Modern Paradise in Henley Beach, Henley is on the up and there is a great vibe around Henley with more additions to the reasturant and bar scene . Also nice a relaxed not noisey at all , great to come home and relax after a swim at the beach or having a drink watching the sunset.
House in Henley Beach - one-minute walk to the beach. Bus stop literally out your front door, walking distance to Henley Square. Wicked fast NBN internet (reliably reaching 100mbs - I know - we don't believe it either) Hardwood floors throughout, two bathrooms, three toilets.
I live in a town house that is maybe a 30 second walk to the beach. I am offering a large bedroom with ocean views, an air-conditioner/ heater and a built in wardrobe. It is a 10 minute walk to Henley square which is full of cafes and bars. It is also a 10 minute walk to Grange Jetty if you are after somewhere quieter. Being in the middle means the section of the beach closest is often quiet. There is access to two kayaks and a beach umbrella. There is also a carport for extra storage or to park your car funny enough, although parking on the street is normally pretty easy. The house has been updated with new carpet and paint and has a dishwasher. There is a smart TV in the living room with Netflix. The landlords are waiting for council approval to add a driveway into the front yard. It is a great house in a fantastic location.
Looking for en-suite, modern clean non-shared bathroom. I am a new Lecturer at UniSA. I will now prefer places close to the beach between Henley and West Lakes.
Hey I'm looking for a chilled, comfortable place to move In to. I am in my late 20's and work full time in construction. I like scuba diving, going riding on my motorbike and hanging out with my mates whenever I get the chance. I'm not looking for a party house but wouldn't mind living with someone I can hang out with.
I'm a casual relief teacher (but get work most weekdays), along with working on some online ventures. Also a keen soccer player and enjoy going out having a few drinks on the weekend. Very respectful, and introverted at times, so definitely not the loud and annoying type many of you dread getting stuck with :)
Young at heart, free spirit, non judgemental, respectful, great listener, quiet, peaceful. I'm looking to share a 1 or 2 bedroom place around Henley with another housemate. I'm pretty easy to get along with, like both hanging out for a chat and having a bit of my own time. Not a party animal, but do like to go out and catch up with friends around the local area. Spend as much time as beach as I can, even if to just sit and watch the sunset! It's a soul restoring place to be! I like to keep clean and tidy, without being ocd about it. A home needs to be a home not a showpiece. Send a message if you think you'd like more info or interested in finding the beach lifestyle place to live with me! Cheers - Jules
I’ve moved here from the UK in May last here, looking to move as my partner is moving back to the UK. I work full time as an accountant in the city and enjoy keeping fit, running and enjoying a glass of vino after a long week!
My name is Richard and my girlfriend is Hannah. We are a couple over working full time in Australia from Ireland! We are very clean and very respectful of peoples space. We don't go out much but aren't opposed to the odd drink for the right occasion! We are looking to stay in Adelaide for the remainder of our time here as we love it so much. We can provide up to date references so feel free to send us a message if we suit your listing ! Richard and Hannah x
I have just ventured across the border (no walls scaled) from Victoria to start work as a full time Osteopath in Norwood. I work Tuesdays - Saturdays, and head away for Aussie team handball training camps once a month. On top of that I am keen to head away for a few weekends as I check out what South Australia has to offer. I'll also be away for 3 weeks in July for World champs. I enjoy cooking when I have time and like to keep my home tidy and respectable. Watching the occasional movie, playing games and occasionally having a friend over are things that I like to do.
Hi there, my name is Jordan. I'm moving from Switzerland to Adelaide end of July 2018 and looking for a place to stay. I'm social, organised and like to cook. I'm looking to work full time in the city.
looking for a room to rent near semaphore for work. im quiet, a cook and domestic for work. any suburb from semphore to brighton to the city and all in between. ive lived in the flinders ranges for 15 years.
Bubbly, empathetic people person with a focus on my full time 9-5 education job and my sport/ fitness hobbies. Recently moved from Perth 4 weeks ago and staying with my parents in the Adelaide hills does not suit my CBD job. Come with good references just finding it hard to find a place as I have a gorgeous, friendly 13 month old Rottweiler who gets along well with any other dogs or people however is nearly impossible to get a place that is affordable on my own who will accept dogs. Hoping to find someone who already has a suitable home for dogs who she can have a friend with or a place that will accept having a dog. She’s extremely well behaved and a big sook - will melt anyone’s heart. Myself - I enjoy socialising with friends but also my own quiet time. Have lived out of home for close to 10 years prior therefore am completely fine with keeping a house clean/ today and organised.
I am super bubbly and outgoing. I love to cook - (I come from Italian Family) I enjoy fitness and keeping healthy. I am tidy and organised. I work 7 days a week so I virtually won’t be home a lot of the time. I am flexible with options. Preferably looking at going in with a lease with 1-2 people. I have rented two other properties before with excellent rental history.
Hello ! I am Jubin and I am from India. I find these areas, in which I am finding a place to live, are really beautiful and very near to the sea, which is awesome! Also, I would like to live here, as I work nearby. I like to meet new people and get to know them. Also, I believe that everyone requires a space without any disturbance. I like to play guitar, and some company as well while playing it. I also like to cook, travel, read and share experiences.
Hey, My name is Thea, I'm 19 years old and an University of South Australia student. I'm currently studying to be a teacher and am working part time as a bartender/waitress in the Woodville area. I am a quiet person who generally if home will keep to myself, but I'm not opposed to socialising at all. I'm clean and tidy and very organised so any mess made by me will not be there for long. I do get a lot of shifts at work and get very busy throughout the week so it is possible I'm not home regularly throughout the day but am still guaranteed to pull my weight where i live. Hobbies-wise, I dance, write stories and used to do martial arts so I've dabbled in anything and everything. I like to think I'm and interesting person! But that's for you to decide.
