I'm 37, respectful, independent, friendly, adept in social etiquette and house trained +. I work full time in the city in a health based role and have just completed 10 years service with the organisation.
Hi, I'm Ethan. I work full time in the city (For the last few years as well) in a business role and am looking for a place to rent which is within riding distance or has some form of good public transport available close by. I try to keep myself fit with gym and sports and consider myself to be quite a tidy and neat individual by nature. I look forward to meeting with you if a suitable option becomes available.
I'm easy going, laid back, tidy, 33 year old professional female. I'm looking for a tidy clean house with 1 or 2 other housemates. I'm social but also like to give my housemates their own space. I like a glass of wine and a good chat or fun banter. I work full time as a health professional, so I like to unwind and relax after work. I'm after a quiet household, not a party house.
Your own little sanctuary, a short walk from the Norwood Parade! Settle in to one of Adelaide's best suburbs before Christmas. One-bedroom, living room/kitchen, bathroom and entrance hall for rent. This is a unit in a group of 4, in a peaceful, tree-lined street. Down the road from the Norwood outdoor and State Swim indoor pools, walking distance to primary and high schools, a short walk to a 15-minute bus go zone and a 24-hour petrol station. I am moving neighbourhoods and would like to assess interest for taking over my lease, which began August 23, so this would run until the same time next year. There is no need for air-conditioning most of the time, because the place is nice and cool. I used the heater during colder months. Comes with an oven and the white cupboard, as well as a washing machine in a shared (locked) laundry with two other tenants. There is an Optus wifi connection, which can be transferred to you. Serious tenants only need write.
Hi my name is Melvin and I'm looking for a place to stay in Adelaide or any nearby suburbs that is close to the city really as I am starting a job soon there. I'm a tidy person, non-smoker and would say that I'm a pretty easygoing person. :) Looking for furnished rooms preferably!
I work full time in the real estate industry with reasonably long hours which certainly keeps me busy. I am an active outdoorsy kind of person and enjoy getting out on the weekends for breakfast and activities. Love a casual mid week drink after work and a few drinks on the weekend too. I am clean and responsible, always up for conversation and a great team player. I am looking for somewhere close to the city or in the city. Anywhere from Goodwood around to Walkerville including Norwood, Glenunga, Parkside, Unley, St Peters, North Adelaide etc I have an adorable three year old cat who I would love to bring with me however I do have a back up for her if the perfect opportunity came up that she wasn't able to join. Lily is an independent, smart, clean cat that spends most of her day sleeping. Flexible with move in date
I am an easy going person who likes to be social but also enjoy time to myself. I like to keep my space tidy and am respectful of other peoples property. I am currently living and working in the Barossa Valley and have recently been employed in the city, so am looking for shared accommodation to be closer to work.
I'm a 19 year old student in my fourth year of Uni and am looking to move to Adelaide for my final year. I don't mind having some fun but also don't like things getting too untidy. I can cook and won't complain when housework needs to be done.
Hi, my name is Alice. I'm 21 and a student to be. My current share house recently had an enormous gumtree branch fall through it, leaving it uninhabitable, so I'm looking to find a room as soon as possible. I'm a fantastic cook, I'm clean and tidy and I am a responsible, well mannered person. I enjoy my own company but I can be sociable and would be happy to have a glass of wine or two with you. I enjoy going out for coffee, and a night out in town from time to time! My interests include, art collecting/galleries, going antiquing and op-shopping, watching indie and foreign films, and listening to and collecting music. I am available to move right now. I would love to become friends with the people I share with.
I am mature age with own furniture and BMW which I am very fond of. Unfortunately my art deco "heritage listed" home of the last 10 years is being knocked down and I have to find a place for myself and possessions. (I can't do without my big screen TV's, computer equipment or 16 drawer office furniture but can put the rest in storage if need be). I am single, have references spanning many years and would like to view properties pending initial chat/conversation. Please let me know of a time agreeable to discuss possibilities. Kind Regards, Michael .

