Based in Kurraba Point, this apartment is 40 steps from the ferry terminal and minutes from local cafe's, shops, and bars. It's got fantastic views and is peaceful and quiet, whilst being only an 8 minute ferry journey to the CBD. There’s a great sized living area with a huge comfy sofa and dining table table. Balcony views over the harbour including Sydney Harbour Bridge. The kitchen has new, modern appliances - washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker etc. Good pressurised shower in the bathroom and a bathtub too. The room is a decent size and can accommodate a couple easily. It has a chest of drawers, bed side table and hanging space.
I am a British, easy going foodie working full time running an art gallery in Mosman. I am being sponsored by my director and am looking for a new home & some new flat mates. Im in no rush to move as I want to find the right place first. I'm a bit of a culture/adventure junkie who also loves the theater, clubbing, shopping and dining out. I don't drink but I love to party and am out a lot particularly on the weekend. I'm looking for people who also want to explore Australia and make a house a home. I'm up for drinks before we move in to make sure we are the best fit. Ideally, I am looking for housemates who are professional, who like their own space yet want to hang out occasionally to.
Hey I’m Brooke :) I moved here from the Gold Coast in late 2017 for work. Currently working in finance full time in North Sydney. I’m a pretty open minded, chill person and like to live in a positive environment. I enjoy travel, exploring, yoga, running, film, photography, etc. Prefer an early morning over a night out partying but don’t mind a drink or two every now and again ... I’m no prude. Happy to socialise with housemates but also like to keep to myself. Tidy but not OCD, understanding and pretty busy most of the time. Looking for a room with other chill housemates that don't mind a bit of banter but also do their own thing. Anything else you may want to know, just shoot me a message. Cheers, Brooke :)
Sociable outgoing outdoorsy guy. Looking to make the most of a 12 month secondment in Sydney from my home town of London UK. Looking for housemates to enjoy good times with, chill/cook/exercise etc with rather than just filling a room. Will be working in Circular Quay, in finance but not too long hours. Interested in nightlife, but mostly in living a more outdoors active lifestyle than is possible back in London. P.S: clean, self-sufficient and happy to pitch in with cleaning and maintenance. Loves dogs.
Hey guys ! I have been living abroad since 2012 when I moved to Dublin, since then I have been through many cities always living in shared flats. Once I had have experienced all the sharing rooms duties, I am really aware of all my obligations as a Flatmate or Roommate. I am an easy-going person and also tidy and organized.
I'll be working full time and very professional, very tidy I love keeping my area real clean and organized and happy to be with.
For women who are looking for home away from home. The Apartment and the room has a view to the the city of Sydney, botanic gardens, harbour , harbour bridge, Opera House and the fireworks. Lots of off-street parking available. Public transport (Bus/Cremorne point ferry - walking distance, 10 min from the CBD) Public ocean pool & beautiful reserve are just along the walking path in your door step. Make sure you bring your camera or your painting set as the sunsets are magnificent.
Easy going, balanced, fun guy to be around. Work full time in the CBD as an engineer. Long hours so generally chill during the week and always busy on weekends. Currently live in the Inner West but have spent the last two years of my life constantly visiting Manly/northern beaches. Time to call the best place in Sydney home. Always pay rent and bills on time. Clean and tidy. Lived in shared accomodation since boarding school. Cool a mean breakfast. Enjoy a drink or two with the housemate at least. All round a perfect fit for a shared house
Hi, I'm Jess! I am looking for somewhere to call home. I will be working full time in the city. I love the beach, fitness, photography, exploring and hiking. I am looking for somewhere to call home, close to the city. I am easy going, tidy, very sociable but also respectful of others space. During the week I enjoy exercising and relaxing, maybe with a vino and Netflix. I also enjoy quiet time for reading and studying.
Hi I'm Kat, Aussie nutrition student who works in the health industry, chilled and easygoing, looking to live with like-minded people :) I am a bit of a foodie/health nut, love going on walks, yoga, having a few social drinks on weekends and most of all, cooking! I am not looking to move into a party house, just somewhere I know will be a good, quiet environment for studying and working (I work from home occasionally). I do enjoy a good Netflix binge and a glass of wine at night, and plan little trips away with friends. Looking forward to living with someone equally chilled with a positive outlook on life :)
Working full-time in television, so I keep busy with my work. I'm friendly and reliable. On the weekends you can find me outdoors cycling, running and generally enjoying what Sydney has to offer.
