I am 29, female, easy going and friendly, non-smoker, who enjoys a friendly chat but also a quiet night in. Clean and tidy, I like to think I am respectful of other people's space. i will be working full time in the media and advertising industry in North Sydney so looking for something within 30 mins commute. I am looking for a nice, modern room in a 2 or 3 bed flat with all furniture available and a double bed. Looking forward to meeting you!
Easy going young professional from the UK working in the HR sector. Looking for 4 months (minimum, initially) private room in shared house (preferably young working professionals). I enjoy socialising, particularly in an active setting, e.g. badminton, beach, basketball, running / general active lifestyle. By no means a regular party animal, however enjoy getting to know people over a few beers or meal. Organised and clean housemate - very minimalist! Any questions, drop me a message. Cheers Chris
I am 22 years old from Canada, currently working as a dental assistant full time. Ideally I would be looking for something in or around the neutral Bay Area. Clean, quiet during the week but also like to have a drink on the weekends :) would prefer like minded people!

Hi Flatmates! (Looking to move December 24 (or a bit before) for 6 months.) I'm Karine, a 27 years old French Canadian working full-time in digital marketing in Surry Hills, actually looking for a private room to location pretty close to the beach! (Manly**, Bondi, Bronte, or other beaches close to Surry Hills). I will have to commute to work so further northern beaches would be too far for me. I am quite sociable, love a good laugh, tidy and always looking to meet nice and interesting people. I am looking for a furnished room with great housemates! I used to live with 4 Australians in Melbourne and had an amazing time sharing the house with them! Love to have dinner & wine from time to time and also have some relaxing time if I feel like it. Feel free to connect with me if you have a room available. Cheers! Karine
Based in Kurraba Point, this apartment is 40 steps from the ferry terminal and minutes from local cafe's, shops, and bars. It's got awesome harbour views including the bridge, and is pretty peaceful and quiet whilst only an 8 minute ferry journey to the CBD! There’s a great sized living area with a huge comfy sofa and dining table table. Balcony views over the harbour including Sydney Harbour Bridge! The kitchen, although quite dated, has brand new appliances, washing machine and fridge freezer. Good pressurised shower in the bathroom and a bathtub too
Currently looking for a place in Sydney
I'm from Brazil, very friendly, respectful, clean, tidy, easy to get along with and always up for a laugh. I want to move out between the 15th-20th of January and I’m going back to Brazil in Abril, 2018. I am looking for a place close to the beach, as I’m going to spend my last summer in Australia. I work part time at an early learning school and with hospitality as a casual job. I’m looking for a relaxed and quiet place to live, so I don’t want a party house. I like my own company as much as I like to socialise, so I do tend to do my own thing in my own space (Netflix), but I also like to socialise and have some drinks or dinner with my house mates.
We’re Valentina and Matteo an italian couple,25 and 28, VERY clean and quiet :) We used to live in Pyrmont with another couple that’s why we know what it means share an apartment with other people, we enjoy a little bit of privacy but also share a glass of wine or a meal with our flatmates. we’re coming back to Syd at the beginning of december.

I work in McMahons Point, Monday to Friday usually 8-6, currently doing my CA as well. I'm quite busy but I always find time to go rock climbing, hop on in to the kitchen or go out with some friends. But I also love my down time as well. Quiet night in or a night out, I'm up for anything I prefer living in a share house usually 2-3 people as it just makes the place feel more like a home. I like living with people I get along with and catching up over dinner and drinks but I also understand that everyone needs there space Hit me up and let's make something happen!

