My property is very cozy. I have a very large yard with loads of places to get away and relax. Im very close to Beaudesert town centre - only a short 10 minute walk. 5 mins to Coles and banks and RSL. Its spotlessly clean. I live alone here with my son - 14 who is very quiet and polite. I have a large deck with a BBQ for entertaining. TV's Internet DVD and fully equipped kitchen with every possible appliance needed to cook up a storm. I can cater for any meals required - just ask for menu choices.
I am a 35yo single father to a 9 month old daughter. I run my own business driving a car carrier and spend most of the week away sleeping in my truck. I am back in Brisbane most weekends (occasionally some week nights) and need somewhere to lay my head when I am not working. My daughter obviously lives with her mother and when i am in Brisbane I will be trying to spend every second with her that I can, so you probably wont see me a lot :-) I am an honest, tidy, well mannered, respectful man who cleans up after myself, always pays my bills on time, and respects the privacy and personal space of others. I am an introvert at heart, however I do enjoy company and good conversation with like minded people. I am a non smoker but I do enjoy a drink occasionally after a long week at work. I am focused on purchasing my own house and hope to do so in a year or two. I am looking for 1 male or female to share with. I'm not looking to move in to a party house or with a couple. If I sound like someone that suits what you are looking for in a house mate please get in touch.
I'm a 27yr old full time uni student, studying accounting and I work casual hours as a stable hand at Tamborine. I'm looking for a property that will allow me to bring my large outside dog and I'm not overly fussed on the rest of the details. She is a de-sexed female and very, very friendly, but I do try to take her out with me when I'm not home. I also have family near by that will keep her if I was away for a few days at a time. I'm tidy and mostly keep to myself but enjoy a weekly meal out and occasional nights out. Looking for a room in a share house or would happily team up for 6 to 12 months.
Hi! I'm Nic, and I come as a package deal with my well mannered 5yr old Alaskan Malamute, Moose. I am currently working as a casual groom/strapper for a horse trainer and I do some volunteer riding and training for a quarter horse breeder near Beaudesert. I enjoy equestrian activities and anything horse-related, training animals, archery, jousting, guitar and flute (I am considerate of noise levels and can use headphones when needed). I'm friendly and get along with everyone, but clean and keep to myself. Looking for housemates that are chilled out, responsible, financially stable, ideally active and enjoy the outdoors, and of course, will enjoy the company of a big, cuddly dog. Moose is super friendly, loves everybody, and is well mannered, desexed, flea/worm treated, house trained, doesn't bark or chew, but he will howl along with ambulances if he hears them! He's very gentle and tolerant of kids, cats, chickens and other pets. He is not incredibly well socialised with other dogs but gets along with most. It really depends on the dog. He does shed, but I own a very high powered vacuum cleaner to combat this as well as daily grooming and clipping in summer. Air conditioning is essential in Summer as we both suffer greatly in the heat, if the room is not air conditioned I have my own window unit I can install. I am very experienced with all animals (particularly horses) and am a good gardener, so I would be very willing to do work on the property for a reduction in rent, if applicable, by pre-determined arrangement. This includes cleaning or child minding. Location is flexible as I have my own transport, but anything in the Brisbane suburbs/outer Brisbane, though Southside is preferred. Rural areas are fine and I'm very much into permaculture, agriculture and anything to do with growing plants and livestock. Moose is not an escape artist or a jumper, but property must be fenced. I can supply some temp fencing if partially fenced. Please message me (I won't answer calls from unknown numbers) if you feel I may fit in. Thank you!
Easy access to Beaudesert or Jimboomba, just turn left or right at the end of the driveway. The sunsets are glorious! All the rooms have ceiling fans. Internet is NBN. The wooden floorboards throughout make it very cosy and welcoming. The large front verandah is perfect for watching the mountains change colour. It's just a short walk to the local shop, butcher and bus stop. There's plenty of room to get away from each other when necessary ;) and it's surprisingly private. The neighbours are great, they keep to themselves, as I do.