Quiet natured, trustworthy, dependable and easy going. I'm a single professional. I have lived around the Manly area and Lower North Shore for 12 years, I respect and value where I live as my own home and enjoy a quiet sanctuary away from the busy lifestyle. I love the active outdoor lifestyle the area has to offer. I am an interior designer working on the nth shore, I work Monday to Friday and try to be active after work. I enjoy fitness and health, socialising with friends and family, travelling. I am very considerate of who I live with, I clean up after myself, I love to cook. Happy to have a wine and chat if your around. I'd rather wake up fresh for a walk than to party and if I am to socialise I usually go out. Hard to say how long I would want to stay, I am looking for a home and not 'a place to stay', if we feel its working than I would be happy to stay on.
Hi, I'm looking for a place to live on the North shore. I work full time hours Monday - Friday for a construction company. I like to socialise on the weekends, I'm an active person and love the beach, and I also like to cook. I'm tidy and respectful of personal space, but I am also happy to have a glass of wine/ beer and chat or watch a good movie.
Hi, I'm pretty cruisy and as much as I like my own quiet time, enjoy hanging out for a chat and drink. Love food, live music, travel, being active outdoors, tech/innovation stuff, hanging out with mates. I keep things clean and tidy, especially in shared spaces and respect other people's property and privacy. Stable, long-term job so I'm good for my share of the bills!
Gday future housemates, Moving from Melbourne in search of a Job (have few leads and references) . My current contract as a software engineer (IT) is over in Melbourne and since there are plenty of opportunities available in Sydney I will like to try my luck. I have recently finished my Masters Of IT and have been working ever since, enjoy my time cooking, working and keeping fit. I like to party and would consider myself fairly social but do not bring parties back home. I always clean up after cooking and do my best to keep the community areas neat and tidy. I have been living in a shared arrangement for over 12 years with all kinds of people, never had trouble with landlord or housemates, so you can say I am well trained and friendly. I love computers far more than I should as it's my job but I wouldn't consider myself as a geek (ok, maybe a bit). I do not watch TV (occasionally Rick and Morty or Mr Robot) so you get the couch to yourself. You can talk to me about anything: Music, Politics, cooking, Work, relationships.. anything. I love wine and beer but all in moderation. I love coffee science, you would often see me make good brews. Love a good run and often sweat it out in the gym. I stay up till late so I get up late ( that's life of an engineer) but don't worry I am very quiet. I will be your good friend but also make sure you get your space when needed. Cheers, Kal
Hello, I'm an honest, kind and conscientious person. I'm also clean and tidy, and very respectful of other people. Sounds too good to be true, right? I have many years' experience of living with flatmates, and I have made some excellent friends in the process. I enjoy being social and meeting new people, but I respect privacy and space and know how to live with people harmoniously. I work full-time and am a master's student of creative writing, so quite busy really. I'm looking for a long term place with people who are considerate, fun-loving and good-natured. I love travelling, reading, discussing life and ideas, watching movies, being outdoors and moving - kayaking, swimming, squash, yoga, cycling etc. I definitely want a home rather than a house where people come and go. That's all well and good, but I'm looking to enjoy a warm and vibrant home experience with terrific people. I am not a smoker, but certainly enjoy the odd glass of wine. I tend to live a healthy life though, so am not a party animal anymore and wouldn't cause any trouble - it's not in my nature. I hope to meet some great flatmates through this site. Cheers, Keira
Moving from Melbourne to Sydney for permanent job role with Global Financial services company based in North Sydney. Mature with a good sense of humour, clean and tidy, respectful of others and their space, movie buff, loves AFL and the beach. Good with house chores, can BBQ....wanting to create a relaxed and positive shared living environment, will be commuting back and from Melbourne on some weekends for various family commitments. If you want to know more just ask.
Hi, I am a young Dutch student coming to Sydney for a fulltime internship of 5 to 6 months, starting from February 2018. During this time I am looking for a cheap place, preferably in Mosman or surroundings. Back in the Dutchlands, I'm in my final year of my zoology bachelor. I have been living in a studio apartment for the past 3 years so I know how to keep tidy and I'm even known to try my luck in the kitchen from time to time. I'm not opposed to heading out to a bar every now and then but I like staying home just as much. I am into sports, especially basketball, as well but aggressively mediocre at them most of the time. I am open to exercising together outside of working hours and in weekends. Looking for a sociable, organized and fun guy or group of people to share a room and/or apartment with? I am available from February 2018.
Hello, I'm Joe from the USA! I'm a professional taiko drum artist and choreographer, and have recently moved to Sydney for a multiple month guest residency with Australia's premiere taiko drum ensemble, Taikoz. As a roommate, I am clean and am considerate of other people's privacy and preferences and lifestyles. I live a pretty clean lifestyle - no smoking, drugs, or any sort of hard partying. I am generally pretty busy with performing, teaching, or creating - so I suspect I would be out quite often (and when the job makes me work late, I keep it quiet when I return). I enjoy coffee (maybe way too much), cooking, reading, exercise, movies, music, dance, art, and generally learning cool things from people.
