I'm moving from Sydney and I'll arrive in Adelaide on 16/03/19 so I will not be able to do inspection but I'd like to rent for at least a month from that date if possible. I'm studying finance and accounting and also work in finance role. My routine consists of going to university, working and going to the gym, sometimes have drinks and dinner out and weekends I like going to the beach. Please let me know if you have a room in a clean and organized place. Cheers. Claudia
I'm a Italian guy and I'm working in a new restaurant in Norwood like pizza chef. I'm a respectful person, quite, tidy and really clean. I like go to the gym. I'm looking a place to stay for long time.
Hi there! I'm Kevin - 30 year old Male from Mauritius. Currently doing a PhD in Electrical Engineering at the University of Melbourne, which, for all intents and purposes, can be treated as a full-time job (9 to 5, plus some overtime). I will be visiting the University of Adelaide for 4-5 months as part of my research work, so I'm looking for a home that's not too far from the university. I started cycling a few months ago (and loving it!) and would probably commute to the university by bike. I enjoy breadmaking, cooking, playing music (mostly the ukulele these days) and I'm crazy about foreign languages and movie soundtracks. I'm fluent in French. I volunteer at sports events every now and then. I went to a cooking school long time ago and worked as a pastry chef for about 4 years, so I definitely know how to keep a kitchen clean. I was also told that I have a knack for repairing and fixing stuff. And gardening! :) If necessary, I am happy to provide references from past housemates and landlords.

hello there I'm here in Adelaide for 3 months, returning home to Cape Town to extend my visa, on the 12th May 2019. I work in Events, with my office in Underdale, but mainly out and about on gigs. I will travel out of town every now and then. I'm a foodie, love to cook and bbq when i get a chance, love to gym and exercise. Im already in Adelaide, as my company has sorted me untill 1 March, but from then I need to arrange my own accommodation. Ideally I'd love a furnished room, as I will not have place to store anything when i return to Cape Town in May.
Hey! I’m a first year uni student in 2019 looking for some accommodation with my partner who will also be starting his studies later this year. We will only need one bedroom, preferably unfurnished, and don’t require a built-in-robe (although it would be a bonus). We can (but don’t necessarily need to) bring along a couch, fridge, and pantry cupboard if that is preferable. Cameron will not be moving into the city at the same time as me. He would like to move in with me though. On this note, I am willing to pay the rates requested for a Couple while I am living by myself. If you need more information regarding this, don’t hesitate to contact me. :) I used to lifeguard at my local country town pool but will be looking for some casual part time work when I move to the city. Cameron currently catches chickens in the Clare Valley and will start applying for jobs when I move. I like crafts- making things such as small toys. I also enjoy casual video games. Cameron enjoys watching movies and videos, and also playing video games. We are a generally quiet couple who don’t mind the occasional social event. I am willing to put in a fair amount of time and effort regarding cleaning and general house maintenance. Cameron will do chores, however he may need a list and a little bit of direction to start with.
Hey there, I have the second room in the unit for rent! The little unit is upstairs, is super light and airy and has tiles throughout. The second room is on the smaller side, but still very nice and has built ins with mirrors! It can easily fit in a Double bed and a small desk. 😊 I've just moved in myself, so am still in the middle of furnishing the lounge and dining area so it’s a bit empty at the moment (feel free to bring some furniture or appliances for these areas if you’d like!). The bathroom is nicely sized, with a full size shower and a washing machine in the one room. There is also a little balcony. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, and close to everything! A bus stop to the city is just around the corner on Kensington Rd and the Parade is nearby. I am looking for someone within my age range, so maybe around 18-25. Just send me a message if you'd like to come see the room! Water is included in rent, but electricity and internet are additional. P.S. Would love to add you on to the lease, so the bond is actually 6 weeks rent.
Currently studying Food and Nutrition Science at Adelaide Uni. I'm a vegan, preferably would love to live with other vegans, but its not a deal breaker. I'm friendly, easy going and clean. Lived in several share houses, so know what it takes to keep a happy clean home. Happy to hang out, but liked to keep to myself at times, everyone needs their own space. Happy to share some groceries and do group meals(if they are vegan), not a stranger to cooking myself, and try to keep it mostly healthy and cheap. I enjoy going to the gym and video games, don't mind the occasional drink with friends. Non-smoker and don't have any pets.
I'm organised, clean, responsible and love my weekly routine. I dance Monday - Thursday in the city and go to the gym every morning before work. I work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and enjoy spending time with partner, family and friends on the weekends. I enjoy my lifestyle and own company but, would like to be good friends with whoever I decide to live with. I'm always up for a chat but, respect peoples space at the same time. I'm a very busy bee and may not be around 24/7 but, I can assure you that when you see me I'm always a bright, bubbly, positive and happy human. I love to cook as well so I'm always happy to help out in the kitchen.
