hi there, i am looking for a single room in those areas. i work evenings & weekend. in my free time, mostly i stay home, relax, catch up with friends, go to gym. i prefer clean, quiet, and close to train stations.
I am a friendly fun loving 25 year old who works in the CBD as a croupier. I can make a mean spaghetti bolognaise, very respectful of other peoples lifestyles and keep to myself. I am a smoker and hardly drink. I am a poet at heart and would love to be published. Also studying a Double degree of Journalism and Media and Communications online in my own time. If bills are included I can do $300 maximum per week. I come with my own bed, bedside tables, ottoman and chest of drawers so would prefer unfurnished. I would prefer my boyfriend to stay over a few nights a week, so I hope you understand that it is a priority for me.
Hey, I am arriving Sydney on 2nd march and will start degree program at UTS. I am looking for flat or apartment to share with young students or professionals. I am an outgoing person, ready to hang out for dinner, movies or anyway of catching up. I hope to meet people of same mindset and make a home out of house :)
hey how's it going, my name's Alex, I'm a down to earth guy that usally keeps to himself, but is always up for a good chat or a drink with people, I'm a chef, currently working in sydney, and in my down time I enjoy gaming, watching netflix, exercising and hanging out with friends. I'm looking for a private room in the city, I'm not really fussed on the rest of the details, I look forward to moving in with some cool people.
The property is fully furnished. The bedroom you will occupy has a single bed, a desk and a wardrobe. The bathroom has been fully renovated in the last 6 months. The property is within a strata complex so gardening is taken care of. It is located within lovely gardens in the quiet town of bundanoon. The room is available now. Parking is available off street but is not undercover.
Great ensuite bathroom and large room with built in wardrobe that is yours plus shared common areas (living/dining/kitchen). Huge garden to explore, very close to centre of Bundanoon (only a short 10min stroll to shops/pool/pub) . Must LOVE animals (as there are 4 on property!) Quiet and private house with lovely neighbours on both sides. Room can come furnished or unfurnished. Looking for a flat mate who is independent, tidy and respectful. Non smokers only (and sorry no party animals please!)
My name is Stephen, I’m 27 and originally from Dublin, Ireland having also spent time living in Paris & Canada. I have been living in Sydney for the past 9 months & will be moving to the Southern Highlands area for work for 3 months. Outside of work, I’m a very active person who loves going to gym & running as well as socialising & meeting new people.
In new Darraby Estate, adress is actually 1 Wiles Place, just down the road from the listed address. It's a brand new house, I had solar installed so electricy bills will be not quite as high. I'm looking at getting aurcon put in soon. I just have some yardwork to do before u get a clothesline up but I have a dryer so it's not a problem. Room sizes are big, plenty of room, house does a good job of keeping cool if you work the curtains and windows properly. Big bath.
Cosy 1960’s home on a sunny block. The room is fully finished with a double bed, linen, side tables and lamps, a writing desk, small built in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, big bookcase, a woolen rug and original artworks. The house is only big enough for 3 people so we can only take a single person (sorry, no couples). You will be required to provide at least 1 good reference. No smokers. Thanks!
Do you enjoy cooking pot roasts on a wood fire, dreaming up adventures over red wine and (ideally) trimming hedges? Then, this may be the house for you. It's got everything you could possibly want in a house: fire place, sun room, spare room for guests, veggie patch and hedges. Your room already has a bed and potentially a wardrobe if you would like it. I'm looking for a social flat mate to join me in an adorable cottage in Moss Vale. I've just moved to town from Sydney and I need someone to share my ridiculously lux house with. Send me a message if you're interested - I'd love to get to know you!
