Hey all, My name is Jin, I am travelling through Australia and decided to make Perth my home for a while and stay a couple of months. I have found work, now I would love to find a place to live. I am a clean and considerate person and would like to have a coffee, beer and a chat once in a while with my flatmates. I am a social and outgoing person, but don't mind keeping to myself ;) I love to cook, I go running and enjoy reading and hiking. I would love to go to a music festival in Australia - maybe you guys want to join?! :)
I'm a corporate professional working in Subiaco. I'm clean, tidy, respectful, and tolerant. I can engage with the house mates or keep myself to myself - what ever the mood. I'm looking for up to a 3 month stay, preferably a 1 month minimum then ongoing as it suits with appropriate notice. Budget is sub $200/week
I'm a 29 y/o Australian that loves the beach, wine times and hanging with friends on weekends. I enjoy chilled out times after work- netflix nights, standup comedy and cooking are some favourites. I spend standard working hours at uwa, where i'm working on my thesis on tropical rivers. I'm looking for somewhere clean and tidy with a relaxed vibe. Keen on a room furnished with at least a bed. Under 170 a week including bills is preferred and a bond less no more than 2 weeks. A place near to a fremantle train line station and a bus connection to UWA would be perfect. Get in touch if you think i'd be a good fit!
Hello everyone, My awesome flatmate has just crossed state after his internship at UWA so I’m back on the quest looking for a new mate to share my beautiful unit on Hay st. West Perth (less than 5km from the CBD and near UWA). Great place for a new home: • A fully-furnished room with lots of nature light. • All bills are covered. This includes unlimited ADSL2+ wifi, electricity, gas, and water; No more hassle worrying about splitting the bill. • This is a quiet, peaceful area with security gate, and private car bays (both covered and outdoor). • Our neighbours are professionals and retirees. They are respectful and considerate to others. • Two lovely parks are just couple steps away from our place, perfect for morning exercise (if you’re into that kind of sort) Perfect location with ultimate convenience: • Shopping centres (Coles, Subiaco centre, Wooworths), restaurants, train station (Daglish stn), bus stop, fuel station, bottle shop, etc. all are nearby. Some are literally just across the street! • A powerful air-con/ heater • New refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and oven. • Also a TV for when the footy is on :) • There is also a private storage room just for you; ideal for your bike, camping tools or rarely used stuff End notes: • Your room is fully-furnished with a king-single sized bed, desk and chair, and a built-in wardrobe. • The bond is a standard 2-week • Unfortunately, pet are usually not allowed in the complex.
I'm an easy going person who is very reliable. I'm a lab tech and I work in Bibra Lake. I have to drive to work, as the public transport in the area is next to non existent, so some kind of parking spot is needed. I'm an avid film fan and very interested in music , going to gigs when I can. I'm also a drummer and percussionist, but don't worry I won't be blazing away on the drums at home. If you play an instrument though I'm happy to have a tap on the bongos with you. Regards Dave
I’m pretty easy going and would like a chilled house to share :) I’m pretty quiet during the week because I work full time but also keen to have a wine and chats in the evening.
I'm a full time uni student with a small cat who needs to be able to live with me. I'm also a writer and when I'm at home I like to spend a lot of time in my room working on my projects. Having said that, I'm still quite social and am always friendly, polite, and enjoy making new friends. I keep things clean, am happy to do house work, and I respect people's space in the same way that I hope they would respect mine. An LGBT+ friendly environment is very important to me but other than that and my need to have my cat move in too, I'm really not fussy. Just want a nice, safe space to come home to :)
I get along with most people , like all types of music , social person so having BBQs and people over is fine with me. II I would spend some nights away at my partners placeso wouldn't be there all the time ...I work as a real estate agent so out working a lot
27-year-old working full time in media. Very clean and relaxed. Like getting outdoors on weekends - fishing, hiking, 4wding etc. Moved to Perth in 2018 after a long stint in rural WA.
