I'm working full time in the Television industry. I do a lot of shift work but I'm very considerate so I won't be waking you up with my early starts or getting back late. I've moved up from Melbourne for work, I'm ideally looking for somewhere to stay until early to mid-2017. I'm looking to move within the next month or so. I'm a bit of a nerd, pretty laid back and reliable, I generally keep to myself but don't mind having a drink after work.

Hey guys and Girls! AMAZING VIEWS OF THE LAKE!!! We are looking for only one like minded young fun person to become an awesome family in a Roseville house from 7th of November however there is a spare room so if someone is really keen to move ASAP we are able to accomodate you. The property is perhaps the biggest in the suburb at almost 4000 square metres. Not to mention the amazing Blue Pool table we have. The place has wide district views of water glimpses from the deck and upper level, the property is a serene enclave where you are only a few minutes from the local shops, school and transport to the CBD, North Sydney and Chatswood. Bus to CBD takes 15 MIN non peak! You will get your own Furnished room (Bed and Wardrobe) and share a bathroom with the roomies. We have our own Long private driveway and the house is fully furnished. The property is located near Roseville Marina and has views of the lake and its very green and nature like. Walking to a bus stop will take about 5 minutes and Castle Cove shops are not too far. More then welcome to bring something you already have. Can do 3 month or 6 month stays and rent will be paid weekly. Internet and water is all included except for electricity which will all be divided equally amongst the roomates.
Hey everyone, I'm an educated athletic professional male looking for a house to share so I can save money to purchase a house sooner than later. I'm currently training for half ironmans, meaning I'm out of the house a lot swimming/cycling/running and I do a fair bit of yoga on top of that too. I like to cook, especially BBQ and am definitely not a vegetarian. I also like to go out for a few drinks occasionally and love coffee. I'm also Canadian and I own property back in Canada so it's funny now being on the other end of this situation. Given that, I know the importance of respecting people's space and belongings and am quite handy with home repairs (I'm an engineer).
I am a single professional looking for secure granny flat/unit or house share. Recently returned from four years in the UK and have just started a new in the North Shore area. Can be a bit of a neat freak but otherwise pretty easy going.
I'm a neat and clean person who is pretty organised. I'm easy-going, love my sports, socialising with friends, but don't mind my alone time either. I'm always up for a chat over a glass of wine or coffee. I work as a Disability Support Worker, but I also work as a Sports Coach, so I'm usually out for most of the day. On my days off, I like to catch up with friends, enjoy the sunshine with a walk or trek, or relax at home with a book or a good movie. I don't mind cooking every now and then, but most nights I'm at work, so I may not be home in time for dinner. I will respect your space and time, but I feel this should be a given when living with other people. In saying that though, I'm always happy to help with anything that needs doing. Hope to hear from you soon.
Clean tidy friendly guy am a chef by trade Sociable easy to get along with dont mind a social drink or 2 definitely not a party animal enjoy my down time relaxing and keep myself busy catching up with friends and family in my spare time.
I'm an Australian working part time in hospitality while finishing my geophysics degree. I'm taking a gap year in 2017 to save some money and chill out before I begin my masters! I'm an avid fan of going outdoors, I enjoy working on my fish tank, but I would have to say my greatest love is food. I'm pretty considerate and know how to clean up after myself. Looking for laid back housemates who dont mind hanging out with a beer.
I have recently started working in Frenchs Forest and so need somewhere to stay in a close distance. I would like to meet people as I'm not from Sydney. I'm easy-going, like to have fun but also like my own space.
I believe i'm very easy going and respectful of other people. I enjoy a healthy active lifestyle, travelling, cooking and spending time catching up with friends and family. I work as a designer, so i love anything creative also.

Hi everyone, I am a final year law/psychology student who is currently studying full-time in Canberra. I will be moving to Sydney in December for further studies, so I am hoping to find a place to move in Dec. I am a friendly person but at the same time, I respect other people's privacy as well. Most importantly I am also clean and tidy. I don't party - I spend most of my time studying, eating and sleeping, so there will not be any issue with noise. I have been renting in Sydney and Canberra since 2009 so I understand what it means to be a good housemate - to be courteous, flexible, considerate and respectful of other housemates and of course to pay my rentals on time.
There are 2 large rooms available sand the rent is for one person for the whole of the respective room. ( i.e. one person per room). The medium room is 160 rent and the larger one is 230 rent pw. for the whole room. If you are interested we can provide a special price if you want both rooms and thereby can live more comfortably and don't have to put your other stuff into storage :) Its great at this place because of the available morning sunlight and view of the sunrise and nature with the proximity to a beautiful, large park with space, nature, birdlife, serenity. There is an AC in the rooms of the house, as well as its spacious, newish and clean. The pluses add up to a good place. We try to discourage disruptively loud music/ Tv as a guideline to make it more relaxing for all to live here. Overall the location is good and close to transport, shops (5mins), bus stops ( 5 mins), walking distance to Chatswood cbd, restaurants, cafes, cinemas, malls, churches etc.
