I’m looking to rent a place for myself to live in with my beautiful sister Zivana. We are looking to rent a whole property because we wish to create an atmosphere of growth, abundance, joy and love to work in and achieve our goals. We are both very clean and tidy, respectful of other and have great morals and values. Zivana is an accomplished artist and would like to have her own room transformed into an art studio. I am in the planning stages of starting my business and very much in work mode so a quite happy place to work and relax is essential. A 2-3 bedroom house, unit or apartment would be fine. Thank you!
Hi there :) I've been in the same house for the past 9yrs at Bilinga, and have never missed rent. Sadly the owner is knocking the house down to build units so I have to move out. I have great Refs and solid work history, not into the party scene but do like a bbq or a few quite drinks every now and then. Just a respectful man looking for a cool respectful place to live. regards John.
I am quiet and unintrusive, you may not even notice i am there. That's how i got the nickname of Ghost. I eat reasonably healthy, exercise regularly. Have not got pets. I will be working in Brisbane all weekend if my plans work out. living on the Gold Coast i will make every effort to spend a lot of time on the beach and maybe take up surfing lessons. I have 3 children that do not live with me or visit me, I visit them about every 6months. I am LGBT friendly. Looking for a chilled place with laughter and fun when we do interact. I enjoy board games, card games, spinning the cue ball on a pool table. Also relaxing with a movie, bathing in the pool with a bevy and good convo. feel free to contact me if you have any Q's you feel you need to know the answer before we meet. Best Regards Kev Pearce
I am a 'mature aged' woman and run my own small business from an Office in Currumbin. I want to live in a rural environment. I don't smoke or drink. I am very conscious of keeping a home clean and tidy. I have a Caviler King Charles dog who comes to work with me everyday. We belong to a Dog Club (references available). I like to laugh and consider myself socially engaged in life. I like to get out and about with Girl friends. I am respectful of personal space and not given to intruding on others. I would prefer a large unfurnished room with my own bathroom.
Looking for a new room in the new year as my new house just went up for sale . Fifo worker , 34 Spend most days back on my business and fishing , brew the odd beer Looking for a large room , with storage and big plus if there is shed space for business stuff .
We have a 4 bed cottage newly renovated in Bonogin Valley. Rooms are for rent for $150 each, (includes electricity, water and internet). For a couple you can have two rooms. All rooms are the same and each has an en suite. There is a central living area with sofas, dining table, new kitchen and air conditioning. (Bedrooms have fans). It’s quiet and peaceful in this leafy, green suburb in the country. We are looking for people in their twenties to share; preferably working full-time/part-time. There is plenty of off street parking, a swimming pool and 7 free range chickens.
I'm a young, quiet, Christian guy from country NSW. My hobbies include riding motorcycles, adventuring, hiking, computer programming, gaming and shooting. I can fix all your tech problems, can cook up a mean dinner and will always respect your privacy.
The large modern, recently renovated house is peaceful, friendly atmosphere, surrounded by beautiful bush blocks. The 5 acre property includes orchard, creek access on one boundary, close to Hinge Dam catchment, local shops in Mudgeeraba 6 minutes by car, large Robina Town Centre 10 minutes by car. The location is in the Mudgeeraba Creek valley with beautiful bush walking, horse riding, bicycling.

I'm tidy and chilled. I work full-time as a Creative Director. I'm pretty active, into surfing, hiking, design, good music and travelling. Currently looking for a nice place between Palmie and Kirra.
I’m a super awesome cook..✌🏽 I’m clean, quiet, respectful and I see the joy and gratitude in everything.. I have a really cute little pup called Billy (inside dog) who needs a home with me too! I would really really prefer a vegan or vegetarian home. However, I know that’s always a possibility 😉
Hey there, We're looking for a new place to live on the coast with some nice people. We're a pretty laid-back pair, clean, and work full time hours. We like to chill out, head to the beach and get into some fitness. Definitely not partiers but like a social drink every now and then. We do have a small cavalier king charles called Soda that is our little fur baby. She's an insanely well-behaved, quiet and friendly (attention-loving) pooch but we would require a home that can take her too! If we sound like we'd suit your home send us a message! We'd love to meet you :)
I am quiet and responsible. I love my own company mostly but like to socialise a bit. I eat healthy and my goal is to lose some weight get fit. I have 2 cats that are really dear to me . I like yoga and meditation and going out for nice meals with friends and family, walks on the beach. I started university study in 2017 and want to find ways to support myself so I can study more. My ultimate goal is to own my own business and become a philanthropist. I am looking for a larger house with a yard and someone who likes similar things to me with a peaceful and relaxed personality (and who loves cats like I do). I enjoy my crystals and meditation practice and as I get older and wiser find ways to follow my heart more and more.