Clean and Tidy, relaxed, reliable professional. Out doors person, prefer to live with like-minded people. Any questions, just ask. Please only message as I’m working :)
Hola 👋 My name is Grady and I’m a 31yo urban planner who has just moved back to Perth after living in London for the past 3 years. I’m a clean, considerate and easygoing guy on the lookout for a few likeminded individuals who are looking for a place to live. I’d like to consider myself a fairly sociable and friendly person who is happy to have a conversation with just about anyone. I enjoy having a few drinks with my housemates be it a beer or a glass or a wine after work or something on the weeeknd as think that household dynamic is important. By the same token I keep fairly busy during the week with work and exercise and respect the need for individual space and privacy. I love travel, the dog beach, and enjoying nice food and drinks with quality company. Historically more of a festival goer but these days you’re more likely to find me enjoying the sun in beer garden with friends or down at the beach with Astro (family pooch who lives in freo). I’m working in the city but also a big fan of freo so ideally would like to locate somewhere along the Fremantle line but not really looking to go any further north of Perth (refer previous comments about Astro and the dog beach). So, what’s the long and the short of it you ask, well, I’m like to find two housemates who are interested in finding a place together. Preference is for a house with a nice outdoor living area for summer. If you’re interested, feel free to drop me a line and we can catch up for a drink and take it from there. Many thanks, Grady
Hi guys. Mark is from Perth originally and Julia is from Norway. We're both currently studying at UWA fulltime (med, eng) and are looking at living somewhere close to UWA for next year. We're not really a PDA couple and like living with other people and having the odd drink. Cheers, Mark and Julia
I'm a Brazilian moving to Perth in early February 2019 to do a Ph.D. (about 3 years) in Biology at the University of Western Australia. I'm organized and an easy going person who enjoys good conversations. Sometimes, I like to have a space for myself, especially when I have to study or to do something that requests more focus. I love cooking and like to have a beer sometimes. I'm looking for a place close to UWA.

Howdy! I'm Ethan. I'm originally from Albany and have been living in Perth for the past four years. I've recently graduated from Curtin University with a degree in photography and graphic design. I currently work as a photo editor at a digital media agency, as well as a freelance photographer. In my free time I love to go to the beach, spend time with friends or get creative with photography. I also LOVE to dance, so you'll catch me on a dancefloor somewhere almost every weekend living my LIFE. I'm extremely sociable, yet still laid back. I'm also very reliable and always make bill or rent payments on time. I have lived in several share houses over the years and have always been respectful of my other flatmates. I am looking for a sharehouse with likeminded creative people, but I gel with pretty much anyone! I'm looking for a house for anywhere between 6-12 months. If I don't sound completely awful, get in touch with me!!
We are two friends/housemates (accountant and nurse) that have been living together for 3 years. Looking for 1-2 more people (males or females) to rent with. Miki and I are both quite social and like getting out in our spare time. Ideally we'd like to live with people that want to do the same! We are both tidy but appreciate a 'lived in' house as life can get busy sometimes! Send us a message if you're interested! Looking for a 4 bedroom house with max rent $200 each per week. We are also open to joining people who have an existing house. Our current lease is up in JAN 2019
Hi, My name is Damien I am seeking a room in a house or an apartment with a outdoor area sharing with one or more other people. I'm friendly and good company although I like my peace and quiet as well. I have a commerce degree from the UWA and have been doing a beginners course in horticulture at TAFE. I enjoy the outdoors and travel. I like most pets. Riding distance to the train and hopefully walking distance from the bus. I know the western suburbs quite well. I am willing to do a tryout for maybe a month. I look forward to hearing from you: Kind regards, Damien:

Hello! I’m studying my master’s degree at UWA and I am also working part time in retail. I’m looking for a place close to the Uni. I’m a non-drinker and non-smoker, I’m easy going, respectful and a tidy person. I’m relatively quiet and independent but I will definitely be keen to have a chat as I get to know people. I enjoy TV shows, podcasts and video games but I also like to get outside and stay active. I’m after a relaxed, non-party house and would like to live with people around my age. I have a car, so I will need a place to park it.
