I am a self-employed circus artist and part-time uni student. I am a workaholic and am busy 90% of the time. My hours are very scattered and I am typically home for parts of the day and out in the evenings. Sometimes I am not home until 9 or 10PM on a weeknight so I would prefer to live with people who don't sleep this early. My job is very social and active so I prefer to keep to myself and recover while at home but also enjoy conversations over wine, dinner parties and the occasional themed, costume party. I enjoy organising and hosting social events but can be very respectful of others schedules and space. I have a heap of circus gear so somewhere with a bit of storage space is ideal. If there is a backyard I will put an aerial rig up which I can definitely teach you a thing or two on if you're interested! I would prefer to live somewhere with character and in a nice location than in a house with shiny walls. Move date is flexible. Message me for more details :-)
I have clear understanding about cleanliness and other people’s privacy. Very considering and respectful with others but also out going person who definitely doesn’t mind a drink and chat. I like to keep myself busy with work, studies, gym etc It’s more important for me to find a house with good people Instead of good house with people. I’m open to all locations and moving in date is very flexible.
I'm an easy going person who is very reliable. I'm a lab tech and I work in Bibra Lake. I have to drive to work, as the public transport in the area is next to non existent, so some kind of parking spot is needed. I'm an avid film fan and very interested in music , going to gigs when I can. I'm also a drummer and percussionist, but don't worry I won't be blazing away on the drums at home. If you play an instrument though I'm happy to have a tap on the bongos with you. Regards Dave
I am a clean and friendly 28 year old looking for a place to call home with my puppy dog, Aria. Aria is 2 years old, super sweet and gets along well with other dogs. Working 8-4 Monday to Friday in the CBD, currently in procurement for a resources company. Weekdays & nights for me are all about keeping fit, getting outdoors as much as possible with Aria, cooking vego meals and baking chocolate brownie (far too frequently!). Some of my interests - beaching, bush walks, triple j, cooking, reading, brunch, pot plants (obsession!), house decorating, catching up with friends and board games. I'm not a big drinker or party animal, my life focus is being balanced, healthy & happy. Looking for a place with a decent outdoor area, near a park and it would be ideal to find someone who also has a puppy dog so they can be best friends and hang out all day when I'm at work :) I'm originally from Busselton (moved up for uni) and my folks still live down there so often visit them on long weekends.
I'm a 23 yo looking to make a move to the northern perth suburbs early next year. I am looking for a home that is in a good proximity to the beach and transport to work - I am a full-time worker in Subiaco. I'm pretty chill but respectful and tidy, looking for a relaxed place to come home to at the end of a long day and enjoy the fruits of my labour on my days off. I'd be a great addition to your flatmate family as I'm easy to get along with and will join you for a hike or beach day but can appreciate your privacy. Looking for like minded people to create good vibes with.
Hello! I am from Spain, and I am an engineer who has been working for the last three years in the defense industry. One day, I got crazy and I sold my car, I left my house and I decided to move to Perth for some time to improve my English, which is good enough to talk with people but not good at all to catch a lot of things up, but with good effort I will improve! I love doing any kind of sport, listenning progressive house music, rock music, hip-hop... I do not smoke and I do not drink very often at all, but I enjoy some beer or wine from time to time with friends. My idea is to work part-time and study English the other part-time (as I have an student visa), so I will not be able to stay too much at house. I consider myself an easy going person, very friendly, and I like to keep everything clean and tidy. I am not a party guy, I want a place to live in and to feel like in home.
