The weekly Rent for full time Tenants is $200.00 per week, ,plus an equal % of the Electricity Bill. The Rent for each Contractor and or Employee/Worker,( who is working away from home pursuant to his/her Employment Contract, Monday to Friday,) shall be $110.00 per night.Should there be an advanced booking, then a deposit of 50% shall be paid at the time of the booking. The convenient location and, surprisingly, the bird and other wildlife. They live around the cycle track. Walk or cycle to most places, unless the weather is poor. I am offering two rooms. A bedroom with a queen size bed with quality linen, bed side tables, lots of hanging space and shelving. A lounge area with two lounges, bar fridge, etc. The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There is a bath in the ensuite, which can be used with a little notice. The kitchen and lounge area (wood fire in winter) faces north to the rear garden. The internal laundry has a washing machine and dryer. I only ask that you be a mature female (30+), a non-smoker, employed or with an income stream.

Recently built 4 bedroom home with free access to a pool and gym through community title. The house has floor heating and air conditioning in each bedroom. With a massive kitchen, lounge room, theatre and dining, there is plenty of room. Close to local shops including supermarket and BWS. Just off the Hume Highway so nice and accessible from every direction. Only a 20 minute drive to Wollongong beach.
I am a full time student, studying engineering at UOW. I am clean, neat and tidy. I am sociable but still respectful of alone time. I can cook and am happy to share the cooking if that suits, otherwise I always clean up after myself once I have finished. There is a big private room with walking-in storage for rent in a large and modern house. A harmony family and some Wollongong university live inside the house. People are friendly and easy to get along with. The shared kitchen and bathroom are always tidy and clean. The house is near shopping mall, bus station and train station. Even you don't have a car, you will not feel any transportation unconvience. The room is furnitured by a table, double size bed , bedside,tallboy , fridge bar , fans and big clothes rack. Of course you also can bring your favourite furniture with you. Bills are included ( gas, electrics, water and Telstra NBN ).
