Hi and welcome! Thanks for checking us out! Our home is our sanctuary and it means time to chill. We are really easy going and social yet like our own space at home as social when out and about so not a party house :) We are all focussed on work and studies, do our own thing, respect each others space - yet always up for a chat! The house is comfortable and spacious and very Zen! Outdoor couch on deck and also big umbrella with table garden. Lovely private garden and 2 min. walk to reserve at end of the street. It's a cozy 4 br house (sharing with 1 woman and 1 modest and respectful guy ) and we are looking for another like-minded female who is REALLY clean and tidy, prefer non-smoker and vegetarian! Public transport - bus nearby and train only 25 mins to the city. 30 mins drive on Westgate. Love to hear from you if you want any more info and open to possibilities! Janet
I am a Registered Nurse working in Melbourne CBD, I also work as an online coach and a coach at a strength and performance gym in Airport West. I compete in powerlifting and love training in the gym. I love to read, being active, hiking, cooking (and eating :p) and watching netflix. I am obsessed with coffee and brunch! I am looking for a quiet house, not a party house. I would like to live with clean and tidy individuals who are respectful of noise at night time, who clean up after themselves, and contribute to overall general house cleaning. I would prefer my own ensuite, or at least only be sharing a bathroom with one other person. I would require parking for my car. I work long hours, and am not home that often. I get up early around 4:15-5:30am most mornings and often won't return until 10pm (depending on work schedule). I have a beautiful ginger kitty cat named Simba, who is 3 years old. He is very affectionate and friendly to all who meet him. He has turned dog lovers into cat lovers with his charm! He has not met a human who hasn't adored him! I would like to move asap, as the travel time/petrol/tolls of my current residence is becoming too full on. I'd like to definitely have moved by the 28th Jan, as this is the last day of my lease.

There is lots of privacy and you can mix with us as little or as much as you like. All furnishings, bills and Internet are included in the $200/week, you just cover your own food and consumables. Your room comes fully furnished with a built-in robe, desk, draws, book shelf, ceiling fan and some flexibility to change furnishings. The unit itself is quiet and neat, with central heating and a split system air conditioner in the main living area. It’s in a great location: a 5 minute drive to two train stations, various shops, the Western Ring Road and Calder Freeway; and if you’re walking, it’s 7-15 minutes to a variety of shops, 20 minutes to Keilor Plains/St Albans train stations, and less than a 5 minute walk to several bus stops. If you have a small-to-medium car you may be able to park off-street, directly in front of the unit, otherwise you can park on-street.

So I am a postie full time, at the St. Albans Delivery Centre, it’s early mornings and can be late finishes. So to be honest I would only be home of a night time during the week. I don’t drive so parking isn’t a requirement for me at the moment. I am bubbly and keep to myself. You won’t have any issues with me.
I'm currently living in Perth, but looking at moving to Melbourne for the lifestyle, university and of course the many cafe's it has to offer. Currently I'm finishing off my bachelors degree in Biomedical Science and work at a medical centre. I love for my space to be tidy and organised - my style is simplistic, just like my outlook on life - love to keep the vibes positive, have a chat and cheers to a drink at the end of the week.
