Cruisey girl who has returned from 3 years living in the UK and is starting her bachelor degree in Acting at Fed Uni in 2018. Loves a balance between being out and about and serial bingeing a good netflix series. Big fan of animals and wine.
I'm 33 and a teacher. I have a job with a CRT agency. I am looking to relocate from Melbourne to Ballarat. I am quiet, respectful and a good communicator. I am happy to help around the house and like to keep the house neat and tidy out of respect for others living with me. I have many household items of my own, including a fridge and couch etc. I'm into hiking and other outdoors pursuits. I also like to keep busy, go to yoga, exercise classes etc. I have a cat who would spend her time indoors.
Hi, I'm looking to relocate from Geelong to Ballarat. I have recently completed university studies and am soon to be commencing work at Ballarat Base Hospital. I am a friendly, clean and inclusive individual, I enjoy socialising but also am happy to have a quiet night in. Pets are not an issue for me. I have lived in share houses before so am accustomed to the lifestyle and have had no issues in the past. Ideally looking for working individuals who are sociable, respectful and are happy to have a chat.
Comfortable, carpeted bedroom at the front of a shared house available for rent. The bedroom measures approximately 3.7m by 4.2m and is furnished with a queen bed, bedside table, wardrobe with draws, desk and office chair. The house has unlimited, fibre NBN internet at no cost to the tenant. Utility bills to be shared by all occupants. Shared off-street parking. The house is a 1 minute walk to the bus stop, 700m to Lake Wendouree, 12 minute walk to supermarket, 18 minute walk to the Hospital, 20 minute walk and 4 minute drive to the station. Lovely neighbours, gas hot water, washing machine, dryer and a large kitchen for cooking
I am a traveller turned whisky bartender turned Bikram/Yin yoga teacher and have recently found the guts/inspiration to persue my dearest passion- performance. I’ve been accepted study a Bachelor of Music Theatre at Fed Uni in 2018, and if all runs smoothly, would love to live in the same lovely home for the duration of my course- 3 years. I’m looking for a home close to the Camp Street campus- within riding/walking distance would be ideal. I will be commuting to Melbourne regularly to visit family and my partner, who may also come to stay for one or two nights a week and is happy to contribute where necessary. I am peaceful, clean, considerate, low maintenance. I love to cook and chat over a glass of wine and share a communal space but will also give you yours and take my own when I need it. I am hoping to make the move mid-late Feb. Looking forward to hearing from you!
IT Professional from Geelong currently working in Ballarat, looking for a place to stay long term. Easy going, happy to share a drink and chat or do my own thing. Outside of work I like to Gym, play games and get together with friends on the weekend. Will often be going back to Geelong on weekends to catch up with friends/family
I have lived alone for roughly 4 years in small units so I have all my own furniture and I'm used to looking after a house. I've never lived in a sharehouse but my contract with my rental is about to expire and for financial reasons I would much rather share costs with someone. I think I could budget roughly $200pw on rent plus bills at this stage. I will be starting a full time diploma at the camp street campus of fed uni mid February so I will be spending a fair amount of time at uni and studying. I need privacy at times and respect others privacy but I also enjoy chilling out with people who I can relate to and get along with. I sometimes enjoy a glass of red while watching Netflix. I can be outgoing at times but I can also occasionally be withdrawn. I come with a 6month old kitten I adopted named Iris, and plenty of pop culture merch and DVDS. I love playing video games and board games and spending quality time with the people in my lives. :) I am quite creative and love spending time alone and with others immersing myself in creative endeavours I currently live in ballarat east, but wouldn't mind being closer to the campus I'll be attending since I don't own a car (although I do have my full licence) I would be most comfortable sharing in a female, dfab, nb environment.
I'm a professor in the USA looking for accommodation near ACU Ballarat campus, where I'll be on fellowship from March until August. I'm seeking a furnished room where I can (hopefully) walk to work and the grocery. I am well-traveled, active, love to cook, and love to eat out. I enjoy visiting the parks, museums, and snorkeling. I'm also neat, organized, and will have no trouble paying bills on time.
