Hello! I am a British girl in her 20's that works in the heart of the CBD as a bartender for Merivale. I am clean, respectful as a housemate. Always up for a good wine and cheese board. Quite charamastic and easy to get along with. If any of that seems up your street and you have a place going, get in touch :) up to grab a coffee/have a viewing Ttyl x
You'll be living with two professionals who both work full time, are coffee lovers, and wine enthusiasts who can't go past a good cheese and meat platter. Lucy, 24, works in the CBD. She enjoys going to gym most mornings, trying new restaurants, baking, and lazing by the pool. Emma, also 24, is a case manager in the north west. She goes to boot camp a few mornings a week, loves the beach, weekends away, and the occasional night out. In the evenings you'll either find us having a cheeky wine in our pjs watching tv or out with friends. Most importantly though, we respect each other's downtime and privacy. We are pretty easy going, love a laugh, and are fully house trained. We are looking for someone with similar interests to us, good sense of humour, social but respectful. Would enjoy having house mate dinners, but are also out and about.

This is a beautiful renovated flat in a boutique apartment block with spectacular views of Sydney Harbour. We are a couple (34 and 30) looking for a flatmate for our two-bedroom apartment right on the tip of Kurraba Point (Neutral Bay). The apartment has polished floorboards throughout, a modern kitchen with stainless steel dishwasher and oven and a cute breakfast nook that overlooks the water, Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. The apartment is furnished with leather couches, a flatscreen tv, internal washing machine and dryer. The available bedroom is unfurnished except for a cupboard, with floorboards and plenty of room for a queen-sized bed. (Note: the room is unfurnished except for the white cupboard, the photo has been taken before the bed was removed.) The light and airy room has full-length windows with spectacular water views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, the beautiful harbour and bushland below. The best part about this apartment is the huge rooftop with unbelievable views of Sydney Harbour, including Fort Denison, the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. Imagine New Year's Eve! There are only six apartments in this building so most of the time you can enjoy the rooftop to yourself. It's the perfect place to eat dinner, drink wine, and watch the sun go down. Like confining to my own space and don't mind catching up over a few drinks. Keen to team up with another person and look for a two room house. Feel free to reach out to me youre keen.

Hey there! I'm Jack, 23 years old, fresh out of uni and currently working as a professional in the city looking for a new place to live that makes my commute to work more convenient. I'm a clean, easy going and fun loving person who loves the outdoors. I also love cooking, as well as playing guitar, fishing, kayaking, cycling and racing motorbikes in my spare time. I'm from the Central Coast originally, and have lived in Sydney for the last 4 years or-so in various places, so I'm pretty familiar with the city and would love to show any newcomers around if they liked. I'm looking for a friendly few people, preferably a mix of genders, ages, occupations, nationalities, interests etc. to make life a bit more interesting. Also people I can hang out with, cook with and have a few drinks with is always a bonus for me! I'm also pretty flexible on the timeframe of the stay, but it needs to be at least 3 months. Anything else I'm happy to talk about with you.
Relaxed, outgoing, adventurous and active gent who is looking to get himself much closer to the coast to fuel his love of the sand, sun and waves. Passionate about keeping active and learning new things, my current obsession is Yoga. Ideally seeking a light, airy and relaxed space to spend time outside of work with likeminded people. Much more on the social side, so housemates keen to interact is a big plus. I have a wide range of interests and am always keen to try new things, so you'll find me easy to get along with. I'm also pretty anal when it comes to cleanliness, and would consider myself on the responsible side when it comes to expenditure. I work full time in the Medical Devices industry. Let me know if you've got a great vibe going!
PE teacher originally from the UK. Looking for new accomadation as started a new job OTB. Currently living in Neutral Bay and looking to move closer for work. Love sports, being active in my own time, but love more than nothing than a wild night on the sofa watching TV and a glass of wine!! Looking for more than people I live with, but friends, family and people to live with!

