The privacy is excellent here. The block sits on 5 acres so there's lots of room for walks and solitude. The canara/ fireplace is lovely in the evening. There are heaps of birds and an abundance of Australian flora and fauna to enjoy. All 6 km from Daylesford town centre! And moments to all Spa country has to offer~
Hello, My name is Alice. I've lived in Ballarat for 5 years now, originally I lived in Albury/Wodonga area where i grew up. I'd moved to Ballarat to study Welfare and have completed my bachelor around 2 years ago. I am currently working full time in welfare/social work locally in Ballarat and often i spend my weekends re-charging at home. I am quite easy to live with, I am a quiet person, and keep to myself quite a bit. I am out of the house majority of the week, and when i'm home i'm usually super tired and quiet! I am very respectful other other people. I won't be intrusive on your life or what you get up too, unless it effects me, then i may ask a few question's. I like to keep my space pretty clean and am more than happy to share responsibilities in the household (of course). I love nature and bush walking when i have the time, or a casual walk around the Lake otherwise. I love music and i'll always be listening to Spotify, guaranteed!! I enjoy having some drinks and banter occasionally too, so i'd be more than happy to socialize with mates that come over. I am studying Bowen Therapy this year. From April on-wards and will be spending one weekend each month away in Melbourne. It's a soft tissue therapy (helps heaps with pain), and I will always need people to practice on. You can be a trial body, if you're lucky! I am single, and i do not own any pet's. I wish to bring my own bed and furniture for my room. I have a few other household item's that i will need to bring but can negotiate depending on the space available. Perhaps some storage space for some arm chairs if possible. I currently live with two friends. We're all moving direction this year due to new job's and changing of situation's. I am looking for somewhere to live for a year or so, and i am planning to build or buy my own house in the next few years. I am not completely certain on a move out date of my current location, so I'm looking for somewhere that might be able to have flexibility on this. If you have any other questions please just ask me! :)
Great space, nice layout, quiet area, air con, bbq, great backyard space, shower and separate bath, , toilet, laundry, open plan kitchen, dining to semi open plan lounge, small shed for outside storage, additional bedroom to be split for storage or study/office space. Flexible furnishings (I will happily negatiate rearranging to make space for your items- might even give me a reason to get rid of some stuff). Netflix Available and bills can be included as I pay them weekly. There is plenty of off road parking or we are really close to the bus stop. Close to freeway exit to Melb.
Room to rent in a beautiful Executive Townhouse in Ballarat, sharing with one other only. The Townhouse is less than 12 months old, has a small outdoor area and has all mod cons such as air con, central heating, a dishwasher and so on. The bedroom is currently unfurnished and has built in robes. It is a large room and would easily fit a queen-size bed. Shared bathroom with a separate toilet. All bills are included and there is plenty parking on the street. The area is very quiet. Strict no pet policy.
I'm a 25 year old healthcare professional who will be relocating from Melbourne to work full-time at the ballarat base hospital. I'm pretty easy going and social, yet at the same time I am very considerate and reliable. Hoping to find like minded people.
Hi! I’m Georgia. I’m a full-time student currently studying a Bachelor of Medical Imaging at Deakin University in Geelong. I am required to undertake a 6 week placement at the Ballarat Base hospital from 17/09/18 until 26/10/18 and will require accommodation from 15/09/18 until my last day of placement. Unfortunately there are not many short-term accommodation options available for students. I am happy to pay a higher weekly rate to compensate for the short period of stay but my maximum budget is $200 a week. I currently live in a student share house in Geelong and get along well with all my housemates. I am neat and tidy and always clean up after myself before leaving common areas. I will be spending everyday on placement at the hospital and most evenings studying but would be happy to socialise with any housemates that are up for it. I will be returning to Geelong on the weekends to work at my part-time job to ensure I can pay the bills while I’m on placement 👍🏽 I’d be extremely grateful to anyone who is willing to allow me a short-term stay even though it is not ideal.
I work 2 jobs and have lots of hobbies so I tend to stay out of the way. I clean up after myself, and I'm pretty social, so if you wanna have a chat or watch a movie I'm generally interested. I'd like to live in a home with people I can talk to instead of being locked away. I am a dancer and singer, and do musicals around Ballarat, So I like playing music and sometimes you may hear me practicing in my room, but I am always cautious of other people; and respect their need for quiet.

Hello Together, I am really excited to rent a Room around Bendigo, in the city where I was born. I got a better paid job and want now to build something for me and my future. I am very quite and busy. I just need good internet and a good kitchen because I really like to cook. I am 25 and I will help in the house and give you a hand. If somebody know somebody with a room especially in the south of Bendigo would be awesome. I can move in and move out whenever we speak about that. Stay around 7,8,9 month 👌 Cheers to all.
Hi all, my name is Holly and I've recently moved (a couple of weeks ago) to Castlemaine from WA. Ín WA I was studying visual art. I am in the process of transferring my studies to Bendigo (Screen and Film) and looking for part-time work. Also hoping to find accommodation for myself and my gorgeous cat. I am looking for a independent living space, but I am open to renting a room in a share house with others who are studying or working. I am keen to find a house/grannyflat that functions well. My cat is also house trained. I would love to stay in Castlemaine as I have a strong passion for the arts and am loving the community here, but I am open to surrounding areas
A lovely home with a very pretty garden, close to Castlemaine Secondary College. I'm looking for a female, any age, who is tidy and a non-smoker preferably. I would like to share with an open-minded, quiet person, who likes their own space but also enjoys conversation with other members (myself) of the household. Internet is available for someone who brings their own laptop. My home is in a pleasant area of Castlemaine, close to a golf course and bush land. It's location is perfect for anyone who enjoys walking. The Castlemaine station and Post Office are 2 kms away. The Botanical Gardens are 1 km.
This property is great because it is a well maintained, better than average, big, beautiful old Victorian home with an artistic owner. One of the reasons it is better than average is due to its huge, well designed kitchen. It is set on a double block, with a magnificent garden. My name is Anton, I am the owner and landlord. I restore heritage buildings. My partner Paloma lives here and we have a 19 year old cat. Paloma stays busy bespoking in the den out back. This place would suit a creative thinking type of person who is independent, responsible, healthy and active. The room available is medium sized with classic Victorian features such as a high ceiling, re-made Victorian style cornices and a ceiling rose with a funky red glass chandelier. It is carpeted and has light blue walls. There is an option of furnishings if required of a king single quality orthopaedic mattress bed and an artisan made clothes rack. The whole house is cosy warm and heated with central gas heating with a vent in the room. It also keeps wonderfully cool in summer. All furniture in the main house is provided, as well as whitegoods and TVs in two lounges as well as the kitchen and in a soon to be completed back sunroom with a view of a fernery with tree ferns. The house is established and full of furniture so no furniture other than your bedroom furniture, your linen and your kitchen stuff, please. No extra storage in the house either.
It is close to stockland shopping center and railway station to go to Melbourne. Bus stop in front of the property. Brand new townhouse so it is absolutely clean. Will be sharing with a matured professional single male who works in Melbourne so you will have the property to yourself until late evening.
Hi there, I’m Bharathy. I’m a young professional working full-time in the public sector and am moving to Ballarat for 6 months with work. In between working, I enjoy bike riding, hiking, rock climbing, good books and good wine. I'm a tidy, responsible and easy-going person, respectful of personal space, but always up for a chat over coffee/drinks. Looking to move out mid-late June, just firming up dates with work, but am fairly flexible.
