2 spacious rooms for rent in large house in quiet estate in Strathfieldsaye! This house is 2 years old and has two lounge rooms (one without a tv), three large bedrooms with BIR, separate toilet & batheroom heating & cooling, dining area, outdoor BBQ, large kitchen and spacious backyard. Close to oval, walking tracks, shops and approx. 10 minutes to Latrobe Uni & CBD. Bedrooms are unfurnished however one room can be rented furnished. No smoking inside.
Room with own ensuite or bathroom preferred, or only one neat female to share bathroom with. Thanks! Hey I am a social worker works full time in youth service. I am neat, communicative and considerate, willing to share household chores. Not cooking too often but glad to cook a dish or two (eg. simple healthy dishes) to share occasionally. I spend a lot of time on outdoor activities such as trail running, hiking and tennis. Photography is my hobby and I am also into books and standup comedies, don’t mind a giggle or a wine sometimes. I would fill my workday nights with healthy food, photo editing and reading; would be in Melbourne, or adventures, parks and mountains on my off days. I am not a party animal, but love animals:P I am generally quiet, but sociable and genuinely interested in people and their stories. I would love to live with someone who likes a spotless home, respect others, who is friendly, and preferable working professional. Cheers
I enjoy cooking, and I don't smoke or drink. I enjoy watching sport. I grew up in Bendigo but have lived away till very recently. I have a 7 yr old son who I see regularly and who is very important to me, and he lives with his mum. Looking forward to starting at Tafe to upgrade my quals in Community Service, but am also looking for partime work. I enjoy exercise, and walk a lot.
Friendly couple in a long term, stable relationship, wanting to find a place to live. A studio/detached studio would be perfect, but also open to a house if we have some of our own space. One of us is working full time, the other is studying full time and working part time. We are happiest at home with a nice home cooked healthy meal and a movie. Tash is from Melbourne so heads back there every few weekends. Contact us if you think you have a suitable place 🙂
I am a newly graduated Nurse/Midwife who is from Warrnambool, VIC. I have secured a 12 month graduate position at Bendigo Health for 2018, commencing in Feb. I have grown up playing netball and also have a background in CrossFit. I am a very easy going person, love kicking back and watching the footy or a good movie, and the occasional baking/cooking session. I am not a very big party person these days, however don't mind a few beverages on a special occasion. I am looking for somewhere that will be tolerant of my shift work nursing hours. I am really keen to make a few new friends upon moving to Bendigo. I would love to either find a house that has a room available that would suit my needs or find a teamup with someone with similar interests to look for a house together :)
I'm 21 years old, and a third-year speech pathology student. I also work casually depending on my classes. I'm generally clean and tidy, and always up for a chat. I'm looking for a place for the next 6 months (possibly longer depending on placement).
Looking for a friendly and considerate housemate to move mid to late November. The house is clean, comfortable and close to the centre of town and La Trobe Uni. Queen size bedroom with built in robe is available. $165 per week (bills and wifi included). Room can be furnished or unfurnished. You'll be sharing with two young females- a shift worker and full time student. We have a short-haired cat called Shadow and a friendly border collie named Izzy (outside). Message me to arrange a look at the house and feel free to ask questions.
Working with WIN News, I´m an affable character whose work keeps him pretty busy but I enjoy a chat and a cook up. Always respect people´s space. Always like my own space. Always ready to help promote a housemate on the nightly bulletin...not really that last one. Thanks! Ty
Both students studying at Latrobe University and working part-time. Enjoy leading an active lifestyle while getting to know different people. Love to socialise and spend time with housemates but also enjoy some alone time. Housemates must be tidy. Will be away and travelling most weekends for sporting commitments. Looking for either a house or share house with an unfurnished bedroom.
Currently living in bendigo, looking for somewhere to rent in the next couple of months but ideally at the end of november after my year 12 exams. Respectful, easy going and happy to do my part in helping around the house :)
Mature age student from Melbourne, quiet, don't smoke or drink, likes a tidy place, no pets. Enjoys some conversation but generally tends to keep to myself. Likes keeping healthy and learning new things. Will be studying 3rd yr Dentistry at Latrobe University in 2018. Drives to Melbourne on weekends. Enjoys walks and nature.
I work 2 jobs, 1 in Bendigo working as a Youth Thrrapeutic Care Worker and 1 in Shepparton as a behavioural specialist. I do afternoons, night shift and weekend work. I have a puppy, Thor. He's pretty great :) very socialable, is house and outside trained. I enjoy a drink or two (when I have time). I'm happy to enjoy meals together and socialise but also enjoy my own space and respect yours. I'm a clean and tidy person. I have a full house worth of furniture, you'd just need your own stuff for your bedroom! :)
I am 40 yrs old. At the moment I am unemployed (I have background in Hospitality), and I have a 2 year old, microchipped, toilet trained, vaccinated, registered cat. I am looking for more permanent accommodation than I am presently in and prefer to live with one other in a 3 bedroom house (to have space for each other and a spare room for guests). I am a decent person, am respectful of others belongings and space. I have my own furniture, so don't need a furnished room. I have shared paying $200 per fortnight rent and $60 towards the bills per fortnight and at another place $225 rent and $60 towards the bills per fortnight (which more than covers my half). I am working on quitting smoking.
This is a clean and tidy home in a very quiet well-presented neighbourhood. We are just around the corner from Aldi and Strath Village, as well as 1.2km's from La Trobe University. This is the perfect arrangement for students and full-time workers alike. There is a lockup garage available as well as some driveway space, but one car may need to park on the street. The home has split system air conditioning in every room. It seems it was originally made for old persons home, hence the handrails near the toilet and such. It is a very nice place. We aren't looking for party animals, but we don't mind a bit of music and a few drinks. (We being just I at the moment)
Located in Kennington (Bendigo), this three bedroom house is less than 5 minutes drive to town and 2-3 minutes from La Trobe University. Currently living here is a 21-year-old male student (me) and a 20-year-old female student (Kirsten). Kirsten is moving out in early November, and we will have two rooms available. Ideally, we're looking for fellow uni students or young professionals. We're both pretty quiet people but enjoy the occasional drink and are usually up for socializing. There are two identical rooms available with the exception that one has an AC unit. The first one faces the street and is $90/pw, the second one with the AC unit is $95 p/w. The first one is available immediately, the second one will be available in early November. The house living spaces are fully furnished with fridges, a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, couch, dining table, Smart TV etc. The bedrooms are unfurnished. The room’s dimensions are 265x270cm, and both have a built-in wardrobe. Rent is $90/95 week + bills split three ways, but they are usually pretty low as it's a small, energy efficient (and low maintenance!) place. Internet is unlimited NBN FTTN, and costs $20 each per month. No smokers & pets. There's also a bus stop about 50 metres from the house that goes straight into the middle of town one way, and to La Trobe the other. House comes with both a Netflix and Stan subscription! Rooms are available for inspection now (10th Oct) and over the next few weeks. Please send a message for details or if you're interested in checking the place out, thanks!
