We have usually have low cost bills as we are conscious about use and have solar electricity/hot water as well as gas for cooking. Hi! My name is Kim, I'm 28 and work as a Beauty/Laser Therapist. I'm looking for one or two people around the same age as me to rent a house. I'm a 2 for 1 deal as I do own a dog - a groodle named Sunny. She's generally well behaved and has heaps of energy. It's really important to me to know that whoever lives with me is a dog lover, I don't ever want to feel uncomfortable leaving her alone with someone who isn't a fan of animals. I'm clean and tidy, respectful of other's space and super friendly. I love a few glasses of wine and entertaining every now and again or getting dressed up to go to a bar, but I'm not a party animal as I work too much and I'm saving to buy a house! On weekends I like to get outdoors, go to the beach, take Sunny for walks and just generally be social with friends. I'm looking for someone with similar attributes who is reliable, pays bills on time, isn't a slob with housework and likes to socialise and chat with their friendly housemate! Looking to move mid Jan but if we find the perfect property I'm happy to move earlier.
Hey hey all potential new roomies!! I am a 36yr old chick, who has played the share accommodation game for a few years, so I am very familiar in how the whole thing rolls. I was renting rooms out in a place I had been living for nearly13 years, but it was 2 storey, & due to some health reason we unfortunately had to bid the house goodbye, & now it is all about starting over in a single level dwelling. I am looking to stay living around the Charlestown/ Warners Bay area's, but not further out than Warners Bay either. I would ideally like to find someone between the age of 30 & 40yrs of age to find a property & to co sign a lease with, I know this is probably a little discriminating to all those awesome people who fall outside this age bracket but I am just past the stage of where my house is a frat house every weekend & I am not quite ready for bowls, bingo & the purple rinse brigade either. I am fairly easy going, who loves a chat, & doesn't mind whipping up a feed & having a cheeky beer or vino. I am looking to move asap. So if all that sounds like I am someone you would potentially like to move in with, then flick us an email or give us a call. Thanks

(i live 45 minutes from there currently) Most afternoons i find myself in the gym, although on the weekends i enjoy spending time at the beach, going out for breakfast, or having drinks the chicks. I do work full-time so i although i don't mind going out i do need someone who can respect that on week nights. Ideally i would like to move in with someone who i will get along with as a house mate as well as a friend. i do have a partner who would occasionally stay. If you think id be an ideal flat mate hollla at me :)
I'm a pretty chilled guy, tidy and clean. Looking to move out of home, doesn't particularly matter where. I feel like I'm fairly fun, and would be easy to live with. Not fussed on when either, but sooner rather than later.
Currently living in maitland, working full time in Newcastle and plan on making the move into Newy soon. Non smoker, Tidy, easy going. I keep to myself most if the time and respectful of personal space but i'm always down for a chat and to hang out :)
Looking for someone to live with as am currently looking to move and living on my own. I'm quiet and friendly and not into the party scene. I prefer a good book or movie than going to the pub or out on the town. I like to cook and make my own candles and jewellery as well as writing. I have a house worth of furniture including a couple of spare beds if needed. Tinkabelle is an indoor/outdoor cat who stays in of a night and on rainy days. She is litter trained and is very quiet. She is about 7-8 years old and very sooky and affectionate.
This place has wonderful views of Newcastle as well as a pool and some fantastic roommates! The whole house is furnished so you won't need to bring anything. The room can come furnished or unfurnished. Very close to Westfield Kotara and there is access to transport. Definitely a great place to live for 6 months
Hey i'm Jorja, I work full time in an office. I love the beach, food and Netflix. looking for a room to rent or someone who is also looking to rent a place in similar areas to me. I'm pretty social, i don't mind having a laugh and the casual drink but also enjoy some alone time. I respect peoples privacy and enjoy a neat house :)
Hi, I've just moved home from a working holiday in the UK And I need a room for myself and a yard for my 3yr old Australian Cattle dog. I'm clean and tidy and have and easy going personality. My dog is social and friendly. In free time I'm usually up the dog beach, doing lunch and coffee with friends and family. I'm a school teacher so I keep quiet during the week and keep busy on the weekend. Looking for someone who is friendly and tidy.
I'm a physio looking to start up a new share house in Newcastle. I love the beach, the outdoors and baking! I am looking for a place which is dog friendly, i have a very friendly border collie, named Sophie :)
Hi, we are Maria & Kasey. We are a happily married couple and moved to the area couple of years ago from rural NSW. We are looking for a place to share to help save money for our future. We are both quiet and relaxed and enjoy our space but would also love the odd drink or two and I also love to cook for other people:) I work full time Monday to Friday in an admin role, and Kasey is also working full time at club and works some days and some nights.