Hey I’m crystal and I’m great to live with as I’m clean and love a conversation, I have a great sense of humour and i am a student a high school so I won’t be at home all day, I love scary movies and loveeee watching tv series, I’m from Melbourne, Victoria and I’m moving up to Queensland with my boyfriend who will be moving in with his mum, so I’m Just needing somewhere to stay till we can afford a rental of our own!
Hi prospective roomie(s)! I'm Nikki, 32 years old, currently working for Woolworths at Greenbank. I'm keen to find a(n inside) dog friendly house, and willing to pay up to $180 rent inclusive of bills (excluding food). I come coupled with a dog - he's a small Tibetan Spaniel who only stands a foot tall and weighs in at 11kg. Me: I'm quiet, respectful, always pay my rent on time and I do casual work as a cleaner so you know I'll always be neat, tidy and clean :) Benson: He's house trained, mostly quiet (I say mostly because he's not keen on doorbells!) and just absolutely adorable (slightly biased perhaps).
I currently live in Country NSW, and relocating to Queensland early January 2019. I currently work full-time, and I will be seeking full-time employment in Queensland ASAP closer to my relocation date.
I'm a softy at heart, have been sharing and touring for 20+ years, been a drummer most of my life but now returning to Uni in brissy to study science. Will stay a night or two in bris sometimes, and often in Mullum/Byron so I'm looking for a ZEN DEN in NATURE to be my base. I see myself living in an environment that feels like I'm in nature, with space, light, fresh air, birds, frogs, hopefully dogs, an outside-in feel, and people who care about the energy of the house, the world, community and creativity. I am open to coming to the area any time between mid to late feb, and think 3 months might be a minimum with a view to live there while I do my undergrad (3 - 4 years) I have been based in the same house in Bondi, NSW for the last 12 years. I enjoy cooking, like to garden, love animals, do a spot of yoga, am well-travelled, holistic and diverse in my world-views. Naturally introverted, though known for a big personality when the occasion calls for it! I ultimately hope to share a peaceful, clean and natural environment, with gentle souls. I enjoy a great chat, very caring, and thoughtful. I also enjoy my own company, and will be resting, re-charging, studying, reading, writing a lot when home.
A house that is friendly and warm..homely yet chilled.. an acre and half of flat land with a great solar heated pool, NBN internet ,.and salt of the earth flatmates. Like to have a person that is respectful of the house Cleans up after themselves - is reliable with rent - and helps with a share of keeping the place clean and tidy .

Small balcony out front and large balcony out back Private yard 4th bedroom downstairs is used for storage and is not occupied. The house is cleaned every week (common areas). There is bed linen and towels available if you need them Feel free to contact us if your interested in having a look through. It is close to the bowls club and many restaurants. A great place to become part of the community or just chill. There is a gym over the road as well as the local swimming pool. Bush walks nearby if that's your thing. Please no drugs or drama.
Hi I'm laid back, respectful to others, quite but not to quite, I'm moving back to the coast to be closer to family and enjoy what the coast has to offer. I'm moving to the coast ion December 19.
I am quiet, I meditate, I spend my time on my own painting or working or out with friends, I'm an artist, not a party girl. However, I do socialise on occasions so I'm not a hermit. I work with people with special needs and with older people with home care needs. On occasions I work full time and other times it's part time. I would prefer a Granny Flat, Studio or 1 Bedroom flat.
Hi future flatmates, My partner and I are looking for a temporary room/ studio/whole place for rent between 3 and 6 months, as we are between houses we would ideally like somewhere furnished as all of our belongings are locked away in storage. Were friendly people who keep to ourselves and mind our own business, but we don't mind a little drink here and there either, were very clean and respectful of others. We look forward to hearing from you. Thanks Steph.
its like living in the middle of no where but only a 10 minute drive to the heart of nerang. great outdoors property. great for someone seeking an escape from the city and to experience living on a small working horse property
