Looking in: North Melbourne, Burnside Heights, Burnside, Caroline Springs, Deer Park, Saint Albans, Albion

I'm a Filipino professional moving to Melbourne on April 12 to work part-time. I enjoy spending time with my loved ones and friends, but also loves spending time alone. I May appear shy/timid at first but I warm up to people easily. During my free time, I usually exercise at home and walking/running outside. I'd love to explore the whole of Australia one day and overseas too. I'm looking forward to find a great accommodation perfect to my needs (near bus and train stations, supermarkets, malls, park, etc.) and great housemates, who I can be good friends too. :) I'm easy going, find joy in the little things, low maintenance, responsible, neat, and would be happy to lend a hand at doing chores. :)

Room with Own bathroom

The bedroom is a generous size and right next to you're own bathroom. Split system in spacious lounge easily reaches the room. Wifi available. Shops accross the road. I'm pretty easy going. Only main rule is smoking outside and no parties. I have a 4 yr old son with me part time. 3 nights one week, 4 nights the next week. I like to do my own thing when he's not with me and am usually out 2 nights a week. If you have a partner that you would like to have over, these are the nights I'm ok with. As long as they head out pretty early the next day. I also have a 6 yr old timid husky who lives outside, only comes in when its raining and if so he'll just sleep in my room. I live a pretty simple lifestyle due to chronic pain. I basically walk my dog, look after my son, keep the house clean, which you will too, I only ask you to clean up your own mess. I will consider pets, no dramas, as long as everyone gets along at meet n greet.

Ayako

2.77 km from Kings Park

Looking in: Cairnlea, Maribyrnong, Sunshine, Saint Albans, Footscray

My name is Ayako which I understand is hard to pronounce so just call me Aiko. I'm from Japan and Vietnam, but can speak English fluently as I've lived in Australia for almost 10 years now. Currently a year 12 student, sounds unorthodox, I know. But, there are a quite of few optimistic ways to view this! Firstly, I'm a studious, conscientious and committed student. Hence, I won't be home much due to school, work and gym. I'll be spending most of my time after-school at the local library or probably at the gym. I'm outgoing and love pets. I've owned fishes and a plethora of dogs (which I have many adorable photos to show). Secondly, I'm a mature but humorous dog lover! I'm always willing to spend time with everyone, open-minded and will be always up for a chat when I'm home. I'm willing to cook dinner for everyone (free of charge) hehe and excited to learn about the adult life. I have lots to learn, but I also have lots to show for my fellow flatmates.
