This 2 storey townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, has no shared walls, separate living and dining areas, ducted a/c upstairs, dishwasher, wireless network, washing machine and dryer. It has a private wooden-decked courtyard and a small north-facing bricked-courtyard which is sunny year-round along with a barbecue and small outdoor setting. The house is completely furnished and I can provide a furnished or unfurnished bedroom. There's also a lockable store if you have a lot of gear/need some extra storage and ample on-street parking. All downstairs living areas have timber floors, whilst all rooms upstairs (bedrooms) are carpeted. The room on offer has built-in robes, a ceiling fan and 2 windows with wooden blinds and you get your own bathroom! The best part about the place would be that there are two decent-sized living areas so you can have your own space and it's close to public transport servicing the CBD, or a stroll into Subi or the edge of the free transit zone on King's Park Road. Alternatively it's about $18 by taxi to Perth/Northbridge and about $20 to Leederville. I'm looking for a happy, active professional of similar age-group to join my house. I own the place and take pride in its upkeep but am pretty easy going. I have been sharing my place on and off for the past 7 years and have lived in Australia and overseas in a number of different sharehouses so think I am a pretty good housemate! If you have any questions about the place please contact me, or if you would like to see the house, we can arrange a viewing from mid January

Newly renovated property. A street back from Rokeby Road with a bunch of lovely cafes/bars that is easily in walking distance. Friendly, safe neighbourhood and very conveniently located close to the city. Air conditioned throughout the property.
This is a lovely large house that I have renovated in the last few years. I still have a few bits and pieces to do - painting outside etc. I have 2 rooms you could choose from - a very large room which could fit a desk a bed and a lounge. The other room has a built in wardrobe and is a good size room. Currently I have all my bikes and golf gear in the large room. If you decided to take the bedroom with the built in wardrobe - we could make the front room another lounge room. Either rooms furnished of non furnished. I have reverse cycle aircon - but I don't use it that often as the house is fairly cool. My house is close to the city, Kings park and the heart of Subiaco. I have large living area, dining area and lounge section which looks out on to the patio area. A small front and back garden which is coming along. At the moment I don't have wifi - but will get it if you require the internet or foxtel.
We are currently looking for the right person to fill our third bedroom in Subiaco. You will share the house with Em and myself, we are friendly, outgoing, professional friends. We like to live in a clean house. We are pretty independent during the week but share meals when our paths cross. We like to have a drink or two on the weekend and both love the beach and outdoors. We are located walking distance to Subiaco train station, Subiaco shops and the free bus zone in town. The house is a spacious character home with a big backyard, great living spaces, one bathroom and two toilets. If you are looking for not just a room but a house to share....then come on down! The room is semi furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers. May remove or help to fully furnish. $180 plus bills FIFOS welcome Contact Sarah
NOTE: The rental price is flexible depending on the applicant, term of stay etc. Kings Park and a gym literally across the road. Multiple bus stops with free travel within walking distance. Bedroom is fully furnished with own private balcony, ensuite bathroom and toilet. Apartment is super secure and not on the ground floor. Secured underground parking bay also available.

My name is Danielle, in 28 from the Netherlands. Moving to WA for a year this April and looking for a nice place to stay. I don't make a lot of noise and like keep things clean! Would love to live with other travellers or working people. I need a place close to bus/trainstation because i don't own a car. Hoping to find a nice job and staying in/around Perth for about 9 months.
I'm a Brazilian engineer living in Perth for 6 months. I've just arrived in Perth and I've been exploring this wonderful city. I like music, beer, BBQ and make friends. I'm 30.
I'm house proud so like to keep things clean and tidy. Love to share a meal and drink (and occasional outings) with my housemates. I'm easy going and enjoy keeping active/fit. Always up for a laugh and happy to play taxi once in a while - within reason of course! I am after a large unfurnished room, aircon and own bathroom would be fab. Something close to public transport as my work is relocating to the CBD and we won't have parking :( Ground floor room preferred as I may need to have a knee recon at some point haha (thank you dirt bike!). I have a motorbike so somewhere secure (garage) to park it is essential - no on street parking for both my car and bike. Please feel free to ask me any questions :)
I'm looking for a nice little apartment, in or near the CBD, for around $250-$300 a week. I'm seeking something close to or very close to public transport, I'd like a place where I can have a small dog or cat
I’m moving back from a sick 2 Years in Queensland to Perth. Lookin for an awesome house to move into with like minded people. I don’t want a house, a want a home - because A mans home is his castle. I’m very out going and easy to get along with. I’m up for an adventure but also just as keen to eat kfc on the couch. I’m studying marketing and PR at Curtin and working part time. I’m currently looking at moving in as soon as possible .
I am an American in Perth for my Master's in Environmental Biotech at UWA. I'm laid back and overall easy-going. I enjoy going out for drinks or the occasional get together, but am also fine with just staying in. I'm clean, courteous, and all about mutual respect. I'm cool with anyone, or anything. Pets, smoking, and LGBT friendly.
Irish guy, would like to meet some new friends in Perth. Clean and tidy young professional in my mid-twenties. Been living in share houses of between 2-7 people for the past three years, I'm easy going and well used to communal living. I don't drive, so parking not an issue, but need to be within short walking distance of train station. Enjoy a drink, non-smoker, I enjoy going for a run when I can.
Hi there, I am very sociable, and relaxed, while respecting other's space. Also, I am into making 'quality Asian Curry's, and other foods, I train pretty much most days of the week and enjoy watching movies and being sociable. I am a professional photographer, but also work as an I.T. Network administrator within Government. Essentially, I have a friend (Female) who would like to join me in finding a 3 bedroom apartment, with another Female, so please feel free to contact me and perhaps we can all have a chat over a coffee about it. My friend is very sociable, relaxed and friendly, as I am too, and we are looking for a girl to join us in a nice apartment. (we are not a couple - but friends) hope to hear from you thank you Lucas
I am an easy-going, down to earth physiotherapy student, working part time in the retail and fitness industries. I love dogs, going out for coffee and brunch, and getting out of the house and doing activities! My schedule is a little all over the place, but if I’m not working or studying, I’ll be relaxing with my partner and hanging out with my dogs back home. While I’m not the greatest cook, I’ll still give it a go and I’m very clean, tidy and organised.
