I'm a very easygoing, flexible, creative person. I'm neat and tidy and love gardening and cooking, although I'm not very good at single portions so there is always plenty for others to join me for a nosh and a convo. I love opshopping, good coffee, brunch and the occasional bevie in the sun, I'm not a big night life person. I have an adorable 5 year old 3 legged black cat who likes nothing more than sitting in the garden in the sun. She's not overly tactile but she does like the company of people. All though I have said my move date is may 15, I'm not in a hurry so would love to find some like minded people and find the right house.
I am a consulting engineer / manager professional that is transferring to Adelaide CBD for work. I travel to Melbourne and Sydney regularly for work and I will head home on some / most weekends. I grew up in country Victoria and I enjoy meeting new like minded people. I am pretty handy for odd jobs around the house. I have a car but would be happy walking or using public transport to get to work.
Beautiful house superbly located on a very nice and quite area. Only 1 block away from Unley road, Cross road and shops. Micham and Unley Shopping centers are only 10 blocks away in opposite directions. The house is in perfect maintenance state with everything working. It has central air conditioning / heater, a nice front yard and a porche. It also has a separate laundry room with washing machine. The bathroom and kitchen are very neat and tidy with all you need to be comfortable. The house has unlimited internet ($69 p/month) which along with bills (electricity, gas) are split. There is also a porche for bikes.
I am losing my beautifulest housemate to European adventure and am hoping to find another pal to share my home. My unit is on the second floor, surrounded by big magnificent gumtrees. There's a creek that runs alongside when it rains. A short walk to mitcham cinema, supermarkets and library; good PT access; quiet neighbours; an awesome balcony with some herbs that I can hopefully keep alive.

Hello! My name is Colin, and I currently live in the US. I am finishing my B.S. in Biology this May, and I will be starting my masters program in Viticulture and Oenology at the University of Adelaide. I plan on flying into Australia in early July and my orientation program starts July 17. I appreciate when flatmates keep everything very clean, as it is also important to me to keeps things tidy. I love a good glass of wine, I can't wait to experience the cafe/coffee culture that Adelaide has to offer, and to discover restaurants. I like various types of music (I've played the saxophone for 11 years now, nothing professional, but I was in high school and college marching band). I also rowed during the first three years of my undergraduate career. Looking forward to meeting someone fun who would want to spend some time together, but also likes some time alone. I will be studying at the Waite campus, so I am looking for a home that will make for an easy commute to class. Thank you!
The house is well presented with great lawn areas at the front an rear. The bedrooms are large and could also have room for your own desk. The area has a bus stop a few hundred metres away into town and is only around 6km from the CBD. Depending on which room you take, there is a wall air con in one of the rooms and the other has a ceiling fan. The internet is also super fast at around 50MB/s! Internet will be included for free, the gas bill is no more than $100 a quarter, Power is usually no more than $300 currently and Water is around $200.
It's for short term stay. I'm going to visit my country during the vacation from 16th June to 28th July. Its 6weeks in total. -Builtin-robes -Double bed -Study table $ 140 without bills/$165 include bills and internet. It's small and cozy place to stay. Here are only 2 rooms and no TV in the living room, and so it will keep quiet which is best for uni student or full-time workers. It's located really convenient place where is one of the best location in Adelaide. - 1min walking distance from IGA, - 13min walk to Coles and Woolworth - 1min walk to many restaurants such as Domino's, Mexican food, Italian food, Beskin Robbins, Subway.. etc. - 1 min walk to the bus stop. It takes only 15min to get to the city by bus and you don't need to transfer. The best thing about this place is that it has really good security service so no one can enter if they don't know security number. One of the most safe area in Adelaide where has good security systems and good neighbours.

I'm an easy going 28 year old female who loves there own space but can be very sociable and keen for a good time. I work in retail perm part time in a prominent Australia children's stationary store. Looking for a environment that is easy going and fun.
Hi, my name is Alice. I'm 21 and a student to be. My current share house recently had an enormous gumtree branch fall through it, leaving it uninhabitable, so I'm looking to find a room as soon as possible. I'm a fantastic cook, I'm clean and tidy and I am a responsible, well mannered person. I enjoy my own company but I can be sociable and would be happy to have a glass of wine or two with you. I enjoy going out for coffee, and a night out in town from time to time! My interests include, art collecting/galleries, going antiquing and op-shopping, watching indie and foreign films, and listening to and collecting music. I am available to move right now. I would love to become friends with the people I share with.
We are a couple (Elleca and Colette) who have lived in Adelaide for around a year now and are just coming to the end of our current lease, so we're looking for a place to move into around May. I'm from Perth and I'm studying horticulture and working part time. In my spare time I like gardening, snorkeling, hiking, eating out, cooking and seeing some live music. Colette is from the UK and just about to start a PhD in ecology at the University of Adelaide. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, playing a bit of guitar, catching live music, cooking, and spending time outdoors. We also have some furniture, kitchen stuff, and a fairly large collection of pot plants :) We're both pretty chilled but are fairly busy, so we're not really looking for a party house. Ideally we are looking for housemates who are happy to share a beer and a meal but like their own down time too. We're just looking for a relaxing place where we can grow some veggies in the garden and live with some friendly people who are keen to contribute towards creating a sharehouse with a good atmosphere.
A house that feels like a home! Very relaxed atmosphere and in a quiet neighbourhood. This house has a large backyard that doesn't need too much maintenance and it also has an under-cover area for BBQs. We have a mandarin and orange tree in the yard that produce delicious fruit! We also have a little open fireplace which is lovely in Winter. Bills are covered in the rent and sometimes we have left over for common household needs such as cleaning products.
I like to cook, especially sweet things.I am open to new experiences and love meeting new people. I am hoping to study nursing next year.I am a jewellery maker and love to fiddle and knit. I have a 2 yr old spoodle called Banjo. He is my fur baby. He conveniently doesn't shed hair. I also love all things sci-fi.
This is a large and attractive house with substantial garden just 5 km south of the Adelaide CBD. It is close to public transport and good cycling routes. The house is fully furnished and very comfortable but the chosen house mate can furnish his/her own room if desired.
I work full time on king William street, play sports and try to keep fit so am often at training at nights. Am a friendly social person from the country. Would not be home every second weekend or so.
I am employed as a property manager, so will not only be capable of paying rent on time, but I may be able to help with general agent relations if you are renting. I am easy-going and clean. I recently spent the last 18 months 'managing' a sharehouse of 5 in which I lived, so I know what its like, and will not place unnecessary burdens on those taking the time to organise bills etc. I have a fair amount of furniture and can get rid of that which is not needed, but would probably prefer to team up for a new lease so that I can put my appliances to work! I have also recently started my own business, and need a property with a few metres squared of shed space to utilize to this end. If you think i'd be suitable tenant, I will tell you more about this before moving ahead!
Big house in a nice suburb... Kitchen and laundry all fully furnished and ready to use :) Cul-de-sac street with parks at both ends! The room itself is big with ducted aircon and new floating floors. Would suit someone working/studying in the area, or in the city. It is super close (walking distance) to the Waite campus. Also really close to Frewville Foodland and Fullarton Park. Internet is included in the rent (unlimited), but other bills would be additional :)
I am an organised and tidy person who enjoys cooking, travelling and music. I am currently in year 12 of high school and am planning on going into university studies after that. I enjoy many things including reading, exploring, art and of course Netflix.
Just a nice person, respectful, enjoy a laugh and looking to find somewhere to call home :) I have a beautiful Samoyed x Husky who is super trained and is quiet and keeps to himself
