Hi there, I'm currently studying fashion design at mooloolaba TAFE until the start of December than ill be working full-time (im looking for wotk while studying) My hobbies and intrest include things like figure skating, drawing, reading. I'm looking for a place to move to around late November in the sunshine coast area. Place must include all bills including Internet. Must be close to public transport (bus stop to town, train or even close walk to town) I prefer a 1 bedroom flat/ grannyflat. I also have a partner who comes to visit on weekend when his not studying in brisbane.
Kin Kin is about 20min Sth East of Gympie and 35min Nth West of Noosa. The residence is high on a ridge surrounded by beautiful valley and mountain views all on 40acres of private land and backing onto national park. I work away at different times of the year and also have a separate dwelling on the property that i stay in when its not rented out. I am an easy going 39yr old male with lots of energy and am always busy working or playing :))
Hi Guys, I am a full time property manager in Noosa, you will hardly see me during the week. I have two house trained, well mannered animals, one mini foxy and one ragdoll cat. I am easy to get along with, very clean. I will enjoy a drink with you on the weekend.
I study Primary education at USC and work in Buderim. I spend a lot of time out in Noosa and would love to find somewhere close to there. I am a tidy person, respectful of personal space but also love to have a drink.
I work full time, non-smoker, usually keep to myself, I get along well with pretty much anyone, I clean up after myself and I'm currently single. Between work and other engagements, I will probably spend a fair amount of time out of the property.
The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, so not much vehicle traffic, 5 mins drive to town and bus/train stations. 15 mins to the beach or hinterland. House is fully furnished, and you must provide your own personal items and prepare your own meals, as not included in rent. One room has a double/student desk/chests of drawers and student chair. Other room is a queen with built ins. Your must provide your own linen. I have a dog that is very friendly and lives inside, so if you are allergic to pet hair, probably not advisable. Place would suit students or hospital shift workers, am 3 mins drive to hospital. If you wish to know more please do not hesitate to contact me regarding these queries. Thanks Wendy

Hello :) I am Gemma a 25 year old Disability Support Worker at Mooloolah Valley. I enjoy riding my motorbike both on road and in the dirt, I love swimming, looking after my health and fitness, socialising with my friends and I love my job. I like to be very clean and tidy and I also don’t drink or smoke. I am currently living at Caloundra in which I really get along with my housemate though I want to move somewhere cheaper and closer to work as I am going to study Mental Health or Nursing next year.
Hard working student that also juggles multiple jobs both on the coast and away. Am currently only on the coast 4 days a week and that isn't set to change soon. Looking for something solid for an absolute minimum of 4 months.