I'm a quiet housemate who is up for solid conversation. I work in the mental heath and youth sectors, and volunteer with what spare time I have. I am driven to help others treat people like people, recognising my constant need to grow in this area. I'm a non-smoker, non-drinker, who loves dogs (but isn’t a cat person) and is happy to potter sporadically in the garden. If you’ve a room to fill (mostly with books) or you’re looking for a team-up, please don’t hesitate to message me. Text, email, or message only, please!
I am studying full-time (Art History and French) at UWA as a mature-aged student while working part-time in retail. I like to do yoga, read, go to the beach and have long walks. I previously worked as an interior designer and music teacher. Looking for privacy, clean and neat house mate.
A cute pink house in Subi. It has 3 bedrooms, two housemates (myself and my french housemate) and one sausage dog! The pink house, as it is affectionately known, is Subi heritage listed and likely used to be a shop - with the living space having two beautiful large windows and lots of lovely natural light. One of the lovely features of the house is its wonderful backyard - fig tree, citrus trees and a passionfruit vine included. The house is in a really central spot - train to the city is 15 minutes and only a 5 minute walk to the train station. You can also get the bus to the city which is about 20 minutes. Coles and a lovely private owned grocers down the road - 5 minutes walk. Not far from Kings Park for a walk in the evening. Also 12 minutes drive to Swanbourne beach! The bedroom you would be renting is at the back of the house and it is large - easily fit a king sized bed. It has a lovely window and has a beautiful old feature fire place. A bed, bedside table and open wardrobe would be available for the room if you would like it.
Master bedroom available in spacious, renovated 1930s Wembley home. We're looking for friendly, relaxed housemates, preferably aged between 20 and 35. The house is a fifteen minute walk to Subiaco, and a short drive or bus ride into the city or to the beach. Right around the corner there's a 24 hour IGA and what is probably the best little suburban bar in Perth. House is open and spacious, with classic high ceilings keeping it cool in summer. With two living areas and a front and back verandah there is plenty of space to relax. Includes the essential luxuries like a dishwasher and unlimited wi-fi internet.
I am 20 years old working full time & preparing to study online full time in 2019. Social but like my own space. Enjoy live music, hanging out with friends & travelling. Open to living with anyone and love animals.
I’m currently working full time in the city and looking for a girl/girls around my age to live with! I'm clean and respectful and like to keep it pretty chill during the week. On the weekend I’m usually busy with sport commitments or catching up with friends, but I do also appreciate the odd night in. I’d ideally like to be within walking distance of a train station so it's easy to get to work! My move date is fairly flexible but would prefer mid January.
Young professional working long hours in the city as a Chartered Accountant. I am a happy, friendly, reliable, kind and a down to earth person. I am extremely passionate about food, cooking, music, soccer and health. Looking for a roommate that I can rely on to keep the place tidy and provide a positive environment.
Active lifestyle, independent and easy going happy to contribute and keep a tidy house Tend to stick to a busy routine during the week with my work and training.
Originally from Albany, living in Mandurah and starting at UWA next semester studying Bio-Med. I'll be studying full time and enjoy going out a lot but still will pull my weight around the place. Bills won't be an issue and I'll be able to easily pay everything on time with no drama's. I went to boarding school during high school so I know all the in's and outs of a share house. I enjoy being active and going to the gym and getting out or maybe having a quiet night in my spare time.
Hey ! I am currently on my final year of my undergraduate degree at UWA and I work part time at the Crown. Looking for accomodation around these areas, I am super busy with both commitments so I would not be home much. I am such a friendly person and I respect everyone needs and wants. I do love my own personal space but still would never say no to a chat and getting to know lovely people :)
We are three bubbly happy individuals, that enjoy spending time together with a glass of wine or beer chatting about all the important stuff. We all ride to and from work and enjoy being outside and active, and will never say no to a picnic. We all enjoy cooking and getting our hands dirty in the garden. We really dig those family vibe, so we all cook together and share in what we have to offer.