Hey dudes!! I’m moving to WA from Adelaide at the end of December and am looking for a place to call home. Ideally after a joint close to the beach between Perth City and Freo, but totally open to whatever is out there! Gender, etc not an issue. Preferably wanting to live with people around the same age however, sorry grandma. As a housemate I’m very tidy, super easy going, really enjoy my alone time but am always down for a yarn/drink/whatever. I’m respectful of shared spaces, house rules, quiet hours, etc. I’m currently working as a technician for a healthcare company, although undecided what I want to do once I’m over there - Maybe sling beers or start that landscaping business I always talk about, who knows. I spend my free time adventuring, watering plants, finding groovy new cafes, hitting the beach, hanging out in the sun, skating, going for bike rides, going to gigs and spinning records. I’m a musician, so I’m always writing tunes, strumming and singing (but know when it’s not the time, don’t worry). All about that vegan power, but not a ‘preacher’ as the kids say. Loves the memes. Hmu if you’re on my level. We can conduct an interview over FaceTime or something for a laff. Peace!
Just come back home after a month away. Was house-sitting previously and held my own lease for four years prior. 32, studying finance part-time. Like to get outdoors, go for nice long walks, keep fit. Culinary skills in development. I’m pretty down to earth, on the reserved side but enjoy having a couple of drinks and good chats with housemates. Looking for a nice home to join with some other good humans
Hi there! I have recently been employed at the WA Museum until 2020 and I am looking for a place to live a little closer to work. My background is Palaeontology and Biology so I will always have some interesting natural history fact for you. I am generally a pretty quiet person, I enjoy reading, drawing and video games, but I am also up for a chat over a wine or cider if you need one! I am neat and tidy and like an organised space. I also like getting outdoors and going walking, getting out onto the water on my stand up paddleboard, and going 4WDing (so bonus points if you have offstreet/secure parking and a place to store my 10.6 foot longpaddleboard!)

Hola 👋 My name is Grady and I’m a 31yo urban planner who has just moved back to Perth after living in London for the past 3 years. I’m a clean, considerate and easygoing guy on the lookout for a few likeminded individuals who are looking for a place to live. I’d like to consider myself a fairly sociable and friendly person who is happy to have a conversation with just about anyone. I enjoy having a few drinks with my housemates be it a beer or a glass or a wine after work or something on the weeeknd as think that household dynamic is important. By the same token I keep fairly busy during the week with work and exercise and respect the need for individual space and privacy. I love travel, the dog beach, and enjoying nice food and drinks with quality company. Historically more of a festival goer but these days you’re more likely to find me enjoying the sun in beer garden with friends or down at the beach with Astro (family pooch who lives in freo). I’m working in the city but also a big fan of freo so ideally would like to locate somewhere along the Fremantle line but not really looking to go any further north of Perth (refer previous comments about Astro and the dog beach). So, what’s the long and the short of it you ask, well, I’m like to find two housemates who are interested in finding a place together. Preference is for a house with a nice outdoor living area for summer. If you’re interested, feel free to drop me a line and we can catch up for a drink and take it from there. Many thanks, Grady
Hi! My name is Amber, I'm an American graphic designer living here on a work holiday visa. I am looking for a room to stay in from now until Mid-January along the Fremantle train line, as I work in Claremont and have no car. I played volleyball in Uni and am an athletic fun-loving soul but also can be quite to myself at home. I'm always game for good conversation and a drink, though. I always like to keep common areas tidy, but if I'm busy my own room can become a bit messy. I'm a respectful roommate and in a long distance relationship. In January I will be heading on a backpacking adventure through SE Asia.
Hi! My name is Josh. I am currently working full time in pharmacy but from 2019 I will be studying full time and want to move to somewhere affordable, closer to UWA, with great people :) Clean, tidy, easy-going.
We are two friends/housemates (accountant and nurse) that have been living together for 3 years. Looking for 1-2 more people (males or females) to rent with. Miki and I are both quite social and like getting out in our spare time. Ideally we'd like to live with people that want to do the same! We are both tidy but appreciate a 'lived in' house as life can get busy sometimes! Send us a message if you're interested! Looking for a 4 bedroom house with max rent $200 each per week. We are also open to joining people who have an existing house. Our current lease is up in JAN 2019

I'm 22 years old, I'm from the UK, and will be moving to Perth in November. Ideally I'd like to find somewhere to live beginning of January after I have travelled for a bit, however I am open to find somewhere asap to settle before travelling. Will be looking for work immediately afterwards. Out-going, sociable, and easy to get along with. Love meeting new people, making new friends, and learning new cultures / travelling experiences. Very clean and respectful around the house. Non smoker.
