Hello there. I seek long term accommodation to share for myself and my cat, Tac. I work full time within Woolworths Logistics and have held position for 10 years. I've just moved here from the UK and I work full time as an osteopath. I'm looking to share with someone a similar age, mid-late 30's, early 40's, maybe one or two others.
The property speaks for itself, it's amazing, peaceful, surrounded by fields and rural views. Only 5 minutes drive to Maleny. The house is fully furnished and ready to live in. There is solar power, internet and tank water, so there are no bills with normal usage!. With 7 KWs of Solar power and an efficient hot water heater, I don't have any power bills here, but if you were to run into an excess power bill, you might only be asked to pay the excess, if it's excessive. Same applies for the internet. . Long term tenants will have to satisfy rental checks through a local agent. I love this place, and so I would have to have a very good feeling about who stays here, emotions can't be put to one side in this case. Someone, or a family who is respectful, easy going, can look after a property, with or without pets and children would make ideal tenants. The property has a gardener and the grass is cut regularly. A Friday cleaner is also included.