I work full time Monday to Friday, out most of the weekend, non smoker, easy going, friendly, considerate, happy in my own company or to share the occasional meal. Love cafes, theatre, movies, markets.
Seeking a room from 2 April. Heading home after spending 4 years in London. Originally from Perth and have lived in share houses for 7 years. Super tidy and considerate housemate. Work in marketing and dabble in netball. I've got a sense of humour and like to eat, talk about food, drink wine, feel bad about not exercising enough etc. New to Sydney so seeking housemates that are open to moonlighting as friends. I'm pretty normal so if your house is normal, please get in touch.
Hi there My name's Pasko and I'm from Sydney. I recently returned from Europe where I spent a year-and-a-half with family members and, when I had the chance, travelling through different countries - it was a lot of fun. Now that I'm back in Sydney, I'm on the job hunt - my background is in communications, and I've worked in various writing, editing and proofreading roles in the public and not-for-profit sectors - and am looking for someone to share a place with. A bit more about me... In my spare time I enjoy reading, catching a film at the cinema and live music, as well as cooking. On a more personal level, I clean up after myself and am fairly quiet, although I also enjoy a good chat over a glass of wine.
Hi I'm Sam, from England and I'm 30. I work full-time within Cardiology. I'm social and easy to get along with and enjoy getting out for a run, something gym related a few days of the week, exploring and the occasional beer or 2. I also like watching a few sports either at the game or on the tv and going to a few gigs when time permits. I'm clean, tidy and reliable. I'm looking for someone/people who are laid back, sociable, have a sense of humour, like getting outdoors but also respect people's space.
This apartment is comfortable and spacious with an old-world charm about it. With two levels and lots of room for activities. On the bottom floor, you find the living room, bathroom, kitchen and first bedroom and as you wind your way up the stairs you encounter second and third bedrooms. Both upstairs bedrooms have new carpet, huge built-ins and sun-roof style windows. As an additional bonus there’s a dishwasher and washing machine! The design of the apartment allows for both communal living as well as privacy. The unit is situated in an ideal location close to shops, restaurants and transport. It is a 10 minute stroll up to buses on Military Rd and a 5 minute walk down to the Neutral Bay Ferry. There is one shared car spot and plenty of untimed on-street parking. If you drive a lot, the house is in a great position as it’s very easy to get on to the freeway in North Sydney or back roads through Neutral Bay to avoid the traffic of Military Rd.
Private room with great views for 2 months stay in Cremorne : 9 June - 13 August 2018 I'm currently looking to sublet my room for the period 09/06/2018 -13/08/2018 while I will be overseas. The dates are negotiable, so let me know if you are interested. The 2 furnished bedroom apartment is located in Cremorne. Cremorne is a beautiful, peaceful, safe suburb and the location of the unit is very convenient - less than 10 minute walk to Military Road where you can find shops/cafes/restaurants/pubs,etc ; only a bus ride away from Sydney CBD, Taronga Zoo and Balmoral beach and just 5 minutes away from Cremorne Reserve that has such an amazing view of Opera House, the city skyline and the Harbour Bridge! This would suit someone that needs a short term accommodation and a place to enjoy. If you are interested to arrange a time to view the place or ask any questions, contact me through here or phone. I look forward to hearing from you! Excellent location - short walk to Neutral Bay shops, Cremorne Point and Hayes Street Ferry.
Hello My appartment is fully furnished and newly renovated. It is a 5min walk to the Harbour Bridge and Milsons Point train station. The postcode is North Sydney but its really in Kirribilli. Short or long term stay will be fine. The room availiable has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. I also have sheets and towels if required. If a couple would like to apply we will need to negoitate a diferent price as the price I have advertised it divided in the middle. I can also supply two single beds if two people are traveling. I do not smoke but if you do you can out side. The appartment is in a lovely position and feels like its in the suburbs but very close to the city. It is also quiet.
Our beloved housemate is leaving us so we are looking for someone to join our fabulous Kirribilli sunshine pad! We are located in a truly awesome spot. Amazing harbour views are within a 5 minute walk, as are cafes, bars, restaurants and Kirribilli markets! Other than being 100m from Mal and Lucy (our besties in Kirribilli House), we're also a 5 minute walk to the Harbour Bridge, 100m to ferry wharf (5 mins to circular quay) and 8 mins walk to Milson's Point train station. The apartment has a huge open living room which gets loads of sunlight in the morning, a spacious kitchen and 3 bedrooms (big, medium - yours - and small). We've got 1.5 bathrooms which is handy when we're all getting ready in the morning, plus a little garden on the ground floor which is shared with our neighbours. The room up for rent is medium sized, gets plenty of morning sunshine with east-facing windows and has big built ins with top to bottom mirrors. Our departing flatty has happily spent 4 years in there with only good reviews!
