Hi, I'm Kris, If you want a stable, sensible, neat housemate, who is an excellent cook and mixer of exemplary cocktails, look no further. I run my own business, whilst studying Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience full time. This keeps me quite busy and has me sequestered in front of a screen or book, and out of trouble for much of the day. I don't play loud music, and late, raucous nights are something that you do not need to worry about. I generally keep pretty fit, Running, riding, gym, various martial arts. If there is somewhere to install a small boxing bag, that would be just dandy. If there is a shed or space (about 4 square metres) available for my tools, I would be very happy, but it is not essential... just preferable. I am a capable gardener and handyman. I am looking for an unfurnished room, big enough to fit a queen double, I will also need room for a desk, bookshelves and a metric tonne of books... I may be exaggerating a little... maybe. Complimentary bonuses that come with my residence: Tools and someone who knows how to use them Regular kitchen knife sharpening Costco Membership Amazon prime video Leather repair service Jar opening and top shelf reaching services A green thumb (figuratively, not literally) The understanding ear of a professional counsellor Free cocktail making lessons A sparring partner in boxing, BJJ and MMA A free set of steak knives! * One, maybe two housemates would be great**, I am, however, severely allergic*** to drama, gangstas, kleptomaniacs, regular illicit drug users, people who throw their phones, angry drunks, and bees**** I'm looking to move sometime in the first half of December, I have a couple of weeks wriggle room on the date. If this all works for you, and you are on the eastern side of Adelaide, within a stone's throw of Magill Rd, I look forward to hearing from you * While stocks last. ** Furry housemates don't count towards the total. Especially dogs. *** I break out in a serious case of NOPE **** Actually I'm not really allergic to bees, I quite like them... and their sweet sweet honey.
Hi everyone, I am currently looking for a new residence, as my lease is up in march, and I am looking for a change. I have enough furniture to deck out an entire house on my own, so ideally am looking to team up and find a new house to share with some nice peeps, either male or female, ideally under 30. I am also open to moving into an established house if the right fit comes up. A bit about me - I am 22 years old, and originally from Melbourne/country NSW. I moved over for university a few years ago and am currently undertaking my last placement before graduating in September. For my placement I am working full time at Penfolds Magill estate winery, hence the choice of suburb, as I would ideally be within a 20 minute driving range from work. I have lived in quite a few share houses, and previously attended boarding school for 6 years, so am well versed when it comes to sharing houses. I am quite a clean person, and love to cook. I am also a big fan of Netflix, wine, food, tea and music of all persuasions. I am not going to consider moving before February, as I cannot afford to pay x2 lots of rent for a month. So please do not ask me to consider anything before then. Looking forward to chatting!
Hi, I am Cicie, female, 31 yo, from Indonesia (still in Indonesia at the moment because of prior work commitment, won't be in Adelaide until end of Jan or early Feb 2018). Going to start my Master Degree Course in UniSA Magill campus on Feb 2018. Looking for a place to call home away from home while I am there. Probably will move in mid February 2018. I am easy going, friendly and love to laugh. Not over-the-top, military-style tidy, but I am most definitely not a slob either. I am respectful of others time, space and privacy, and though I expect housemates to share the same values, I am not a recluse, so always up for impromptu anything together. My hobbies including (but not limited to) video games, reading, travelling (road trips!), thinking about exercising and socializing with friends. Oh, also, I love cats! If you think you have a place that would suit me, please hit me up. Cheers :)
I am quiet, responsible, mature, easy to get along with, happy to help out with anything and reliable. I work and study a lot and have pets but they are oudorless, clean, small and quiet.
We have a room for rent in a large old house. The house was built sometime in the 1920's it is old and a little rough around the edges but has a very homey feel. Located on a quiet family orientated street just off Magill rd close to restaurants, supermarkets and public transport. Also in very close vicinity to the Norwood parade. The house currently consist of 2 females and 1 male in our mid-late 20’s. We are all hard working busy individuals and would be looking for like minded person around the same age group. We do not want a party house but are not opposed to a few quiet drinks here and there. We have a beautiful Labrador (who is super friendly) and a cat who is in and out, so you must love animals- at this point we do not want anymore pets. The room is large, high ceilings and has carpet. The house is fully furnished aside from the available room. Rent is $113 per week. Rent is paid fortnightly. Bond is $560 Bills are split evenly between the housemates- so we all need to be considerate of each other when using utilities. We have a 500GB wifi allowance which is $15 per month each. To arrange a viewing of the room please text or email only (as I am unable to answer my phone at work) Looking forward to hearing from you all :)

Hi, I'm Brad. I'm outgoing, laid back and pretty easy to get along with. I enjoy socialising, a quiet beer but am happy to keep to myself. I'm keen on music and sport and I play footy, cricket and touch football. I'm a nurse working at Sportsmed and North Eastern Community Hospital where I mainly work during the day.