I have recently taken a full time position in Chatswood and currently reside on the central coast. I love the beach and dancing, I hope to find an adult dance school close by. I don't cook much so not much mess. I have a small dog, she will be at work with me during the week. I am a quiet person due to my work schedule but do enjoy socialising on the weekends. I am 31 so my party days are behind me with the exception of special occasions. Would like to live with similarly minded people (quiet through the week, social on weekends without the massive partying).
I'm a 20 y.o. part time working student looking for a room! My lease is going up in December and would love to find some great roommates to share a place with. I'm relaxed, outgoing and quite a homebody! I like to keep my space neat and be considerate to those who live around me. Keen to find the right place for me to live whilst I study and work!
Hi, I'm a clean, respectful and easy to get along with professional working in Chatswood, and looking to live somewhere close. Aside from work, I study for my LLM (masters in law), I go to the gym very regularly, and I spend weekends at the beach or catching up with friends. If you'd like to know anything else, please ask!
Hey I'm Anna, illustrator and 3D artist from Germany, about to move to Sydney. Since I'm looking to get a full time position in Sydney, I probably won't be home a lot. I've lived in shared apartments for nearly 6 years and always liked hanging out together with a glass of wine, going out or just having a conversation but if you need your own time I will stay out of your way, sometimes I need time to myself as well. I'm looking forward to see what it's like to live in Sydney for a longer period of time and I am quite open to the place's area. A private room would be great, everything else shared is perfect though. I'm tidy, outgoing and I naturally am a very happy person. In my free time I like to draw a lot, work out, cook, enjoy Australia's nature and travel. To meet lots of new people is something I am so excited about, so if you feel like you'd enjoy living with me or if you have any questions please let me know, I'd be very pleased to hear from you!
My lovely room in my wonderful tree house, with two (soon to be three) beautiful ladies is up for grabs from this Friday. Location: Seaforth (a car would be handy) unless you don't mind a ten min walk to the bus stop. Ten min bus journey to Manly beach. The roomies: Three spectacular women who are just amazing. They mostly like to chinwag, drink wine, eat, listen to music (mostly Bruce Springsteen) and dance in the living room. The house: Well I think it's the most beautiful house in the world! :) Its in the most amazing setting looking over the water with its very own jungle garden, water fall and bridge. The rent: $270 a week. Paid two weeks in advance. All bills covered by me. No bond (if it's a pal) otherwise $500. How long: Short term. 6-8 weeks negotiable. Extras: A rabbit, possums, wallabies, echidnas, bush turkeys, a cat. Gloriously chilled vibes. Use of my fancy dress collection.
I am active person who loves being outside I work full time and I am away from home a lot I love eating well and enjoy surfing, yoga and Pilates Moving back to Sydney looking for a 6 month ish lease
We are a good mixture of different cultures which makes us an unusual and interesting group. We are from Germany, Canada and Brazil and we are really good friends who can have a lot of fun together. We are nice and very open. We love playing cards together and staying at manly beach as often as we can!
I'm a 25 year old professional, I am a very serious paddler and personal trainer. I keep myself very fit and active but don't mind enjoying a drop of red wine or beer with some mates. I travel a bit for my work and am a very clean and tidy individual. Pretty chilled guy really.
I have recently relocated to Sydney for my job. I work as a full time flight attendant for virgin, so I do do shift work. I am away at least 3 nights per week, but I work reasonable hours, so I won't be waking you through the night banging around the house getting ready. I am very respectful and clean. I like to socialise on my days off and stay active. I'd love a housemate that I can have coffee dates with, socialise and do coast walks in summer.
Hi, my name's Nik and I've just recently moved to NSW. I'm a UX Designer working full-time out of Manly. I'm laid back but place a lot of emphasis on personal responsibility and keeping shared areas tidy. I'm a bit of a ghost when I'm not at work, but if you're ever looking to cut down on grocery bills I'm more than happy to cook.
Hello potential future housemate! We are a couple looking for a new place to live and hope to team up with one or two people to share an amazing house! Brett is a Nurse who loves to travel and do volunteer work etc. He never sits still. Kim is a Scandinavian who has one degree, is more than half way through his second degree and already looking into his third degree. We both love a good party on the weekends and often make our way to Oxford Street. During the weekends we're usually busy studying, hanging out with friends for dinner or/and wine. Neither of us are from Sydney so we are pretty easy to make friends with :P We hope you're the one! Kim And Brett
Hi I'm Louis and I'm a SCUBA Instructor from Wales. At the moment I am instructing in Thailand, where I have been for 6 months, and I will be moving to Sydney at the start of November where I also intend to work. I enjoy sport, the outdoors and exploring, as well as being social. I don't plan on spending a lot of time in the flat, unless we're having food, or a few drinks of course. I am a relatively quiet flatmate who enjoys to cook and keep things tidy.
My name is Glenn and I'm a 28 year old fully-employed Video Producer. I have a laid back personality and love getting out and about whether that would be to cafe's, restaurants, sports or for a drink on the weekend. I'm looking for a laid back vibe and people to share a home with rather than just a room in a house, I like to be social and share my time with people but like all I like time to myself and understand when others feel the same way. I like a clean house when it comes to common area's. If your after an easy going and respectable flatmate I just may be the guy.
