Woodland Avenue is a quiet area of Lismore, and being high is well out of the flood area. There are extensive picturesque rural views to North/East, with cooling N/E breezes in summer. A huge old Jacaranda Tree is a great hang out for many birds big and small - lovely to wake up to their morning calls. Currawongs, magpies, kookaburras as well as wrens and smaller birds.
The room is for short term stays. Parking is on street and the street is a no through road so it's really quiet. The bed is a king single and the room has a desk in it. You'll share a bathroom or you may have it to yourself depending if someone else is staying. All expenses are included in the rent. The home is a drug and alcohol free home.
Beautiful 3 bedroom house in quiet neighborhood. Lovely valley views. Big kitchen, you'll have your own pantry. Lock up garage, air-conditioned, main 2 bedrooms are at either end of the house. This home is a alcohol, drug and smoke free home. The third bedroom is currently being set up for short term stays and will share the main bathroom with you. The house is a rental and you'll be sub leasing from me. Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
Hi, I'm Sonya! I'm moving to Lismore from Wollongong to work at the hospital full-time as a junior doctor. I'm in my 20s, and on my nights off I enjoy wine and cheese, movie nights in or the occasional night out at a bar. On my days off, I enjoy the outdoors (very excited to explore the coast and the hinterland around Lismore!), playing sports, going to the gym, and brunch :D. I am clean and respectful and am always down for a chat or meal-sharing. My only deal-breaker: I can't live with someone who smokes (sorry)!
I tend to keep to myself, and am very low maintenance. I love a clean and tidy house, and prefer my space to be a reflection of my personality- color and personal items are important to me in creating an ambient living space. I've lived alone mostly, until I left Melbourne late 2016 and started travelling around Oz to see where I ended up. I'm looking at settling in Lismore as my family and friends are close. I'm searching for employment in the Lismore region and have never had an issue with finding work, I've already got a few jobs lined up. I'm creative, introspective, with a personality that focuses on commonalities rather than differences- i can get along with anyone!
I am moving to Lismore to work full time at Lismore Base hospital as a junior doctor. I am in mid 30s, clean, tidy, responsible and keep to myself - I don't mind chat over cup of tea or sharing meal. My preference is female only flat share, with furnished room
Hi I'm Scott Vidler, 33 years old looking for a room to rent, I'm currently unemployed but I'm actively looking for work and may have landed a job fingers crossed. I'm pretty easy going I will get along with just about everyone.
Beautiful location, quiet and friendly neighbours, amazing views across the valley towards border ranges. Great open plan living, 2 living areas, fully furnished, great deck and private out the back garden area.
The room for rent is a smaller bedroom currently furnished with a queen bed and wardrobe. Unlimited ADSL2+ wifi (still waiting on NBN), electricity, water, lawns and some general household cleaning items included in rent. If you don’t have a car the bus stops directly across the road from the house, going to the Uni and shops. If you do have a car there is off street parking. Front and back verandahs to chase the sun or the shade depending on your preference. Lovely neighbours and quiet neighbourhood.
Hi there! I'm a sociable and friendly Kiwi moving to Lismore to work full time as an optometrist in Jan 2019. I have been flatting for 5years- I am always on time with rent/bills and am clean and tidy. I am looking for a social flat as I am new to the area and would like to make some pals. Though not a huge party animal I enjoy having a couple of drinks and a meal together after work. I love cooking and make a mean birthday cake. I am always down for a chat and outside of work I enjoy being outdoors. I love hiking and going to the beach, so can't wait to check out some local areas! I am allergic to cats, although I have managed to co-exist with them in the past, I would prefer a cat-free environment.
Elavated house with great views, lots of breeze so cool in the heat, as well as air conditioning. Tiled throughout, 2 living areas, lots of trees and plants so private from street and neighbours. No smoking, drugs or alcohol. Electricity, internet and water are additional to the rent, I estimate that would come to about $30/week, so the rent could be just $170/week. I value clean, tidy, honesty and good communication. Thanks, Mark
You'll have privacy, a sunny verandah to sit and read, a beautiful rural walk among the gum trees to start or end the day and proximity to public transport. Women only, please. Best wishes :) T
