I'm a personal trainer and membership consultant - reliable with payments. I have a five year old Siberian husky storm who is very well behaved and quiet. Looking for somewhere safe, clean, quiet and warm/cool as currently live in a room with windows I can't open and no air. Would prefer a large room, walk in/built in wardrobe and ensuite a bonus but not crucial if the room is big as I have quite a bit of furniture. I'm super clean and peaceful and like to keep very active and eat well 😊 I do like to keep to myself and rest quietly when at home.
I always pull my weight around the house and am not a messy person! I’m super friendly and I’m down for anything, and I’ve been wanting to make some friends in Ballarat. I’ve previously rented in another place and always paid rent on time with no issues. I respect privacy when wanted. Currently studying Nursing/ Paramedicine at ACU, will go back to my other home for work on weekends. I accept people of all cultures, gender, religion ect also I can cook a mean spag bol!
Both mature young adults, I currently have three jobs one at Platypus shoes, Buninyong Golf club andas a barista. My partner works as a joiner. Recently completed a 2 year course in Agricultural studies and now looking at doing some short courses in Melbourne to broaden my skills and experience. I live on a small farm 45 minutes out of Ballarat hence the need of accommodation in town. We are clean and tidy.
I guess I'm a fairly normal guy, I love footy, love movies and I'm a bit of a foodie, will be studying at acu in 2018. I'm fairly responsible (cooking, cleaning etc) but don't mind having fun either.
I have secured a full time job in Ballarat and hence, looking for accomodation there or in nearby towns. I have just completed my masters from Deakin uni, Geelong. I have lived in shared accommodation before, so I am pretty comfortable and adaptive. I have got neat and clean living habits. I am not much of a party person, nor do I smoke. When at home, I like to play games on playstation or watch a movie at low volume. Overall I am a friendly and understanding person to live with.
I'm very easy going, clean and respectful. Looking to find new accommodation as my current lease is coming to an end. I am flexible with move date, but would prefer to find something as soon as possible. I work long hours including weekends and work on my photography in my spare time and enjoy an active lifestyle and keeping fit. Love to cook and keep a clean and organised home. I'm a social person with respect for others personal space and needs. I would like to find one or two people to share with and create a fun enjoyable home environment. If all that sounds good and you would like to meet or have any other questions for me please send me a message.

Hi! I'm Easy going, quiet and considerate, but friendly too. I tend to keep to myself as I work shifts and am also studying. I pay on time, every time and am tidy, clean and well organised. I am an artist, but due to work and study commitments find very little time to paint. I have some furniture - mostly for the studio - shelving, chest of drawers, desk, easel - that type of thing, and I have some boxes that will need a space. I also have a new car so it would be nice if it can at least sleep off street and I would really prefer my own bathroom. I have been a housemate and a landlord, so understand the fundamentals of sharing - I do have references if you'd like to check. So, if you want someone who pays the rent without delay and who is drama free, I'm your perfect choice. In most instances you won't even know I'm there.
Hey! I'm Hannah. I work full time, Monday to Friday, love going to the gym in my spare time and hanging out with friends on weekends. My parents live out of town so I like to visit them in my spare time as well. I'm always up for a chat but respect privacy as well. I'm neat and tidy and enjoy meal prepping for the week ahead. I love animals as well so pets are never an issue.

Hi, I'm Sofie! I'm looking for a room or house to rent where I can have my beautiful doggo Maisie. She would need a pet friendly home with an enclosed backyard and she does pretty well living with other dogs. I am a friendly, quiet and respectful person, who is also up for socialising, music jams and dinner parties, but tend to go with the flow of others in the house. I don't drink or smoke. I am currently casually employed at a plant nursery, but am looking to get another part time job and would probably looking to move in around Feb/Mar. I am looking for reasonably cheap rent, ideally under $100, but in exchange I would happily do chores, gardening, cooking, or any minor renovations or handiwork around the house. Thank you!

I'm a young professional who just accepted a full time position as an English Teacher in one of the Ballarat schools. Originally from Ballarat but currently residing in Melbourne, I am looking to find a place for 2018 with 1-2 people. I am work focused: however, I enjoy a good conversation, dinner and the likes after a work day. In my spare time, you will find me running, cooking, reading, drinking wine and catching up with friends. I like to live an active and healthy lifestyle. Ultimately, I am hoping to find people that I enjoy coming home and seeing!

Needing a room by the 14th of January. I need a furnished room, with an internet connection and would prefer a central location as I am without transport. I'm in My late 40s and a smoker but don't mind what age I share with at all.
