Nice newly built three bedroom home located in Cranbourne East near Casey Fields. Located just 5 mins drive from Cranbourne City Centre with lovely shops, restaurants, Chisholm and sporting facilities. Only about 10 mins drive to Cranbourne station. Spacious house with two good size bedrooms with BIR, one bathroom, (main bedroom and en-suite bathroom), kitchen and dinning room and lounge room with air-conditioning and heating. Outdoor space including deck and grass area and easy on street parking with no restrictions. Bedroom is good size and currently has a double bed (available to use if you wish), however it can take a queen size bed and you will have the main bathroom to yourself but would be used by visits too. I recently had to leave my previous place of accommodation in Pakenham due to a cut in the hours at work. Despite not missing any payments, my housemates screwed me over and kicked me out. I have since obtained some more hours, gotten some financial assistance while also continuing to look for additional/new work moving forward. I have been staying with a friend for the last few weeks which has also helped financially, but have since had to leave there leaving me without a home to stay. As a result I am in urgent need of finding medium/long term accommodation. I would prefer to avoid short/term or temporary as I really do require some stability. I work in the IT industry with stable employment (technology is very much a passion of mine). I'm certainly not the party type, and don't smoke or drink so there would be no issues there. As stated, I am happy with medium-term or long-term accommodation. If it's medium-term, I am morr flexible with what I am looking for than if I was planning to settle in somewhere long-term. I do not drive, so somewhere close to public transport is essential. A nearby train station is ideal but a nearby bus is suitable too. Bonus points if you have a cat :) (I don't have any of my own). My preference is for somewhere along the Pakenham-Dandenong or Cranbourne-Dandenong train line but open to other areas, especially if it's only medium-term. I was previously interested in the Pakenham-Traralgon area as well but unfortunately the regional V/Line fares are a LOT more expensive than I was expecting which removed those options from the table. My budget for long-term accommodation is around $200/week but will be less for medium-term accommodation as I will still need to pay for storage of my belongings elsewhere. To settle into something long-term I would need to be able to get my things out of storage. Happy to further discuss what I am seeking regarding long-term accomodation, but space would be high on my list. Sharing of meals would also be ideal. I do suffer from OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder), but am coping well. But you are a judgemental person or have issues with people who have their own struggles in life, then you are not the right house for me. If you can look past that, you will find I am a genuinely nice person who likes helping others and regularly goes out of my way for others, but unfortunately I have certainly not received anywhere near the same back in return. In fact many of the people I have helped out have returned the favour by simply screwing me over which is beyond disappointing. My last housemates were no exception to this. I'm quite an open and friendly person and I have nothing to hide so feel free to get in contact and say hi or ask any questions you may have. This townhouse is only a few years old and in great condition. It's close to shops, public transport and parks. Quite close to Monash Berwick campus and Chisholm Tafe. The room is fully furnished with a queen bed and bed side tables. You will also have your own bathroom right next to the room(upstairs). On street parking is available. There is a washing machine and a dryer. There's also a clothes line in the backyard. In the kitchen, you are able to use the microwave, dishwasher, gas stove and the fridge. Unfortunately pets won't be allowed.

Im an awesome cook, im good with tools-a miss wannabe fix-it!, im a bit of a bloke in the sense that i like to do the mowing, happy to do garbage, maintenance type jobs..im fairly quiet and keep to myself but it would be nice to share a meal or watch a game once in a while. Im wanting to get back into fitness so a positive gym buddy would be great. My most important thing that governs any decision i make is my dog. He is big, very big purebred rottweiler! Super friendly, great guard dog, he is still a baby..16months..and has to be allowed inside. He is toilet trained..stays on his mat..but just love's being included. I can only live with people who will accept him as a housemate too and will respect and be kind to him. If u have no experience with dogs or are scared of them its not a situation i would consider. He loves to play ..can get a little rough but he's young and still learning..currently teaching him to close doors behind him! So its a package deal. he is all i have left ..i will not get rid of him for anything.
