**** UPDATE **** I HAVE FOUND A PLACE **** Hi there, easygoing, friendly, responsible, mature yet young at heart, clean etc, looking preferably for a self contained type of room / studio / granny flat that has it's own bathroom. If it has it's own small kitchen that's a bonus. I am sociable but I also like my own space. I would like to live in a place that does not feel like a share house if you know what I mean. I am also looking for an all inclusive price per week including Rent + Bills + Internet all in the one price per week. **** UPDATE **** I HAVE FOUND A PLACE **** THANKS
I've just started working full-time in the CBD while I finish the last two topics of my uni degree part-time so I appreciate quiet evenings during the week, but, I'm super friendly, always up for a chat and I also love to pop out for walks. I will often head out to live gigs/shows or even sports on a Friday or Saturday night, but I'm not very much of a partier (unless of course there's a great occasion)! Ideally looking to share with 1 other female who lives a similar lifestyle to me, and within walking distance of public transport :) My move in date is flexible, and although I could only formally commit to 6 months at the moment (my job contract is until August) I have a longer-term stay in mind hoping to get my contract extended.
For work I do freelance filming and editing which is a lot of fun and keeps me very busy. I'm very flexible with requirements, ideally looking to move in with two other people (around my age) in a suburb not too far from the city or near Brighton. I enjoy my space but would love to move in with people I can also get along with well and have drinks etc. etc. Looking to move asap, turn 19 in April :)

We are looking for a housemate to move into an amazing house in Malvern. Superbly located at the end of a no through road, our house is in a very quiet but convenient area, and features new carpets, newly painted walls, air conditioning, floor boards, front and back verandas, and a large back garden, with fruit trees. The house and backyard are great for entertaining or simply to relax on a blanket under the trees and read a book all afternoon. The house is the perfect place to study or relax in after a long day's work. There is a large backyard for entertaining, and a separate laundry area with a washing machine. The bathroom and kitchen are both original, but neat and tidy. The property is located on a very quiet street, and the local bakery is a 1 minute walk away. 4 minutes walk away are the local shops on Duthy Street (Butcher, Fruit and Veg). There are also two bus services (15 minute go zones) 2 minutes walk away. Fully furnished room is available for an additional $5/week. There are two rooms becoming available. The first room is at at the rear of the house, with a wardrobe, fan, air-conditioning, and window. Rent is $165/week. The second room available is the largest, at the front of the house, and is $195/week. It is the largest bedroom with a very large window, as well as a built in wardrobe and bookshelf. Bills (water, gas, electricity, internet) are additional to the rent and are fixed at $35 per person/per week. This cost is fixed so the tenant can be sure that they won't pay more for anything. The $35 is added to the weekly rent, so the amount per week is $175+$35 or $195+$35, per week, payable fortnightly in advance. Internet is an unlimited high speed satellite wireless broadband.
Hey guys! I’m Victoria, I’m 22. I work part time as a Registered Nurse. I’m an easy going down to earth individual who is super tidy and respectful. If I’m not working I love spending my free time by the beach, at the gym, dancing or watching Netflix. Ideally I would love to have roommates that I can be friends with and feel comfortable around. I’m also looking for roommates who are trustworthy, and respectful in common areas by keeping the place tidy. I’m looking for a house close to the city or by the beach. If this sounds like what you’re after, feel free to contact me :)
It is a neat and tidy, fully furnished, 3 bedroom family home with 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms, with Foxtel in main living area. We are on NBN and have Netflix available. There is ducted heating and cooling throughout the home. There are spacious outdoor areas, with neat tidy gardens plus an outdoor patio area at the rear of the house. There is ample room in the kitchen and includes fridge, stove, oven & dishwasher. The bedroom is furnished, with a double bed, built in robe, desk, bedside draws and linen basket. Bedding, linen and towels are included, if required. The occupant will have their own bathroom and toilet. We have a cleaner once per fortnight, so the occupant would only be responsible for keeping their room neat and tidy, plus cooking their own meals. The house is situated close to shopping and the movie complex at Mitcham Square. It is a 5 minute walk to the train station which provides easy access to and from the city. We are close to the bus route to Flinders University and Marion Shopping Centre. There is also a bus close by, that travels into the city. We are in close proximity to the local beaches and Adelaide Hills.
Very large quiet house on large block with pool. Lounge and dining rooms are empty so if you have furniture there's ample room available for someone who wants their own space. Latest technology NBN Fiber to the Kerb is available to connect if you want it at your own cost but I don't need it myself since I use my phone data. Share bills and household chores, keep kitchen and bathroom tidy after use so next person has a clean start. I'm self employed and prefer a flatmate who is f/t employed or a student working p/t. Garage space available for one medium sized car/SUV. Quiet area with native wildlife and great walking trails, close to the Edinburgh Hotel and Mitcham Square or Unley Road shopping precincts.
