you would like to meet me and show me your place, please send me a message (with any extra helpful info that is not in your listing), and we'll go from there.

Also if you speak Portuguese or Spanish or any other language (I don’t but would love to learn and be in a household that does)

Hi guys! I'm originally from a small Northern NSW town of Grafton and have recently relocated to Canberra. I'm currently working full-time and am very new (moved here last week). I only know a couple people here so would love to experience all the best of it with new friends. As a millennial, I'm pretty obsessed with my TV series and music. I'd love to have a good relationship with my flatmates and will try anything with an open mind. I'm pretty competitive when it comes to games and I love a good night out. However I also love my downtime so privacy is most definitely welcomed. I'm all about a clean living space and reliable roommates so paying rent and cleaning won't be an issue. For the moment I’m only looking for 2 weeks accommodation (18 April- 3 May) as I will be housesitting for most of May. Send me a message and we’ll go from there!
