I am a quiet and friendly woman looking for shared accomodation in Mitcham area or suburbs close. I work full time and keep to myself. I spend time outdoors and at the gym mostly. I may be required to catch public transport.
Welcome to my cozy house in highgate! Enjoy the beautiful suburbs and friendly community. Every room upstairs has balcony Very big backyard to enjoy the sunshine and have a sunshine bath. The room downstairs is quiet independent as the only room downstairs. The kids also can play balls in the backyard. The very big backyard can allow kids to run and play without going out to the playground. We also have table tennis table in backyard, enjoy some sport in your leisure time!
Short term rent at the moment, and will decide after the first month if I continue with the rent. Thanks. Beautiful house superbly located on a very nice and quite area. Only 1 block away from Unley road, Cross road and shops. Micham and Unley Shopping centers are only 10 blocks away in opposite directions. The house is in perfect maintenance state with everything working. It has central air conditioning / heater, a nice front yard and a porche. It also has a separate laundry room with washing machine. The bathroom and kitchen are very neat and tidy with all you need to be comfortable. The house has unlimited internet ($69 p/month) which along with bills (electricity, gas) are split. There is also a porche for bikes.
Hi, I'm looking for share accommodation close to the city, I'm 51, very responsible, easy going, non smoker, professionally employed in real estate. I have a maltese dog (11) and my own home in the country, so I would only be there Wednesday to Friday each week. Thanks!
Hey everyone! We are looking for a housemate to move into an amazing house in Malvern. Superbly located at the end of a no through road, our house is in a very quiet but convenient area, and features new carpets, newly painted walls, air conditioning, floor boards, front and back verandas, and a large back garden, with fruit trees. The house and backyard are great for entertaining or simply to relax on a blanket under the trees and read a book all afternoon. There is a large backyard for entertaining, and a separate laundry area with a washing machine. The bathroom and kitchen are both original, but neat and tidy. The property is located on a very quiet street, and the local bakery is a 1 minute walk away. 4 minutes walk away are the local shops on Duthy Street (Butcher, Fruit and Veg). There are also two bus services (15 minute go zones) 2 minutes walk away. The room available is $175/week. Bills (water, gas, electricity, internet) are additional to the rent and are $35 per person/per week. Internet is an unlimited high speed satellite wireless broadband. A fully furnished bedroom is available for an additional $5/week. Couples are welcome, but at a small additional cost. Thanks! Konrads
I’m commuting from Melbourne each week to work part time in Adelaide, most weeks I’d only be staying 2-3 nights. I’m seeking a short term share while I look to buy and then will relocate to ADL fulltime. This may take some months, but I’m looking for a more flexible eg monthly option than committing to a long term lease. I’m married with a teenager and an adorable westie. I’ve lived in shares several times (a while ago!) I enjoy a good chat though value my quiet time and privacy.
Hello, I’m a 24 year old law student at Flinders looking for somewhere to live in between the uni campus and the city. I grew up in Adelaide but have also lived in share houses in England and Malaysia. I have a degree in Politics, International Studies and Philosophy and work part time as a student support worker at a high school. Hoping to find down-to-earth, clean and friendly housemates. I would like to move into a fairly social household who also respect my need to study. I definitely need a car park but I don’t mind if it’s on-street parking. I have a fair bit of furniture/kitchenware etc. I would like to find somewhere relatively long-term. More than happy to live with someone who has pets. I’m happy to answer any other questions you might have :)
Students welcome, close to Waite campus. Less than one minute walk to Stop 165 Cross Road (100,170 and 300) and Stop 12 Fullarton Road (171). It is also close to nearby shops, restaurants and the post office (5 minutes walk). This property is a two bedroom, two-storey unit which is furnished, with an equipped kitchen and a spacious living room + dining room. The bedroom has a single sized bed with mattress. Looking for a flatmate who is self-sufficient, neat, tidy and quiet. For short-term stays and other inquiries, please contact me for further information.
Easy going, social, hardworking, self employed business owner, clean and tidy, very accepting, non discriminant, have a car, can store personal furniture and effects off site, love pets, handy man, very resourceful, communal spirit, sharing, caring, enjoys cooking, living a healthy lifestyle and balance.
Hey! I'm an open minded, easy to talk to and respectful person who enjoys peoples company but understanding of privacy. I will be requiring a pet friendly property for my gorgeous black lab mix, Esko. He's a very friendly dog that is very happy with a few tummy scratches and a yard to roam around. I am hopeful I can find some friendly people who are up for some chats and a good time with me and my fury friend! I am also a full time Nursery School Teacher in Hyde Park and would preferably like to find a house around the area.
