20 years old, always up for a drink and a chat. Currently work part-time but will be studying full time in 2018. Have lived in share houses before and would describe myself as clean, tidy and relaxed. I own a fat, friendly orange cat (predominantly an outdoor cat) but he has never caused issues with housemates in the past. I'm very into fitness and while I'm not much of a party animal I don't mind if you are. Mostly looking to team up with someone and start a new share house :) Would also be interested in meeting potential housemates before committing to anything :) Looking to pay around $160pw but would increase that for the right situation.
Hi, my current lease ends at the new year and I'm visiting India for a couple of months. I would like to move into a house before that and stay for over a year. I want to pay less rent for the time I'm away. About me, I'm a geologist, currently doing my PhD at uni Adelaide. Indian guy, easy to get along and love to chat.
Large room available for rent in wonderful location in Kensington Park. Located close to all amenities being a short 10 minute walk from amazing restaurants and shopping on The Parade, and with two supermarkets within walking distance. Bus stop at both ends of the street to take you into the city in less than 15 minutes. Close to both city universities and Magill university campus. The room is big and bright, and available furnished or unfinished. The home comprises one generous bathroom with separate toilet, large kitchen, spacious lounge room, and huge backyard with undercover entertaining area. Price includes high speed cable internet. Must be good with dogs!
We have a room for rent in a large old house. The house was built sometime in the 1920's it is old and a little rough around the edges but has a very homey feel. Located on a quiet family orientated street just off Magill rd close to restaurants, supermarkets and public transport. Also in very close vicinity to the Norwood parade. The house currently consist of 2 females and 1 male in our mid-late 20’s. We are all hard working busy individuals and would be looking for like minded person around the same age group. We do not want a party house but are not opposed to a few quiet drinks here and there. We have a beautiful Labrador (who is super friendly) and a cat who is in and out, so you must love animals- at this point we do not want anymore pets. The room is large, high ceilings and has carpet. The house is fully furnished aside from the available room. Rent is $113 per week. Rent is paid fortnightly. Bond is $560 Bills are split evenly between the housemates- so we all need to be considerate of each other when using utilities. We have a 500GB wifi allowance which is $15 per month each. To arrange a viewing of the room please text or email only (as I am unable to answer my phone at work) Looking forward to hearing from you all :)
I have just graduated university and start working as of the 8th of January in St. Morris. My ideal room to rent would be a large sized room, with all bills included in the price for ease. I can't cook, but can provide serious banter.
Hi, I am Cicie, female, 31 yo, from Indonesia (still in Indonesia at the moment because of prior work commitment, won't be in Adelaide until end of Jan or early Feb 2018). Going to start my Master Degree Course in UniSA Magill campus on Feb 2018. Looking for a place to call home away from home while I am there. Probably will move in mid February 2018. I am easy going, friendly and love to laugh. Not over-the-top, military-style tidy, but I am most definitely not a slob either. I am respectful of others time, space and privacy, and though I expect housemates to share the same values, I am not a recluse, so always up for impromptu anything together. My hobbies including (but not limited to) video games, reading, travelling (road trips!), thinking about exercising and socializing with friends. Oh, also, I love cats! If you think you have a place that would suit me, please hit me up. Cheers :)
Hey Guys, I am currently studying hospitality management and have just started my final placement for uni at Penfolds Winery part time. I am currently living near North Adelaide, in a share house, but my lease is up on the 4th of March so I am looking for somewhere new. I am hoping to team up with a 1 or more people to sign a year long lease, as I have a heap of furniture and can currently deck out a place on my own, however am open to moving into a established share house if I find some nice people to live with. I am quite a clean person, i love to cook and socialise but also value my downtime. If you are interested in a teaming up to find a place, I am more that happy to meet up for coffee to determine if we would be a good fit.
I'm a Physio, I'm great to live with because I'm clean, organised and like to have fun and have a laugh. Just love sports, going to the gym, keeping active, food, coffee, chocolate, travel. etc etc
Hi, We have high ceilings, big bedrooms, big backyard, veggie patch and a front veranda and back porch! Our neighbourhood is so wonderful and our neighbours are great! We have a smart tv, super close to everything (bus, maccas, the parade etc). Really close to a new Aldi and we have a bakery on the corner of our street. We split all bills and internet. Your room is at the front of the house and has a window facing the front yard. The room is carpeted and had an extra light switch where most people have their bed so you never have to move to turn off the light! Very exciting.
The house is situated in Kensington, a short walk to the Marryatville/Tusmore shopping area in one direction and the Parade shopping area in the other. You are surrounded by shops, cinemas, restaurants and pubs, while at the same time living in a safe, quiet, tree-lined street containing heritage properties. There are several parks nearby. There is also a nearby OTR for midnight snacks or the milk you forgot to buy. The bus is very close-by and there are also quick bike routes to the city. The house is a spacious, heritage, blue-stone, four-bedroom house with polished floor boards and open fireplaces. Only three bedrooms are used as bedrooms. The other is used as a storage room. The property has several gardens and lots of character. It also has air conditioning, a lounge room, a large eat-in kitchen, a bathroom, a cellar, a laundry and two toilets. There are two large bedrooms available, either of which can be furnished or unfurnished. Rent is $145 a week for the slightly larger room (it also has an open fireplace) and $140 a week for the slightly smaller room (it doesn’t have an open fireplace). The bond is four weeks rent. There is no lease required and so there is no lease period, so you can stay for as long as you like. Internet, electricity and water are $40 a week. On-site car parking is available. If you are interested, please phone.

