I'm very easy going, I work during the week and I like to make the most of my weekends having fun and adventures hanging out with friends, watching live music, or being in nature. I am a massage therapist and counsellor, I do contract work and run my own business. I appreciate living in a friendly, respectful and clean environment. I pretty openminded and flexible and try not to take life so seriously, I value communication and taking responsibility for one's self. I like to hang out with my roomies and have the odd beer or glass of wine, and I also like time to myself for yoga, to listen to music, read or watch movie. I enjoy cooking and being in the garden... if you have a veggie garden that would be amazing! I love animals, I have a dog but she is living on the farm so my new place doesn't have to be dog friendly. I'm not a smoker, but I have the occasional social smoke on the weekends so I'm fine with either smoking/non-smoking homes. I would love to find a new home that's got a bit of a yard or surrounded by trees (or close to parks), in a quietish area, with some storage space and wardrobe/cupboards in the room. I'm looking to share with down-to-earth, conscious people, who enjoy making the most out of life and having fun. My move date and length of stay is flexible. Very quiet, very neat and tidy, don’t make a mess and keep shared areas clean, non smoker, non drinker, don’t take drugs, don’t play loud music or TV, fitness orientated. Keen mountain biker. Recently returned from 9 years living working overseas and a Graphic Designer / Web Development Business Owner in Uganda East Africa. Single, not into pubs or clubs, just value peace and quiet and freedom to get out on either my mountain bike or road bike. When indoors I like to browse Facebook or YouTube, mostly use headphones in my room. I’m very conscientious of not invading other people’s space as I like my own. I’m not a hang out in the lounge room person. I don’t like noisy environments so therefore I myself am very quiet. I was a full time Nightclub DJ in all the main Clubs in Brisbane and Gold Coast before I relocated overseas, so I’ve had my share of music lol. Before that I raced BMX Professionally and Coached. I’ve worked very, very hard the past 3 decades, always self employed under contracts / own businesses, i’m currently taking a bit of a break and reassessing my next chapter, my main focus being ongoing treatment for chronic migraines to improve on quality of life and focusing on my health and fitness. I’m not much of a cook, so I live off healthy wraps, juices and fresh foods lol. I have a pretty quick witted sense of humour when I do engage in conversation. I’ve mostly always only ever had my own place, my current circumstances simply don’t allow that due to closing up my business in a very corrupt 3rd world country and having my assets tied up overseas. That said, when I stay with someone I treat being a guest in their place or sharing a place with utmost respect, cleanliness and friendliness is the best environment. Although not a deal breaker, would be a bonus to share with fellow mountain bikers to help motivate me get out on the trails even more often. Also keen to share with social road riders as I’ve started doing River Loop Rides, aside from Loops and occasional Mt Cootha Laps, I prefer sticking to the Bike Path Networks. My ideal location would be close to Mt Cootha, eg. Toowong, Bardon, Auchenflower, Milton etc. Ferny Grove is also an option I might consider. I do need a parking spot for my car. Not bothered if it’s off street or on street.
Looking for accomadation during the week for work mostly, I am finishing a house on the weekends that I own on the bayside of Brisbane with the view to renting it out or selling it and am looking to stop travelling so much. I will be looking to move over this area when I have completed it so may be temporary may be for the long term. Easy going guy, green keeper by trade working full time as a crew leader with the Moreton Bay Council . I'm also a owner builder so very handy if needed/helpful to the deal. I enjoy company as well as my own space, I have a partner who resides overseas, and I travel every 3 months approximately for a few weeks at a time. I would prefer a granny flat or downstairs in a house type of setup but I am open to other possible scenarios including a caretaker type role etc. I will probably be looking for a second job in the evenings as well so I won't be around much most likely, just looking for a shower and a bed and a place to relax after and in between work.
Looking for all-female house/flat (with no boyfriend-sleepovers) close to good public transport, quiet and safe area and house, considerate and responsible housemates who are friendly but give personal space, and no cats (if possible) or dogs. Fish and chickens are okay! : ) Prefer similar age-range/ 26-45. I've received a lot of messages that don't actually fit any of that, so please respond only if you/your place actually meet these things - not guys, sorry, and please within this price range! I'm responsible, mature, clean, considerate, and friendly, and want housemates who also have these habits. Outside space for gardening is great, but not essential, and somewhere to store my things - about 1.5 cubed metres (garage space, under-the-house, shed, or part of a spare room).

I'm gay, clean, tidy, respectful, quiet and love having binge fests on Netflix. I dont smoke or do drugs, I also don't have any pets and I rarely drink but when I do it's just a couple when I go out with friends. I no longer have a car so the garage is free to use and even has a remote so no need to get out of your car, it is a smaller garage though so not all vehicles will fit. Unlimited Wi-Fi access included, I have subscriptions to Netflix, Stan, Amazon Prime and Foxtel that I'm more than happy to share. I already have 2 cats so I unfortunately cannot accept anymore pets, both are indoor and have access to a cat enclosure located in the court yard. The lounge room also is fully air conditioned.
