I’m 24 years old and the manager of a gym. I live a very active lifestyle, and I’m never really sitting around unless I’m sleeping. I’m super down to earth and respectful of others. My whole life revolves around making a change in people’s lives and you’ll probably find that I’m 99% of the time very positive and upbeat. I’m looking for a place to call home and I’m hoping that whoever I share with can also become friends rather then just housemates.
Hey! I am looking to move within the valley areas with a little bit of land. I have a 7 year old kelpie so she needs space to run around. She is a great dog. I am looking to move in with a female. I have 2 cars so private parking is a must for me. I work long night shift hours so ideally a seperate living space works well for me so I don’t interrupt my house mate but happy to share a house too. An animal lover is a must I am very protective over my girl so I need to have trust she will be ok when I’m gone for work. Ideally I would like a private bathroom because I work opposite hours to most and don’t want to disturb others. I am really easy going, I do smoke but hate drugs. Most my weekends I am away with friends or camping in the bush. I have a steady income and am a very clean person.
I'm currently in my second year of a Bachelor of Education at Australian Catholic University and loving it! I also work Part-time for the Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees' Association which is the Trade Union for Retail, Fast Food and Warehouse workers. I'm on the road in the Yarra Valley area working typically Thursday-Sunday. I'm not a loud guy that parties 24/7, I just want a place that I'm comfortable in and can look after properly. For fun I like to go out with friends, go to the movies, read a good book and just explore the environment if I ever get the time. I'd like to think I'm quite easygoing, I just treat people like I want to be treated, which is with respect and mutual understanding.
3 Bedroom Mud Brick house situated on the creek. Quiet location, approximately 2km from town. Split system air-conditioner. Prefer working person/s. Very spacious open plan living. Smoking outside only. Long-term available. Rent per week is per room.
Heya. I'm a friendly, mature human studying Youth Work at RMIT. I love to make art and sing. I keep a very colourful, art filled room and am clean and tidy. I'm vegetarian and into sustainability. I often go to gigs or have a mate or two round to chat, maybe have an occasional beer and I love graphic novels. I like to cook and have a veggie garden when possible. Ready to be a friend, always down to help. I'm very open-minded, non-judgemental and social but respectful of personal space.
I’m currently shift supervisor at McDonalds, soon to be a theatre nurse assistant. Currently studying Nursing and Midwifery at Victoria University. Family oriented , have a partner, work hours are shift work.
The property is not that old and is very clean and well maintained inside and out. Great alfresco area at back. The house has all modern appliances, ceiling fans and aircon/heating to all rooms. Spa bath and toilet in your own area of the home. Very quiet neighbourhood and walking distance to all the boutique cafes.
Hello! I'm a respectful, tidy and easy going person looking for a place for myself and my dog to live. My dog isn't destructive in any way and I'm sure you'll love her just as much as I do. I will be moving from Queensland so I'm looking for a welcoming place to move into with like-minded people. I'm a non-smoker but am happy to have a drink with the housemates after work.

There are 2 rooms available in this cosy home that's close to parks, shops and public transport. Both rooms are medium size, unfurnished (although could be) and have large built in robes. Limitless NBN internet and other bills are included in the price although a contribution to gas and electricity bills may be required if usage is heavy. The main bathroom and toilet are basically yours as I have an ensuite in my room. The rest of the house is fully furnished, so you would only need to furnish your room. There's also some space in the garage to store a few things if required (a bike maybe). Our home is close to Mernda train station, walking distance to buses, and 25 minute’s drive to the local universities (RMIT and La Trobe).