Hello! I'm Beth, I'm nearly 30 (I'll be 30 when I get to Aus) and I am a musician, AV tech and aspiring fullstack web developer. Right now I am touring with a circus in Northern Europe and I'm very excited about not walking up in 0 degrees Celsius! My partner, Aleks and I are headed across the world on January 25th (land 26th) 2018. He will stay for a month before going to work off-shore on Timor Leste on a marine expedition. I will stick around in Adelaide whilst he's gone (until at least June). So we are ideally looking for a place where we can both stay for February then I can keep on by myself after he leaves. If needs be we could find a place for both of us for February then I could move once he's gone although I'm really keen to find a home to live in rather then a temporary stop. We both love to keep healthy and feeling good. We are (usually!) early risers and like to get a good night's sleep. We practice acroyoga (keen beginners), I practice and teach aerial yoga (I am hoping to ship over my portable rig so ideally I'm looking for a place with an outdoor space I can setup - all housemates VERY welcome to hang/practice whenever you like of course!). Other interests include: comedy improv, learning new things, chilling at home, exploring the great outdoors, singing (badly...)... We don't have pets but I would LOVE to be in a house with a dog/cat/chicken/pony :D I eat plant based (vegan) but am totally fine being in a meat-eating house. I don't judge other people's eating habits, I appreciate it when people don't judge mine either :) I do need to practice my instruments (clarinet, saxophone, recorder) but I am very respectful of quiet times and make an effort to play when I'm not disturbing other people. I will be working at the Adelaide Fringe Festival but also work online and will be studying online also (programming). We're looking for a bills-inclusive price to avoid surprises. If bills are not included, please let us know what the average is for your household so we have a solid idea of what to expect! Very much looking forward to finding our Adelaide home! Beth and Aleks (oh we're both from the UK and between us we also speak fluent Serbian (Aleks), pretty decent Spanish (me) and some basics of a variety of other languages incl. French, Korean, Japanese, Danish... Practice opportunities always appreciated as well as chance to learn more!)
Chilled, professional, quiet, basically a responsible human being that is easy to live with and enjoy being a pleasant person :) I work in QLD a lot and travel often. Just looking for a calm and secure home base to do work from home (most of my work is done online or over the phone) and I enjoy a coffee in the morning, yoga, beach vibes and meeting other cool people.
I am an Indonesian female wearing hijab and will be a new student in the University of Adelaide in North Terrace campus. So, I prefer to live in any accommodation near the campus. Actually, I'm planning to ride bicycle to anywhere, especially to my campus, or I will use public transportation to go around. So, I'm looking for accommodation that is closer to bus stops or tram. Regarding my personality, I am a friendly and easy going person who can tolerate differences. Besides that, I am also a neat person who like everything neat and tidy. I like traveling, swimming, etc. Since I'm wearing hijab and afraid of animals, I prefer living with females without pets (dogs, cats, and any wild animals) in a house. However, if I couldn't find it, it will be okay to live with different gender and pets (but if you don't mind, could you put your pets outside or in a special space?) in a shared house. Also, I'm looking for furnished accommodation. If it's possible, all bills are included in the weekly rent.
We are both very laid back and friendly people who like to keep a clean home. We both study full-time and enjoy playing board games and watching movies. We enjoy the occasional wine or beer over dinner and going for bush walks when we get the chance. We are looking to live with people who are clean, polite and easy going like us. Please leave us a message if you would like to ask us any questions or organise a meet up.
Hi! I plan to move to Adelaide by 29th of December as my course starts from 1st January 2018. I am going to study in the City East Campus of UniSA. I am looking for a shared flat around the area. I am from India, very easy going and mostly preoccupied with my books. I respect privacy and can be very non-intrusive potential flatmate. I am not too much of a party person, but do enjoy a drink or two after a long day; having said that, if you're throwing a party at the flat, I would be more than happy to help and participate if needed. When I am not studying or reading novels, I devote my time to Netflix. Absolutely adore dogs, hence don't have much problem with pets.
Hi! I'm an international student from Singapore. I have a very low maintenance lifestyle and i enjoy staying at home. I love watching korean dramas and reading. i do party at times but no worries, i won't bring any trouble back home :-) i hope to find a housemate with similar interests so we would have things to talk about.
Hi There! My name is Tia and I am looking for a safe and comfortable place to call home. I am currently studying at Flinders University and have applied for a transfer into Bachelor of Arts majoring in Criminology. At the moment I am looking for employment in retail and as i have a work history, shouldn't be too long before success! I am easy to get along with and love to joke around and have fun. I love going to concerts and gigs whenever I can, but contrary to that I also enjoy quiet leisure activities like camping and reading. I am looking for a shared house or studio/granny flat with a max budget of $150, bills included and preferably female housemates. Non-furnished rooms are not a problem. Although I do not have pets I am perfectly fine with a house with pets. Smokers are also not an issue but I am a non-smoker myself. Thank you for reading my profile, I hope to hear from you soon! :)
I am a full-time teacher and SSO. I am pretty laid back, i keep my spaces clean, ive lived in a sharehouse before so i am quite familiar with household courtesy.