Down to earth, funny guy. Clean, respectful, caring and compassionate. I enjoy good conversation and learning from others where I can. I'm originally from the Central Coast however I've been living in Sydney now for almost 10 years. I love travelling, watching a good movie, catching up with friends, belly laughs, going out for dinner, seeing my family etc...
I am a quiet, neat and responsible single male. I am moving to Sydney to take up a full-time tertiary teaching position, alongside the work I do as a physicist. Very clean, punctual with rent and bills, do not own furniture, no vehicle, no pets, just a few boxes of books. Preference for own ensuite and internet connection, if possible. Willing to pay more for rent if internet and bills are included (up to $350 or thereabouts). Privacy is something I value and cherish, both everyone else's and my own. I enjoy movies, documentaries, travelling, music, hiking, writing, art, science. Also have an amicable nature and a sense of humour. Travelling to Sydney to view properties in the week from the 11th of December.
I'm Holly and I'm 24. I work full time in corporate and financial comms which keeps me pretty busy during the week. I try and get to the gym most days either before or after work. On the weekend I'm usually out and about with friends or my boyfriend. When I'm home, I'm probably just relaxing with a book or netflix. I'm house trained, so have no problems wiping down a bench or taking the rubbish out. I know my way around the kitchen so if I bake a cake, feel free to have a piece. I'm always up for a chat with my housemates but get the need for space. I'm looking to move ASAP so please get in touch if you have something for me!
Hey There! I'm Amanda, I am 29 years old, and work fulltime in Macquarie Park. I am looking for a new place to live come probably december-ish, I dont have a set date. I am a super easy going person to live with, I am clean and tidy, I love to cook, I love to be social, and I also love quiet time on the couch. Although I am definitely not looking for a party house, I am looking for a place that I can happily and respectfully have friends over for dinner or a BBQ and drinks with friends without issue. I pay bills on time, I am honest and trustworthy, i'm intelligent, and have common sense. In summer I love getting out and about to the beach, attempting to grow my little herb garden, and exploring the areas of Sydney I haven't previously explored I currently own a bunch of furniture, i'm happy to either bring some with me, or sell it off and come just with a bedroom. I'm not interested in a furnished room, as ultimately i'm looking for a longer term "home" not a "room", and I have my own furniture. I do own a car, so I need parking of some sort, street parking is more than fine. I would love to live in the Lower North Shore areas. If anybody is interested in teaming up, or has a room coming available please get in touch!
Hi! Just moved to Sydney after living in North America and Europe earlier this year. Funny (at least that's what my mates say), outgoing and social but also enjoying quiet time. Reformed introvert (though most people don't believe the introvert part). Love diving, snorkeling and traveling. Hoping to find new girlfriends and a place close to a beach! :)
Hi, I'm Dave I'm a full-time Real estate agent, working in Kirribilli. I am looking for a place to live as I wish to move over to the north side of the bridge. My budget is $350 including bills etc. I'm a bit of a nerd and prefer to game or read, or play music to partying all the time and getting hammered. In fact, I rarely drink - a glass of vino here and there or a good beer is about all I can be bothered with. I do cook well though - the specialty is French and German cuisine. I'm clean, neat, tidy, and look after my stuff and yours. I'd prefer a non-pet household if possible, but i'm always up for a chat and happy to cook for everyone involved! I do need a car space, preferably off street if possible so that would be ace if possible to grab that too!
I'm 18 looking for a good place with good people. I'm clean, tidy and respectful towards others. Handy around the house and always a helping hand. I work full time mon-fri nightshift. And on weekends i enjoy my down time and spending time with others
I'm an Australian female writer. I have recently returned to Australia after living 5 years in Italy. I'm quiet, clean, honest, a non smoker and respect privacy. That doesn't mean I'm anti social because I'm not. I love to chat, have a glass of wine and share a meal; I also love to cook. Ideally, I'm seeking to put my head on a pillow and store my clothes because I'm constantly on the move, either visiting family across Australia or exploring other places. My interests include the arts, fashion, reading and cinema. I work out every day, either at the gym where I do weights, yoga and pilates; I love the beach and swim most days. I consider myself healthy and fit and eat accordingly. I think I am easy to live with. Anybody thinking he or she might be interested in having me for a flatmate please contact me.
Hi, I am a young Dutch student coming to Sydney for a fulltime internship of 5 to 6 months, starting from February 2018. During this time I am looking for a cheap place, preferably in Mosman or surroundings. Back in the Dutchlands, I'm in my final year of my zoology bachelor. I have been living in a studio apartment for the past 3 years so I know how to keep tidy and I'm even known to try my luck in the kitchen from time to time. I'm not opposed to heading out to a bar every now and then but I like staying home just as much. I am into sports, especially basketball, as well but aggressively mediocre at them most of the time. I am open to exercising together outside of working hours and in weekends. Looking for a sociable, organized and fun guy or group of people to share a room and/or apartment with? I am available from February 2018.
We are a British couple on a working holiday visa. We are looking for a room within a house/flat or studio apartment preferably near a beach. We are an outgoing couple and enjoy company of others and are easy to get along with.

I am teaching yoga and run my own business. Looking forward to hear form you:). Have a great day, Cheers, Katie

About the apartment - 2 bedroom apartment with separate lounge room, bathroom and renovated kitchen. Shared laundry. I have a washing machine and dryer which you are welcome to use. There is a total of 6 units in the apartment block and as of writing all neighbours are generally quiet with no excessive noise late at night. The unit sits next to the bay in Neutral Bay with great views overlooking the water from the lounge-room. Your room is 3.5 by 3 metres with a leafy view and some natural light and comes unfurnished. About the area - sitting in between the major shopping hubs of Neutral Bay, North Sydney and Kirribilli there is a lot of food/bar options to choose from. All are within 15 minutes walking distance of the apartment. Transport-wise the 263 will get you to the city in 5-10 minutes with the bus stop 5 minutes away, and North Sydney and Kirribilli train station are 10-15 minutes walk away. There's buses late at night (between 12 and 5am) that'll get you within 10 minutes walk of the apartment and an uber will cost you $10-15 from the city. There's no designated parking space but you shouldn't have any problems finding parking within a 2 minute radius of the property. About me - I'm a 30 year old bar manager who grew up in Sydney, and I used to be a part-time journalist writing for a magazine. Next year i will be back at university full-time. I like to keep the communal areas fairly clean so someone similar would be ideal. I'm single so most of the time you'll just be living with me but I do have friends over on occasion. This is not a party house and I'd prefer to keep it that way. I've lived with a large range of people - male and female, old and young - so if you're interested in a reference I'm able to put you in touch. About you - ideally you should be that happy medium. Someone down to earth who's up for an occasional chat. I don't smoke but if you do keep it confined to your bedroom. Travellers are fine but I'd prefer someone who expects to be around for at least 6 months.
