You'll be living with two professionals who both work full time, are coffee lovers, and wine enthusiasts who can't go past a good cheese and meat platter. Lucy, 24, works in the CBD. She enjoys going to gym most mornings, trying new restaurants, baking, and lazing by the pool. Emma, also 24, is a case manager in the north west. She goes to boot camp a few mornings a week, loves the beach, weekends away, and the occasional night out. In the evenings you'll either find us having a cheeky wine in our pjs watching tv or out with friends. Most importantly though, we respect each other's downtime and privacy. We are pretty easy going, love a laugh, and are fully house trained. We are looking for someone with similar interests to us, good sense of humour, social but respectful. Would enjoy having house mate dinners, but are also out and about.

I'm looking for for a place to stay around the Lower North Shore. Ideally I would like a place to stay for 6 months or more! When I moved to Sydney 7 months ago I moved to Neutral Bay and have been loving it so far. During business hours I work in the Northern Beaches, with a couple of bar shifts each week at a bar in Neutral Bay. I love chilling with a beverage, alcoholic or not, love a chat, but also appreciate time to myself to read, tinker, and zone out. I love to cook, and have no issue making extra if you're keen to share. I usually cook while people aren't around, as to not disturb anybody, and always maintain a clean kitchen. When time permits, I like to be out of the house exercising, and adventuring, whether it be hiking, snowboarding, or cycling. I'm not a party animal, working two jobs requires reasonable amounts of sleep, but usually if I'm around and there's something on, I will get involved.
Hi! I've previously stayed in Sydney for a year..would be moving again in march. I am a professional working with a big4, love the city and prefer to stay near by. Weekdays I take time out for running or swimming and prefer quiet evenings. For weekends I usually plan ahead and mostly out. I appreciate keeping the house tidied up, cook 4-5 times/week and occasionally entertain friends over. Like confining to my own space and don't mind catching up over a few drinks. 😁 Keen to team up with another person and look for a two room house.
Hey there! I'm Jack, 23 years old, fresh out of uni and currently working as a professional in the city looking for a new place to live that makes my commute to work more convenient. I'm a clean, easy going and fun loving person who loves the outdoors. I also love cooking, as well as playing guitar, fishing, kayaking, cycling and racing motorbikes in my spare time. I'm from the Central Coast originally, and have lived in Sydney for the last 4 years or-so in various places, so I'm pretty familiar with the city and would love to show any newcomers around if they liked. I'm looking for a friendly few people, preferably a mix of genders, ages, occupations, nationalities, interests etc. to make life a bit more interesting. Also people I can hang out with, cook with and have a few drinks with is always a bonus for me! I'm also pretty flexible on the timeframe of the stay, but it needs to be at least 3 months. Anything else I'm happy to talk about with you.
PE teacher originally from the UK. Looking for new accomadation as started a new job OTB. Currently living in Neutral Bay and looking to move closer for work. Love sports, being active in my own time, but love more than nothing than a wild night on the sofa watching TV and a glass of wine!! Looking for more than people I live with, but friends, family and people to live with!
Hi everyone, I'm a 28 year old product design professional from Denmark, who's moving to Sydney in mid-April (willing to take over a lease on April 1st or after). I'm an easygoing person who likes to socialise, but am also quiet, responsible and tidy:) The 6 month preferred stay length listed is flexible, so don't let that be a deciding factor :) I can provide references from previous Canadian and Danish landlords. I have experience sharing homes with others and with renting out my own places in Denmark, so I'd like to say that I know how to make things run smoothly :) You can call me a passionate cook, a design enthusiast, a crazy bicyclist, a creative type, a nature lover, an international and a very calm and pleasant character. I love to fix and improve things and I'll also be out lots to explore the city and see what sports activities the local nature has on offer. Before I move to Sydney in mid-April – my Australian girlfriend (Doctor at Royal North Shore Hospital) can check out rooms for me, in case it becomes relevant. She has her own place in Neutral Bay, so I'm what you get :) We can also chat via Skype, FaceTime or similar. Looking forward to hearing from you! Thanks guys
I am currently on a Work and Holiday Visa which runs until end of May. Currently I set up a business and chances are good that I get sponsored and stay longer. In the beginning I can only commit to 3m but as said hopefully I can stay longer... Some more infos: . Beginning of 30s . Living a healthy life with lot of humour and fun! . Full time worker (Creative Director), currently building up an office . Have studied and lived in Sydney before . It’s just me. No girlfriend, kid or pet ;) . Reliable (never paid a bill to late so far) . Clean and tidy . Social, tolerant and respectful (Have lived on different continents with all kind of different people) . Laid back . Don’t smoke
In general I'm outgoing, social and adventurous. For exercise I prefer outdoors walking and swimming or doing yoga. I do like to chill out at home quite often reading a book or listening to music. I'm neat, creative, quiet and like to cook and I also enjoy a chat and a glass of wine particularly if there is some outdoors space with a garden or great view. I work part time in the city and although I'm quite fit and into my health I've just been through a tough five years with a spinal injury so I'm in the process of putting the pieces of my life back together. I have local friends in Mosman and Cremorne as well as friends interstate who I like to visit occasionally. I love animals and although don't have children I do enjoy family.
