Two flatmates looking for someone to occupy the main bedroom in our 3 bedroom house. A little bit about us; Ryan is a Geology Student and Bension is the young journalist of the year for SA (he's got an award and everything)! We are looking for someone who, preferably, enjoys Lord of the Rings, Mexican food and wine although we are open to other suggestions. Bension likes to party while Ryan likes to game so all are welcome here. The room we are looking to fill has built in cabinets with plenty of storage to fit two people's things. A bed and mattress can also be provided at no extra cost. There is ducted heating and cooling in the room as well as a ceiling fan. Rent is $160 a week for a single person, or $210 for a couple + bond and bills. The house has a large backyard with apple, orange and lemon trees, a clothes line, veggie patch and a shed with gym equipment. The water, electricity and internet bills are shared equally. The house is ten minutes drive to the city or 15 minutes by bus - there is a bus stop just a hop, skip and a jump away. The house is also ten minutes walk to Walkerville shopping centre, and a few minutes to the linear park walking/cycling trail which will take you into the city. We are renting off a landlord via an agent so approvals must go through them first. We currently have a lease until November 2017 If you think this sounds like the place for you send us a message
I am a friendly, outgoing, clean (mostly) person. I am easy to live with, I don't throw a lot of parties, take drugs or smoke. I have one small cat who is both indoors and outdoors. I'd prefer to live in the eastern suburbs (as I work in the city and study in Magill), but am also willing to look else where.
Our house is located in the suburb of Saint Peters at 83 Seventh Avenue. In addition to being within a 15min bus/bicycle ride to the CBD centre, there are a number of parks nearby (Including a dog park opposite ours) as well as a shopping centre which is within a 10min walk. There is a rose garden in the front yard and a reasonably sized lawn at the back. Rent varies from 80$ (Spare room) to 115$ (Full size), not including amenities. Whilst the rooms are not fully furnished the house is! If you enjoy a good laugh, appreciate documentaries by Louis Theroux and/or David Attenborough or are predisposed to the melodic voice of Neil Young on vinyl then you would fit in well.

Hi future housemate! I am looking for a house to move into. It is exciting times for me as im moving into the next chapter of my life. I am hoping to find a great house/housemate to add to my exciting new changes. I am 25 year old and lived in 5 different countries so I know a thing or two how to get along with diverse people and extremely open minded. I love to watch a movie or enjoy dinner together with my housemate but also enjoy my own relaxing time. Please if you think you have the perfect house for me, don't hesitate to send me a message.
I'm a fourth year arts/law student at looking for affordable, clean, and friendly accomodation. I currently work two jobs in retail and non-profit and do lots of volunteering. I like movies, reading, cooking, and finding new music. I'm looking for a place close to the CBD, with good internet access, near public transport lines, and a good size available bedroom. I'd be interested in house sharing with fellow students or young professionals who are mature, enjoy each other's company but also respect personal space. I'm okay with pets but I can't live with cats. I'd be a great housemate as I'm super down on cleaning and paying rent on time, and cook a mean roast dinner. Hit me up with any questions!

I am a very sociable person currently coaching lacrosse including both the Senior Mens State Team and also my daughters team. Socially I enjoy dining out , cooking and a nice glass of shiraz when not involved in Lacrosse. Am a pet lover having had 3 dogs in my time, all small and much loved - living 13yrs,12yrs & 13yrs. I enjoy my private time as well but as I said very sociable. I hope this has not been to long winded but this is me. I hope you will consider me - Cheers Tony
Hey there. I'm looking for a friendly and relaxed place to call Home, to share with as much friendly and relaxed housemates. I'm an easy going, honest Italian guy who moved to Australia permanently 4 years ago. I work full time in hospitality and spend most of my time off exploring the outdoors, but I do also like to share a drink or two, whaching a movie, sharing a meal or having a healthy banter and laugh with friends and/or housemates. I'm a passionate traveller and like to have an active lifestyle. Ideally, I'm looking for a place in the Eastern/North-Eastern suburbs (from Hackney following the Linear Park up to Cambelltown area is a massive plus). The room would be relatively spacious, ideally it would fit bed, bedsides, desk and wardrobe (built ins and furnished a plus as well). I pay rent and bills on time, I'm quite tidy and I love animals, so if you have dogs or cats or other furry friends, I'll be more than happy to help take care of 'em. If this sounds like a good fit for your home, please drop me a message or give me a ring. I'm looking forward to meeting you and have a look around. Cheers Francesco

Hi. I'm in throes of planning a move to Adelaide and looking for a place to live. I currently live in Canberra and will start a new job at Adelaide Uni in August. I love travelling and do a bit of it of for work, so you'll have the place to yourself every now and again. I have done the whole sharehouse thing for about 5 years. Good with paying bills and helping out around the house. I am tidy, considerate and very easygoing. I love good food, good beer, wine and whiskey... basically anything that's on hand. I come with a netflix and stan subscription :) I don't have any pets but if you have one then great! Anyway, if you have a room or you're looking to team up, let me know.
I love to shout mad pizza and beer to my housemates , and I love to have fun and joke around. I'm really clean and I know when to give people space.
