I am an easy going, friendly, tidy male. I teach full time in Sydney so would be commuting. I used to be a chef too so love to cook!!. Outside of work, I surf, scuba dive, coach rugby, sail etc so love being outside and active! Mainly interested in team-ups to find the right place, but if you have an awesome place I could be persuaded! Cheers Ben
Moving to the area for work. I’m an easy going person who likes to socialise but also likes my own space. In my spare time I like to go for runs, surf and gym. I’m clean and tidy and easy to get along with.
Hi I'm Jasmine! Friendly and caring person that gets along with people and likes to help out. I enjoy being social and exploring the world around me. As a housemate I've been told I'm fun, respectful and like to get to know who I live with. I Always pay rent on time and clean up after myself so no worries there, my budget is $170wk and looking for long-term accommodation aka more than one year. I'm a non-smoker and don't own pets :) Message me if interested in a chat.
I’m super open minded and chill (and tidy!), thrive on good conversation and just generally stoked to be alive. I love spending my time outside, hiking, scuba diving, kayaking, rock climbing or having a dope picnic. If I’m inside I’m probably listening to some funky tunes and cooking a feast (vego). I’ve travelled a bit overseas to NZ, Thailand, Nepal and Greece, and I’ve just returned from a six month trip travelling Aus in my van. I also have good rental history and am pretty savvy and confident regarding realestate. I’d love to find some like minded people to find a place with, hopefully where we’d live together, not around each other. Ideally a spacious house near the beach or lake where we can create a home that we love being in. The kind of home where we cook and eat some meals together and feel comfortable to invite family or friends, be there for a hug if needed, and most importantly where we are considerate of one another.
We are a local couple who are returning from a 4 month South American holiday looking to live with some friendly flat mates. We both work full time as high school teachers in the local area. We also own and run our own surf school at Umina Beach (Sals Surf School). This takes up our afternoons, weekends & school holidays over the warmer months. We are very busy but always keen for a cold beer or glass of wine with others. We are very clean and easy going. We like pets so are happy to live with people with animals as we don’t have any ourselves. We like to cook a bbq and be social with our flat mates and maybe cook a flat meal from time to time and hang out :) At the same time we are very respectful of others space as well. If we sound like people you would like to meet please contact us on here. Hope to hear from you :) Sal and Rhee

Separate from the rest of the house with own entrance and driveway the granny flat is cosy and spacious. Partly furnished with room for your own touches if you like. Open plan kitchen/ lounge, separate bedroom with en suite / laundry. Built in robes. Suit single mature employed person as rest of the house is a family environment so no party animals please, also no smokers or pets. Short term lease initially to see if everyone suits each other, then longer term lease up for discussion. The area is lovely, near waterways, good for walking, relaxing, fishing. Also close to Gosford, kincumber, Avoca , Copa and Terrigal
Everywhere you look, we are surrounded by water. There is air conditioning and a dishwasher. You would be living with myself, a 35 yr old with an 8 yr old daughter and a small dog. I am renting whilst building and hoping to have someone move in to assist with the rental payments. I work full time in a fairly demanding role and my daughter also spends nights away with her father so it's a relatively quiet household. We are for the most part normal, clean and tidy people.

I'm a friendly mature age lady who enjoys living with others. I've just moved here from Melbourne and anticipate working very soon (I'm a teacher). I'm houseproud and like to contribute to making a happy and harmonious home. I'm a vegetarian, non smoker and occasional drinker. I'd consider any central coast suburbs, not just those listed.
