I'm Easy going, fun to be around and got a great humour. I love company and being social. I am extremely clean and love a movie with my 8 year old son. My son tends to come for a visit a few nights a week for two hours and our time usually consists of reading his reader and a bite to eat not to forget a couple of games of uno!! My son also comes in my care on one day over the weekend and it's spent on a day outing event! I get along with everyone and am not shy to introduce myself and make myself adapt to my surroundings.
Newly decorated room available in a spacious 3 bedroom home with 2 great chicks; modern kitchen, plenty of spare space, off street parking & large lockable garage for bikes, tools etc Keilor's close proximity to the Ring Rd, Hume & the Tulla make it an easy drive to most Melbourne locations. The commute to the city is really easy from here too as its so close to Green Gully road. Must be pet friendly as I have 1 big(outdoor) and 1 small(indoor) dog.
I am a part-time employee for ALDI in Keilor Central and I'm looking into studying paramedicine next year. As a housemate/roomate, you will be happy to know that I always clean up after myself and I make sure I have a tidy environment. I am respectful, easygoing, and open-minded. I get along with almost everyone.
Moving to Melbourne from Perth due to a job offer late September 2017. Haven't lived in a shared house for 25 years (excluding living with my own son). Would like to live with someone who has maturity, intelligence, sense of humour and has had life experiences Not really fussed about the suburb that I will be living in as I will be doing contract work as a Land Surveyor and will be working in a different part of the city every day. However probably the Western or Northern suburbs would suit me best. Will occasionally work from home a day or two a week. At my age the party animal has well and truely dissipated . So I won't have any noisy social habits that will interrupt your peace. However given that I am new to Melbourne with few social contacts it would be nice to share a house with a sociable person.
Im a no fuss single dad who is looking for a place to stay. I have a 3 year old son that i have 50%, week on/week off. Im clean, work full time(very secure position... been at the company for 6 years) and am happy either socialising, having a chat and cooking as a household etc. Or on the flip side just keeping to myself. I just need help with this period of my life.... and when i say help i just mean finding people that are okay with me having my son every second week. It's hard out here being a single dad! I appreciate any offers, advice etc. Thanks!
Hey everyone my name is Viktoras and i am 26Years old male. Recently the house i was renting got sold and now i have to find a new place to live in. Trying to find a private room around West of Melbourne something closer to Melbourne Airport cause of work as APO. Recently finished my studies and hopefully something where i could park my car as well I would prefer a place that decently quiet and so on as i do not party myself or cause any drama. I am very tidy and neat person that looks after the things regardless if their mine or not "treat it as your own". With a house or private rooms i don’t mind who owns or lives in a house Males or a Females i can guarantee that we will get along just fine as i am very social person and easy going. I do love working on computers on my free time and occasionally play a game or 2. Contact me for more information.
I'm a tidy, clean, organised person looking to stay with people who are like minded. Enjoy hanging out with whoever I stay with and also like to keep to myself. Loves a glass of wine at night ☺️
Hi My name is Michael. Im 30 years old. I work full time as a Business Development Manager. I also run my own Personal Training business. Im a very relaxed, laid back person. I am clean and responsible, and never ever pay rent/bills late. My hobbies outside of work are music, gym and gaming, so I keep to myself when I'm at home, either working on music, working out at the gym, relaxing watching some kind of series on Netflix, or playing PS4. However I'm not a hermit and love to catch up for a dinner and a drink to hang out and have a laugh/catch up with everyone, and definitely enjoy a few quiet drinks of a weekend as well. I also come with my absolute best friend, Gordon. He is a 3 year old Golden Retriever. He is the most docile, placid dog you will ever meet. He loves absolutely everyone and everything. He is extremely quiet, you often forget he is even there! His hobbies include sleeping, being taken for a walk or adventure and eating. He is extremely well trained. Obviously completely house trained, non-destructive and he is not boisterous in the slightest. I take meticulous care of him and you do not need to worry about mess or dirtiness. Because of his gentle nature he is very submissive and lives to please. He adores every other animal and I have absolutely no worry about him with any other pet that may be in the same house. He has been extremely well socialised from a puppy. I will not have him 24/7 though as I share him with my ex-partner, meaning he wont always be at the house. I may have him for a month, she may have him for a month etc. I have absolute, total confidence in the fact he would not be an issue in any house, and would not be looking for a place with him if that wasn't the case. I am looking for a place to call home with like minded people who are chilled and relaxed, have their own lives and independence but also love to share a meal or hang out together.
Price would be relevant to property type therefore neg. If studio or apartment then location is key and secure undercover parking. Recently moved from Brisbane, looking for modern space with ensuite. Secure undercover space (garage) for my car. I require a great place for 6-12 months until I settle and get my family over. Flexible with location within close proximity of Airport or the CBD where I can catch the skybus. I am quiet, clean, non smoker, like my own space therefore respectful of others. Have my own house in Brisbane so would look after yours.
Hi and welcome! Thanks for checking this out! My home is my sanctuary and it means quiet time to relax. I'm really easy going and social yet like my own space at home as very involved when I'm out and about! The house is comfortable and spacious and very Zen! Outdoor new coach on deck and also big umbrella with table garden. A lovely private garden setting and walk to reserve at end of street. It's a cosy 4 br house (one is a study ) and looking for someone like-minded who is really clean and tidy, prefer non-smoker and vegetarian! Public transport - bus and train nearby and only 25 mins to the city. Love to hear from you if you want any more info and open to possibilities! look forward to hearing from you. Janet