Hi! I'm from england and over here for to work for a year as part of my degree! I'm looking for a room (preferably furnished) and hopefully not too far from where I work (Nedlands area) I'll be working full time so pretty busy but would love a friendly house, up for a drink or two on the weekends!
Hi, I’m Bel! 28 years old with a beautiful retriever cross dog, Alfie. I’m into surfing, swimming, yoga and keeping fit with healthy plant based food. Alfie is 5, he’s into sleeping, walking, and friends with all dogs he knows and is kinda scared in a cute way of cats. I spend a fair bit of time down south as that’s where my partner lives, he visits a week or 2 each month so would be great if he is welcomed. We have a great situation with guests at my current place that the leave some money for bills- hoping this works in my next place too as ideally I’d like to see him you know :p I work full time at the airport as a flight attendant- I work in a training role thier too, while I mostly do mon-fri I do have some very disgusting early starts which see me off to bed early. I would love house mates who can understand that and keep noise down if I do have a early start the next day. I love being responsible for our planet so keen to keep up recycling/ composting ect would be great to find some peeps open for that too.
Full time student at curtin university studying social work :) Don’t drive so don’t need any parking spaces, love to go out now and then but busy with uni and volunteering majority of the time so not a party person often at all! Been renting two years on my own in Leederville need a new place within two weeks as plumbing has broke (old house), landlords not wanting to fix and vacate property. Can get reference. Happy to rent a room if you accept small dogs... have a trained, quiet Maltese shitzu, doesn’t shed and loves a good scratch from anyone !
I am looking for a room asap, I am 24 years old and from Mauritius, speak fluent english, and am on a Working Holiday Visa. I am a friendly, clean, polite and respectful person. I enjoy going to the beach, surfing and kite surfing. I am going to be working full-time in Leederville so am ideally looking for a room in that area.
I work 5 days a week from 7-5 and so will be out of the house a lot. But I’m clean and organised and won’t take up heaps of room. Just need a place north of the river so I’m closer to work. i play hockey on the weekends, live a pretty social life. But when im home i usually like to keep it pretty low-key and chilled, I like my alone time after work
Hey! I'm a super friendly, organised, and hard-working gal. I'm doing my psychology masters at Curtin, so I'm pretty busy with prac 2 days per week, uni 2 days per week, and working 1-2 days per week. So, mostly home in the evenings and weekends. I'm looking to live with like-minded people that I can become good friends with! I enjoy chilling at home in the evenings, socialising, and doing fun activities on the weekend. Hope to hear from you :)
I’m a busy, independent, outgoing, sociable 44yr old guy (25 @ heart) that loves the outdoors, most sports and being able to laugh....regularly! 🤣 I’m clean, always considerate of others time & space. I guess I’m hoping to share a well kept house( not always immaculate) with like minded people who are honest, genuine and respectful. Shouldn’t be too much to ask hey. 🙏😉 I work fifo atm but looking @ other option but for right I’m away roughly 50% of the time.
I'm currently looking to move out of home as its just not a good situation here. I want a place that is quiet and where the people are respectful but can also be sociable. I like my own space and privacy and don't want to be in a place where I feel like someone is watching my every move. I like to keep things tidy and organised so you won't have a problem there. ideally would be great to bring my dog along but is okay if I can't. when I'm not working I like organising things, watching Netflix, online shopping or just plan being out and about outside and definitely going to the beach on lovely warm sunny days. I like to go out for a drink on the weekend but hardly ever come home extremely late and next to never will disturb you.