Hi we have a self contained little bungalo it will sleep 2 ok has a small bathroom /toilet its surrounded by wildlife. And seperate from our house there is a swimming pool at our house you will have your own private little santuary internet is available and we have fantastic views of the gold coast .
Lovely home, backing into Springbrook National Park, 6 minutes fro Robina, 3 minutes from Mudgeeruba. Has a swimming pool for the hot summer's days and a fire place for the cold winter's nights. Off street parking, foxtel and outdoors intretanment area.
lush hinterland oasis far from the madding crowd. the first time i drove up bonogin road, climbing up away from the coast, i breathed the rainforest air and got goosebumps. as i write this, the forest birds chirp and squark around the outside of the house, and I can otherwise hear only the occasional distant passing car. this place is mostly great and super chill and right in the rainforest. my housemate adriana is a mysterious environmental scientist who is barely home cos she's out delivering food. when she is home she is chill and respectful, easy to get along with. i'm a high school teacher who's just finished for the year so I will be lounging around the house like a bohemian layabout for the next couple months the best thing about the house is it's super chill vibe and that it is right in the rainforest, it's definitely not like living in the gold coast. it's also really convenient, it's like 6 minutes to the mudgeeraba shops and ten or so to robina megaland. it has an awesome deck out back that faces into the forest and we feed the birds and you've never seen anything like it. parrots and lorikeets and cockies and finches and kingfishers and bush chooks oh my. it's better than tv. speaking of which there's no shortage of tv, probably even a flat screen to put in yr room if you want. we also have foxtel but we barely watch it. internet here is a bit of a sore point. there's no broadband, so I'm paying mobile data rates til early next year when the nbn arrives sadface. also mobile reception will depend on yr network, i still hafta change mine. so it kinda feels like the edge of civilization in that respect oh did i mention that as well as facing onto the bird-filled rainforest, the deck also looks over our sexy-ass swimming pool? it has a lil waterfall and it even lights up green or blue at night and there's one of those big inflatable flamingoes if you wanna be instagram famous. but the other bad thing is mozzies. there's heckin lots of em, depending on the weather & time of day etc. the house is screened so if we keep the doors shut they mostly stay outside. im gonna try do something abt em but i dont like my chances. the room is pretty lush, super thick carpet and lots & lots of wardrobe space and the fridge has an ice machine. with all that and the inflatable flamingo you can imagine you're a washed up movie star. another downside is the 3 rooms are close together and the walls are kinda thin, so you might hafta be kinda chill and open-minded abt noises you might make and noises you might hear. adriana has an en-suite, so you share a bathroom with me. it's got a bath and the shower is awesome. kitchen's really nice, got a dishwasher & i've got a coffee machine that grinds the beans for you! we've both been around and are housetrained without being uptight about it. so yeah we want someone who's chill and good to talk to and who knows how to clean up after themselves. if you got a pet maybe we can talk abt it, but we're not fenced for outside dogs or anything.
The house is situated on a acreage property on the mountain to the north of the Currumbin Valley rock pools. The surroundings are park like and in complete harmony with nature. It is peaceful and tranquil environment. The views are toward the Tomawin Ranges to the south. Relative to the beach is 12km and the nearest shopping centre is the IGA in Currumbin Waters or the Pines in Elanora, around the 10km. Murwillumbah is only 18km away which is a quick way to go if you are venturing south. The outdoor amenities include a swimming pool, spa and BBQ area. The area for rent is downstairs from my bedroom, with totally separate bedroom, lounge, toilet and shower, so total privacy is not an issue. For mobile reception, you need Telstra, because their signal is the strongest. I do have ADSL2 cable connection with 100GB per month which I am prepared to share pending on usage. I am a clean and tidy person who is very considerate of always leaving the kitchen neat and tidy. I expect the same and the person I want to share with not to shy away from doing a little housework in the common areas to help out. If you have the dreaded smokers habit, then never inside and don't leave your buts around. If you enjoy growing vegetables .. I have garden beds already prepared and would enjoy the company.
