Hey guys! We're a young couple looking to move out of our current accomodation to somewhere a little closer to our respective schools, and where we can bring our furkid-family members with us! Gemma is a 19 year old psychology student at Monash University in her second year, and works part time as a sales assistance and puppy school instructor in the pet industry! (Which means her amazing pet product bargains are yours too! 😉) Brad is a student at Holmesglen TAFE studying his first year of Networking, is a whiz at all things technical, and would be happy to deal with any totally annoying technical failures with WiFi or your computer if a housemate ever needed a hand! Together we're hoping to bring our two furry friends - Gemma's greyhound, Bellatrix, who I assure you will have you weak in the knees within seconds, and Brad's indoor cat, Mia, who is a little princess. 🐱 (Gemma is also hoping to apply all her certified dog training skills into bringing a new puppy into the mix sometime in the near future.) We are not too picky on our new home other than friendly, fun, and carefree housemates who are happy to have a quiet night in (maybe watching horror movies, if they're up to it!) but also respect each others privacy and keep a comfortable home environment. A backyard is also pretty essential and whilst it doesn't have to be huge, you might get a bit tangled in Bellatrix's zoomies if it's small! 😸 *Our moving timeframe is from late March/early April. ☺️ *We'd also be interested in teaming up with someone who had already found/had a house and was just looking for roommates to split the rent and the fun with them! If you feel like you might have something that suits, please get into contact with us! We can't wait to hear from our new housemates. ☺️
I am a friendly and happy woman who loves a chat but also likes time to myself. I am the Health Progam Manager (nurse) at Ballarat and District Aboriginal Cooperative. I have a five month old cavoodle puppy who I adore. I love reading, sewing and a glass or two of white wine. I am clean and tidy person.
I am an easy going, friendly, independent woman. I have recently moved back to the area from Apollo Bay and have been housesitting since mid December!! I haven't got anything after early April, so am looking for more permanency... I'm positive, clean & tidy, enjoy walking, the outdoors, yoga, music and being with friends & family... hope to hear from you soon 😀😀
Hi! I am beginning my search for a new home. Only recently moved back to Victoria from QLD .. currently staying on family property in Creswick so keen to move on. I'm very easy to live with .. easy going, respectful, drama-free, trustworthy, good fun, open minded and relaxed. I'm currently studying a Diploma of Community Services full time at Federation University. Most likely will be getting some part time work in the near future. I'm very reliable and rent and bills is always my priority. I'm tidy and love to cook! I can throw a tennis ball reeeeaaally far so if you have a dog -- giddy up .. Really keen to find some easy going, non-judgemental and fun people to live with. I am pretty quiet and keep to myself but at the same time enjoy a chat and a laugh. Preferring to live anywhere in about a 40km radius of Federation Uni in Ballarat. More depends on the house and the people. As I am studying over the next 2 years I am trying to keep my rent to around $100 pw .. after that I will be earning the big bucks and I'll probably move to a remote island somewhere and use my private chopper to and from work .. not really .. just trying to sound cool .. I am also interested in "team ups" with the right people to work together to secure our own house somewhere .. Please feel free to message me for any info :)
I am very easy going and friendly with all people I meet! Besides that I am clean and have experience of sharing apartments with people, and I never had problems. I really like to socialize and explore my surroundings, therefore, I spend a lot of time outside the house. Especially in Melbourne, as I'll be an exchange student and I will try to do as much as possible^^

Hey, my name is Allanah and I'm 19. I love cooking and I run my own small cupcake business so a plus of living with me would be free taste testings! I'm hoping for a place with similar aged people (since I don't have many friends in Ballarat).
We are searching for someone to join our modern, recently renovated share-house. Joining two male professionals, you will be a non smoker, clean with a reliable income and references. Joining an established, relaxed, but clean house you will be fun-going and enjoy a laugh. Not a party house, however we don't mind a drink after work on a Friday. The room has large amounts of built in storage and looks over a large yard. The house is located only a 10 minute walk to the fast train which connects both Melbourne and Bendigo, 2 mins to the Castlemaine mill, that includes a coffee house, bakery, taproom, gym and ice-cream shop. Rent is $180 a week, with 4 weeks rent as a bond. For those who like walking & running, the house is located 2 mins away from the beautiful botanical gardens. Absolutely no drugs.
I am a single mature female with one beautiful cat who is mostly indoors. He is very important to me. I am quiet and love nature and bush settings for a home. I also ride a Harley that is quite loud!😁✌

This property is great because it is a beautiful old Victorian home with an artistic owner. It is set on a double block, with a magnificent garden. The people you would be sharing with are the owner’s partner, Paloma, her cat Vladimir, another house mate we have yet to find and Anton who owns the house and he is only here every 2 weeks or so. This place would suit a creative thinking type of person who is independent, responsible, healthy and active. The room available is medium sized with classic Victorian features such as a high ceiling, re-made Victorian style cornices and ceiling with a funky red glass chandelier. It is carpeted with light blue paint. There is an option of furnishings if required of a king single quality orthopaedic mattress bed and an artisan made clothes rack. The whole house is cosy warm and heated with central gas heating with a vent in the room. It also keeps wonderfully cool in summer. All furniture in the main house is provided, as well as whitegoods and TVs in the lounge and in a soon to be completed back sunroom with a view of a fernery with tree ferns. The house is established and full of furniture so no furniture other than your bedroom furniture, your linen and your kitchen stuff, please. No extra storage in the house either.
Double Storey house with an awesome view. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one upstairs with shower and bath, other bathroom is more a powder room), Small study, two living areas and a large open kitchen. This house is fairly close to town and is located in a nice neighbourhood. Fully furnished except for your bedroom, but you are more than welcome to add bits and pieces to the home. I do have a kitten (Catrick Swayze) so someone who is cool with animals would be a plus. Ps the furniture in the photos isn't the furniture thats in the house currently
On free way so quick to get places and federation university if studying. All bills and wifi included in rent and is very secure as it's in the Ballarat student accomodation centre. No smoking or pets allowed.

In a well-tree-ed, bushy area, across from a national park with a creek. Sunsets. Modern styling, eco-home, that's comfy and colorful. Warm in winter, and cool in summer. Large fenced yard. Loads of bush-walking options. Swimming in a former reservoir, seasonally - short walk only. 12 minutes drive from artsy Castlemaine, 7 minutes from sleepy Chewton, 5 minutes to the Calder Freeway, 30 minutes to Bendigo, 1.2/1.5 hours to Melbourne.
