Hi all! I'm looking for someone to help me fill up a house! The house is in Myrtle Bank, large yard and lots of parking. The main room available is big, north facing with floating floor boards and ducted AC. Located just off Fullarton Rd near Wattle St. Not currently furnished but if you require I'm happy to look around for some furniture with you :) Nearby area is really nice! Close to 2 parks, Fullarton Market, Highgate Village, Arkabar and Frewville Foodland. Close to CBD (bicycle ride is pretty flat!) and Waite Campus. Probably best if you like cats too! 130 per week (including netflix) with bills extra (internet/power only) - cheaper if I can fill the 3rd bedroom too :) 3rd bedroom is big with built ins - bit weird cos it has a sliding door but if you can handle that - cheap!

Hi, I have just started working a grad job in the city, working at the District Courts. This means my hours are 8:30 to around 6:00pm (sometimes later). I'm a playwright and PhD candidate in Drama. I'm clean and organised, and although I'm a sociable person, I do respect people's personal space. I'd like to highlight that I'm looking for a clean house!
Jae & I both work in healthcare, looking for a place of our own to buy but struggling to find something quite right! Our current rental lease is up at the end of January, and we'd probably have to break a 12 month contract, since we hope to find somewhere in the next 3-6 months. We need to be fairly central for work. We are hoping to find some like-minded professionals, either another couple or just other housemates who are sociable and respectful, have their own things going on but also enjoy a house wine or shared meal from time to time.
