Hello, I’m an easy going and neat person. I’m super chilled and respectful of other people’s spaces. I’m currently at Adelaide Uni doing masters of clinical nursing so mostly gone Mondays, Tues and Fridays. I’m an avid animal lovers and have been volunteering to help with vaccinating stray dogs in Cambodia alongside vets every year. I do co-own a Rhodesian Ridgeback who comes to stay with me everyone once in awhile and for a whole month in September. She’s an old doggie who is great with animals, humans and pretty just sleep all day! I lived in a unit so she doesn’t have any problem with small space. Kind regards, Dane
The house is a really picturesque place on a quiet treelined street. It's entirely furnished other than the spare room, but if you have furniture you'd like to bring I'm happy to work something out. The whole has house as ducted AC and gas hotwater.
Hi, my name is Harriet :) I'm 22, currently working full time in an admin/reception role. In my spare time I like to take it easy and care for my house plants/read/watch Netflix/drink wine/go to the gym. I'm currently looking for an unfurnished room to lease close to the city (preferably in the Eastern suburbs). I'd be open to starting a share house as I have quite a bit of furniture, appliances, etc available. Looking to live with other respectful, open minded and friendly people.
I'm easy going person who like to share and know about other cultures. I'm tidy and clean, and respectful with others people's space. I like to read and watch the sunset, specially in the beach...
Hi My name is Clyde. I work part time as an accountant and also an international student. Busy 5 days a week. I am easygoing and people around me say I am honest and easy to get along with. I like music snooker and cars.
I am a friendly person that is happy to keep to themselves but am always up for a chat and hanging out. Love cooking for others more than myself and enjoy cleanliness. I am pretty social and out frequently although also enjoy having a friend over for dinner here and there. Work a 9-5 job as a Quality Coach. Passionate about health, fitness and spiritual growth. Not a partier but love a quiet wine or two (especially in winter).
My name is Victoria and I'm currently moving to Adelaide from Sydney for work. I am an architect and work as an academic. I've been living in share house accommodation for the last 20 years in Australia and abroad. I've lived in Sydney, Auckland and London. I'm looking for a share house with friendly house mates who like to have a drink or share a meal over some chit chat but still lead their own lives. I am looking for people that take pride in their house, are creative and engaging. I am also looking to live with people that although are social, also like their own space and quiet time too. I would like easy going and considerate flatmates who are prompt with their bills, and keep a clean house. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hey! I'm Tom, I'm a 26 year old and study English and history at uni, I'm out of the house doing uni related things most days. I love reading, music and film, I'm out with friends a lot but don't drink much, and am quite open to new things and new people. On weekends I'm equally as comfortable in town, at the beach or relaxing at home.
Hey! My name is Enya, I'm 21 and over from England on a working holiday visa. I'm clean and tidy person, a little quiet at first until I get to know people - but keen to meet new people. I love animals and going out for food. Not sure what else I should be putting, let me know if you have any suitable accommodation or questions!
I'm a 30 yo Brazilian, an open-minded friendly person. I have a healthy lifestyle. I don't smoke, but I love having a few glasses of wine at the end of the week. I love to cook, make my own food. I'm also really clean, reliable and trust worthy and would love to find somewhere that I can enjoy living rather than just a place to sleep.
Hi I'm Brenton, I'm currently working part-time at a call centre however I will be studying full-time in a Bachelor of Media Arts beginning of 2019. I’m looking for a friendly environment where I can be happy to socialise with housemates and respect the space of others. I’m clean, responsible and get along with anyone. I love catching up with my friends, going to the movies and being social around others. I am happy to lease for 4 to 6 months and possibly extend up to 12 months as well.
Brit abroad for the year working as an intern in the city around 4 days a week and on the hunt for an extra part time job. Not usually in the house too much, enjoy the odd drink and party, usually pretty chilled during week/work nights. Looking for a relaxed household relatively close to the city centre, preferably on the east side for ease of work
Hey 👋, I’m a student who will be commencing his masters degree in University of Adelaide on Feb 2019. I don’t smoke, very tidy and open minded 🙂.
I work in hospitality, like a beer/wine but don’t smoke (I don’t care if you do). Happy to be alone or socialise, I’m pretty chilled out. Enjoy cooking when I have the time. Very well domesticated and have lived with complete strangers successfully previously 👌🏻
Pretty flexible and respectful
Hi my name is Hugo, and I am looking for shared accommodation. I am a fulltime student at Heathfield High School. After year twelve I'm hoping to study either something in law math or science. Although I am not employed right now, once settled I will be looking for casual work and in the meantime I have a stable Centrelink income, so no problems there. I am extremely motivated, diligent and witty. I am bubbly and generally enjoy a good game of chess. I also like debating and I love to tinker with electronics. As I said, I am looking for shared accommodation, I don't have pets and I do not have a preference with gender nor do I smoke. I've been brought up with manners and to respect others as well as their space. Generally I am a relaxed person who keeps to themselves and I am rather certain that I could tell you the plot of every Family guy episode, as well as almost or any Doctor Who episode. Thank you for your time and consideration, and I will look forward to hearing from you. -Hugo
Hi. I'm a Masters Student at the University of Adelaide. I'm a neat and tidy person, with a penchant for cooking. I do not smoke and only drink socially. I am also very flexible and adjusting. My hobbies are running, reading and sketching. And of course, I do the dishes promptly, without qualms. Thanks for considering me!!
Hi, I'm currently studying a bachelor of environmental policy and management at Adelaide uni so looking to live a bit closer to the city. I'm a very clean, tidy and easygoing person, I love to cook and I'm passionate about eco-friendly living and sustainability. I enjoy my own space and am looking for a place where I can comfortably study, but also live with people that enjoy hanging out and share a meal or a few drinks with from time to time. I love gardening, so a place where I can grow some veggies would be amazing but this isn't a must. I spend a lot of time reading a painting and also come with a myriad of houseplants.
I have been in this unit for the past year with a mate but he has moved in with his girlfriend so I am looking for a flat mate for this year. The unit is in beautiful, leafy kensington in a very quite and peaceful group of 7 units. It is around the corner from Marryatville shopping centre and within walking distance to the the Parade shopping precinct. It is also a very short drive/bus ride to the city and Magill campus. Also, not far from 2 scenic hiking destinations; Morialta and Waterfall Gully. Close to lots of good takeaways/cafes and amongst many parks and ovals, truly one of Adelaide's best suburbs. The unit consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen/dining area, lounge room and bathroom. There is a decent sized backyard and on street parking. The unit has a ducted cooling system with a vent to the room up for rent. The unit is also fully furnished, but the room is not. Unlimited internet and all bills are included in the rent. So if you want to avoid the chaos of a large shared house, and want a respectful but fun house mate; feel free to get in contact. Cheers.
Hi there! We are looking for someone (no couples sorry) in their mid twenties to early thirties! We have high ceilings, big bedrooms, big backyard, and a front veranda and back porch! Our neighbourhood is so wonderful and our neighbours are great! We have one bathrooom. The laundry is attached to the house but accessible from outside. Our street is just off The Parade and close to a few good op shops, a nice art gallery, and walking distance to an asian grocer, local park, community tennis courts and basketball courts. Good internet. Super close to everything (bus, maccas, the parade etc). Really close to an Aldi, Foodland and Woolworths. We have a bakery on the corner of our street and a sweet cafe called SAHA which does Middle Eastern inspired breakfasts and lunchs. We split all bills and internet and our bills are generally quite low. The room: The room we are renting out is currently the living room. You can see this in the photos, the one with the couches in it. The room is a good size, lovely and bright and has a lock on the door.
