Hi, my name is Hannah. Over the past 2 years I have been living in a 3br share house in Kahibah. But I'm ready to find my own little 1 or 2 br place to call home. My partner, Matt, would come to stay some nights. I'd also be open to sharing with one other person, if it were the right fit. I am looking for a short or longer-term rental in which to live in while I focus on building my mindfulness and yoga business. My future goal is to build a Tiny Home and park it somewhere near the Fernleigh track :) I'm quiet, clean, respectful - don't drink, smoke, stay up late or play loud music and I'd happy to help out in the garden or around the house. Would prefer to stay in the Kahibah, Dudley, Whitebridge, Charlestown or Highfields areas.
Hi, there are two of us, Patrick and Jo looking for a like minded person to share a house. We follow a Vegetarian and Vegan diet and a spiritual lifestyle. We don't like to party, prefer a peaceful and stable home life. We enjoy yoga, meditation and watching good art house films. We both work in the community Services sector, Pat is also studying. We are both pretty neat, tidy and clean, expect anyone we share with to always clean up after themselves. We are both non-smokers and non-drinkers. We plan to have our small medium Kelpie x dog live with us, she will not go well with any other animals, so no other pets sorry. If this sounds like a good fit for you to share a 3-bedroom house with us, please message us and NO time wasters read our profile and only contact if you are also Vegan or Vego and non-smoker and non-drinker :) Thanks
My name's Mitch, I'm 19. I'm employed full time in IT I work a shift roster. 4 on 4 off, totaling 48 hours over an 8 day rotation. When I'm at home I enjoy relaxing. Usually at my computer, listening to music or reading a book. I'd like a casual and laid back living environment, yet clean and social :)
40 High school teacher Quiet, respectful and collaborative flatmate. My job requires me to be gone 7am to 4pm. Can and willing to contribute to the household in any manner conducive to harmony and functionality. Varied interests and hobbies.
* Big house not far from bus stops (322 and 111 minutes away). * Heaps of living space (back area sunroom not yet in photos and the loungeroom pictured) and a big backyard. (if you bring a mower that's a big bonus! =P) * Nice friendly street with parking out the front, in driveway or out the back if you want. * 15-20min walk to Charlestown Square * 5-10min drive to Dudley and Redhead Beaches There is also a larger room which my housemate currently lives in which i'll put photos up soon. I haven't decided yet which room i would like, but i think it's fair to make the larger room $180 (total rent is $350/week). Weekly price doesn't include electricity or internet. There is a working connection as we've had it previously and I'm looking to sign-up in the next month but I would probably ask for half if you want to go in for that.
Freshly painted, clean and tidy free-standing home with driveway to park your car and a garden plus barbecue out back with covered seating area to chill and relax with the odd beer or wine. Not a party house... Just a nicely furnished home to relax in with a large eat-in kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you could ever need - I like to cook and am quite good at it. I'm also a gardener and like to grow my own veggies and herbs. I have pretty much all the furniture needed - two sofas, chair, small dining table and stools plus TV and entertainment unit for it to sit on and lots of nice rugs on the floors. Charlie & Lola live with me - they are 8 & 5 year old dogs who are fully trained and well-behaved. Plus, I don't know anyone that likes animals that smell or leave hairs everywhere so mine are well-groomed and my house is kept clean. I'm looking for a housemate who isn't messy and is happy to do their fair-share of the household chores and with me having the dogs, obviously I do more than my fair-share ,-) The house is locate within walking distance to all that Charlestown has to offer and is only a short distance from great beaches and Newcastle CBD - so a nice mix of urban living.

I'm looking for somewhere that has a yard I'm clean pick up after myself and easy going happy to meet up so you can get to know me . Pump me a msg if your interested in having me and my boy Thor :)
I'm a clean/ neat freak. I do not smoke, I am not a big partier, I do not stay out too late apart from on weekends (and even still I'm not out too late), but I am courteous and I respect those around me. I am looking to find a roommate that is the same in many ways. I am down to earth, positive and open to trying new things. I would love for a friendship to stem from this. I have not lived out of home yet as I have been focusing on study and work but I am finally ready to go. I am 21, female, and I am employed full time (Monday-Friday 9-5).
Friendly, adaptable full time student looking for a place in between the beach and uni. Pretty neat and tidy, happy to help chip in with the chores and always down for some quiet drinks. Half Australian/Thai, I have spent a few years growing up in Singapore. I'm pretty relaxed, outgoing and I love spending time in the surf.
Currently renting with a nice couple, have been here for around 18 months but the lease is up in May so looking for a new place. My roommate is very neat and tidy so I've picked up some good habits! I'm a full time software developer working in Newcastle, currently the drive is around 45 mins so hoping to move a little closer. I'm pretty easy going and respectful but don't mind the occasional beer with mates at the pub on the weekend after a game of cricket/soccer. Looking for somewhere where I can still have a little space but don't mind socialising. My girlfriend lives out of the country but when she comes to visit we are barely home. There are 4 pets here currently (none are mine) so I'm quite happy to live with furballs/take care of them when needed if you have any.
I have an easy going nature, I am to converse with flatmates or keep to myself if that's what is preferred. I enjoy cooking & love to have people over for dinner. I watch an occasional tv show or a movie, but generally spend more of my time on my computer, reading or hanging out with friends or family. I have a background in IT, so i can be a very handy guy to know.