As a Recruiter I work Monday to Friday and tend to relax and take it easy after work. I'm very tidy, clean and do respect my flatmates space. Even though the wild party days are over, I am happy to have a drink and good conversations. Looking forward meeting you!
Hello, Im Shandy and I'm 22 years old from Perth, Australia however my background is Bhuntanese. In short, I would describe myself as an intellectual, energetic, positive, clean, bubbly, kind and respectful person! I enjoy discussing all sorts of topics including philosophy, psychology, travel, spirituality, music, art, creativity, etc. My hobbies include keeping a healthy lifestyle, cooking, singing, photography, yoga, meditation, filmography and road trips. I moved over to Sydney as I graduated from university and decided I wanted this change for independence, self growth and opportunities. Im a freelance photographer and designer, however I am working on some side projects related to singing and youtube. Please refer below to my youtube channel if you want to get to know my personality more. I am currently living in Central Sydney in Haymarket however decided I want the move to move as their is a lot of construction going on in my area and wanted to move somewhere with a bit more peace and quiet. Im looking for a place with a furnished private room with lots of bright sun light close to central Sydney or Bondi or anywhere I can get to the city by public transport in 20 minutes. I would love to have room mates that would like to adventure out and explore Sydney together. I am open to team ups with females around my age that are like minded and have a similar interests such as creativity to find a place together. I was hoping to move in around the 10th of May and am available to inspection most days in the week. You just found your perfect house mate! Hi my name is Ollie. I'm 48 Irish and divorced. I have a beautiful 9 year old girl and 6 year old boy. They live with their mum in Newcastle. I would need to be able to have them stay in my room Friday and Saturday night every second weekend and some times during school holidays. I just thought I'd get that out of the way first but if that's cool with you please read on... I have lived with my amazing female flat mate for the last 18 months but sadly its time for her boyfriend to move in and me to move on. She is more than happy to let you know what I'm like to live with. In an ideal world I would really like to find another divorced dad in the same position as I am to share and have our kids there now and again. I am still very open to consider a single mum in the same position too. I am a full time professional employed in a position of high trust so very good to have living with you. I'm very neat and tidy but not anal. I have a bit of spare time so happy to take charge of the house work, laundry, cleaning etc if you are time poor. I'm not the worst cook either! I understand the concept of courtesy and consideration when it comes to sharing with another person. I understand when its good to have a chat and also to give space. I'm very social and am out a lot of the time and very rarely watch TV so no couch potato here!! Also I am very, very handy and have a large amount of tools and experience so if you have a place that needs repairs I'm sure we can come to some arrangement. This might also suit an elderly person who's not up to all the chores they once were and would like to have someone living with them for help and a bit of security. I'm pretty much open to all living scenarios but would like to stay living on the north side of the Harbour Bridge close to North Sydney but not a deal breaker. So if any of this sounds appealing to you please get in contact and we can talk about possibilities. Ollie

I am a male Italian software developer looking for a job in Sydney. I landed the 9th of April with a working holiday visa, currently looking for an accomodation and a job. I am clean and respectful.
Hi, My names Victoria, 25 years old & I'd classify myself as an extroverted introvert. I work Full Time in Circular Quay, Sydney as a Sales Manager. Ideally I'm hoping to find a suitable place to move into by June 2017, there's not a huge rush at the moment. This will be my first time living out of home and really want to find the right place to call home. I'm not interested in shared rooms or bathrooms and the space must be 3m by 3m with built ins or larger. I'd like to live with people aged between 25 - 30years old. Interested in areas with easy access to public transport (20min max to the city).
Fantastic harbour views. 10 mins on the ferry to the CBD. Large apartment. Other flat mates travel a lot. Very private, clean and modern. Quiet yet close to everything. Apartment has lots of character and is located right next to McCallum Pool.
Fully furnished room with queen bed available in a share house. Available for 9 weeks from May 6 to July 9 only 5 minute walk Cremorne point, easy to catch the ferry or bus into the city. Let me know if any questions!
Hey future housemates, please take a moment to read this. Rent is $240 a week (paid fortnightly) which includes internet but not electricity (halved and paid on a quarterly basis). Real estate have informed me rent will increase at some point due to the renovated kitchen which will likely bring the rent total to $265 but I don't know when it will take effect and I have no intention of reminding them about it. About the apartment - 2 bedroom apartment with separate lounge room, bathroom and renovated kitchen. Shared laundry. I have a washing machine which you are welcome to use. There is a total of 6 units in the apartment block and as of writing all neighbours are generally quiet with no excessive noise late at night. The unit sits next to the bay in Neutral Bay with great views overlooking the water from the lounge-room. Your room is 3.5 by 3 metres with a leafy view and some natural light and comes unfurnished. About the area - sitting in between the major shopping hubs of Neutral Bay, North Sydney and Kirribilli there is a lot of food/bar options to choose from. All are within 15 minutes walking distance of the apartment. Transport-wise the 263 will get you to the city in 5-10 minutes with the bus stop 5 minutes away, and North Sydney and Kirribilli train station are 10-15 minutes walk away. If you prefer the more scenic route Neutral Bay ferry is 5 minutes walk. There's buses late at night (between 12 and 5am) that'll get you within 10 minutes walk of the apartment and an uber will cost you $10-15 from the city. There's no designated parking space but you shouldn't have any problems finding parking within a 2 minute radius of the property. About me - I'm a 29 year old bar manager who grew up in Sydney, and I used to be a part-time journalist writing for a magazine. I enjoy conversation on a range of topics from travel and movies to religion and psychology. I like to keep the communal areas fairly clean so someone similar would be ideal. I'm single so most of the time you'll just be living with me but I do have friends over on occasion. This is not a party house and I'd prefer to keep it that way. My previous flat mate was a 29 year old female professional who's become a close friend - if you're interested in a reference I'm able to put you in touch. I also have a cat called Leo. About Leo - Leo is a three year old male rag doll who loves long walks around the apartment block, canned food from the nearby Aldi store and terrorising the local lizard population. He's very affectionate and social, and is more like a dog than a cat (a common rag-doll trait). Please be aware he does moult and leave smells after he's done his business. About you - ideally you should be that happy medium. Someone down to earth who's up for an occasional chat. I don't smoke but if you do keep it confined to your bedroom. If you're a weed smoker you'll have to do it outside because it seeps through closed doors and I don't want Leo exposed to the fumes. Travellers are fine but I'd prefer someone who expects to be around for at least 6 months.
