It's a large unit. Sunny, Situated behind gates in a private garden shared with another unit. Over 55s so nice and quiet...but younger renters welcome. I am a 57 yr old nurse. My old mother lives in front unit so I spend most of my time with her. Only sleep at my place. Eat with her...so you have the place pretty much to yourself. We have our limit of dogs and a cat might get eaten! But we do have lovely open lawns for yr tyranasaurus Rex! People in opposite unit friendly! Lots of little dogs...I have 2 Chihuahuas... .so if you don't like dogs...stop reading! There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom yr end of the unit...take yr pick and the other room can be for friends you want over on w/ends ...or my mates....doesn't happen often!