Lovely light filled homette with beautiful courtyard garden in a lovely suburb close to parks. Marryatville is walking distance to the The Parade (supermarkets, cafes and shopping) in Norwood. It is a safe suburb with lots of trees, parks and a beautiful swimming pool closeby. Bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the house. 10 minutes direct to city. Supermarket, specialty shops and cafes are a 5 minute walk away. Single or double bedroom with a large window Air conditioned plus central heating. Shower + Bath + Laundry with Washing machine + Clothes dryer Living space is shared with living, dining and kitchen plus use of the thermomix! If wanted some furnishings can be included. At the moment there is a single bed, medium-sized study desk, shelves, clothes rack. The room could fit a double and can help with that too. I only use natural products so people who like to use chemicals sprays or heavy perfumes need not apply. : ) It's a peaceful, lush setting and a great neighborhood. Easily accessible to shops and city by bike. Right next to Marryatville highschool. Happy to have someone stay for a couple of months initially until June, or up to the end of 2017 with the possibility to take over the lease.
I love animals, art, reading, health and cooking (: I'm clean and quiet so I've been told easy to live with haha This is my first year out of boarding school so wherever I move would be my first place away from home (: I'm originally from Perth but fell in love with Adelaide when I starting boarding and have always hoped to live here!
I am doing a Working Holiday Visa and I am looking for a quiet place to stay ideally arount Stepney/Norwood. I will be staying for a year but I'd like to be sure if the accommodation suits me so I'd like to stay for a week first if you're fine with that. Because I'm in Belgium at the moment, I cannot visit the property. I like my privacy to be respected so I like to respect other's privacy too. I am easy going, open minded and social. Whether you are vegan or not I don't mind as long as we respect each others. I like to hike too so I'm counting on you to show me your beautiful country ;)

I have just recently moved to Adelaide and would like to share a flat. I am 37 year old. I am working for UNICEF on part time- basis currently. I am friendly and warm, have very much respect for privacy of others and would like to socialize with my flat mates in our free times. I am very clean and usually take care of my house by my own. In my spare time I enjoy reading books, watch a comedy or going to the beach.
Hi, I'm Sophie, I'm looking for someone to move into my family's flat in Klemzig with me. Due to current tenants, I'm unable to make a listing at the moment, as I'm unable to take pictures. The flat is fully furnished and priced at $125, although negotiating a price that includes bills is ideal. About me, I'm an independent, country girl who loves to spend time and socialise with others, however, I do enjoy having my own space and time to myself. I am a very organised and clean individual who gets along well with others and enjoys getting out with friends. I'm a very easy going, considerate and non-confrontational person. I play netball, however I play for my home town in the country (about 2 hours north of Adelaide) so most weekends I won't be home. If you're at all interested in the flat, flick me a message and I can pass on some mot details!
I am very, very clean and tidy. I don't smoke, I don't take drugs and I drink wine in moderation. I am 63 years old. I have references. I'm a Kiwi and have lived in Adelaide for 5 years. I would like an unfurnished place as my belongings have been in storage for 13 months and I'm missing them. I belong to a bookclub. I love the beach. I don't go out at night very much. My eldest daughter has been living in Adelaide for 11 years and I see her every week or two. I don't have visitors as I prefer to go out if I find spare time. I love music but don't listen to it with excessive volume. I don't have a "partner" and have no intention of acquiring one.
