Hi! My name is Allan and my partner's name is Pauline. We have been living for a while in Adelaide as we are doing a PhD in plant genetics. We are now travelling around Australia. We need a short term accommodation from September as we still have to wrap up our studies. We have been living a few times in shared accommodations. We are very easy-going people, friendly, respectfull and tidy.
I am needing a place ASAP as my current living situation has, by no fault of my own, become unsustainable. Currently looking for a temporary living arrangement (1-2 months) however am extremely open to making this a long term arrangement if I find it suitable! I work days and nights so when I am home I am very relaxed and really only watch Netflix, read, listen to music and do artsy stuff. I am happy socialising or being in my room. I have two 6 month old kittens (Slash and Violet, both female) who are indoors only and very well socialised / friendly. And adorable ;)
My name is Lucky. I moved to Adelaide from Melbourne about 3weeks ago. Only just started my master degree program in Social Work at Flinders University. I'm a simple and down to earth person and certainly easy to get along with. I love to clean after myself and respect peoples space. I am basically that individual who wants the best for everyone and loves to see people happy.
I'm a french student in agronomy. I will do an internship in the university of Adelaide. It would start in September. I really like to meet new people, to do sport and to discover knew places.
Huge 6 room house with big lounge, kitchen and a nice private backyard. Furnished house, but room is unfurnished. Can come with a double bed if requested. Room already has a large wardrobe built in on the wall plus a desk. If you have a fridge you can bring with you it’ll be a huge bunus as ours is too small for 4 people right now. Only takes 2 minute walk to Mitcham shopping centre, and 3 gyms nearby. House is in a very nice area with 10 min drive to city and bus stop 2 minute walk away. All nearby pubs and cafes are very close by. Bathroom is shared, and there is unlimited internet not included in rent. we divide all bills which is in addition to the rent. Bills usually arent that much. Monthly internet around $12 per person, bills about $50 per person quarterly.
We are from Sri Lanka and planning to come and settle in there from September 2018. I'm an Accountant and my husband is in IT profession. We would love to stay in a neat and calm place. Looking for a best place to stay during our initial set up :)
Hey everyone! We are looking for a housemate to move into an amazing house in Malvern. Superbly located at the end of a no through road, our house is in a very quiet but convenient area, and features new carpets, newly painted walls, air conditioning, floor boards, front and back verandas, and a large back garden, with fruit trees. The house and backyard are great for entertaining or simply to relax on a blanket under the trees and read a book all afternoon. There is a large backyard for entertaining, and a separate laundry area with a washing machine. The bathroom and kitchen are both original, but neat and tidy. The property is located on a very quiet street, and the local bakery is a 1 minute walk away. 4 minutes walk away are the local shops on Duthy Street (Butcher, Fruit and Veg). There are also two bus services (15 minute go zones) 2 minutes walk away. The room available is $195/week. It is the largest bedroom in the house facing the front garden, with a built in wardrobe and bookshelf. Bills (water, gas, electricity, internet) are additional to the rent and are $35 per person/per week. A fully furnished bedroom is available for an additional $10/week. Internet is an unlimited high speed satellite wireless broadband. Couples are welcome, but at a small additional cost. Thanks! Konrads

Hi, my name is Anneke! I work full-time in marketing in the CBD. I currently live by myself, but my lease is coming to an end so I’m looking for a short term (at least 3 months) arrangement. I have two indoor cats, but can provide rental references for them if required. I am a mature, tidy and respectful person. I don’t mind hanging out but I’m also mindful of other people’s space. I’m a vegetarian and I love to cook as well as bake. When I’m at home I’ll either be reading, watching a movie or TV show or I’ll be on my computer. Location is reasonably flexible as long as it’s close to the city with easy public transport links. I look forward to hearing from you! :)
Hey! Adriana here :) I’m originally from Venezuela but I’ve lived here for over 7 years (yes I can help you with your Spanish! :P). I’m fairly busy as I work and study full time so I don’t spend a lot of time at home. In my spare time I enjoy doing muay thai and cycling as well as trying new restaurants and having a drink or two! Ideally I’d be looking at getting a long term lease if I find the right place. I’d love to live with people who are in a similar situation and that are fairly relaxed without being crazy messy. I’ve lived in shared houses before so I know how it works. Please contact me if you think I might be a good fit! Thank you!!
