Hi, I'm 20 years old and from France. I do an internship in Adelaide and I'm looking for an accommodation. I'm sociable, respectful and dynamic. I'm always ready to discover new things or meet new people.
I am a friendly French girl of 21 years old. I will be in Adelaïde for my two-month-internship in June. I am looking for a room next to Waite Campus or city center. My objective of the stay is to undertake my internship, travel and have fun ! I am very easy going, cleaning and smiling girl! I am excited to meet new people and to discover Australia! Thank you in advance, Natty
I am a consulting engineer / manager professional that is transferring to Adelaide CBD for work. I travel to Melbourne and Sydney regularly for work and I will head home on some / most weekends. I grew up in country Victoria and I enjoy meeting new like minded people. I am pretty handy for odd jobs around the house. I have a car but would be happy walking or using public transport to get to work.
- Furrnished apartment in Wemyss Avenue. 2 min to Mitcham Mall/Woolworths/Wallis cinema/Goodlife Mitcham Gym, Railway station/bus stops/Restaurants and Coffees are right next door. 15 min to the city. - It’s a tiny, minimalistic apartment with all furniture and appliances provided. Lots of natural lighting, so if you are someone that prefers sunny weather to dark gloomy days, this place is ideal! - the available room is the master bedroom, with a queen sized bed and gets lots of natural light. The room has a large closet, and wooden bedside tables and a study table and a chair (handy if you are a student!) - The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, a fridge and freezer. Washing machine is available in the apartment while the unit’s got its own laundry room (coin operated) with a drier available and accessible 24/7. - Unlimited Wi-Fi
Beautiful house superbly located on a very nice and quite area. Only 1 block away from Unley road, Cross road and shops. Micham and Unley Shopping centers are only 10 blocks away in opposite directions. The house is in perfect maintenance state with everything working. It has central air conditioning / heater, a nice front yard and a porche. It also has a separate laundry room with washing machine. The bathroom and kitchen are very neat and tidy with all you need to be comfortable. The house has unlimited internet ($69 p/month) which along with bills (electricity, gas) are split. There is also a porche for bikes.
Superbly located on a culdesac, our house features new carpets, newly painted walls, air conditioning. There is a large backyard for entertaining, and a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. The bathroom and kitchen are both original, but neat and tidy. The property is located on a very quiet street, and the local Bakery is a 1 minute walk away. 4 minutes walk away are the local shops on Duthy Street (Butcher, Fruit and Veg). Bills (water, gas, electricity, internet) are additional to the rent. Internet is $8.75/week for high speed satellite wireless broadband (30kbps download/5kbps upload). Fully furnished available for $10/week.
The house is well presented with great lawn areas at the front an rear. The bedrooms are large and could also have room for your own desk. The area has a bus stop a few hundred metres away into town and is only around 6km from the CBD. Depending on which room you take, there is a wall air con in one of the rooms and the other has a ceiling fan. The internet is also super fast at around 50MB/s! Internet will be included for free, the gas bill is no more than $100 a quarter, Power is usually no more than $300 currently and Water is around $200.
It's for short-term stay as I'm going to visit my country from 16th June to 28th July. It's 6weeks in total so I want someone stay here at least 4weeks :) -Builtin-robes -Double bed -Study table $ 140 without bills, $165 include all bills and internet. It's small and cozy place to stay. Here are only 2 rooms and no TV in the living room, and so it will keep quiet which is best for uni student or full-time workers. It's located really convenient place where is one of the best location in Adelaide. - 1min walking distance from IGA, - 13min walk to Coles and Woolworth - 1min walk to many restaurants such as Domino's, Mexican food, Italian food, Beskin Robbins, Subway.. etc. - 1 min walk to the bus stop. It takes only 15min to get to the city by bus and you don't need to transfer. - 15min to the Flinders university by car. The best thing about this place is that it has really good security service so no one can enter if they don't know security number.

Hey dudes (and dudettes). I am working a full time (permanent position), from 8am till 4pm five days a week. Very easy to get a long with and quite cruisy majority of the time. Do enjoy hanging out with mates most weekends and also relaxing either playing games, listening to some tunes or watching movies. I am a very clean person and take pride in being this way. Hoping to find some people who share similar ideals and interests as myself to create or join in to a pretty groovy household.
I'm currently studying childcare and hope to go onto teaching next year at Adelaide Uni. I'm friendly and outgoing but also quiet and respectful of personal space.

Hi everyone! My name is Devin. I’m looking to rent a room for 5 to 6 months around the Adelaide area, not too far from the City Centre. I’m staying in Australia from July 11 to December 28. I’m a law student from the University of Montreal in Canada, and I’ll be studying at the University of Adelaide as an exchange student. About myself, I’m a fairly independent person. I’m very clean and organised, I cook well and often, I eat a pescatarian diet, I do my chores (clothes, dishes), and I’m sociable and open minded (especially when I travel), though at home I prefer a quieter environment. I enjoy cooking, reading, playing guitar, swimming, fencing and martial arts. Unfortunately, I can’t meet in person because I’m still in Canada, but I can certainly talk on Skype. Thank you and have a great day!
