(currently available) Normal Room $150 per week + $25 for utilities. (currently unavailable but can be put on a list to be contacted when one does become available) (utilities include, electricity, water, Speed boosted NBN internet, lawn mowing service.) Rooms are unfurnished but i do have beds, chairs, desks available for additional cost to rent or buy. I am always working or spending time with my family. I will only be at home during work weeks and spending most weekends with family in the gold coast. I am easy going and get along well with others. Hi Matthew here and yes i am looking for a place to live. living with me wouldn't be too hard at all. Since i'm a meatworker who does morning shift i wake up at 4:10 and get home around 4:30. Then i go in my room play video games and then go to sleep. Basically I tend not to do too much and you would hardly notice i'm there. In saying all that i am social and love to meet new people. Besides video games i love my music and also play the guitar but only during weekends and not connected to an amp or anything. I am also a member of the SES and i go training every monday night. I'm the training officer at marburg SES. But year thats a little low down any questions just ask thanks!

Looking for someone reliable, honest and clean and who can easily get along with people from all walks of life. I work full time with varied shifts and usually just keep to my room unless i need to use the loungeroom tv. Must be reliable respectful and happy to help out with yard maintenance and keeping the bathroom and kitchen clean. During my leisure time I can usually be found enjoying the words in a good ol' paperback, attempting to knit, or trying to veganise Jamie Oliver's latest recipe in partnership with Coles. I don't drink or do drugs, so , y'know, that's a good thing. I’m an interstate transport operator, doing an express/linehaul run between Larapinta and Eastern Creek NSW. I’m not home very much, but when I am, I generally just do my laundry and rest up for the following weeks work. I typically leave one week on the Sunday afternoon, and return Tuesday morning and sleep, then go again Tuesday night. Then I return on the Thursday morning, sleep and go again Thursday night. The week concludes on the Saturday morning. The following week I leave Monday night, returning Wednesday morning to sleep, leave that night and conclude on the Friday morning. I work that schedule pretty much all year, and it’s only different due to public holidays. I need a place where I can lock my car in a garage and also park a prime mover. I do smoke occasionally but not indoors. I drink occasionally but never more than a few because I need to be zero BAC for my job. I don’t do drugs, and get drug tested randomly at work. I don’t require cooking facilities as I generally don’t have time to cook. I’m interested in a share situation where I can have a place to sleep and shower and do my laundry and park my car securely. As you can see from the above, I’m not home much.
