I’m a year 12 student who aspires to go to university. I love music and play several instruments (but thanks to technology I can play in silence for your comfort). I love sci fi and comics, and follow British soccer. I’m clean and tidy. Always ready to do my share of chores.
Hi there, I'm Sandra, I'm about to move to McLaren Vale from Sydney. Ideally, I'd like to start a house share with one other person myself, as I'm moving down with furniture. The house I'm looking for will be really spacious, have 3-4 bedrooms, ideally 2 bathrooms (one for each flatmate), close to the beach, with some outdoor entertainment space. I'm happy to pay between $170 to $250 per week, so if we both chip in, we can get a great place. About myself: I'm 38, run my own business working with wineries, originally from Germany but have been living in Sydney for the past almost nine years, moving down to SA to live a slower, more balanced life - can't wait, I'm tired of the big smoke! I'm social, active, into all things entrepreneurial, like to travel, meet new people, good wine and good food, animals.. On that note: I come as a package deal with my cat Sammy, a fluffy and feisty Norwegian Forest Cat. He's good fun, almost like a puppy in cat disguise. I'm looking to share with one working professional between 30-45ish, who's friendly, respectful, tidy and clean, social with good chat and up for sharing some dinner and wine, but also respects "me time". Also a must: must pay rent on time and be reliable. Alternatively, an existing house share with one other would work for me too, if it falls under the above description or similar, please get in touch! Ps: when messaging please tell me a bit about yourself and the Flat too, not just about the room, after I’ve written my little essay here :) thanks!
Hi there, Just thought I would put it out there in case anyone is looking to team up and rent a 3-4 bed house in any of the areas below. I’m flexible and will also consider near by areas too. Would prefer not too far from the beach. Rent negotiable. My share up to $200 per. Date also flexible. I am a easy going young at heart 53 yo. Currently, I am living in Qld but am planning to relocate back to Adelaide late May. I’m clean, tidy and respectful and am seeking someone with similar values to share with. Ideally, you would be of similar age ie 40s or 50s. I am a light smoker and only ever smoke outdoors. I’m also in the process of trying to give up. My dog “ Bella” is a 4yo shih-tzu. She is house trained and does not shed hair. Both Bella and I come with excellent references. I love to cook and enjoy a glass of wine on occasions. I have a complete house of furniture which I will be transporting too. If you have furniture, that’s fine as we could find a place that meets both of our requirements. Feel free to contact me if this is an arrangement that you are looking for. Cheers
I'm a mature-minded 23yo student doing a masters degree in cognitive behaviour therapy at Flinders University. My study is my main focus but I also do shift work in child protection/disability services, and hit the gym when possible. I'm not home much but when I am, I tend to keep to myself to decompress and relax (generally sighted at my daggiest in a Spyro onesie..). I'm very self sufficient but am easygoing and don't mind a good chat! I'm not allergic to animals and am happy to help out with looking after flatmates' pets when required. **Garage space is a must** I'm a car enthusiast and have my prized possession to house with me. If you have enclosed garage or shed space, I'd love to hear from you!
Quiet location. Big backyard, 2 lounge and meals areas The house is fully furnished, set in a quiet cul-de-sac so very private. Walking distance to transport and shops and a short drive to Colonnades Shopping Center, southern expressway and the beach. Ducted evaporative air conditioning and ducted heating throughout the house. Room is currently unfurnished however I can get a bed and other items if you want a furnished room. Private (90% of the time) big bathroom with separate toilet Pets potentially considered depending on type as I have a 5 months old King Charles Cavalier X Maltese puppy. Smoking is fine but outside only. Mature person welcome. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions :)
My name is Jane, I am 22yo and looking to find a share rental house or another person who would be interested in finding a place to rent preferably in the Adelaide Hills. I do have a dog, so the house must be pet friendly. She is very well behaved and mainly an outside dog. Please get in touch if you have something that may suit :)
We are a young couple from Vietnam and Taiwan have been living in Australia for more than 6 years, very tidy and repsectful; working full time. You will have a chance to enjoy our Asian cooking should we share house :)