Hi there potential roomie! I am currently looking for a roommate who is interested in a team up or to become a roommate of someone who has a place within 15 minutes of Hyde Park/Goodwood. The essentials: I am clean, organised, and reliable. I will pay rent and bills promptly. I have a maximum budget of $150 per week for rent and will go up to $170 if it includes internet. I have said I am free to move in on the 12th of June, but happy to move in before that date. About me: - I currently work full time as a barista on King William Road (free tea/coffee is on the cards!), whilst also studying a Bachelor of Education and Languages at Flinders University. - Non-smoker and not a heavy drinker. - I'm extroverted and like to get out as much as possible but very partial to chilling on the couch binge-watching series' on Netflix or some good ol' Masterchef (aka food porn show). - I currently have an indoor cat who literally does nothing but sleep all day, but she can live with my mum if you are not interested in pets. - I love to cook and bake, and happy to cook big meals to share! Like walking into the house with that glorious baking smell? I'm your girl! What I would like in a housemate: I am hoping to not just live with someone, but also become friends. Anyone who is fun, chilled out, and tidy would be lovely. If you're fitness orientated that would also be fantastic but not an issue if not. Lastly, someone who will not be discriminatory to me as I am vegan. If you're interested, message me and we can meet up over coffee :)
HI ! I'm a 19 years old french girl came in adelaide for an internship. I am used to live with roommates in france. I enjoy meeting new people and partying with friends. I'm a calm , openminded and positive person . I look for an accommodation where I could share good moments with my roommates.
23 year old looking for a house to live in. Would prefer to live with other females aged 20-26! Fun, outgoing, but love my down time too. Looking for housemates who are down for a good time, but also like to keep to themselves at times too. I'm extremely clean and tidy and need that from my housemates too. I enjoy cooking and a glass of wine. I'm generally up bright and early going to boxing before work. I am a management consultant for a firm in the CBD.
A house that feels like a home! Very relaxed atmosphere and in a quiet neighbourhood. This house has a large backyard that doesn't need too much maintenance and it also has an under-cover area for BBQs. We have a mandarin and orange tree in the yard that produce delicious fruit! We also have a little open fireplace which is lovely in Winter. Kitchen includes a dishwasher! Bills are covered in the rent (including NBN internet) and sometimes we have left over for common household needs such as cleaning products. House is close to the Mitcham train station as well.
Hello! I'm Imogen, 25, currently working casually within the hospitality industry and studying a BA full time at Flinders Uni, majoring in History. I'm looking for a place to move into ASAP, hopefully with some really relaxed people and preferably for a minimum of 12 months. I am quite easy going but also rather introverted, when I'm not at uni I spend a lot of time at home, I am just as happy spending time by myself as I am with other people. I find joy from watching movies/television series. I understand fully the need/want for personal space within a shared environment but am also happy to spend time hanging out from time to time. Please feel free to contact me regarding a room!
We want to start a new share house ! I am NOT interested in renting a room anywhere, so please do not offer !! I'm currently in a 3-bedroom house with someone renting a room, and I'd like to explore options for when my lease expires in September and I am not sure if my current housemate would want to move with me. I want to start a houseshare, where we look at houses together, sign a lease together and share the house and not just rent a room. I come with my English Pointer cross and a few bicycles. All of us live inside :) I have furniture and whitegoods for a house, and bedroom furniture for myself and a spare/guest room. But we can always adjust what goes in. I'll be looking at areas near the beach between Henley and Brighton, also along the southern foothills maybe(Mitcham, Panorama...) This is not the search for an option to live super cheap, rather to get more bang for your buck. So a decent house in good condition with enough space for everyone to not be on top of each other. 2 bathrooms, a spare room, spacious living areas. Someone should be willing to spend $200-$250 plus expenses, so that we can get something nice. Obviously there needs to be a yard for the dog with good fencing. A doggie companion for her would be perfect. I'm 40 (but refuse to grow up), work fulltime in the city, love cycling and triathlon, don't mind the odd drink, I'm not a health-nut and enjoy my creature comforts. I do like it tidy in the common areas (kitchen and bathroom especially). My dog Zara is a bit shy at first, but nothing that can't be resolved with treats, and she is really a big sook!. She doesn't want to live in a party house, too many loud noises scare her ;), and she's also not used to kids, so I am looking for single people or couples only. My current house is pretty good but not quite perfect, so I want to keep my eyes open for the ideal housemate/house. If I find that, I would also consider breaking my lease here.
I am a full time student and spend most of my time studying, volunteering, or resting. I'm a respectful and friendly introvert; I will happily help around the house and chat over some food, but also respect and appreciate personal space. I'm comfortable living with either pets or no pets, and generally pretty easy going.
Hi! I'm Lisa. I'm a neat and tidy female who works full time in marketing and likes to lead an active, busy life. I'm a sociable person who is quite communal in nature, but I also like to have some solitary time, too, and understand when others need the same. I spend a lot of my free time cycling, skating or at the gym, and have two friendly, lovable small dogs (Jack Russell and Fox Terrier) who would also be joining me.