You just found your perfect house mate! Hi my name is Ollie. I'm 48 Irish and divorced. I have a beautiful 9 year old girl and 6 year old boy. They live with their mum in Newcastle. I would need to be able to have them stay in my room Friday and Saturday night every second weekend and some times during school holidays. I just thought I'd get that out of the way first but if that's cool with you please read on... I have lived with my amazing female flat mate for the last 18 months but sadly its time for her boyfriend to move in and me to move on. She is more than happy to let you know what I'm like to live with. In an ideal world I would really like to find another divorced dad in the same position as I am to share and have our kids there now and again. I am still very open to consider a single mum in the same position too. I am a full time professional employed in a position of high trust so very good to have living with you. I'm very neat and tidy but not anal. I have a bit of spare time so happy to take charge of the house work, laundry, cleaning etc if you are time poor. I'm not the worst cook either! I understand the concept of courtesy and consideration when it comes to sharing with another person. I understand when its good to have a chat and also to give space. I'm very social and am out a lot of the time and very rarely watch TV so no couch potato here!! Also I am very, very handy and have a large amount of tools and experience so if you have a place that needs repairs I'm sure we can come to some arrangement. This might also suit an elderly person who's not up to all the chores they once were and would like to have someone living with them for help and a bit of security. I'm pretty much open to all living scenarios but would like to stay living on the north side of the Harbour Bridge close to North Sydney but not a deal breaker. So if any of this sounds appealing to you please get in contact and we can talk about possibilities. Ollie
One room for rent in a two bedroom apartment. For one person 10 minutes walking to Military Road. Common areas and bedroom are furnished. Please feel free to ask any questions. Light filled and breezy apartment in a small block. Features: * 2 Bedroom apartment, 1 bathroom * 10 minute walking to Military Road and buses to the CBD and North Sydney * The apartment is furnished * $280 negotiable per week To organise an inspection just drop me an email or call
Please Read. Yes it's a lot to take in but It'll save a lot of back and forth messaging and give you an idea of what it's like to live with me. Rent is $240 a week (paid fortnightly) which includes internet but not electricity (halved and paid on a quarterly basis). Real estate have informed me rent will increase at some point due to the renovated kitchen which will likely bring the rent total to $265 but I don't know when it will take effect and I have no intention of reminding them about it. About the apartment - 2 bedroom apartment with separate lounge room, bathroom and renovated kitchen. Shared laundry. I have a washing machine which you are welcome to use. There is a total of 6 units in the apartment block and as of writing all neighbours are generally quiet with no excessive noise late at night. The unit sits next to the bay in Neutral Bay with great views overlooking the water from the lounge-room. Your room is 3.5 by 3 metres with a leafy view and some natural light and comes unfurnished. About the area - sitting in between the major shopping hubs of Neutral Bay, North Sydney and Kirribilli there is a lot of food/bar options to choose from. All are within 15 minutes walking distance of the apartment. Transport-wise the 263 will get you to the city in 5-10 minutes with the bus stop 5 minutes away, and North Sydney and Kirribilli train station are 10-15 minutes walk away. If you prefer the more scenic route Neutral Bay ferry is 5 minutes walk. There's buses late at night (between 12 and 5am) that'll get you within 10 minutes walk of the apartment and an uber will cost you $10-15 from the city. There's no designated parking space but you shouldn't have any problems finding parking within a 2 minute radius of the property. About me - I'm a 29 year old bar manager who grew up in Sydney, and I used to be a part-time journalist writing for a magazine. I enjoy conversation on a range of topics from travel and movies to religion and psychology. I like to keep the communal areas fairly clean so someone similar would be ideal. I'm single so most of the time you'll just be living with me but I do have friends over on occasion. This is not a party house and I'd prefer to keep it that way. My previous flat mate was a 29 year old female professional who's become a close friend - if you're interested in a reference I'm able to put you in touch. I also have a cat called Leo. About Leo - Leo is a three year old male rag doll who loves long walks around the apartment block, canned food from the nearby Aldi store and terrorising the local lizard population. He's very affectionate and social, and is more like a dog than a cat (a common rag-doll trait). Please be aware he does moult and leave smells after he's done his business. About you - ideally you should be that happy medium. Someone down to earth who's up for an occasional chat. I don't smoke but if you do keep it confined to your bedroom. If you're a weed smoker you'll have to do it outside because it seeps through closed doors and I don't want Leo exposed to the fumes. Travellers are fine but I'd prefer someone who expects to be around for at least 6 months.

Just made the nudge up to Sydney from Melbourne so I'm now looking for some easy going people to move in with. Me: I'm 23, an expat Kiwi and moved over a couple years ago. Currently I'm working in construction and also study a Masters at UTS. I play footy during the week and enjoy a social place to come home to at the end of the day. Looking for like minded, easy going, similar aged jokers to share a place with.
ME? I am a 23 year old professional who works full time in the city and loves nature, films and keeping fit. I love coffee and breakfast food so a brunch mate is highly valued! I come with Netflix and Stan (Shhh... it's because I study film on the side!) and are more than happy to join in on communal dinners or post-work drinks. Looking to move March. 6 month lease. I have furnishings for room, balconies and items for bathroom. TEAM UP? If the right place/people catch my eye I am willing to start a new 2-3 room share house too - I have been looking around North Syd, Neutral Bay, Edgecliff, Paddington and Kirribilli for this - I would prefer a larger room but do not need parking, so garage etc, would be yours along with the secondary room. If this sounds good - Let me know and we can team up! DEAL BREAKERS? I need to be near public transport - trains if possible! I bake brownies often, apologies if you stack on a few KGs.
