He is very quite , he loves his food and he doesn´t bark at all. While he is at home he spends most of his time sleeping (best life ever as you can see) or outdoors going out for long walks or playing at the park with his friends. About the room is for rent: Is nice and clean and full of natural light. With carpet floors,fly screens, security window, roller blind and curtains. Furnished with a double bed with a recently bought mattress, one bedside table and built in wardrobe. About my unit: Close to everything!! This unit has plenty of natural light and is located in a private and quite safe block of 6 units with security door and intercom. The flat is very cozy, nice and tidy and fully furnished with nice furniture, modern style. Big living room with big sofa, dining table and tv unit with tv and speakers and a nice quite balcony. Nice and clean bathroom with shower and bath. Nice and clean kitchen with electrical stove and oven,coffe machine,fridge,microwave,washing machine, iron and iron board... Also there is a common laundry (located in the block) that has a commercial washing machine and dryer ($2 coins) and two big outdoors clothes lines. The rent includes electricity*, water* and unlimited wifi. *Electricity up to $400 per quarter.(Any bill out of this, will be split evenly.) *Water.