The house is situated in Kensington, a short walk to the Marryatville/Tusmore shopping area in one direction and the Parade shopping area in the other. You are surrounded by shops, cinemas, restaurants and pubs, while at the same time living in a safe, quiet, tree-lined street containing heritage properties. There are several parks nearby. There is also a nearby OTR for midnight snacks or the milk you forgot to buy. The bus is very close-by and there are also quick bike routes to the city. The house is a spacious, heritage, blue-stone, four-bedroom house with polished floor boards and open fireplaces. Only three bedrooms are used as bedrooms. The other is used as a storage room. The property has several gardens and lots of character. It also has air conditioning, a lounge room, a large eat-in kitchen, a bathroom, a cellar, a laundry and two toilets. There is one large bedroom available with an open fireplace for $145 a week. It can be furnished or unfurnished. The bond is four weeks rent. There is no lease required and so there is no lease period, so you can stay for as long as you like. Internet, electricity and water are $20 a week. On-site car parking is available. If you are interested, please phone.

Hey guys, The property I'm living in is small, but comfortable, in a beautiful quiet area. I have most furnishings although the washing machine just broke so looking to get a new one (If you have one already, that would be a plus) The bedroom has no built ins, so you'd have to organise a wardrobe. Will also fit a queen bed. The property is a 2 minute walking distance to Magill Uni, Local shops and also a 10 minute drive to The Parade. There is also the H20 and B10 bus at the end of the street which takes you to the City, Glenelg and West Lakes. You also have the Morialta Walking Trail a 10 minute drive from here also. *No Couples. *Bond needs to be available when moving in.
I am looking for someone to share a three bedroom, one bathroom house in Firle. Separate toilet. Semi furnished, split system air conditioning, close to schools/UniSA, shops. Bedroom has built-ins. Close to public transport. Non – smoker. Subject to landlord approval.
The pictures of the house show it in a just moved in kinda state. This share house will suite the discerning and considerate yet social and interesting housemates who want to contribute to a functional and friendly share house. The house is very large with different spaces which can accommodate social activities as well as quiet times. There are outdoor spaces, fruit trees and even a chicken run so we even have fresh eggs. There is a second toilet next to the laundry. The bedroom available now is one without built-ins. They're all generous sized rooms. The plan that I've uploaded should give an idea of the layout of the house. The kitchen is substantial in size with reasonably modern appliances and will have a large table and chairs for dining. The lounge is comfortable furnishings and another good space to retreat to. The bathroom is large and functional and freshly painted throughout.
International Students welcome. Its a lovely old home 4klm from the City. The bus feeds directly into North Terrace/Adelaide Uni/UNISA City East campus from Stop 10 on Magill Road and takes about 10-15 mins to get into the City in off-peak times. This B10 bus is also on the direct route to UNISA Magill campus via Magill Road which would also take about 10-15 mins. The house is old but very comfortable and everything works. The rent (you will not be asked to pay any more! ) covers ALL Bills including Electricity, Gas, Water and we have Telstra BigPond Cable Internet - very fast and unlimited which is also included in the rent. The room comes fully furnished and the accommodation is similar to Homestay but without food/washing included (ie: many things like cleaning/gardening detergent/toilet paper etc are included). We are looking for someone for a twelve month term but would consider a shorter term for the right person (minimum six months/short term rates would apply). Someone who is quiet, clean and respectful would be great.
Great location - situated off the parade. Close to bustops, 5km to the City. Located next door to a park in a dead end street. Six units in total, and all are accessed via a security gate. The unit is surrounded by a gate, and is quite secluded. There is a gorgeous courtyard both front and back, and our own clothes line! All furniture is provided - apart from the bedroom. All bills and unlimited internet included in rent.
Myself an Indian national with an Australian PR. I am into the Facilities Management industry and work as an Operations Manager. Will relocate soon to Australia.