Here there's something about me: I value an ability for having deep conversations and sense of humour. I am a live sound engineer. I was born into a italian spanish serbian guaraní family in Argentina. I appreciate company as much as being alone. I love travelling. (cliche but true) I can spend the entire day outdoor or playing computer games. I enjoy speaking languages. I prefer pasta than meat. I am 30. I am sure everything could be solved, after a coffee. If you think we can fit don't hesitate and drop me a line.
I am single, mature age, have references spanning many years and would like to view properties pending initial chat/conversation. I would prefer to live quietly in a home with privacy and a relaxed atmosphere and am willing to share lease or take out lease on new property. Please let me know of a time agreeable to discuss possibilities. Kind Regards, Michael .
I have recently graduated from a Bachelor of Contemporary Art and next month I begin a Bachelor of Paramedic Science. I work in the city 4 days a week in the evenings. I am an artist and lover of music and theatre. I enjoy spending time outdoors and at the beach. I am tidy, sociable, enjoy cooking and a good cup of coffee.
I'm a 30 yo Brazilian, an open-minded friendly person. I have a healthy lifestyle. I don't smoke, but I love having a few glasses of wine at the end of the week. I love to cook, make my own food. I'm also really clean, reliable and trust worthy and would love to find somewhere that I can enjoy living rather than just a place to sleep.
Hey everyone, my name is Tristan. I am a recent graduate of a humanitarian and community studies degree and work 4 - 5 days a week. I am clean, responsible and always pay my bills on time. I am looking to possibly team up with somone on a house or live with just one other person. I am easy going and enjoy having a chat whilst also being respectful of everyone elses space.
Hey, I'm Darren, a 25 young professional from Melbourne. I work full-time but transitioning to new opportunities and starting new in Adelaide in mid-March. Being new to the city, I'd ideally like to live with people around a similar age that I can get along with :) I'm laid back and easy going. During the week I enjoy relaxing on the couch after work and keeping fit at the gym. Don't mind a drink here and there, going out with friends, beach, outdoors and weekend adventures are also good. Looking for a place close to the city. I have a car, as well as a small dog named Molly - but if I can't find a pet-friendly place, she can stay behind.
Hey! My name is Elin (usually pronounced as Ellen), and I’m 21. I have found a unit in Kensington and would love to find someone to take the second room! 😊 A little about me: I moved to Adelaide three years ago from Tasmania and have been living in the same place for about two years and am looking for a change! I study International Development at Adelaide uni and am completing my honours this year. 😊 I’m friendly and quiet and usually keep to myself, however also love to have a chat and get to know my housemates as friends rather than just someone I live with. Am looking for people probably within my age range: so maybe 18-25! Just looking for someone to make our place feel like a home 🏠
Hi my name is Phillip, I am Genderfluid MtF who identifies as female, I am looking for a nice place to stay that is long-term and stable for me that has good Internet with unlimited data (NBN is preferred, if not that's OK). I am a gamer and love to play videogames a lot, so if you're the type of person who likes playing videogames and talking about them, then we may get along just fine, I am currently working myself up to be full-time Twitch streamer to generate a better and more stable income for myself (hence the need good Internet like NBN in order to stream). I usually like to keep to myself a lot and do my own things, but may have chats every now and then when I really feel like it. I like having my own privacy to be left alone to doing my own things as I usually like to get deep into lots of mini projects in my spare time. I like to have lots of quiet times, helps to think better when there's less environmental noise around and about. My general budget for renting is around $250 a fortnight, and if bills are included or some bills then that's fine. but would prefer if some are included with fixed rate. -- If you are looking for a team-up for a place I'd be happy to do that, feel free to message me about it. I'm originally from the UK, I moved out here to Australia about 5-6 years ago now for bit of a change. I've been in Adelaide for about 2-3 years now.
I’m Jimmy 24, working full time in the mines on a 2 weeks on 1 week off roster. Very easy going, clean and tidy. Like my own space but always happy for a beer and banter. Looking for a shared house, or team up, looking around the Norwood area and Adelaide hills. Message me if you have any questions
I am a shift worker and easy to get along with. Usually stays in my room and relax when am having an off day but most of the time am out working. Likes to be tidy as much as I can and also looking for flatmates that are tidy and clean and respect personal space. Currently looking for short term as I am unsure if I will be relocating interstate at the moment. I do not have a preferred location so long is convenient and has a place for me to park my car and not too far away from my workplace. Prefer bills + internet be included in the rent if possible.