Im friendly, really easy going, but can also help out with cooking or cleaning. I play video games and generally keep to myself but have a pleasant attitude and good at socializing as well. Preferably looking for a fellow video gamer to live with to share an interest in the hobby
Hi There! I'm Maddy, I am a 22yo young lady, working part time as a baby sitter (so i am very good with people, pets and have an easy to get along personality!) I have great communication skills and am a master at conflict resolution, (not that you will be needing it if you live with me, LOL). I am creative and possess what i am proud to call a 'unique' personality. This means I enjoy things such as: Horror movies, gaming, pop culture, DC universe (but will accept your love of marvel if that is the case). Hobbies Include: Reading, Writing (I am currently writing a number of horror novels, feel free to check them out., I also love any theme parks, fringe shows, carnivals etc and so on. I am looking for a friendly house of like minded females (of any age) to share a creative space in. I am happy with an unfurnished room, within 30 minutes public transport range to the city. I'm cool with pets but don't come with any. I am a non smoker but if you smoke outside, that's not an issue. NOT looking for a party house but have an occasional social drink and chat with my cool new housemates. If you are still reading this, congratulations! Also if you think my unique personality and your awesomeness could be a match, then feel free to send me a line. I am open to all social and political differences and have no problems in differences of opinions and a friendly debate here and there. Regards Maddy
I am currently an undergraduate student going into my third year of study at university. I am a neat, easy going and quiet individual. I am currently living in a share town house with two housemates, which I have lived in for the last two years. Ideally would like to move somewhere in similar location to where I am currently based. Also would prefer to move in with housemates of similar age.
Central to City, Norwood is a hive of Restaurants, Pubs and retail Shopping, with big name brands, easy access to public transport and shopping, it is literally a 5 minute walk. The street is beautiful with trees overlapping, friendly people and a swimming pool only 15 min walk away. What more could you want?????????
We are two professionals (male and female, not a couple) in our early thirties looking for a third person of a similar age to share a beautiful double storey townhouse in Norwood. A bit about the room: The room is $170 per week and bills etc are shared equally. There is a bond required as well of 6 weeks' rent that is refunded upon departure. The room can be furnished with a bed or unfurnished and the bathroom is shared with one other person. The house is mostly furnished but there is room to store some items if required. There is free wifi! A bit about the location: The location is unbelievably convenient, being one street away from the Norwood Parade and right behind the Norwood Foodland. There are gyms, a movie theatre and a wide range of cafes and restaurants right at our doorstep! A bit about us: Adi works in the mines as an Engineer and as such is only home on weekends. He is quiet and respectful and a great housemate. Tash works in HR and spends her spare time at the gym and watching Netflix. She loves a good wine and spends a lot of time out and about with friends and doing volunteer work for the Norwood council. A bit about you: We are looking for someone who is neat and tidy and works professionally who likes to do their own thing. We are definitely not a party household but do enjoy small get togethers with friends at the house. The room will be available on 15 April and we are looking for someone to stay for a minimum of 6 months, ideally someone who wants to stay until the end of the year. If the above sounds good to you we would love to hear from you.
I have two rooms available for lease in a townhouse on Church Avenue, Norwood. This is a beautiful area in a quiet street, on the fringe of the city just a few minutes walk from The Parade. It is a three bedroom, three storey, 2.5 bathroom place; with a capacity for four tenants. The smaller room will be available for rent mid April, and the larger room will be ready for early June. I will have to meet any potential room mates beforehand, so unfortunately an overseas applicant can not be considered. There is readily available, free on-street parking; and carport with a two car capacity if desired. We are looking for: sociable and friendly, clean, young professional/students (20-30ish), and potentially a couple for the third floor (master bedroom). The rent is $200/week for the smaller room (BIR, shared bathroom), and $240 per week for the large room (walk in robe, ensuite). The rent is exclusive of utilities (power, gas, and water), but inclusive of internet and Netflix which are both ongoing active accounts. There is wifi access across all three levels. The house is fully furnished; including beds, some furniture, living area, desk space etc. Our kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, and my favourite- a Delonghi coffee machine :) It is also stocked with crockery, cutlery, pans etc. No need to bring anything if you do not wish to. The second floor has a shared study nook, with a desk, futon, and an iMac that is free for communal use. We have a grassed backyard with a decked entertaining area and large outdoor setting, complete with a BBQ, bar area and outdoor fridge, and a shed. Minimum of 6 month lease, however a 12 month lease is preferred. My partner and I will be overseas from mid June onwards, so the tenants will include: whoever is successful for each available room, and a mid 20's male who will be living upstairs on the 3rd floor. It's a fantastic spot, 5 minutes from the CBD and right on the bus line.