Clean, tidy and looking for a fun, social household. The house doesn’t necessarily bother me, as I’m really more so looking for housemates who want to socialise (I’m a very social and friendly person) and are easy going. I’m also keen on recycling and not f*****g up the environment.
My name's Sam, 19yo working as an overnighter at hungry jacks at the moment whilst I wait to get my licence back and resume studying mechanics as an apprentice at MTA. Been through a few sharehouse so I feel like I've picked up good, clean living habits and know how to give space but always keen for a beer and a chat. Pretty heavily into my music, play drums but don't worry I won't bring a drum kit 😂 unless you aren't opposed to loud noises Look forward to the opportunity of meeting you!
I am very chill and easygoing, and I keep things tidy. I will probably have my head down studying a lot of the time, but I love people and am certainly keen to socialise. I kind of just adapt to whatever the vibe is in the house, I like to socialise but I also don't mind spending time by myself if need be. I'm new to Adelaide from Perth, and I study Psychology at University of Adelaide. I like getting to know people, chatting about any topic, running & keeping fit, playing/writing music, and I like to get out in nature when I can. I'm not against the occasional social drink too.
Easy going, don’t mind hunting for local bars and hang outs. Love a cup of tea and a good book in my down time. I love to cook, hike and attempt yoga too. Wanting to share house with likeminded people who are up for a laugh and hang, but also acknowledge the need for some individuality. From Port Lincoln originally but looking to move to the city ASAP for full time work, continuing through to my Bachelor of Business (Tourism and Event Management) at UniSA next year.
I am an international student at UniAdelaide who moved from Canada last semester, I transferred my degree so I'm not an exchange/study abroad/temporary student. I'm loving Adelaide so far! I love forming good bonds with the people I am living with so that we live as friends and not just as housemates. I am very neat and clean and respect other's privacy. I would love to live with people who share the same views, especially regarding cleanliness. A relatively quiet person who loves reading, cooking and baking, so frequent free tasty treats are given. You'll often find me curled on a bean bag cradling a book. Also, I love plants and gardening and going on impromptu adventures to explore the wilderness, camping, hiking or a sunset by the beach. (that's Hallet cove trail on the photo on a rainy day, thought I could outwit Adelaide weather mood swings) I don't mind having a night chat over a cup of tea and catch up every once in a while. :) Seeking a party-free, non-smoking, no-pets household; although, I wouldn't mind a cat. Contact me only if you're looking for/ listing all-female flats. Thanks!
I am 20, I have a Bachelor of Science and am currently doing my honours. I am neat and tidy and friendly. I work hard but am always up for a cheeky glass of wine and cheese. :)
Hi everyone, my name is Abbey. I am originally from country Victoria and moved to Adelaide a little over 1 year ago and i have loved every minute. i am quite person and tend to keep to myself, i am also a clean housemate and i pride myself on keeping my house clean. i would also like to mention that i have a lovable 3 year old Labrador named Lucy who will also be moving with me.
Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)
This property is 10 mins from town on the Bel Air train line and bus, really close to cafes, Goodwood Road, Unley Road and the South-Eastern Freeway. We have a shed decked out with a bar, we have a fully renovated kitchen and two bathrooms (one with laundry services) and a lush garden. You'd be moving into a 4.3X4m room with build in robes and could have our old housemate's desk if you wanted. Hard wood floors, large east facing window with blinds and an overhead fan. Your door is next to the bathroom and front door.
Hey guys I'm looking to find somewhere to live in the mitcham hills or near flinders uni. Very laid back, work in education full time, love animals and enjoy a bit wine or beer every now and then. Drinks, board games, pool table and banter over clubs in the city any night.
Hey I'm Molly. I work four days a week as an early childhood teacher. I like to have a chat and a drink but also enjoy down time reading and gardening. I keep busy with family, friends, fitness and expeditions. Looking for some easy going friendly housemates.
I'm a 24 year old arts adminstrator who would always keep the fridge stocked with beer. I work 9-5 at the Adelaide Film Festival, so I'm generally out of the house during the day. I enjoy chilling out with dinner or a drink in the evening and on weekends. I do a lot of writing outside of work, I like to cook (trying new recipes all the time, and I've not had any complaints on my cooking yet), and I try to get out on the weekends to do a bit of hiking or go to the beach (whichever is seasonally appropriate). I'm looking for a mellow kind of household, preferably close to the city, with great, accepting housemates :)
I'm Kevin, 24 years old; from India. I'll be studying in UniSA City West campus. I'm looking for a furnished room in a house or flat (long term), preferably in the vicinity of my campus. I'm well organised, tidy, quiet and respect personal space. My hobbies include travel, cooking, photography and gym. I'm looking to live with people who are easy-going. Please do ask if you'd like to know anything more. Thanks
