Hi I'm Ryan, I' am 26 and have just returned to study at Flinders University (Batchelor of Paramedic Science). I am looking to start a share house with other students with 5 - 6 occupants in a large house to make it as cheap as possible when splitting utilities. Looking for clean, considerate and fun people to share with! I love the beach and outdoor activities. I have a two year old Kelpie x Husky and your interest in the opportunity will be subject to her overall decision on you (yes she will judge you). I like a quite drink and a chat not much of a town fan. Send me a message if interested. Looking to either arrange this for the mid-year break or later in the year!
We are looking to welcome someone in to the spare queen sized room avaliable in our home on the beach. The house is well set up so would not suit someone that needs to bring a lot of furniture, however the bedroom will be completely empty. It is a quiet environment, best suited to students, bookworms and lovers of nature. Close to Flinders university, Marion shopping centre, and the seaford to city train line. Available now. Internet & bills not included
Hello people (: I'll keep it short and simple. I'm a nice down to earth fella, very clean and take pride in my home and appearance. I enjoy the simple things of life. Drinks with mates, food and movies. I'm a big horror fan but love all the others too. I tend to keep to myself alot and enjoy binging on movies and tv series. If you have any questions feel free to ask!
Im a fully qualified electrician and work anywhere between 38-50 hours a week. When im not working im either out skateboarding, out with mates or chilling out watching netflix, ps4 or the footy when its on. I like to head out and have a few drinks but i also love a quiet weekend just as much. Preferably i would like to find someone around the same age, pretty easy going and wouldnt be a complete stranger just living in the same house. If you have a doggo thats a big plus! I have listed a few preferred suburbs below, but really anywhere south of the city as far as Seaford would be ideal! Anymore questions please dont be afraid to ask :)
Hey, I like making soap and lounging with my cat. I'm pretty quiet generally but I like to have a few beers with friends on the weekends. I'm not the neatest person but I'm good at staying on top of dishes and would love to do some gardening if possible.
Not your average 30yo. Taking on life 2.0. Have travelled, had a career and now living back in my home town. Currently working in hospo and teaching yoga on the side. Sociable, but also appreciate my own time. Enjoy living a balanced healthy and active lifestyle. Love good food, company and wine!
(Update:: In talks with some houses no further needing offers please thanks for looking )😊👍 Hello I'm Lisa I'm 27. I'm looking at teaming up or renting a room in a sharehouse. I am a support worker in disability so I get work all over Adelaide but mainly stay south and south west/east. so I would like to find a place that's central to there and here where family is south. I always pay my rent on time. I love any pets I'm clean quiet but like the occasional catch up chats I would like somewhere that has internet as I need it to send my work emails for but not a deal breaker any further question or enquiries ur welcome to contact me via email or text as calls I may not be able to pick up during work thanks for looking hope to meet some great people cheers, Lisa
I am respectful of shared spaces and easy to live with. I enjoy art, yoga and running. I have previously owned my own property and have also lived in shared houses so am familiar with lease obligations, etc. I live a fairly independent life with work, study, and past times but also enjoy spending time with friends.
I'm very clean and tidy. I am fun, relaible, trustworthy and love good food, good company and wine. I love everything outdoors. I am a nanny and studying photography. I love to exercise and spend time with family and friends.
Hey! My friend and I are looking for a third roommate, and are looking to move around May 1st when our current lease ends. We are super clean people, so you have to be willing to help clean and keep the house looking nice. Julienne and I are studying full time at uni and working part time in hospitality, so we spend a lot of our time out of the house. We both have partners who are super friendly and would spend some of their time at the house too. In our spare time we enjoy shopping, going to the beach, road trips and playing volleyball. We're looking for someone who's easy-going, friendly, clean and keen to make friends. Let us know if you're interested and we can catch up for a coffee :)
Im 54yrs young very clean and tidy also respectful of other people/home..reliable social but not looking for a party house. I have a small west highland white terrior (fem that doesnt shed) am looking for (pref)my own bathroom/living area and come with great references. .thankyou
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged, have some interesting pastimes, and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit regularly however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. I have recently enrolled at uni (online). I am LGBTQI friendly and keep my nose out of other people's business. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.
Hey I am a 25 yr old guy, I work as an Emergency Nurse at Flinders Medical Centre. I am quite clean and tidy, used to help manage a property for the previous landlord (lived there for 4yrs). I am quite respectful of those I live with. Love to watch and play sport (runner/swimmer/basketballer). Enjoy the odd surf session. I love to travel, so I would take spontaneous trips and backpack somewhere for a few weeks at a time every month or two. Also enjoy the occasional binge, watching Netflix. Don't smoke, drink only on social occasions. I have no pets but I am a definitely dog person. I am currently looking for somewhere to move in for 6 months with high possibility of extending it to a year.
We are three young individuals looking for another person to join us and find a property to rent out. There is a couple amongst the group, where one of us works away as a journalist during the week, and their partner who is studying and working part time as a dockhand. They also have a well behaved greyhound Anika. The other has just finished their education and health science degree and is often busy with sporting commitments. We are all easy going, caring, respectful, tidy individuals who love sport and the beach. we are looking for a place not far from it as you'll no doubt find us there a lot of the time. We love to hang out, have a couple drinks/go out for a meal or drinks from time to time, but we also enjoy our own personal downtime (which we will also be respectful of yours too) Any other questions, feel free to message me :)
This 3 bedroom home is located in a fantastic spot. Only 10 minutes to Glenelg, a 2 minute drive to Seacliff train station (and the Seacliff pub) and boasts a spectacular view of Seacliff beach. The rest of the house is fully furnished but the bedroom available is not (but does have built in robes) The house is split level so James is downstairs with his own bathroom hence why it would be best for a female to move in to share the upstairs bathroom. Netflix and internet are included in the $30 p/w bills money. Air Conditioning in the lounge room as well as a wood fire. I will be taking my dog with me but we are very much a dog house hold so there is a possibility for another dog to join the clan.
Looking for a housemate or a rental...with someone around the same age as a preference. I have a staffy x, she's happily lived with other dogs before, and is a complete skateboarding legend :) I work full time, study at flinders, and volunteer with the emergency services so am wanting a housemate who is mature and respectful of the fact that I value my sleep and rare study time quite a bit :P I've got a good sense of humour, don't mind a knock off beer, and love a comfortable, clean home space. Currently in Hallett Cove with an option to stay in my existing place, or flexible to team up/move around Brighton etc. Any questions, feel free to ask!
I quiet and keep to myself abit , I’m tidy and respectable and looking to meet new people as just moved to Adelaide from the country I have just got myself a part time job but will lead to more hours
