The Location of the property is fantastic as it is right outside a bus stop and only two minutes down the road to Thornlie Train Station. The house has just recently been painted and it also has a large backyard for anyone wanting to bring pets. The Master bedroom also has a large wardrobe (sorry about the messy pic) and the other room although it doesn't have much storage there is a free wardrobe in the study.

The house isn't super big but that helps keep down heating and cooling costs down. The available room is 2.4x3 meters, so a double or queen bed would fit... just. the room doesn't have a built in wardrobe but I have a clothes rack you can use as long as you need. If you have a desk you are welcome to have that out in the lounge room. Otherwise the house is furnished. There is reverse cycle aircon in the living area. I am fine with sharing cookware and general use things as long as you treat things with respect. For $5 a month i can add you to my netflix if you want. I'm chill when it comes to cleaning, "lived in" mess is fine as long as you keep it under control and do your part for rent inspections. No leaving dirty dishes in the sink or anywhere else though, because ANTS. The 508 goes directly to bullcreek station, and the 507 goes to carousel. There is an IGA a short walk from the house and riverton and carousel shops are only a few minutes away by bus or car. If you're interested you will have to apply through the real estate to be included on the lease.
