Great things about living in this property, is that there are fantastic views, from the second bedroom you can see picnic point from the bed, from the back deck you can see withcott and from.the front deck you can see the developing range crossing.. Double story with a large rumpus type area downstairs for separate space that could be used for a chill/studio area, or a whole room for couples as it has a separate bathroom down there. Quite flexible with how it is set up. Two rooms up stairs shared kitchen with everything you need already there. There is a great Dane and cat as well as chickens that live here so you will have to like pets, they get along well with other animals as well and the owners are very flexible. There are fruit trees and herbs and other plants around so would be great for someone who has an interest in gardening and having edibles around. I am very clean and tidy, look after myself as well as my little Maltese cross dog who is housetrained and is very friendly. I work 6 days a week and enjoy spending my down time in my room catching up on Netflix or with friends. I do like to have a drink here and there and go out some weekends. I am very open and easy to talk to, I’m friendly and respectful.
In a nice quiet neighbourhood overlooking the bridge street quarry and range. Walking tracks and MTB Trails just around the corner. The home has nice open plan living area with 2 lounge areas and a genius size kitchen. Plenty of storage and also has a pool at the lower level. Looking for some one professional, respectful and who pays rent on time. It is a quiet neighbourhood so if your into throwing parties and hoolagining around please don’t apply. I have 2 children that stay with me every second Thursday and weekend. I do travel away on occasion for a week at a time through some months. My father (boss) owns the house and they travel back once a week and stay for 2 nights. They do have a seperate living quarters under the house in a flat. He keeps to himself and uses a side access.