Hey I’m Sam, I’m 23, I grew up in the country but moved to Adelaide a few years ago. I work full time in the CBD as a pharmacy assistant. Keep to myself during the weeks as work tires me out, but like to socialise and occasionally go out on the weekend. Looking for friendly, social housemates who are fun but like their down time too. I’m pretty easy going and tidy up after myself. Have lived in a couple of share houses so I’m laidback and know how to pull my weight. Feel free to message me for a chat :)
Easy going, don’t mind hunting for local bars and hang outs. Love a cup of tea and a good book in my down time. I love to cook, hike and attempt yoga too. Wanting to share house with likeminded people who are up for a laugh and hang, but also acknowledge the need for some individuality. From Port Lincoln originally but looking to move to the city ASAP for full time work, continuing through to my Bachelor of Business (Tourism and Event Management) at UniSA next year.
Im super tidy, love to cook, enjoy spending time with others but also like to spend time alone. I run my own business so have flexible working hours. Have two gorgeous bunnies who live outside in a cage so cause no disturbance.
I'm finishing my postgraduate medicine degree this year. I will be working full time from next year. Looking for some neat, tidy and fun housemates! Message me if you want more details Ideally looking for a fully furnished place - 8 weeks starting from the 20th October
Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)
This property is 10 mins from town on the Bel Air train line and bus, really close to cafes, Goodwood Road, Unley Road and the South-Eastern Freeway. We have a shed as well as a fully renovated kitchen and two bathrooms (one with laundry services) and a lush garden. You'd be moving into a 5.6X3.6m room with hard wood floor, a tv input and double blinds on both windows. The whole house has ducted air conditioning as well as an undercover carport.
I'm a 24 year old arts adminstrator who would always keep the fridge stocked with beer. I work 9-5 at the Adelaide Film Festival, so I'm generally out of the house during the day. I enjoy chilling out with dinner or a drink in the evening and on weekends. I do a lot of writing outside of work, I like to cook (trying new recipes all the time, and I've not had any complaints on my cooking yet), and I try to get out on the weekends to do a bit of hiking or go to the beach (whichever is seasonally appropriate). I'm looking for a mellow kind of household, preferably close to the city, with great, accepting housemates :)
Hi! My names Trevor. I work full time in the CBD in IT, so preferably looking for a place with easy access to good public transport links. My job requires police check and i'm cleared. Sociable, responsible and respectful guy looking for a room. Ability to follow and abide by house rules. Have a good sense of humour, know how to crack a joke and positive. Looking for a largish room, preferably carpeted. I do have some small furniture if needed for the room, but I don't have a bed. About me, always pay rent/bills on time. I'm mature, clean, honest, tidy and respectful of other tenants and the property. Enjoy conversation and can get on with anyone. I'm a light smoker, outdoors only! If there is some storage space i could use too that would be awesome too, if not its not a deal breaker. I am looking for longish term accommodation but happy to do a shorter trial to just to make sure we are all happy with each other. Please get in touch if you may have anything suitable.. Happy to meet all other tenants prior to accepting/being accepted if required. Cheers :) Important factors for me:- Close to public transport links Location within 10km of cbd Carpeted room Off street car parking Preferable but not essential:- Some storage space in house/garage/shed I am more than happy to pay towards the higher end of the scale for something suitable and comfortable living.
An old but well maintained Stylish house, located in a 5 star Suburb of Adelaide. 4 km away from CBD, Less than 1 km from hustle and bustle of Unley rd. and/or Glen Osmond rd. 3m High rised Ceilling, Doubled Bricks, 4 Spacious bedrooms all equipped with Fireplace and Hot/Cold Air-conditioning. lot of parking spaces. 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets in the shared area. Great location to anywhere. 5min. to the closest Bus stop on foot. 15min. to the Unley shopping centre where you can find Coles, Woolworth, Target and more. Next door to a park (Reserve Park)
Ello ello! I’m a waitress in a cafe/barista in training, easy going, creative and should probably mention I’m vegan. I’d love to be able to have friends round every now and then, maybe small parties or something fun like that. This my first time moving out of home but I’m a responsible and reliable person. So some social house mates would probably make life easier for everyone. I’ve got a dog and cat, they’re both quite old and very mellow but love people. I would really love to foster animals again, so a animal loving household would be ideal. I’d also prefer to live with house mates around my age 19-27. I’m new to this and have no idea what else to say a part from it would be wonderful to live in between the beach and the city!
I'm a full-time uni student in my final year of a Bachelor of Education/ Bachelor of Arts at Flinders Uni. I also work in childcare during uni holidays and usually nanny during the semester. I'm seeking long term accomodation for myself and my dog, Narla. She is a 2.5 year old labrador retriever, who is very obedient and an all round beautiful girl! I'm looking for a place that is first of all, safe and secure, and pet friendly. I'd like to feel that I am able to use the living spaces and not confined to my room. I enjoy the occasional social interaction, shared meal once in awhile and movie in the lounge. I'd hope to have house mates that also enjoyed the company of others occasionally and not just remain in their room and never communicate and interact with each other. I'm a non smoker and would not consider living with anyone who does.
