Hello there :-) We are looking for someone, two or three to share our cute rental space / family home in Castlemaine, just a pleasant 2km from the train station and centre of town, via the Campbell’s Creek Walking & Bike Trail, which our property backs on to. The double / LARGE, sunny bedroom @ the front of the house, is available at present but we are open to switching things around and offering the smaller room at the back if need be also. The light filled and comfortable home has lots of storage space + two sheds, semi open plan living areas, a second toilet in the laundry (always useful when sharing) & a great shaded / covered outdoor eating area / communal space as well as lovely garden with a few fruit trees, four filled veggie boxes and a little green house going 🌱
Easy going, laid back lesbian couple, we smoke, we drink and we have fun but are also very respectful of other people especially in a share house environment... both experienced share housers, we dont work(disabilty pensioners) and are great at keeping things neat and tidy..

My name is Raphael and I am about to finish uni and currently working full time atm down at K Flat. Just trying to look for a house to move out to before my current lease runs out on the 14th December. I am pretty quiet individual and I keep to myself most of the time so you don't have to worry about me making too much noise. But saying that, I'm quite sociable too and really easy to get along with I would be out during most days for work but on my spare time, I'd mostly be playing my guitar and video games. I also play basketball on monday and tuesday nights.

This house is located in the quiet suburb of Maiden Gully which is under 7km from the centre of Bendigo, and similar distance to Bendigo Hospital, with Latrobe Uni under 10kms away. From Maiden Gully you have easy and traffic free access into Bendigo, with NO hassles of Napier St and Midland Hwy. The house is is reasonably new with all the mod cons including REFRIGERATED air-conditioning for those hot summer days and nights. The kitchen is well layed out with ample cupboard space and large fridge / freezer and dishwasher. There is a lounge room off the meals / kitchen area, there is also a separate TV / rumpus room. So if you wanted to keep to yourself, you can watch TV separately from the main areas. The bedroom is quite large and you can comfortably fit a queen size bed with ample room around it. There is also plenty of room for your clothes with a large double built-in robes. The bathroom has a shower with a separate bath. All bills are included in the rent of $180/week. Included in the rent is a secure off street parking in a double garage attached to the house, so when it is pouring rain, no getting wet running to the car.
I like to share what i do for fun with those around me and bring the house together. I have a gentle cat who timidly sticks to me, and she's non-destructive. I'm super into LGBTQI+ and am myself genderqueer. I like things quiet and calm, and ideally would like to be friends with the person i live with.
