I understand this is a lot to hope for so obviously I am flexible, and would really appreciate you giving it some thought. As far as the room/house goes, I am really easy. I will take the cheaper option of any available because I am saving for an investment. As far as housemates go, I’m not looking to move into a party-every-weekend kind of sharehouse, however I have no problem with the occasional party or friends over. I am social myself and would much rather a happy and relaxed environment than a sterile one. As far as my interests go, well obviously I’m into boating and riding motorbikes. I’m also into recreational aviation and try to fly when I can afford to. Otherwise I enjoy hanging with mates having a few beers. I brew Kombucha (fermented tea). It's not a party house (although we do occasionally have a party for a special occasion) but it is a sociable, friendly, musical, open atmosphere that you can avail yourself of or not, it's completely up to you. Chatswood is 25 mins walk away or you can catch a bus there too. There you catch a train to anywhere There are PLENTY of shops and restaurants mins from here so if cooking is not your thing, perfect.
