My name is Alana, I am currently looking at moving into a share house closer to work. I work full time in Moe and wouldn't mind making my commute to work slightly easier. I am looking for something permanent. I am easy going and extremely friendly, I respect other people's space as I have lived in shared housing before as I used to live away for work. Most weekends I will be away camping or four wheel driving, I prefer to spend my weekends in the bush but also enjoy my down time at home too. I definitely don't mind a drink but I am certainly no party animal. I am looking at getting a Fur friend so I will need to find a house that is willing to accept a dog/puppy. Feel free to message me if I sound like an ideal housemate to you and have a pet loving home!
Jatin, 24 years old who is joining Deakin University for T1. He is from a small town in Uttrakhand called Bageshwar and has completed High School from Nainital and attended Amity University, in his bachelor's from India. In his free time he prefers solitude and this solace he finds in paying an intense match of FIFA or watching cricket and football matches on tv. His primary interests are Boxing and playing Chess. He also loves travelling to undiscovered and authentic places in India and would love to do this internationally someday. He is a man of very few whims and has always believed in the spiritual power of positivism. He will be looking to shift from 1st of March. He is coming for master's program, and a shared place with students would be his first preference as he is new to the city.
Hi I’m married with two daughters. I’m passionate about sustainability and a Passive House Nerd. I’m easy going, love cooking and the outdoors. I Just picked up a project management role for a new Passive House build in Neerim South. It’s a great opportunity for me, however the site is 250 kh round trip from my home in Melbourne. So I’ve decided to spend the weeknights nearby to ease the commute, ideally Monday night through to Thursday night, weekends will be spent in Melbourne.
I love getting into the garden so that's great for others they don't have to take up that responcibility if they don't want to. I have always recieved great feedback on former rentals that I have been at in the past and always got my bond back. I am from Queensland too I need to get cultured I was from a very small regional town ha-ha! I'm not bothered by gender I look beyond that. I work in Bayswater North, standard day hours. I have a dog, border collie, he's such a beautiful boy and has never show aggression. Very submissive to commands. I work away sometimes and require someone to feed my dog while I am away and hopefully give him love and a little attention, he loves to play but never demands it. He is a very quiet dog too. If you don't have a job probably don't bother asking to team up with me I have had experience with living with someone who stays at home all the time and it doesn't fair well.
I am generally an easy fellow to get on with and have a positive approach to life. I love cooking given the time over the weekend. I have a physical job as a landscape gardener and like to relax around the house most of the week. My weekend is spent occasionally catching up with family and socialising with friends. My active leisure is riding my mountain bike along the trails of the Yarra Ranges and play golf with friends in the hills (weather permitted). I love the great outdoors with the occasional visits waterfalls and watching our wildlife. Ideally I would like to move closer to work and family. I have a friendly and trustworthy cat who is easy to deal with. I was brought up to respect and treat strangers with kindness.
Hi, I'm Elisabeth. I like a balance of socializing with housemates and spending time on my own. I enjoy a good chat, watching a movie or favourite tv show, even play a game of monopoly or cards. I love to potter around at home, but am usually out and about away from home on the weekend. I have recently left full time work in community services, and am building my own business in natural therapies. I do some (online) work from home, and see clients at a healing centre. I've just ended a 3 year lease where I have lived on my own and with flatmates. I'm leaving because it's time for a change. So I understand about looking after a property and being reliable with rent and bills. I like things to be tidy and clean without being manic about it, and so am reliable about cleaning up after myself and doing my share of household chores. I can contribute to household furniture and appliances if needed, but may just simplify my life and minimize my belongings. I'm a non-smoker, and living with those who do smoke - even outside - would not work for me, nor would heavy drinkers. I don't drink alcohol or use drugs, but I don't object to housemates who enjoy a drink or two wit dinner, etc. I'm also a vegetarian, and prefer to cook and eat healthy whole foods. I try to live in sustainable and environmentally friendly ways. Living with people of like mind would be great. I'm looking for somewhere that has a sense of community and home about it, and housemates who become genuine friends and feel like family. I've selected 6 months, but would also consider shorter term. I'd be interested to meet and talk to people who are interested in a team up with the same sense of community, home and family. I love animals, but don't have any of my own.
I'm a very friendly, tidy, respectful easy going person and believe I'm very easy to get along with. Have interests in movies, tattoos, fitness and love hanging out with my friends for drinks or just a fun time out. I don't smoke or have pets but do very much like animals and would be more than happy living with one. Looking for someone who is also friendly and respectful and enjoys the occasional chat as im a pretty social person but I am very understanding and also like my own space.
Looking for a room to rent, prefer own bathroom if possible. Needing to find a pet friendly place as I have a Labrador. Ideally like somewhere where we would feel comfortable and get along well with housemates and be able to be social but also enjoy and respect privacy. Prefer housemates similiar in age.
Hi! My name is Ruby, i'm 20 years old and currently work part-time in hospitality as a bartender/waitress. I will be doing a traineeship/ studying architecture and building design at tafe starting this June, and am looking for a sharehouse or room to move into! I'm not a party animal, but love cracking open a cold one with the boys every so often. I have a fantastic sense of humour and would love to live with people who i can occasionally joke around with, as i can be a fairly quiet person otherwise. I love listening to music, animals, craft beer, coffee and cooking.