My Home is one house back from Sturt St and walking distance to everything. Nicely furnished with some lovely items and beautiful period lighting. The home is centrally heated and I am installing cooling for summer.
I'm a young professional who just accepted a full time position as an English Teacher in one of the Ballarat schools. Originally from Ballarat but currently residing in Melbourne, I am looking to find a place for 2018 with 1-2 people. In my spare time (when I’m not marking essays), you will find me running, cooking, reading, drinking wine and catching up with friends. I like to live an active and healthy lifestyle. Ultimately, I am hoping to find people that I enjoy coming home and seeing!
I’m Tori, I’m a 22 year old female currently living on the Gold Coast, Queensland. After being in QLD for six months, I’m looking to move back to Ballarat as I have lived there for 9 years previously. I will be looking to make the move in a couple of months, could be sooner or later depending on my work situation. I am friendly, open minded, easy going and always up for fun adventures as I’m a super social person. I work full time in retail usually on a Tuesday to Saturday week. I love having a few drinks of a weekend but am more than happy to do so out of the house if this would bother any housemates, but you’re more than welcome to join in. Although I am very social, I also enjoy some quiet time to relax frequently. I love to cook, I make most meals at home but I will clean up after myself. If you are interested in teaming up or have a spare room (not in a uni share house), send me a message! X

Looking for a furnished place as I'll be working at the hospital for the year. Am friendly, easy-going, respectful, and I enjoy being as physically active as the long working hours allow.
My name is Mia, I am a 24 year old female searching for shared accommodation in Ballarat Central. I'm moving to Ballarat to begin a new job, which will begin in February. As such, I'd be well suited to live with other professionals or serious students. I'm a relaxed and easygoing individual, who prefers a gin tonic with good company on a Friday arvo over partying the night away. I dislike the smell of smoke, but love animals and a clean kitchen. I can provide current police and working with children's checks, as well as character references. If you think I'd suit your situation, feel free to give me a call!
I'm a pretty normal guy, love my sport and a quiet beer, also don't mind having fun or going on an adventure. I'm respectful of others space and I don't mind cooking. I'm a bit of a foodie and I love a veggie garden.
Easy going, open minded chill couple. Friendly and are considerate of others. We’re always up for a chat and hangouts, when we have the time. Both working full time.
Hey! I'm Ash. I'm 22 and have a gorgeous 3yr old miniature pinscher named Lexi. We're looking for a new place to live somewhere in the Ballarat area. I will be at work throughout the week which leaves Lexi to relax at home on her favourite cushion with a good chew toy. We're both clean-living but aren't shy from a few lazy days here and there. We're both house trained (thankfully) and understand the basic workings of a share house. I'm new to the area so would love to find someone of a similar age who can introduce me into the land of socialisation in Ballarat and who would hopefully become a friend, not just a house mate. Please flick me a message if you're interested to know more or if you'd like to meet up! Thank you!
Great unit! Only 5 min drive to Sturt st, hospitals, ACU uni. Has a shared bathroom between the two rooms up for rent, living room and kitchen is practically fully furnished (can rearrange if you have furniture too). Rooms for rent have built in robes.
This charming property is a lovely fully established home with all kitchen, bathroom and living amenities included. One bedroom up for grabs with a lovely window view, built in bookshelves and a built in gas heater to stay warm on cold Ballarat nights. Furnishings are available if you need them. The house is walking distance to the train station, Sturt street, and the Fed Uni Camp Street Campus. Also not far from supermarkets etc. ideally looking for someone to stay longer term who is willing to go on the lease and happy to share a peaceful home with me.
This is a gorgeous cottage-type home with 3 very reasonably sized bedrooms, a relaxing living space and a nice bathroom. It's in a great location...only 5 to 10 min walk to Ballarat Central shops. Internet and parking available and bills very reasonable. It's a very comfy home...has a little backyard area and has heating and air conditioning.