I am sociable. I have a lot of interests e.g. music, games, fitness, TV and film. I keep my things clean and take responsibility for my stuff. Not loud and enjoy relaxing. I work full time so I appreciate quiet week nights but love a few drinks on the weekends
I'm easy going, I can pretty much get along with anyone. I'm honest, hardworking and respectful of personal space. Currently working in retail. I love music, keeping fit and traveling. I play guitar and piano - I am respectful while playing, I'll keep it down at night, or if you would like some peace and quite! Always up for a good time, whether it be just be hanging out and watching a movie, going to the beach or pretty much anything else - I'm not a party animal though. I moved up to Newcastle in June this year from Wagga Wagga, for a chamge in scenery. I've been living with some friends up here. I'm needing to move because my housemate is getting married.
Easy going healthcare professional, respectful of others. Non-smoker. Likes yoga and bushwalking. Am living in Brisbane at the moment and need to move down for work at a new clinic end of year. Would ideally like a place where I could have an old sausage dog, but could always arrange for family to look after him for 6 months or so
Hi everyone! My name is Frankie and I am looking for somewhere to live! The catch with me is that I have two beautiful smoochy ginger cats - they are brothers we rescued at 6 weeks old and they are now 5 years old. They are clean and tidy and once they get to know you, love a cuddle. About me - I'm a 24 year old medical student who has to move to Newcastle for my final year. I need to move out of my current location by mid January but am happy to pay rent immediately. Although my things will move in, myself and my boys wont move in until March as my first rotation next year is in Orange. Rent paid but no extra person for two months - YAY! :P Im clean and tidy but don't care if you aren't. I have to have a clean room for my study but the state of the rest of the house doesn't worry me if it doesnt worry you. Saying that, I am more than happy to do my fair share of the household cleaning - I currently work 2 hours a week as a professional cleaner. I am outgoing and confident but also very respectful of everyone's space. Budget is up tp $200 for a large room or $250 for a small flat of my own. Let me know if there is anyway my boys and I would fit into your household. :)
Bubbly personality who enjoys sock loading but also some alone time. I work as a business analysts and travel often so won't always be around. Active social life and my jewellery business keep me out and busy most weekends. Looking for a peaceful living environment where I can rest and relax from the business of life. Share with one flat mate, room with large built ins and extra storage space. I have quite a bit of things.
I am university student who is also looking for work in Newcastle. When I love people, I just want to talk to them but sometimes I just don't like people and I just want to stay in and play computer games.
I'm clean and keep to myself. I'm currently not working due to personal reasons, soon to be looking for work. I've been from the Newcastle area my whole life so I am familiar with the place. I enjoy watching movies and doing bits of arts and crafts here and there.
Easy going, fun guy, got a border collie. Working part time and going to uni. I'm clean and generally keep to myself. I play a lot of video games and love a drink with friends.
I am a quiet easy outgoing person.. i have a disability and am on a dsp hence the reason to why I don't work. don't really do the whole socialism thing I usually keep to myself as I have had bad experience with people so you will barely see me. I am also a clean person I also don't mind helping out with house chors.
Quiet single bedroom available to share with 30 year old guy. Ideally seeking a quiet male/female in mid 20's - mid 30's; but all ages will be considered. Off street parking for 1 vehicle available. The home is centrally located in Newcastle with easy transport options to anywhere in the Newcastle area - bus-stop almost outside the door to uni or into Newcastle central etc, or a quick walk to Charlestown Square. Ceiling fans throughout. Kitchen: ready to go; fridge, stove/oven, microwave, built-in pantry, wood floor, cutlery, crockery and pots and pans. Three double power points, down lights, walk in and start cooking! Large lounge/dining area features a three-piece wicker lounge suite, TV, dining table and chairs. Sliding glass door provides access to outside, and ceiling fans. Bathroom/laundry: Includes basin, mirror, toilet, towel rails, shower recess, washing machine and laundry tub. Share electricity and water expenses. NO children. NO pets. NO SMOKING inside. This is a great opportunity to move into a convenient location with very little actual "moving in".
24 y.o. female, full time worker. I have a cat that will be coming with me- she's an indoor/outdoor and generally friendly. I enjoy being social, but also like my personal space, and am respectful of others needs. Always keep my spaces clean. I enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day and love baking.
So I'm 2nd year student at UoN and I also work 2 jobs. I'm pretty chilled, easy to get on with and happy to socialise (drinks optional) but will sometimes keep to myself. Always down to meet new people (and said people's pets if they own them aha). Not a clean freak but I do my part to make sure things a neat and reasonably tidy. I respect others space and privacy and would ask the same in return. Hoping to find some cool housemates and aim to move in December after I get back from Melbourne (11th). (Puppies not included sadly)
