The location is great, the bus stop is 3 mins away from the house. The parade is a 10 min walk away. And the city is 15 mins away by bus. The house is newly renovated so everything is brand new! The house includes water usage, and the room comes furnished. The outside of the house also includes a large drying rack, and a carpark.
I'm a full-time masters student and tutor at Adelaide (with scholarships). I like to cook, hangout, read, and occasionally play a little guitar.
I'm a Psychology university student, avid gardener with a bit of a green thumb, lover of vintage and retro aesthetics, and really value being tidy and considerate of my environment. I enjoy cooking and painting - nothing wild! Respectful of other people's space and schedules, and equally sociable and happy to be alone. I can contribute an abundance of plants, artwork and some mean pasta recipes if you so desire.
Working full-time in the city as a consultant and keep quite busy on the weekend with sport. So won't be around the house a whole heap but be good to have a drink at night on the weekend with housemates. Occasionally will stay at my girlfriends place as well. VERY neat and tidy, especially with my own space, so looking for like minded people.
I'm a 18 year old girl looking for a nice place to live close to public transport! I work part time in hospitality in Frewville, and spend most of my spare time with friends. I am care-free, respectful and enjoys quiet time. I am looking for housemates who are respectful of one another regardless of values and lifestyle. I am looking to move in as soon as possible, I'm not overly fussed on the length of stay but I'm currently studying a 3 year degree and will be in Adelaide throughout that!
Hi There, my name is Ally and I am moving to Adelaide from Victoria in the beginning of August for work. I'm originally from Melbourne and I work full time in the finance industry and have lived in shared accomodation for a number of years now. Im easy going and respectful as well as clean and tidy. Always up for a chat and getting to know new people, however, also understand the need for space and down time! Open to everything, though would prefer to be within 10kms of the CBD as that's where I'll be working.
I am originally from Ireland and have been living in Australia for 10 years. I’m a plumber by trade and a part time musician. I am a fairly happy happy individual that likes to socialise. Ideally living in a friendly cooperative house. I like to cook group meals with housemates. I do like to have space and understand the importance of privacy. Anything else please ask.
I am an easy going person who loves to cook, and I love animals . I like to keep a clean house and am happy to be social or keep to myself depending on house preference. I do need a non-smoking place but otherwise don't need much. I love animals, so if any prospective housemates have pets that is great. :) I am a honours student at the University of Adelaide and I work as a tutor and a waitress, so I wont be around the house much apart from in the evenings. I am looking for a room which is close to transportation to the city and with easy access to the SE freeway. Just needing a place to stay until I finish my degree in early November. Budget its $100 - $140 with bills included.
Hey, I'm Darren, a 26 young professional from Melbourne. I work full-time but transitioning to new opportunities and starting new in Adelaide around August. Being new to the city, I'd ideally like to live with people around a similar age that I can get along with :) I'm laid back and easy going. During the week I enjoy relaxing on the couch after work and keeping fit at the gym. Don't mind a drink here and there, going out with friends, beach, outdoors and weekend adventures are also good. Looking for a place close to the city. I have a car, as well as a small dog named Molly - but if I can't find a pet-friendly place, she can stay behind.
Hi, my name is Angel and i am looking for a place i can call/feel at home. I am a student at Flinders University studying Bachelor/Masters of Biomedical Engineering (but don't let that put you off, i am easy going, down to earth and friendly!). I am also a casual worker at University of Adelaide. In the near future i am hoping to find a place that will enable me to concentrate on my studies and work. I don't mind going out to the movies when time allows. I am neat clean, respectful and tidy. I love being organised and can cook up a storm in the kitchen (but dont worry i will clean up after myself :) ). I am looking for a furnished room that includes bills. Internet is preferred but not required, as i am happy to go out of my budget a little to pay for it. I am looking to share with max 2 other girls who are around 25 years old and are either students or working. Also, they should not be smokers or have pets. Thank you for your time, hope to hear from you soon. Angel :)
