I am easy going and mind my own business, I am clean and respectful. I like to have a joke around and I do socialise but I also stay out off peoples way. I like to do my own thing aswell. I always clean up after myself and if I see a mess I wont just walk past it because its not mine I will make sure I pick it up and keep the house looking tidy.. I dont smoke and i hardly ever drink if I do it might be a couple on weekend watching the football. I work full time as a sign installer for myself. Im currently living with a friend who is selling there house and moving to the country and for work purposes I want to stay in these areas that are at least half hour to CBD..

The room I have fits a double bed with room on either side for a side table and a large window for natural sunlight. The room is furnished to your liking with a firm double bed, tall boy, wardrobe and computer desk. The room will feel nice and cosy once you walk through it. The rest of the house is equipped with a large kitchen and spacious open space dining and living area, bathroom, laundry room and 2 toilets (one in the bathroom and one in the laundry room). Ducted heating throughout the house. The location is in a quiet pocket of St Albans that's within walking distance of childcare centre, primary school, secondary school and bus stop. It is also 5 minutes drive to St Albans Train Station and St Albans CBD, 10 minutes drive to Sunshine Hospital, major shopping centres and 20 minutes to the city. This house will appeal to someone who is mature-minded, clean and is either working full-time or part-time to ensure that bills are paid on time and ideally be clean and respectful to housemates. I'm a very clean and respectful person, I clean up after myself and also others. I do smoke but intend on quitting, and I never ever smoke inside the house. I have a car, so a car space/parking proffered. I love animals. I most probably will hardly be home as I work during the days and at nights I generally am busy with rehearsals and gigs or other jobs. I do enjoy a good conversation and I respect other people's privacy as well as personal space. I do hang out with my friends a lot/dance crew as they're my only form of family here. I work from Monday to Friday 5am to 3pm i'm in bed and asleep by 7.30/8.00 I am layed back easy to get on with on the weekends I like to go for walks and see what this wicked city has to offer also visiting family and friends

This a friendly house of hardworking people that use the house as a quiet place to relax after work. It is clean, has nice furniture. There is internet and it is really close to Caroline Springs central. It has a huge back deck and 5 meters of folding glass doors. We have a super friendly LandLord that handles any issues and will be there for any conflict resolution if there is any, but we have not had any issues so far. (Fridge in the picture has been replace by a way bigger fridge by the way :-) You need to have a Job to stay, but if your young or old, as long as you are a friendly person your welcome to apply.

I have a child that doesn't live with me but he would come for short stays every now and again. I'm easy going, laid back but not lazy. I enjoy a quiet night as opposed to a big night drinking.