Hi, I have a master bedroom available for rent in a very large fully-furnished share house in Hackham West. The room is furnished, but can be unfurnished if you prefer? It has a walk-in closet and ensuite. The house is clean and beautifully maintained and existing housemates very easy to get along with. It has a large open-plan kitchen and living area with two dining tables. There are two lounge rooms plus a separate office/study and upstairs loft/family room. The kitchen has a gas cooktop, two large fridges, a dishwasher and walk-in pantry. It's warm in winter and cool in summer There is a large undercover patio at the rear of the house and large backyard. There's also a BBQ and outside dining table if you want to cook and eat outside. There is also a double garage and enough off-street parking for 3 cars in the driveway. It's a five-minute walk to the local Woolworths shopping centre and a bus stop out the front will get you to the Noarlunga Centre in 10 mins. It's also a 7 min walk to Beach Road where you can catch a bus to Flinders Uni or the city. I’m happy to rent out the room to a single person for $175 pw or couple $200 pw. In addition to rent, each person is required to pay $25 per week to cover expenses (gas, electricity, water and internet). Bond is two weeks rent, and you are required to give two weeks-notice if moving out. Our ideal housemate is someone who appreciates living in a clean, well-maintained house and doesn't mind doing their bit keep the place clean and hassle-free for everyone. Regards Allen (owner)
Hi, I pretty easygoing and laid back. Im social but at the same time I respect others privacy and personal space and hope to receive it In return. I work part time and have only recently arrived back in Adelaide after spending some time in Toowoomba, Queensland. Since returning I've pretty much been staying with friends and relies but don't want to wear out my welcome. I'd prefer a room with ensuite or own bathroom but also understand that beggars can't be choosers. I have a middle aged cat that will be moving with me so a cat friendly place would be ideal. Sorry no teamups
Hey 19 year old moving down from wollongong to Adelaide area around the 18th 19th of may looking for a place to stay. Just a pretty quiet laid back guy that loves spearfishing and anything outdoors and also likes his gaming.
I’m 24 and will be 25 when I’m ready to move out! I’m looking for a team up, not just a room as I have all my own furniture and can’t reallu get rid of it. I have a 1 year old little Maltese shitzu he is trained but will definitely greet you at the door and expect a cuddle and kiss hello! I’ve also organised for him to stay at mums while I’m at work or uni so you won’t be left to look after him! I’m looking for either 1 or 2 people, I work part time and study full time so someone who is respectful of that, or in the same situation. Preferably female I am social but also love time to myself, I don’t mind if you have people over for drinks etc as long as I know so I can make other arrangements for Archie or myself if I need to study! I’m looking for a 3-4 bedroom house, with an enclosed yard so Archie can’t escape (he will if he gets the chance) preferably not on a main road incase he did get out one day. I was hoping for the master bedroom, and I’m happy to pay extra rent for that as well. And would definitely be getting internet in the house for uni! I start my uni holidays in July so looking to move out by the end of June early July! Feel free to message if you have any questions :)
Hi, I'm Hanna. I'm a registered nurse and I just moved back to Adelaide after living in the Riverland for work for the past 2.5 years. I have just started working for 2 different nursing agencies so am really flexible with the location, only requirement I have is that it is near an Anytime Fitness :D oh and I am originally from Iceland, in case that's important :) I come complete with 2 amazing cats, Turk & Elliott (yes, like the Scrubs characters), a large amount of kitchenware (can remain in storage if necessary), my own bedroom furniture, a selection of board games and video games and an easy going attitude! I'm not a clean freak but I like having things clean and tidy around me. My interests include fitness, outdoorsy stuff, sports, video games (I spend a fair bit of time on my gaming PC), travel, good books, decent conversation, some alone time too, lazy Netflix days and so much more. I'm hoping to find somewhere to move in with my cats in the next month or so, as I am currently living with a friend and my cats are being fostered as they can't stay here and I miss them a lot! I would probably slightly prefer to live in a larger household, i.e. 3+ people in the house, but am willing to consider a smaller household if it seems like a good fit. Feel free to contact me if you have a room available or if you are looking to find housemates to rent a share house! P.S. I work shift work so may reply late and/or at weird hours :)
I'm a tidy, laid back person with a bright and friendly personality. I have a busy work schedule and am hoping to study next year, however I always make time for people. Looking for a friendly face who is happy to have me around ☺️
I’m very tidy and I’ll always clean up after myself. I keep to myself most days, but keen for a chat here and there. I’ve got a part time job, volunteer at Cfs and do soccer, so I’ll rarely be there in the day. I’m a very bubbly person and very easy going. I’m happy to live any where around the southern suburbs as well! 😊
Coming from Darwin, easygoing, neat and clean. Love the outdoors and staying active. Not interested in partying hard, but enjoy socialising. Working remotely at the moment so I will generally be working from home while I look around for a local job in Adelaide. Looking forward to exploring Adelaide with my girlfriend who lives there.
I'm quiet and home bodied person but doesn't mind to hangout and have fun. Very neat and tidy in the house. Respect other people's privacy and very professional. I will be working full time and studying part time. So most of the time, I will be resting and studying when at home :)
