Dogs are absolutely not allowed by my landlord as he is worried about them disturbing his cattle in the adjacent property. Hi guys I'm writing around a few places as myself and family are finally looking at the move to sunny coast from Vic .. we are hoping to find a place to buy in woombye but whilst looking and also now selling our home in Melbourne , we need some flexible temp accomodation as we don't know if that process will take a month or four .. it's just myself and our son Dash (8) doing this first leg of the journey as hubby has family biz to wrap up so he will visit every three weeks .. in short I'm wondering if you'd look at a month by month rental idea if not that's ok just writing around a few places now .. oh we do have an indoor cat named Molly so not sure if that's something someone will be ok with 😊.. not keen on sharing same areas really need a private space .. cheers

I am clean, honest, rent is paid on time and I always do my share of housework. My 14 year old cat, Wednesday Rain is adorable. I am an outside smoker and have an occasional social drink. I am a Kiwi and have been in Australia for 6 years. Easy going, love music and reading. I think I am a friendly person and I have a great sense of humour. I'm very quiet and like to stick to myself a lot of the time. I'm not into partying. You wouldn't know i was there as I'm so quiet. Have a few close quiet friends. I Do have 2 older boys, 13 & 18 years old, who live with their dad in Nambour who may visit occasionally. I sometimes go visit them for a few nights. I'm on a disability pension but am able to do everything for myself, I just walk with a walking stick most of the time due to arthritis and back and hip problems. I have no problems paying rent or my bills. I'm very good at sticking to a budget. You honestly wouldn't regret having me as a tenant, as I always pay my rent and bills on time, I'm quiet, very clean and tidy and very friendly, and like to stick to myself. Would prefer a room that has air conditioned as I get migraines and dizziness and the cool air and a dark room help immensely. Would prefer my own bathroom but would consider sharing a bathroom.