Hello my name is Rachel Maddern, I am 22 years old. I am an OSHC educator. I’m from little old Adelaide, I love it here. I eat a lot of food, I pat a lot of dogs, and like to drink alcohol occasionally between work and gym. I am a very bubbly, kind and enthusiastic person. I would love to share a house with caring and funny girls, who don’t mind a cute snuggle sesh on the couch while watching Netflix and snacking. I am a very sociable person and I love being around people. I am wanting someone who could potentially be a big or lil sister to me. I am clean and tidy and love to cook. When I’m not working you’ll find me at gym, going for walks, the beach and trying new food places as these are my favourite things to do.
Work as a doctor. Run, cycle, swim, climb, hike. From NZ originally. Looking to flat with like-minded people.
Friendly, sociable, love to go out but also appreciate spending the night in. I study quite a bit for my course as well and can respect people's privacy. Sometimes I'll study at Uni, sometimes at home, but I'd say I'm out quite a lot because of my casual job anyway. I speak a bit of Spanish and can cook an alright meal every now and then! I'm seeking share housing for around 6 months as I am going overseas for exchange in the second half of the year. Hoping to move before the Uni semester starts so a few weeks before the end of Feb.
Hi all I'm currently working full time as a chef at a hotel near Henley beach, which is 5-6 days a week. During those days I'm quite busy and will be gone to work from 9am till 10pm. on my off days I usually catch up on my chores, do meal preps, go to beach and sometimes go for a ride around Adelaide hills. I consider myself tidy and keep the common areas as clean as possible, and would like everyone else to do the same. Also would like to move in with housemates that are communicative and not avoiding any issues that may arise. I do need a roofed space to park my motorcycle, doesn't have to be indoors just a bit hidden from street. I like animals so pets will get along fine with me as well. If I sound like a good fit let me know!
The property is situated in a picturesque tree lined street. The house itself is modern and spacious. Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. The house has, Netflix, WiFi, air conditioning, off street parking and so much more! There are also bus stops located opposite the front door and the train station is a approximately 5 min walk away leading straight into CBD. We also have cute coffee shop 50 meters from the front door! Viewing is essential
we are looking for a young, possible student to come stay with us in a beautiful house in Malvern. You will have two bedrooms as they aren’t too big. There is a pool and a huge backyard which is a huge plus. The house is quite old but still has modern properties!
I'm a pretty laid back, down to earth kind of girl. I work as an exercise physiologist 3 mornings a week, and am completing a PhD, so I'm rarely home. In the evenings I'm either at yoga or teaching yoga! I tend to exercise/be out and about on my days off. I'm a pretty happy, settled kind of person who enjoys a good chat/laugh over wine and some pizza with pals, but also like my own space and respect others space too. Looking to live with other young professionals that have similar values and committments. I'm also a very neat and tidy person! I'm only interested in the following locations: kent town, norwood, unley, malvern, goodwood, parkside, cbd.
Hi, I am a single male student majoring in social work. I am an approachable man who likes jogging, swimming and music. I am looking for nice people to live with. Hi, I’m Elouise. I’m 28, work as a manager at a chocolate shop and have a Pet Photography Business as well. I’m a happy, quiet person who is kept busy with my work. I love to sit and have a glass of wine and a chat but happy to chill and watch Netflix or do work in my room. I’m looking for a clean and tidy place with a mature housemate and somewhere I can possibly bring clients every now and then to view their photos after a session ( this won’t be very often) and if not I can do the meetings at a cafe. I’m clean and tidy and respect people’s personal space. I sometimes work night shifts and sometimes during the day. I am not much of a party person and prefer to have a few glasses of wine at home or a wine bar rather than go out to clubs/pubs.
We are a local couple who love the outdoors. We are both vegetarian and try to live as sustainably as possible, including commuting by bike wherever possible! We also ride bikes for fun, enjoy hiking, snorkeling and camping. We are tidy and quiet, don't stay up late but often get up early (particularly Fiona). We are looking for like minded people to share a house with to save on rent, preferably in a house with a backyard to hang out in the warmer months. Not party people but do enjoy having friends over for a meal every now and again if that's cool with you. Fiona is working in vegetation management and gardening and has a small indoor plant collection. She enjoys tending a veggie garden and spending lots of time in the ocean. Sam is currently studying for his Master of Architecture and works as a bike mechanic. When not at uni or working he enjoys getting outdoors and pursuing other creative interests.
I am looking for an established sharehouse to move into. I am a relaxed housemate who is considerate of others. I like cooking and eat vegan. I’m moving to Adelaide from Hobart to do my masters and so will be wanting to explore the state on weekends. I like hiking and swimming so am very much an outdoors person. My masters is in art, and I practice ceramics and have a studio lined up to work in. So I will be out busy in the days but will enjoy socialising in the evening over a drink or just watching a movie. I do like to go out dancing for fun on occasion too. I consider myself to have good energy and am a joyful person.

I’m a gin and tonic drinking naturopath who loves music and gigs. Love the concept of being in a house that feels like a little family. Originally from Adelaide- I’ve lived in Melbourne, been working interstate and have been over seas for the last 5 months. I love going to the beach, drinking wine while painting and combining all my friends. I’m relaxed and genuinely tidy to live with. I eat pretty healthy but also happy to eat gf pizza in bed when hung over. I don’t mind living w girls or guys as long as they are down to earth and respectful.
